并且,上述驱动部222在弹性件23驱动下推动活动部,使得锁扣部伸出表带头珠11的侧表面并卡接到手表表壳3,从而将表带头珠11以可旋转的方式锁紧到手表表壳3,完成装配,实现表带主体1与手表表壳3的连接。另外,当按键部221被按压时,驱动部222朝远离弹性伸缩组件21的方向移动,从而释放弹性伸缩组件21的活动部,这样锁扣部会在弹性回复力的作用下缩入通孔112内,致使锁扣部与手表表壳3之间的卡接失效,完成拆卸。
上述表带通过设置连接装置2,只需按压按键部221即可完成表带与手表表壳3的拆装,实现快拆功能,表带的拆装无需借助工具,不仅大大降低了拆装操作难度,提高了拆装方便性,还能避免拆装过程磨损表带及手表表壳3,实用性高。
在弹性伸缩组件21的一个实施例中,上述弹性伸缩组件21包括安装管筒211、滑动针212和第一压缩弹簧213,滑动针212以可沿安装管筒211的长度方向滑动的方式装设在所述安装管筒211内,且第一压缩弹簧213装设在安装管筒211内并分别与安装管筒211和滑动针212相接。具体地,滑动针212包括依次相接的滑动段2121、限位段2122和驱动段2123,且锁扣部具体设于滑动部远离限位段2122的一端,活动部具体设于驱动段2123远离限位段2122的一端,弹性伸缩组件21以驱动段2123朝向安装槽111的方式装配到通孔112内,这样滑动针212在装配到安装管筒211内时才可确保锁扣部能够伸缩卡接到手表表壳3,以及活动部能够伸入安装槽111与驱动按键22相接。
由于滑动针212可在安装管筒211内沿安装管筒211的长度方向滑动,因此滑动针212会在第一压缩弹簧213的弹性回复力的驱动下朝向安装槽111的方向滑动,以确保滑动针212能够脱离手表表壳3,即每一弹性伸缩组件21的滑动针212在第一压缩弹簧213的弹性回复力的作用下朝向安装槽111的方向滑动。
进一步地,每一弹性伸缩组件21通过安装管筒211紧配到通孔112的方式装设到表带头珠11,拆装方便快捷,且能够保证弹性伸缩组件21的安装稳定性和可靠性,当然,在实际应用中,弹性伸缩组件21也可通过紧固件(例如螺栓、卡箍等等)锁紧限位在通孔112内,具体可根据实际情况确定。
特别地,滑动针212的驱动段2123的直径大于滑动段2121的直径,且限位段2122的直径大于滑动段2121和驱动段2123的直径,这样滑动针212能够与安装管筒211内的限位台阶相接以限位滑动针212,从而约束滑动针212的滑动范围,既保证不会影响滑动针212的预设范围内的滑动操作,又可有效防止滑动针212脱离安装管筒211,以便于驱动按键22对滑动针212的驱动操作。
上述安装管筒211内设有与滑动段2121相适配的滑动槽、与第一压缩弹簧213相适配的第一弹簧槽、以及与限位段2122相适配的避空槽,第一弹簧槽位于滑动槽与避空槽之间,且第一弹簧槽的直径大于滑动槽、并小于避空槽,有利于第一压缩弹簧213在第一弹簧槽内的拆装操作。并且,在滑动针212和第一压缩弹簧213装配到安装管筒211内时,滑动段2121位于滑动槽,限位段2122及驱动段2123位于避空槽,第一压缩弹簧213位于第一弹簧槽,并分别与第一弹簧槽的内壁和限位段2122远离安装槽111的一侧相接,这样限位段2122会在第一压缩弹簧213的弹性回复力的作用下带动滑动针212朝向安装槽111的方向滑动。
具体地,上述安装管筒211朝向避空槽的一端向内折弯形成内凹的限位环2111,限位环2111的直径大于驱动段2123的直径、并小于限位段2122的直径,从而能够阻止滑动针212的限位段2122脱离避空槽,且驱动段2123远离限位段2122的一端能够穿过限位环2111并伸入到安装槽111内,以与驱动按键22相接。上述安装管筒211通过设置限位环2111,既能避免使得结构复杂化,又有利于加工,实用性高。
上述安装管筒211的外侧面设有突起设置的紧配凸环,这样在安装管筒211装配到通孔112内时,紧配凸环会强挤压通孔112内壁,从而保证安装管筒211能够可靠紧配在通孔112内。
此外,上述驱动部222包括朝向按键部221并向外倾斜的第一斜面2211,活动部包括与第一斜面2211相适配的第二斜面2124,并在活动部与驱动部222相接时,第二斜面2124与第一斜面2211相贴,这样既能保护驱动部222,又能保护活动部,面面滑动挤压能够避免摩擦造成的磨损,同时也可使得驱动部222对活动部的驱动更加顺畅,避免较容易卡顿而增大驱动难度。
上述驱动按键22的侧壁设有与活动部相适配的避让槽223,并在活动部与驱动部222相接时,活动部的至少一部分嵌入在避让槽223内,以限位驱动按键22,这样不仅能保证活动部与驱动部222之间可靠相接,还可有效遮挡驱动部222,既美观,又能防止异物进入安装槽111,保证活动部与驱动部222之间配合的稳定性。
上述按键部221由驱动按键22远离安装槽111的一端构成,且驱动按键22远离安装槽111的一端的端面设有防滑花纹224,从而可增大手指与按键部221之间的摩擦力,有利于对驱动按键22的驱动操作。
上述弹性件23包括两个第二压缩弹簧,驱动按键22背向按键部221的一侧设有两个与第二压缩弹簧相适配的第二弹簧槽,且在弹性件23及驱动按键22装配到安装槽111时,两个第二压缩弹簧的至少一部分嵌入在第二弹簧槽内,从而保证两个第二压缩弹簧的安装稳定性和可靠性,避免受力错位。
本实施例的表带头珠11的两个通孔112同轴,且两个通孔112沿表带主体1的宽度方向设置,以简化结构设计,同时保证两个锁扣部能够沿表带主体1的宽度方向伸缩卡接到手表表壳3。
本实用新型实施例还提供一种手表,该手表包括表壳3、以及如上所述的表带,表壳3设有与表带头珠11相适配的装配槽,装配槽的两个侧壁分别设有与锁扣部相适配的锁扣槽,且表带通过两组弹性伸缩组件21的锁扣部卡接到锁扣槽的方式与表壳3相接,实现表带与表壳3之间的快拆配合连接。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种表带,包括表带主体和用于将所述表带主体装配到手表表壳的连接装置,其特征在于,所述表带主体包括表带头珠,所述表带头珠的底面设有安装槽,且所述安装槽的两个平行于表带主体的长度方向的侧壁分别设有连通到所述表带头珠的两个侧表面的通孔;
    所述连接装置包括两组分别装设在两个所述通孔内的弹性伸缩组件、以及分别装设在所述安装槽内的驱动按键和弹性件;所述驱动按键包括按键部和驱动部;每一所述弹性伸缩组件包括锁扣部和活动部,且所述活动部在所述弹性伸缩组件装配到所述通孔时插入到所述安装槽,并与所述驱动部相接以阻止所述驱动按键脱离所述安装槽;所述驱动部在弹性件驱动下推动所述活动部,使得所述锁扣部伸出所述表带头珠的侧表面并卡接到手表表壳;所述驱动部在所述按键部被按压时释放所述活动部,并使得所述锁扣部在弹性回复力的作用下缩入所述通孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的表带,其特征在于,所述弹性伸缩组件包括安装管筒、滑动针和第一压缩弹簧,所述滑动针以可沿所述安装管筒的长度方向滑动的方式装设在所述安装管筒内,且所述第一压缩弹簧装设在所述安装管筒内并分别与所述安装管筒和滑动针相接;
    每一所述弹性伸缩组件通过所述安装管筒紧配到所述通孔的方式装设到所述表带头珠,且每一所述弹性伸缩组件的滑动针在所述第一压缩弹簧的弹性回复力的作用下朝向所述安装槽的方向滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的表带,其特征在于,所述滑动针包括依次相接的滑动段、限位段和驱动段,且所述限位段的直径大于所述滑动段和驱动段的直径,所述驱动段的直径大于所述滑动段的直径;所述锁扣部设于所述滑动部远离所述限位段的一端,所述活动部设于所述驱动段远离所述限位段的一端;
    所述安装管筒内设有与所述滑动段相适配的滑动槽、与所述第一压缩弹簧相适配的第一弹簧槽、以及与所述限位段相适配的避空槽,所述第一弹簧槽位于所述滑动槽与所述避空槽之间,且所述第一弹簧槽的直径大于所述滑动槽、并小于所述避空槽;并在所述滑动针和第一压缩弹簧装配到所述安装管筒内时,所述滑动段位于所述滑动槽,所述限位段及驱动段位于所述避空槽,所述第一压缩弹簧位于所述第一弹簧槽,并分别与所述第一弹簧槽的内壁和限位段相接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的表带,其特征在于,所述安装管筒朝向所述避空槽的一端向内折弯形成内凹的限位环,所述限位环的直径大于所述驱动段的直径、并小于所述限位段的直径,以阻止所述滑动针的限位段脱离所述避空槽。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的表带,其特征在于,所述安装管筒的外侧面设有突起设置的紧配凸环。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述驱动部包括朝向所述按键部并向外倾斜的第一斜面,所述活动部包括与所述第一斜面相适配的第二斜面,并在所述活动部与所述驱动部相接时,所述第二斜面与所述第一斜面相贴。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述驱动按键的侧壁设有与所述活动部相适配的避让槽,并在所述活动部与所述驱动部相接时,所述活动部的至少一部分嵌入在所述避让槽内,以限位所述驱动按键;
    所述按键部由所述驱动按键远离所述安装槽的一端构成,且所述驱动按键远离所述安装槽的一端的端面设有防滑花纹。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括两个第二压缩弹簧,所述驱动按键背向所述按键部的一侧设有两个与所述第二压缩弹簧相适配的第二弹簧槽,且在所述弹性件及驱动按键装配到所述安装槽时,两个所述第二压缩弹簧的至少一部分嵌入在所述第二弹簧槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的表带,其特征在于,两个所述通孔同轴,且两个所述通孔沿所述表带主体的宽度方向设置。
  10. 一种手表,其特征在于,包括表壳、以及如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的表带,所述表壳设有与所述表带头珠相适配的装配槽,所述装配槽的两个侧壁分别设有与所述锁扣部相适配的锁扣槽,且所述表带通过两组所述弹性伸缩组件的锁扣部卡接到所述锁扣槽的方式与所述表壳相接。
