所述固定杆表面上固定连接有多个橡胶轴,且橡胶轴外侧固定连接有压缩环,所述压缩环表面与散热槽相抵,所述压缩环表面上套设有海绵环,在雨水的作用下,能够使海绵环跟随压缩环出现摆动,能够将灰尘杂质等吸附在海绵环表面上,能够在摆动过程中将灰尘等进行挤压,能够避免海绵环表面灰尘堆积过多导致散热槽出现堵塞的情况。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过风力的作用下,能够在传动板的作用下带动活动套杆开始转动,能够使弧形片在阳光作用下出现反光,能够起到一定的驱鸟作用,能够减少有飞禽等停留在防护箱上,能够减少意外情况的发生;
2、本发明通过传动板转动过程中,能够使挤压球表面的摩擦片与金属片之间相互摩擦挤压,能够使金属片发出声音,能够减少飞禽等靠近5G基站,能够避免飞禽粪便等掉落在防护箱外壳上,避免防护箱表面的油漆出现磨损的情况;
3、本发明通过遇到雨雪天气时,挡板能够在外力作用下出现运动,能够使压缩轴受力出现压缩,能够使活动轴对弹性杆进行挤压,能够使摆动球在外力作用下出现形变,能够使缓冲块表面与挡板底部进行挤压,能够使挡板出现运动,能够避免有积雪等堆积在挡板顶部,能够避免后续凝结异形设备的散热效果;
4、本发明通过弹性绳在活动轴的作用下出现运动,从而拉动传动轴出现运动,能够使传动轴与摩擦环之间相互摩擦,能够使固定杆出现抖动,能够使压缩环表面对散热槽内部进行清洁,避免出现灰尘堵塞的情况,保证设备的正常散热;
5、本发明通过雨水的作用下,能够使海绵环跟随压缩环出现摆动,能够将灰尘杂质等吸附在海绵环表面上,能够在摆动过程中将灰尘等进行挤压,能够避免海绵环表面灰尘堆积过多导致散热槽出现堵塞的情况。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种5G通信基站,包括支撑杆1,支撑杆1底部固定连接有固定底座11,固定底座11上固定插设有多个限位螺栓,支撑杆1表面上固定连接有固定架3,固定架3间固定连接有多个焊接杆32,焊接杆32间固定连接有固定环,且固定环固定连接在支撑杆1表面上;
固定架3间安装有多个安装轴31,安装轴31外侧设有防护箱2,防护箱2呈环形阵列设置在固定架3外侧,在5G基站投入使用的过程中,能够对于各种极端的雨雪天气,能够在挡板24的作用下,避免防护箱2受到损伤,能够保证5G基站能够应对各种意外情况,减少需要维护的情况。
安装轴31表面上固定安装有一对限位环22,一端限位环22表面上固定连接有直杆,且直杆一端铰接有铰接板221,铰接板221焊接在防护箱2外壁 上,另一端限位环22表面上固定连接有金属板23,金属板23呈“L”状,金属板23上开设有铰接槽,且铰接槽内部转动设有铰接轴231,铰接轴231上固定连接有限位球;
防护箱2靠近固定架3的一侧固定连接有焊接块232,焊接块232上开设有限位圆槽,且限位球活动设置在限位圆槽内部,防护箱2表面上开设有多个散热槽21,防护箱1外壁上固定连接有多个固定杆5,固定杆5呈对称设置且位于散热槽21外侧。
防护箱1侧壁上固定连接有直板,且直板表面上固定连接有多个弧形轴241,弧形轴241呈均匀阵列设置在直板表面上,弧形轴241一端固定连接有挡板24,挡板24截面呈“J”状,挡板24底部固定连接有一对压缩轴25;
压缩轴25间固定连接有缓冲球,压缩轴25上固定连接有一对活动板27,活动板27呈十字状且呈对称设置,活动板27间铰接有多个活动轴26,活动轴26间固定连弹性块,且弹性块内壁上固定连接有复位轴,压缩轴25表面与复位轴固定连接,摆动球28在外力作用下出现形变,能够使缓冲块表面与挡板24底部进行挤压,能够使挡板24出现运动,能够避免有积雪等堆积在挡板24顶部。
挡板24与防护箱2间设有摆动球28,摆动球28内部开设有空腔,且空腔内部活动设有金属块,摆动球28两端固定连接有一对弹性杆281,弹性杆281呈对称设置,弹性杆281与弹性块固定连接;
摆动球28表面上固定连接有一对连接轴282,连接轴282呈弧形且具有弹性,连接轴282上固定连接有缓冲块,且缓冲块位橡胶材质,在遇到雨雪天气时,挡板24能够在外力作用下出现运动,能够使压缩轴25受力出现压缩,能够使活动轴26对弹性杆281进行挤压,能够使摆动球28在外力作用下出现形变。
支撑杆1表面上开设有环形槽,且环形槽内部转动设有活动套杆4,活动 套杆4表面上固定连接有多个传动板41,传动板41呈环形阵列设置在活动套杆4表面上;
传动板41表面上固定连接有一对挤压球43,挤压球43表面上固定连接有摩擦片,传动板41表面上固定连接有弧形片42,弧形片42表面附着有反光涂料,在风力的作用下,能够在传动板41的作用下带动活动套杆4开始转动,能够使弧形片42在阳光作用下出现反光,能够起到一定的驱鸟作用。
焊接杆32表面上开设有固定槽33,固定槽33内壁上固定连接有金属片34,金属片34表面与挤压球43表面相抵,传动板41转动过程中,能够使挤压球43表面的摩擦片与金属片34之间相互摩擦挤压,能够使金属片34发出声音,能够减少飞禽等靠近5G基站。
固定杆5表面上固定连接有摩擦环,且摩擦环内部活动设有传动轴51,传动轴51底部固定连接有气压球53,传动轴51顶部固定连接有弹性绳261,弹性绳261与弹性块固定连接,传动轴51表面上固定连接有摩擦片,弹性绳261在活动轴26的作用下出现运动,从而拉动传动轴51出现运动,能够使传动轴51与摩擦环之间相互摩擦,能够使固定杆5出现抖动,能够使压缩环52表面对散热槽21内部进行清洁;
固定杆5表面上固定连接有多个橡胶轴,且橡胶轴外侧固定连接有压缩环52,压缩环52表面与散热槽21相抵,压缩环52表面上套设有海绵环,在雨水的作用下,能够使海绵环跟随压缩环52出现摆动,能够将灰尘杂质等吸附在海绵环表面上,能够在摆动过程中将灰尘等进行挤压,能够避免海绵环表面灰尘堆积过多导致散热槽21出现堵塞的情况。
工作原理:首先在5G基站投入使用的过程中,能够对于各种极端的雨雪天气,能够在挡板24的作用下,避免防护箱2受到损伤,能够保证5G基站能够应对各种意外情况,减少需要维护的情况,减少设备的维护成本,且在风力的作用下,能够在传动板41的作用下带动活动套杆4开始转动,能够使 弧形片42在阳光作用下出现反光,能够起到一定的驱鸟作用,能够减少有飞禽等停留在防护箱2上,能够减少意外情况的发生,且随着传动板41转动过程中,能够使挤压球43表面的摩擦片与金属片34之间相互摩擦挤压,能够使金属片34发出声音,能够减少飞禽等靠近5G基站,能够避免飞禽粪便等掉落在防护箱2外壳上,避免防护箱2表面的油漆出现磨损的情况;
然后接着在遇到雨雪天气时,挡板24能够在外力作用下出现运动,能够使压缩轴25受力出现压缩,能够使活动轴26对弹性杆281进行挤压,能够使摆动球28在外力作用下出现形变,能够使缓冲块表面与挡板24底部进行挤压,能够使挡板24出现运动,能够避免有积雪等堆积在挡板24顶部,能够避免后续凝结异形设备的散热效果;
最后在弹性绳261在活动轴26的作用下出现运动,从而拉动传动轴51出现运动,能够使传动轴51与摩擦环之间相互摩擦,能够使固定杆5出现抖动,能够使压缩环52表面对散热槽21内部进行清洁,避免出现灰尘堵塞的情况,保证设备的正常散热,且在雨水的作用下,能够使海绵环跟随压缩环52出现摆动,能够将灰尘杂质等吸附在海绵环表面上,能够在摆动过程中将灰尘等进行挤压,能够避免海绵环表面灰尘堆积过多导致散热槽21出现堵塞的情况。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种5G通信基站,包括支撑杆(1),其特征在于:所述支撑杆(1)底部固定连接有固定底座(11),所述固定底座(11)上固定插设有多个限位螺栓,所述支撑杆(1)表面上固定连接有固定架(3),所述固定架(3)间固定连接有多个焊接杆(32),所述焊接杆(32)间固定连接有固定环,且固定环固定连接在支撑杆(1)表面上;
    所述固定架(3)间安装有多个安装轴(31),所述安装轴(31)外侧设有防护箱(2),所述防护箱(2)呈环形阵列设置在固定架(3)外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种5G通信基站,其特征在于:所述安装轴(31)表面上固定安装有一对限位环(22),一端所述限位环(22)表面上固定连接有直杆,且直杆一端铰接有铰接板(221),所述铰接板(221)焊接在防护箱(2)外壁上,另一端所述限位环(22)表面上固定连接有金属板(23),所述金属板(23)呈“L”状,所述金属板(23)上开设有铰接槽,且铰接槽内部转动设有铰接轴(231),所述铰接轴(231)上固定连接有限位球;
    所述防护箱(2)靠近固定架(3)的一侧固定连接有焊接块(232),所述焊接块(232)上开设有限位圆槽,且限位球活动设置在限位圆槽内部,所述防护箱(2)表面上开设有多个散热槽(21),所述防护箱(1)外壁上固定连接有多个固定杆(5),所述固定杆(5)呈对称设置且位于散热槽(21)外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种5G通信基站,其特征在于:所述防护箱(1)侧壁上固定连接有直板,且直板表面上固定连接有多个弧形轴(241),所述弧形轴(241)呈均匀阵列设置在直板表面上,所述弧形轴(241)一端固定连接有挡板(24),所述挡板(24)截面呈“J”状,所述挡板(24)底部固定连接有一对压缩轴(25);
    所述压缩轴(25)间固定连接有缓冲球,所述压缩轴(25)上固定连接 有一对活动板(27),所述活动板(27)呈十字状且呈对称设置,所述活动板(27)间铰接有多个活动轴(26),所述活动轴(26)间固定连弹性块,且弹性块内壁上固定连接有复位轴,所述压缩轴(25)表面与复位轴固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种5G通信基站,其特征在于:所述挡板(24)与防护箱(2)间设有摆动球(28),所述摆动球(28)内部开设有空腔,且空腔内部活动设有金属块,所述摆动球(28)两端固定连接有一对弹性杆(281),所述弹性杆(281)呈对称设置,所述弹性杆(281)与弹性块固定连接;
    所述摆动球(28)表面上固定连接有一对连接轴(282),所述连接轴(282)呈弧形且具有弹性,所述连接轴(282)上固定连接有缓冲块,且缓冲块位橡胶材质。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种5G通信基站,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(1)表面上开设有环形槽,且环形槽内部转动设有活动套杆(4),所述活动套杆(4)表面上固定连接有多个传动板(41),所述传动板(41)呈环形阵列设置在活动套杆(4)表面上;
    所述传动板(41)表面上固定连接有一对挤压球(43),所述挤压球(43)表面上固定连接有摩擦片,所述传动板(41)表面上固定连接有弧形片(42),所述弧形片(42)表面附着有反光涂料。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种5G通信基站,其特征在于:所述焊接杆(32)表面上开设有固定槽(33),所述固定槽(33)内壁上固定连接有金属片(34),所述金属片(34)表面与挤压球(43)表面相抵。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种5G通信基站,其特征在于:所述固定杆(5)表面上固定连接有摩擦环,且摩擦环内部活动设有传动轴(51),所述传动轴(51)底部固定连接有气压球(53),所述传动轴(51)顶部固定连 接有弹性绳(261),所述弹性绳(261)与弹性块固定连接,所述传动轴(51)表面上固定连接有摩擦片;
    所述固定杆(5)表面上固定连接有多个橡胶轴,且橡胶轴外侧固定连接有压缩环(52),所述压缩环(52)表面与散热槽(21)相抵,所述压缩环(52)表面上套设有海绵环。
