在实际应用时,所述刷头部包括:刷头主体,且刷头主体应当设计为上段呈圆柱状、下段呈锥形状的结构,在刷头主体的一端设有刷头,由该刷头充当 主要的口腔内清洁功能,且刷头主体的另一端开设有与振动轴相匹配的装配槽孔,将刷头主体的装配槽孔对准并套入至振动轴上,对于装配槽孔与振动轴之间装配方式则可采用现有的方式,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,将刷头部设有插入部的左侧,刷头部与插入部呈并排布置且刷头的中轴线与内窥镜的中轴线相交。在实际应用时,将刷头朝向内窥镜一侧呈一定的倾斜设置,当刷头部与插入部均伸入至口腔内工作时,在内窥镜的取景区域内能够看到刷头部中刷头的尖部,在使用时,能够在牙齿表面看到刷头的尖部并通过刷头对口腔内的定点部位进行彻底清除,且两者不会产生干涉的现象。在实际应用时,应当在刷头部与插入部之间留有间隙,以防止刷头部的振动对插入部上的内窥镜成像造成影响。为进一步提升内窥镜的成像效果以及尽可能的减少刷头部的振动干扰,在插入部朝向刷头部的一侧表面上贴附有至少一层止震板,以通过止震板消除插入部自身的共振现象,当然,在实际应用时,也可在插入部的其他表面上均贴附止震板,以起到良好的止震效果,以确保其能够在稳定的情况下取景,进而确保口腔内的图像情况能够良好的反馈至用户。
实施例2
在实施例1中提供了一种振动式可视电动牙刷,在其他结构及工作原理不变的情况下,如图3、图4所示,将刷头部设于插入部的前侧,为防止刷头部对插入部的内窥镜造成干涉,将刷头部的刷头位于所述内窥镜的下方且刷头的中轴线与内窥镜的中轴线相交,且刷头的中轴线与内窥镜的中轴线位于同一平面内,在实际应用时,将刷头朝向内窥镜一侧呈一定的倾斜设置,以确保在刷头能够在内窥镜取景区域内进行清洁动作。进一步,为提升该刷头部的刷头清 洁力度,在本实施例中,将刷头部的刷头向上倾斜一定的角度,以更有利于在实际操作时,刷头能够对口腔内部进行彻底清洁。
实施例3
在实施例1中提供了一种振动式可视电动牙刷,在其他结构及工作原理不变的情况下,如图5、图6所示,将所述刷头部设有插入部的右侧,刷头部与插入部呈并排布置且刷头的中轴线与内窥镜的中轴线相交,在实际应用时,将刷头朝向内窥镜一侧呈一定的倾斜设置,其布置方式及工作原理见实施例1中所示。
实施例4
在实施例1中提供了一种振动式可视电动牙刷,在其他结构及工作原理不变的情况下,如图7、图8所示,将所述刷头部设于插入部的后侧,为防止刷头部对插入部的内窥镜造成干涉,在设计时,刷头部的刷头应当位于所述内窥镜的上方且刷头的中轴线与内窥镜的中轴线相交,在实际应用时,将刷头朝向内窥镜一侧呈一定的倾斜设置,以确保在刷头能够在内窥镜取景区域内进行清洁动作。进一步,为提升该刷头部的刷头清洁力度,在本实施例中,将刷头部的刷头向下倾斜一定的角度,以更有利于在实际操作时,刷头能够对口腔内部进行彻底清洁。
本发明不局限于上述可选实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是落入本发明权利要求界定范围内的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种振动式可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在于,还包括:
    设于牙刷本体上的插入部,所述插入部的端部设有内窥镜;
    可拆卸装于牙刷本体上的刷头部,所述刷头部的端部设有刷头,且刷头朝向内窥镜采集图像所在的一侧;
    装于牙刷本体上的驱动部,所述驱动部与刷头部之间可拆卸装配连接并通过驱动部驱动刷头部上的刷头作高频振动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振动式可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在于,所述刷头部设于插入部的左侧或右侧,刷头部与插入部呈并排布置且刷头的中轴线与内窥镜的中轴线相交。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的振动式可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在于,所述刷头部设于插入部的前侧,刷头部的刷头位于所述内窥镜的下方且刷头的中轴线与内窥镜的中轴线相交。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的振动式可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在于,所述刷头部设于插入部的后侧,刷头部的刷头位于所述内窥镜的上方且刷头的中轴线与内窥镜的中轴线相交。
  5. 根据权利要求2、3或4所述的振动式可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在于,所述刷头部与插入部之间留有间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的振动式可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在于,所述插入部朝向刷头部的一侧表面上贴附有至少一层止震板。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的振动式可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在于,所述驱动部包括装于牙刷本体内的振动电机,所述振动电机的振动轴与刷头部之间可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的振动式可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在 于,所述刷头部包括:刷头主体,所述刷头主体的一端设有刷头,且刷头主体的另一端开设有与振动轴相匹配的装配槽孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的振动式可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在于,所述刷头设为牙间隙刷头、抛光杯刷头或硅胶刷头。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的振动式可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在于,所述内窥镜包括摄像单元,该摄像单元的采集图像方向与所述刷头的朝向位于同一侧。
