背景技术

发明内容

3)当电视接收机中没有保存用户ID和密码的情况下,在播放视像时,用户通过用户ID和密码登录,降低便利性。
如上所述,在通过网络发布接收并收看视像内容的过程中,需要制作用户账号等工作,产生如上所述的课题。
解决课题的方法

通过以上的操作构筑中间服务器1300的ID结合数据库1301。
图3表示基于本申请的第一实施例的用户信息数据库1000的说明图。用户将自己具有的插入到电视接收机的卡号3201和网络合同信息3202作为用户信息3200进行输入。该操作可以利用因特网的登记网站容易地实现。发布系统3100(图1的1100)接收用户信息3200,通过卡号核对部3104而与广播收发中使用的卡号3101进行核对。在这里,发布系统3100可以通过预先制作由发布ID生成部3103生成的发布ID 3102和卡号3101的组,从而制作发布ID 3002和用户信息3200所包含的网络合同信息3202的组,将该信息存储到用户信息数据库3000。在用户信息数据库3000中,能够制作发布ID 3002和网络合同信息3001的组,能够回答视像的播放的权限。
在上述操作中,用户不需要使用用户ID、密码来制作用户账号,可以仅通过自己具有的卡号来登记视像播放的权限,并且不会导致现有的收看者的便利性变差。
另一方面,图4表示使用现有的用户ID、密码来制作用户账号的情况的实施例。当输入用户账号信息4210的情况下,用户可以通过输入卡号4211和密码4212来构筑用户账号。另一方面,在想设定用户ID的情况下,如用户账号信息4200所示,通过设定卡号4201、用户ID 4203以及密码4202,从而能够构筑通常的用户ID和密码的用户账号,也保持与现有的互换性。无论是哪种情况,都可以通过卡号核对部4104,根据从发布ID生成部4403生成的发布ID 4402和卡号4401,进行核对,能够制作发布ID和合同信息4004的组。在这种情况下,可以将生成的用户ID 4002和密码4003同时保存在用户信息数据库4000中。如上述方式,能够制作使用了用户ID和密码的用户账号,但这种情况下, 在判断为动态图像播放时,由于只有电视ID和发布ID流出到网络,因此用户ID和密码等重要信息不会流出到网络。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种视像发布系统,其中,
    所述视像发布系统具有:
    电视接收机,其可以接收通过广播波和通信发送来的视像声音内容,向中间服务器发送在接收广播波时使用的卡号或与其类似的广播信息;
    广播系统,其使用所述广播信息发送广播节目;以及
    视像声音内容的发布系统,其接收所述广播信息并且发送给中间服务器,
    所述中间服务器将从所述电视接收机发送的广播信息与从所述发布系统发送来的广播信息进行核对,从而结合终端的ID和发布侧的ID。
  2. 一种视像声音内容发布系统,其中,
    在询问是否有视像声音内容的播放的权限时,向中间服务器发送终端的ID,中间服务器将成组的发布侧的ID发送给发布系统,从而判定是否有所述权限。
  3. 一种视像声音接收终端,其中,
    在询问是否有视像声音内容的播放的权限时,向中间服务器发送终端的ID,中间服务器将成组的发布侧的ID发送给发布系统,从而判定是否有所述权限。
