Description
本发明涉及冰箱设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种卡扣、踢脚板和冰箱。
随着人类社会的发展,用户对于生活的要求也越来越高,对于各种生活用品无论实用性、多功能性、舒适性还是美观性都具有特殊的要求。由于冰箱需要放置到室内来使用,且从使用的便捷角度看,冰箱更多地被放置到厨房内。且厨房的功能也从原来的烹饪场所,转变为兼顾家庭社交休闲功能,所以厨房的布局及装修也是用户看重的需求,因此,冰箱做为厨房中最大最重要的家电,需要与橱柜或其他厨具之间融合。
目前,现有技术中,冰箱在底部踢脚部分与橱柜踢脚因各方面原因一直难以融合,对家居一体化效果产生不利影响,进而导致用户在日常使用现有的冰箱时体验不佳。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种能够通过将冰箱踢脚和橱柜踢脚融合以提升用户体验的卡扣、踢脚板和冰箱。
本发明一个进一步的目的是要使得卡扣能够平滑地插入到冰箱上。
本发明另一个进一步的目的是要保证卡扣和与卡扣连接的踢脚板之间连接的稳定性和可靠性。
特别地,本发明提供了一种卡扣,其用于将踢脚板连接于冰箱上,卡扣包括:
连接部,用于连接踢脚板;
第一卡合部,设置于连接部上,第一卡合部用于插入并卡接到冰箱的箱体上。
进一步地,第一卡合部包括:
至少一对相对设置的卡头,设置于连接部上,每个卡头包括:
卡接凸起,向远离对应的卡头的方向延伸,且卡接凸起卡接于箱体内,以限制卡
扣向远离箱体的方向移动。
进一步地,每个卡头包括:

本发明的卡扣,由于具有能够连接踢脚板的连接部和能插入并卡接在冰箱的箱体上的第一卡合部,因此,能够将踢脚板安装到冰箱上,进而能够很好地保证冰箱的踢脚部分和安装有踢脚板的橱柜的踢脚部分的一致性,使得冰箱的踢脚部分和橱柜的踢脚部分可以很好地融合,保证厨房内的美观性,提升了用户体验。
进一步地,本发明中的卡扣,由于具有能够连接橱柜和冰箱统一的踢脚板的连接部,且具有能够插入并卡接在冰箱的箱体上的第一卡合部,因此,能够将与橱柜一致的踢脚板装配到冰箱上,使得冰箱的踢脚部分和橱柜的踢脚部分很好地融合,保证厨房内的美观性,提升用户体验。
本发明的卡扣,由于第一卡合部具有至少一对相对设置的卡头,因此,第一卡合部能够卡接到冰箱上。且每个卡头具有插入倾斜面和保持倾斜面,进而可以使得卡扣平滑地插入并卡接到箱体上。
本发明的卡块,由于还具有限位筋,该限位筋能够限制卡扣连接的踢脚板向冰箱的方向移动,因此,在连接部连接到踢脚板上后,保证了卡扣和卡扣连接的踢脚板之间的连接可靠性和稳定性。

当用户自购和橱柜一致的踢脚板时,通过将连接部110连接到与橱柜一致的踢脚板,将第一卡合部120插入并卡接到冰箱,能够将与橱柜一致的踢脚板装配到冰箱上,使得冰箱的踢脚部分和橱柜的踢脚部分更好地融合,保证厨房内的美观性,提升用户体验。
参照图1,在本实施例中,第一卡合部120包括至少一对相对设置的卡头121。至少一对相对设置的卡头121设置于连接部110上。
参照图1、图4和图5,本实施例中卡头121的实施方式,每个卡头121包括卡接凸起1211,卡接凸起1211向远离对应的卡头121的方向延伸,且卡接凸起1211卡接于箱体310内,以限制卡扣100向远离箱体310的方向移动。
可以理解的是,两个卡头121的至少部分结构之间的最远端距离要大于冰箱的第二卡合部311的其余两相对部分之间最近端的距离,才能够限制卡扣100整体向
脱离箱体310的方向移动,即卡扣100才可以卡接到箱体310上。因此,每个卡头121的至少部分结构向远离对应的卡头121的方向延伸,以形成卡接凸起1211。
参照图1,在本实施方式中,每个卡头121还包括保持倾斜面1212和插入倾斜面1213。保持倾斜面1212形成于卡接凸起1211上,且保持倾斜面1212位于卡接凸起1211靠近连接部110的一侧,保持倾斜面1212用于抵接于箱体310。插入倾斜面1213形成于卡接凸起1211上,且插入倾斜面1213位于卡接凸起1211远离连接部110的一侧。

在卡扣100安装到箱体310上时,插入倾斜面1213先抵接于箱体310,经卡接凸起1211的顶端后至保持倾斜面1212。而卡扣100从箱体310上拆卸下来过程中,箱体310由保持倾斜面1212经卡接凸起1211的顶端至插入倾斜面1213后脱离。
另外,插入倾斜面1213和保持倾斜面1212优先设置为平面,可以使得卡扣100在安装到箱体310和从箱体310上拆卸的过程,卡扣100和箱体310之间的力均匀地增加和释放,进一步地提升了卡扣100在箱体310上安装和拆卸的平滑性。
当第一卡合部120为多对相对设置的卡头121时,多对相对设置的卡头121设置在连接部110上,且任两个卡头121之间的夹角均相同。
参照图2,在一个可替换的实施例中,第一卡合部120包括至少一对相对设置的弯折板122,至少一对相对设置的弯折板122设置于连接部110上。
在本可替换的实施例中,每个弯折板122包括弯折卡接段1221,弯折卡接段1221为向远离相对的弯折板122弯折形成的。且弯折段卡接于箱体310内,以限制卡扣100向远离箱体310的方向移动。
可以理解的是,两个弯折板122的至少部分结构之间的最远端距离要大于冰箱的第二卡合部311的其余两相对部分之间最近端的距离,才能够限制卡扣100整体向脱离箱体310的方向移动,即卡扣100才可以卡接到箱体310上。因此,每个弯折板122的至少部分结构向远离对应的弯折板122的方向延伸,以形成弯折卡接段1221。
参照图2,在本可替换的实施例中,每个弯折板122还包括保持倾斜面1212和插入倾斜面1213。保持倾斜面1212形成于弯折卡接段1221上,且保持倾斜面1212位于弯折卡接段1221靠近连接部110的一侧,保持倾斜面1212用于抵接于箱体310。插入倾斜面1213形成于弯折卡接段1221上,且插入倾斜面1213位于弯折卡接段1221远离连接部110的一侧。
参照图1、图2和图5,可以理解的是,在卡扣100的安装过程中,弯折板122需要移动至使得箱体310位于弯折卡接段1221的顶端和连接部110之间的某位置,此时,能够限制弯折板122整体向脱离箱体310的方向移动,即卡扣100可以卡接到箱体310上。进一步地,插入倾斜面1213保证箱体310可以越过弯折卡接段1221的顶端,且插入倾斜面1213将箱体310和卡扣100之间的相对移动转化为沿插入倾斜面1213向弯折卡接段1221的顶端方向的移动,使得箱体310和卡扣100之间的力缓慢的增加。同时保持倾斜面1212使得箱体310在相对移动地越过弯折卡接段1221的顶端后缓慢地释放弯折板122和箱体310之间的力。因此,插入倾斜面1213和保持倾斜面1212的设置保证弯折板122了平滑地安装到箱体310上。
且,卡扣100还可以进行拆卸,在弯折板122从箱体310上拆下来的过程中,保持倾斜面1212起到了使得相对移动的箱体310可以越过弯折卡接段1221的顶端以及使得箱体310和卡扣100之间的力缓慢增加的作用,插入倾斜面1213起到了释放弯折板122和箱体310之间的力的作用,因此,插入倾斜和保持倾斜面1212的设置保证弯折板122了平滑地从箱体310上拆卸下来。同时,由于箱体310在保持倾斜面1212向弯折卡接段1221的顶端移动的过程中,弯折板122和箱体310之间的力逐渐增加,进而限制弯折板122向脱离箱体310的方向移动,保证弯折板122和箱体310的连接。
在卡扣100安装到箱体310上时,插入倾斜面1213先抵接于箱体310,经弯折卡接段1221的顶端后至保持倾斜面1212。而卡扣100从箱体310上拆卸下来过程中,箱体310由保持倾斜面1212经弯折卡接段1221的顶端至插入倾斜面1213后脱离。
另外,插入倾斜面1213和保持倾斜面1212优先设置为平面,可以使得卡扣100在安装到箱体310和从箱体310上拆卸的过程,卡扣100和箱体310之间的力均匀地增加和释放,进一步地提升了卡扣100在箱体310上安装和拆卸的平滑性。
当第一卡合部120为多对相对设置的弯折板122时,多对相对设置的弯折板122设置在连接部110上,且任两个弯折板122之间的夹角均相同。
参照图1,在本实施例中,卡扣100还包括至少一对相对设置的弹性板130,至少一对相对设置的弹性板130弹性板130的一端连接于连接部110上,且弹性板130的另一端对应连接于卡头121或弯折板122。
参照图1和图5,可以理解的是,该弹性板130可以使得卡扣100更平滑地安装到箱体310上以及从箱体310上拆卸下来,有效地避免由于第一卡合部120和箱体310之间的挤压互相破坏。具体为,在将卡扣100安装到箱体310上或将卡扣100从箱体310上拆卸下来的过程中,当插入倾斜面1213或保持倾斜面1212接触到箱体310时,弹性板130向另一相对的弹性板130弯曲,进而释放第一卡合部120和箱体310之间的部分力,所以卡扣100可以更平滑地安装到箱体310上以及从箱体310上拆卸下来,且能够保证在箱体310抵接于保持倾斜面1212时卡扣100不会轻易地从箱体310上脱离。
另外,为了保证弹性板130的弹性,可在每对弹性板130和连接部110的夹角处设置加强板筋,同时,可有效提高弹性板130的疲劳强度。加强筋的具体形式可以是,在弹性板130和连接部110的夹角处将弹性板130加宽处理,如图1。
参照图1,在本实施例中,连接部110为板状结构。
可以理解的是,如图8、图9、图10、图11和图12所示,现有市场上,安装到橱柜上的踢脚板200的安装接口210为安装在板体230的长度方向上布置的至少一对相对设置的卡槽211,连接部110的端部可设置在相对设置的卡槽211内。特别的,冰箱自带踢脚板的安装接口可以设置为现有市场上的安装接口210或其他自制特殊能够匹配连接连接部110的接口结构。因此,将连接部110设置为板状结构,可以很好地适配踢脚板200的安装接口210,即可通过本卡扣100安装到冰箱上,保证冰
箱和橱柜的踢脚部分的融合,提升用户体验,同时保证了卡扣100的兼容性。
另外,参照图6,连接部110的厚度J的范围为大于等于1mm且小于等于2mm,优选为1.5mm。连接部110的高度H的范围为大于等于8mm且小于等于9mm,优选为8.5mm,在实际将卡扣100和踢脚板200连接的过程中,可以将连接部110的高度剪短以适应踢脚板200的安装接口210进行安装,进一步地提供了卡扣100的兼容性。
参照图7,在一个可替换的实施例中,连接部110包括连接块111和至少一对相对设置在连接块111上的连接凸起112。至少一对弹性板130相对设置在连接块111上,或第一卡合部120设置在连接块111上。
可以理解的是,如图8、图9、图10、图13和图14所示,现有的市场上,安装到橱柜上的踢脚板200的安装接口210为安装在板体230的长度方向上布置的至少一对相对设置的卡槽211,连接凸起112可设置在相对设置的卡槽211内。特别的,冰箱自带踢脚板的安装接口可以设置为现有市场上的安装接口210或其他自制特殊能够匹配连接连接部110的接口结构。因此,该连接部110可以很好地适配踢脚板200的安装接口210,即可通过本卡扣100安装到冰箱上,保证冰箱和橱柜的踢脚部分的融合,提升用户体验,同时保证了卡扣100的兼容性。
另外,如图7所示,连接凸起112的厚度j的范围为大于等于1mm且小于等于2mm,优选为1.5mm。相对设置的连接凸起112的顶端之间的距离h的范围为大于等于8mm且小于等于9mm,优选为8.5mm,在实际将卡扣100和踢脚板200连接的过程中,可以将连接凸起112的高度剪短以适应踢脚板200的安装接口210进行安装,进一步地提供了卡扣100的兼容性。
参照图1,在本实施例中,卡扣100还包括延伸板140、限位筋150和止挡板160。延伸板140连接在连接部110靠近第一卡合部120的一侧。限位筋150连接于延伸板140上,且限位筋150远离连接部110设置,限位筋150用于抵接于踢脚板200,以限制踢脚板200向靠近箱体310的方向移动。止挡板160连接于延伸板140远离连接部110的一端,且止挡板160连接于限位筋150。
由于限位筋150能够限制卡扣100连接的踢脚板200向冰箱的方向移动,因此,在连接部110连接到踢脚板200上后,保证了卡扣100和卡扣100连接的踢脚板200之间的连接可靠性和稳定性。且由于止挡板160的设置,进一步增强了限位筋150和延伸板140之间的连接强度,保证了限位筋150对踢脚板200的限位作用。优选的,延伸板140垂直于止挡板160设置,止挡板160和连接部110平行设置,限位筋150垂直于延伸板140设置,提升限位筋150对踢脚板200的限位作用。
另外,如图6所示,限位筋150距连接部110的距离L的范围为大于等于1mm且小于等于2mm,优选为1.5mm。限位筋150的厚度K的范围为大于等于1.2mm且小于等于2.2mm,优选为1.7mm,且实际在安装卡扣100的过程中,可以将限位筋150的厚度减薄,以增加限位筋150和连接部110之间的距离L的长度,保证踢脚板200可以安装配到卡扣100上,提升了卡扣100的兼容性。
如图1和图3所示,限位筋150可以设置为在延伸板140两侧面的限位块151,还可以设置为在延伸板140侧端的限位条152。
下面参照图8至图12、图15至图17来对本发明一个实施例中的踢脚板200进行详细说明。图15是本发明实施例的部分踢脚板200和卡扣100的连接性示意图,图16是图15中的“F”处放大示意图,图17是图11中“E”处放大示意图。
参照图8、图9和图10,该踢脚板200包括板体230和安装接口210,安装接口210设置于板体230上,且安装接口210用于卡接连接部110,以将踢脚板200安装到上述的卡扣100上。
应当理解的是,由于冰箱的踢脚部分和橱柜的踢脚部分由于各种原因难以融合,因此,可根据用户的实际需求选择本踢脚板200,使得冰箱的踢脚部分和橱柜的踢脚
部分可以很好地融合,保证厨房内的美观性,提升了用户体验。
本踢脚板200可以是冰箱自带的踢脚板,其具有能够卡接卡扣100连接部110的安装接口210,再通过卡扣100连接到冰箱的箱体310上,进而能够很好地保证冰箱的踢脚部分和安装有踢脚板的橱柜的踢脚部分的一致性,使得冰箱的踢脚部分和橱柜的踢脚部分可以很好地融合,保证厨房内的美观性,提升了用户体验。
本踢脚板200可以是和橱柜一致的踢脚板,该踢脚板200既可以安装到橱柜上又可以通过本发明中的卡扣100安装到冰箱上,进而使得冰箱的踢脚部分和橱柜的踢脚部分可以很好地融合,保证厨房内的美观性,提升了用户体验。
参照图8、图9、图10、图11和图12,在本实施例中,安装接口210包括至少一对相对设置的卡槽211,至少一对相对设置的卡槽211设置于板体230上,且至少一对相对设置的卡槽211用于卡接连接部110,具体为,将连接部110的端部设置于卡槽211内,或将连接凸起112设置于卡槽211内且连接块111设置于两个相对的卡槽211之间。
此时,本实施例的踢脚板200可以是冰箱自带的踢脚板还可以是与橱柜统一的踢脚板。
参照图15和图16,在一个可替换的实施例中,安装接口210包括至少一个设置于板体230上的卡槽211,且卡槽211的开口方向竖直向下。卡槽211用于卡接连接部110,具体为,将连接部110的任一端端部设置于卡槽211内,或将任一连接凸起112设置于卡槽211内。
此时,本实施例的踢脚板200可以是冰箱自带的踢脚板。
参照图12和图17,在本实施例中,板体230上开设有至少一个通风孔220,因此,本踢脚板200可以更好地使得冰箱完成通气,更好地配合冰箱完成储藏食物的功能。
通风孔220的总进风面积占冰箱的箱体310前表面和冰箱的地面之间围成面的面积的60%-70%。优选通风孔220的总进风面积占冰箱的箱体310前表面和冰箱的地面之间围成面的面积的65%,安装该种占比下的踢脚板200的冰箱相较于不安装踢脚板200,耗电无明显增加,同时通风孔220的面积又不会占据板体230过多的面积,能够保证踢脚板200的美观性,又能很好地保证冰箱和橱柜的踢脚的部分的一致性,提升了用户体验。
另外,通风孔220可以在将踢脚板200装配到冰箱前在装修现场或安装现场开孔。
下面参照图5及图18至图20来对本发明一个实施例中的冰箱进行详细说明。图18是本发明实施例中冰箱的结构示意图,图19是本发明实施例中箱体310的下前横梁312结构示意图,图20是图19中的“G”处放大示意图。
参照图18,该冰箱包括箱体310和门体320;门体320设置于箱体310上。箱体310内可设置有用于储藏食物的冷冻室和冷藏室,以及为制冷系统的各装置提供的放置空间。经过制冷系统的工作进而使得冷冻室和冷藏室内的环境温度降低到适于不同食物储藏的温度,进而使得冰箱完成储藏食物的工作。
参照图5、图19和图20,在本实施例中,箱体310上设置有第二卡合部311。具体的,箱体包括下前横梁312,可以将第二卡合部311设置在箱体310的下前横梁312上。第二卡合部311用于允许第一卡合部120插入,且第二卡合部311用于卡接第一卡合部120,以将本发明的卡扣100卡接到冰箱上。
由于该冰箱由于应用了卡扣100,因此,卡扣100实施例中描述的有益效果及作用该冰箱同样具备,在此不再赘述。
参照图18和图19在本实施例中,第二卡合部311位于门体320下方。因此可以应用卡扣100将踢脚板200安装到冰箱上位于门体320下方的位置,能够保证冰
箱的踢脚部分和橱柜的踢脚部分的一致性,使得冰箱的踢脚部分和橱柜的踢脚部分可以很好地融合,保证厨房内的美观性,提升了用户体验。
参照图19,在本实施例中,第二卡合部311包括卡孔3111,卡孔3111开设于箱体310上。在卡扣100连接到冰箱上时,卡扣100卡接到卡孔3111内。具体为,卡孔3111的壁抵接于保持倾斜面1212上。
参照图20,在本实施例中,第二卡合部311还可包括至少一对弯折卡接板3112,至少一对弯折卡接板3112连接于箱体310上。每个弯折卡接板3112包括第一弯折段3113、第二弯折段3114和连接段3115。第一弯折段3113连接于箱体310,具体为连接于卡孔3111的壁。连接段3115连接在第一弯折段3113和第二弯折段3114之间,且第一弯折段3113和卡孔3111壁的距离m小于第二弯折段3114和卡孔3111壁的距离M,且第二弯折段3114用于抵接于卡扣100的第一卡合部120,具体为,第二弯折段3114抵接于卡扣100的保持倾斜面1212。
如图5所示,在将卡扣100安装到冰箱上的过程中,第一弯折段3113先抵接于卡扣100,具体为,第一弯折段3113先抵接于卡扣100的插入倾斜面1213,随着卡扣100向箱体310内部插入,卡扣100经连接段3115至第二弯折段3114后安装到位。在将卡扣100从冰箱上拆卸下来时,卡扣100自第二弯折段3114经连接段3115至第一弯折段3113后脱离箱体310。
可以理解的是,第一弯折段3113、连接段3115和第二弯折段3114的设置,相比仅有卡孔3111和卡扣100配合的安装拆卸过程,第一弯折段3113、第二弯折段3114和卡扣100之间均为弯折弧面和面的接触,连接段3115和卡扣100之间均为面和面之间的接触,使得卡扣100在安装到冰箱和从冰箱上拆卸下来更平滑。
参照图20,第一弯折段3113、连接段3115和第二弯折段3114的连接体可以呈U型结构。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。
Claims (10)
- 一种卡扣,用于将踢脚板连接于冰箱上,所述卡扣包括:连接部,用于连接所述踢脚板;第一卡合部,设置于所述连接部上,所述第一卡合部用于插入并卡接到所述冰箱的箱体上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣,其中,所述第一卡合部包括:至少一对相对设置的卡头,设置于所述连接部上,每个所述卡头包括:卡接凸起,向远离对应的所述卡头的方向延伸,且所述卡接凸起卡接于所述箱体上,以限制所述卡扣向远离所述箱体的方向移动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的卡扣,其中,每个所述卡头包括:保持倾斜面,形成于所述卡接凸起上,且所述保持倾斜面位于所述卡接凸起靠近所述连接部的一侧,所述保持倾斜面用于抵接所述箱体;插入倾斜面,形成于所述卡接凸起上,且所述插入倾斜面位于所述卡接凸起远离所述连接部的一侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的卡扣,其中,所述卡扣还包括:至少一对相对设置的弹性板,所述弹性板的一端连接于所述连接部,且所述弹性板的另一端对应连接于所述卡头。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣,其中,所述卡扣还包括:延伸板,连接在所述连接部靠近所述第一卡合部的一侧;限位筋,连接于所述延伸板上,且所述限位筋远离所述连接部设置,所述限位筋用于抵接于所述踢脚板,以限制所述踢脚板向靠近所述箱体的方向移动;止挡板,连接于所述延伸板远离所述连接部的一端,且所述止挡板连接于所述限位筋。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣,其中,所述连接部为板状结构。
- 一种踢脚板,包括:板体;安装接口,设置于所述板体上,用于卡接所述连接部,以将所述踢脚板安装到如权利要求1所述的卡扣上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的踢脚板,其中,所述安装接口包括:至少一对相对设置的卡槽,设置于所述板体上,用于卡接所述连接部;并且所述板体上开设有至少一个通风孔。
- 一种冰箱,包括:箱体;门体,设置于所述箱体上;第二卡合部,设置于所述箱体上,用于允许所述第一卡合部插入,且用于卡接所述第一卡合部,以将如权利要求1所述卡扣卡接到所述冰箱上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其中,所述第二卡合部位于所述门体下方,且所述第二卡合部包括:卡孔,开设于所述箱体上;至少一对弯折卡接板,连接于所述箱体上,每个所述弯折卡接板包括:第一弯折段,连接于所述箱体;连接段,连接于所述第一弯折段;第二弯折端,连接于所述连接段,用于抵接于所述第一卡合部,所述第一弯折段和所述卡孔的壁的距离小于所述第二弯折段和所述卡孔的壁的距离。
