Description

The present invention relates to a liquid cleaning composition.
BACKGROUND ART Concentrated liquid cleaning agents have a higher content of active substances (i.e., surfactants, etc.) than conventional liquid cleaning agents, which improves the dirt removal effect per unit mass of cleaning agent, and improves the dirt removal effect per unit mass of cleaning agent. The amount of cleaning agents required for textiles is reduced, saving resources in the manufacturing process. And compared to traditional large-capacity packaging of liquid cleaning agents, concentrated liquid cleaning agents use less packaging material, higher storage space utilization, lower transportation costs, and reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. It has environmentally friendly features such as: Concentrating cleaning agents has important significance in practicing green and low-carbon development, achieving the "double carbon" goal, and protecting the environment.
Currently, concentrated liquid cleaning products are commonly packaged with a lid for measuring and dispensing, but such packaging requires the user to use both hands when pouring the liquid. , low versatility. In addition, with the increase in the content of active substances, concentrated liquid detergents tend to increase in viscosity, which causes trouble for users when trying to take the appropriate amount of the composition.
Therefore, there is a need for a concentrated liquid cleaning agent that can be operated with one hand and contained in an easy-to-operate pump container. However, pump containers require more stringent viscosity control of concentrated liquid cleaning agents.

When using aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether and/or aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether as a specific nonionic surfactant with polypropylene glycol, its hydrophobicity increases with the average number of added moles of PO. The hydrophobic nature of the PO group helps the interaction of polypropylene glycol with the hydrophobic part of the surfactant, making it easier for polypropylene glycol to interfere with the formation of micelles in the surfactant, thereby controlling the viscosity. achieve the effect. On the other hand, as the molecular weight of polypropylene glycol further increases, its intramolecular interactions also increase, making it easier for intermolecular interactions to occur, resulting in an increase in viscosity. Therefore, if the molecular weight of polypropylene glycol is controlled within the above appropriate range, it is possible to maintain an appropriate low viscosity range even when stored at low temperatures.

2. Evaluation (1) Viscosity 1. Approximately 100 g of sample was taken and placed in a glass bottle with a lid (specifications: bottle diameter x bottle body diameter x height (mm): φ31.9×φ51.5×95.5).
2. The glass bottles were placed in thermostatic water baths at 5°C and 30°C, respectively, and kept at constant temperature for 30 minutes.
3. Take out the sample in the constant temperature water bath, use a viscometer (specification: BROOKFIELD DV2T), and select the rotor according to the viscosity of the sample, i.e. #62 rotor for the sample stored at a constant temperature of 5°C; A #62 rotor was selected for samples stored at a constant temperature of 30°C. The rotor was rotated for 1 minute at 30 r/min or 60 r/min, respectively, and the displayed value was read immediately after stopping, and the viscosity of the sample (unit of viscosity: centipoise seconds (cps)) was measured. Then, evaluation was performed according to the following evaluation criteria. The measured values and evaluation results are shown in Tables 1 to 4.
The acceptance criteria for viscosity evaluation at 5° C. and 30° C. is 60 cps or more and 900 cps or less.
If one of the results at both temperatures is a "fail", the composition is determined to have an inadequate viscosity.
