Description

응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템
본 발명은 의료콘솔에 관한 것으로서, 특히 전기콘센트, 메디컬 옥시젼(medical oxygen), 메디컬 버큐엄(medical vacuum) 등이 구비된 의료콘솔을 이동 가능하게 구성하여 응급재난 발생시 병실이 아닌 다른 수용장소에 수용되어 있는 환자들의 머리맡에 배치할 수 있는 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템에 관한 것이다.
환자가 입원해 있는 각 병실마다 침대가 접한 벽면, 특히 침대에 누워있는 환자의 머리맡에는 환자와 의료진에게 필요한 의료장치가 구비되어 수평방향으로 길게 설치된 설비가 있는데, 이것을 흔히 의료콘솔, 의료용 헤드콘솔 또는 베드헤드콘솔 등으로 부르고 있다.
의료용 헤드콘솔에는 의료장비에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전기콘센트, 환자에게 의료용 가스(산소)를 공급하기 위한 메디컬 옥시젼(medical oxygen), 환자로부터 배출되는 체액이나 분비물 등을 흡인 제거하기 위한 메디컬 버큐엄(medical vacuum) 등이 구비되어 있다.
이렇게 치료에 필요한 각종 의료장비를 연결할 수 있는 의료콘솔이 병실의 벽면에 설치되어 있기 때문에, 병실에 입원해 있는 환자들에게는 양질의 치료행위를 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 코로나 19와 같은 고전염성 질병에 의해 환자가 대규모로 발생하는 응급재난 상황에는 기존 병실만으로는 환자를 모두 수용할 수 없어서 병실에 수용하지 못하는 환자가 발생되는데, 이때는 병실에 수용하지 못하는 환자들을 병원 근처의 넓은 공간을 갖는 별도의 수용시설이나 병원의 확보 가능한 다른 공간(예를 들면, 병원의 접수공간이나 로비 등)에 수용한다.
그러나, 환자를 수용하기 위한 병실 외의 별도의 수용시설이나 병원의 다른 공간에는 의료콘솔이 구비되어 있지 않아서 환자들에게 양질의 적절한 치료행위를 제공할 수 없는 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 벽면에 고정하는 방식이 아닌 이동 가능한 박스 형태로 제작하여 재난 발생시 병실 외의 공간에 수용된 환자들의 머리맡에 배치 가능하게 함으로써, 병실 외의 공간에 수용된 환자들에게 적절한 치료를 제공할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 의한 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템은 환자의 머리맡에 인접되게 배치된 다수의 의료콘솔을 포함하여 구성되되; 상기 의료콘솔은 박스 형태의 본체와; 환자를 바라보는 상기 본체의 일측면에 구비되고, 전기콘센트와 메디컬 옥시젼(medical oxygen) 및 메디컬 버큐엄(medical vacuum)이 구비된 의료패널부와; 상기 본체의 저면에 구비된 바퀴;를 포함하여 구성된다.
여기에서, 상기 본체의 상면 가장자리에는 일정깊이의 체결홈이 형성되며, 인접한 본체의 체결홈에는 탄성클립의 양측단이 각각 삽입되어 본체 사이에 빈틈이 발생되지 않도록 한다.

또한, 일렬로 배치된 다수의 의료콘솔 중 양 끝쪽의 각각 브레이크를 설치함으로써 배치된 의료콘솔이 외력에 의해 어느 한 쪽으로 밀려나는 것을 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

상기한 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 의한 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템은 환자의 머리맡에 인접되게 배치된 다수의 의료콘솔을 포함하여 구성되되; 상기 의료콘솔은 박스 형태의 본체와; 환자를 바라보는 상기 본체의 일측면에 구비되고, 전기콘센트와 메디컬 옥시젼(medical oxygen) 및 메디컬 버큐엄(medical vacuum)이 구비된 의료패널부와; 상기 본체의 저면에 구비된 바퀴;를 포함하여 구성된다.
이하, 본 발명에 의한 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템의 실시 예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.

긴급 재난이 발생되면 짧은 시간동안 많은 환자가 폭발적으로 증가하여 기존 병실만으로는 환자를 모두 수용할 수 없는 상황이 발생된다. 이러한 상황이 발생되면 강당이나 체육관 또는 병원의 로비 등과 같이 환자를 수용할 수 있는 병실 외의 수용공간을 찾아서 환자들을 수용하게 된다.
바로 이렇게 병실 이외의 환자 수용공간에 설치하여 환자들에게 적절한 치료를 제공할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 것이 본 발명이다.
이러한 본 발명에 의한 응급재난용 의료콘솔 유닛은 환자의 머리맡에 인접되게 배치된 다수의 의료콘솔(10)을 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 의료콘솔(10)은 본체(11)와, 상기 본체(11)에 구비된 의료패널부(12)와, 상기 본체(11)의 저면에 구비된 바퀴(13)를 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 본체(11)는 6면체의 박스 형태로 제작되는 것으로서, 의료콘솔(10)의 외형을 이룬다. 이러한 본체(11)는 병실 외의 수용시설에서 환자들이 누울 때 사용하는 일반적인 매트리스(M)와 동일한 폭으로 제작한다. 따라서 하나의 의료콘솔(10) 본체(11)는 하나의 매트리스(M)에 대응된다.
위와 같은 본체(11)는 상면 가장자리에 일정깊이의 체결홈(11a)이 형성된다. 의료콘솔(10)은 다수개가 환자의 머리맡에 일렬로 면접(面接)되게 설치되는데, 따라서 의료콘솔(10)의 외형을 이루는 본체(11)도 다수개가 일렬로 면접(面接)되게 설치된다.
이러한 다수의 본체(11)는 일렬 배치상태를 유지하는 것이 바람직하므로, 본 발명에서는 체결홈(11a)을 본체(11)에 형성시키고, 이 체결홈(11a)에 탄성클립(14)을 끼움으로써 본체(11)의 일렬 배치상태를 유지한다.
즉 탄성클립(14)은 일단이 어느 하나의 본체(11)의 체결홈(11a)에 삽입되고 타단이 인접한 본체(11)의 체결홈(11a)에 삽입되어 양측의 본체(11)를 서로 밀착시킴으로써 본체(11) 사이에 빈틈이 발생되지 않도록 한다.

좀 더 자세히 설명하면, 의료패널부(12)는 환자를 바라보는 본체(11)의 일측면 상부에 구비된다. 즉 매트리스(M) 위에 눕는 환자의 머리맡에서 환자를 바라보는 쪽으로 의료패널부(12)가 구비된다.
상기 전기콘센트(12a)는 환자의 치료를 위하여 필요한 각종 의료장비들에 전원을 공급하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 전기콘센트(12a)는 의료패널부(12)의 양측에 다수개가 구비된다.
상기 메디컬 옥시젼(12b)은 각종 질병상태에서 생태조직 내에 산소가 부족할 경우나 수술시 전신마취를 할 경우, 흡입공기에 산소를 적당히 혼합해서 산소분압을 높이거나 산소를 조직 내의 가스와 교환하는 것을 도와주는데 사용한다.

위와 같은 전기콘센트(12a), 메디컬 옥시젼(12b) 메디컬 버큐엄(12c) 외에도 석션과 같은 의료기구를 걸 때 사용하는 슬라이드 혹(Slide hook,12d)이나 의료진 호출버튼, 환자의 나이나 성별 등을 기재한 이름판 등을 의료패널부(12)에 구비할 수도 있다.
한편, 위와 같은 전기콘센트(12a), 메디컬 옥시젼(12b), 메디컬 버큐엄(12c) 등은 수용시설의 천장 내부에 설치되어 있는 전기설비나 가스설비 및 석션장비 등에 각각 연결되어 전원을 공급받거나 가스(산소)를 공급받거나 흡인력을 제공받을 수 있다.
한편, 앞서 기재한 것처럼 의료콘솔(10)은 환자의 머리맡에 일렬로 배치되는데, 이때 의료콘솔(10)의 의료패널부(12)는 한 칸 건너 하나씩 같은 방향을 바라보도록 설치되고, 그 사이에 배치되는 의료패널부는 양 옆에 배치된 의료패널부와 반대방향을 바라보도록 설치된다.
좀 더 자세히 설명하면, 병실 외의 수용시설에 환자들을 눕히고자 할 때 매트리스(M) 하나에 당 한 명의 환자를 눕히는데, 이때 중앙에 의료콘솔(10) 다수개를 일렬로 배치한 후 의료콘솔(10)의 양편에 각각 다수의 매트리스(M)를 배치한다.
이렇게 의료콘솔(10)의 양편에 각각 배치되는 다수의 매트리스(M)는 측단을 서로 붙여서 연속적으로 배치하는 것보다는 의료진의 출입 편의와 의료장비들의 이동 편의를 위해서 매트리스(M) 하나를 배치한 후 그 옆쪽에는 하나의 매트리스(M) 폭만큼을 비워 둔 후 다시 매트리스(M) 하나를 배치하는 방식을 반복하는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 의료콘솔(10)의 양편에 각각 배치된 다수의 매트리스(M)는 서로 교차되게 설치하는 것이 바람직하다. 즉 의료콘솔(10)을 기준으로 어느 한 편에 매트리스(M) 하나를 설치하면 같은 라인상에 있는 의료콘솔(10)의 맞은편에는 매트리스(M)를 설치하지 않는 것이다.
따라서 매트리스(M)의 전체적인 배치형태는 지그재그 형태가 되는데, 의료패널부(12)가 이렇게 지그재그 형태로 배치된 매트리스(M)에 누워 있는 환자를 향하도록 하기 위하여 첫 번째, 세 번째, 다섯 번째…의 의료콘솔(10)의 의료패널부(12)가 왼쪽을 향하도록 배치되었다면 두 번째, 네 번째, 여섯 번째…의 의료콘솔(10)은 의료패널부(12)가 오른쪽을 향하도록 배치되는 것이다.
상기 바퀴(13)는 본체(11)의 바닥면에 구비되어 자유회전 하는 것으로서, 의료콘솔(10)의 운반을 용이하게 하기 위하여 구비된다.
이렇게 본체(11) 밑에 바퀴(13)가 구비되어 있으므로, 의료콘솔(10)이 다수개가 설치된다 하더라도 외력에 의해 다수의 의료콘솔(10)이 밀릴 수 있다.
이렇게 외력에 의해 의료콘솔(10)이 밀리는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 본 발명에서는 인접되게 배치된 다수의 의료콘솔(10) 중에서 양끝에 배치된 의료콘솔에 브레이크(20)를 설치하였다.
상기 브레이크(20)는 한 쌍의 흡착판(21a)이 설치된 지지판(21)과, 상기 흡착판(21a)에 회동가능하게 설치되는 한 쌍의 회동바(22)와, 상기 한 쌍의 회동바(22) 사이를 연결하는 손잡이(23)와, 상기 한 쌍의 회동바(22) 끝단 사이를 연결되게 설치하는 고무패드(24)와, 상기 회동바(22)와 지지판(21) 사이에 설치되는 스프링(25)으로 구성된다.
상기 지지판(21)은 사각 형태의 얇은 판으로서, 의료콘솔(10)의 본체(11) 측면에 부착되는 한 쌍의 흡착판(21a)이 일정간격으로 설치된다.
상기 흡착판(21a)은 후단 끝부분이 지지판(21)을 관통하고, 선단 부분을 본체(11)의 측면에 가압하여 밀착시킨다.
상기 회동바(22)는 일단이 지지판(21)을 관통한 흡착판(21a)의 후단 끝부분에 회동가능하게 연결된다.
상기 손잡이(23)는 양 끝단이 회동바(22)의 중간 부분에 연결되어, 브레이크(20) 사용자가 브레이크(20)를 의료콘솔(10)의 본체(11)에 부착시킬 때 파지한다.
상기 고무패드(24)는 회동바(22)의 타단에 설치되어 의료콘솔(10)이 설치되는 지면에 밀착된다. 이러한 고무패드(24)는 마찰력을 증가시켜 의료콘솔(10)이 쉽게 밀리지 않도록 한다.
상기 스프링(25)은 회동바(22)를 의료콘솔(10)의 본체(11) 쪽으로 당길 수 있도록 회동바(22)에 탄성력을 제공한다. 이러한 스프링(25)에 의해 회동바(22)는 의료콘솔(10) 본체(11)의 측면에 경사지게 배치되면서 고무패드(24)가 지면에 밀착될 수 있다.
본 발명은 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 전염성 질병에 의해 환자가 대규모로 발생하는 응급재난 상황 등에서 필요로 하기 때문에 의료장비에 관련된 산업에 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 환자의 머리맡에 인접되게 배치된 다수의 의료콘솔(10)을 포함하여 구성되되,
    상기 의료콘솔(10)은 박스 형태의 본체(11)와;
    환자를 바라보는 상기 본체(11)의 일측면에 구비되고, 전기콘센트(12a)와 메디컬 옥시젼(medical oxygen,12b) 및 메디컬 버큐엄(medical vacuum,12c)이 구비된 의료패널부(12)와;
    상기 본체(11)의 저면에 구비된 바퀴(13);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 본체(11)의 상면 가장자리에는 일정깊이의 체결홈(11a)이 형성되며, 인접한 본체(11)의 체결홈(11a)에는 탄성클립(14)의 양측단이 각각 삽입되어 본체(11) 사이에 빈틈이 발생되지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    인접되게 배치된 다수의 의료콘솔(10) 중에서 양끝에 배치된 의료콘솔에는 의료콘솔(10)이 밀리는 것을 방지하는 브레이크(20)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 브레이크(20)는 의료콘솔(10)의 본체(11) 측면에 부착되는 한 쌍의 흡착판(21a)이 설치된 지지판(21)과;
    상기 흡착판(21a)에 회동가능하게 설치되는 한 쌍의 회동바(22)와;
    상기 한 쌍의 회동바(22) 사이를 연결하는 손잡이(23)와;
    상기 회동바(22)의 끝단 사이를 연결하면서 설치되어 지면에 밀착되는 고무패드(24)와;
    상기 회동바(22)와 지지판(21) 사이에 설치되어 회동바(22)를 의료콘솔(10)의 본체(11) 쪽으로 당기는 스프링(25);으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 의료콘솔(10)의 의료패널부(12)는 한 칸 건너 하나씩 같은 방향을 바라보도록 설치되고, 그 사이에 배치되는 의료패널부는 양 옆에 배치된 의료패널부와 반대방향을 바라보는 것을 특징으로 하는 응급재난용 의료콘솔 시스템.
