本发明的有益效果为:
1.采用本发明所提供的改进型可视电动牙刷,其通过电动牙刷的刷头部与口腔内窥镜共同组合,当用户需要对其口腔内进行清洁处理时,通过内窥镜透过屏幕观察并在图像的正中间可以看到刷头部的顶部位置,方便用户在对口腔内观察牙齿并定位牙齿和要清洁的位置,同时在屏幕上可以看到牙齿清洁情况, 以保证能够将用户每颗牙齿上的牙菌斑、牙结石、色素沉着、食物残留进行彻底清洁,以对用户的口腔进行全方位的保护。
2.采用本发明所提供的改进型可视电动牙刷,其在电动牙刷上可拆卸装配有刷头部,同时,该刷头部还配备有可拆卸的刷头,以根据用户的实际需求对不同类型的刷头进行实时更换,通过不同刷头的清洁效果不同,能够将用户牙齿上的牙菌斑、牙结石、色素沉着、食物残留进行彻底清洁。

实施例1
鉴于现有的电动牙刷在用户使用,其无法实时查看用户口腔内的具体情况,在本实施例中具体提供了一种改进型可视电动牙刷,通过该可视电动牙刷对用 户的口腔内提供全方位的保护。该可视电动牙刷的主体部分为牙刷本体1,牙刷本体1作为用户的握持部,且牙刷本体1作为该可视电动牙刷内部电器元件的容纳部位。
本实施例中的改进型可视电动牙刷,其主要分为:牙刷本体1和刷头部3两部分,如图1-图10所示,现对其阐述如下:
(1)牙刷本体
牙刷本体1除了用于用户握持的握持部,其还包括一体成型于牙刷本体1上的插入部2和装于牙刷本体1内的驱动部。
对于插入部2的设计
插入部2用以伸入至用户的口腔内部,且插入部2的端部设有内窥镜5,内窥镜5包括摄像单元,该摄像单元的采集图像方向与刷头部3中刷头的朝向位于同一侧。由于该摄像单元装于插入部2上,将插入部2伸入用户的口腔后,该摄像单元的采集图像方向与刷头部3中刷头的朝向位于同一侧,则通过摄像单元能够对用户的口腔进行实时取景。为确保内窥镜5的功能实现,该内窥镜5还包括设于牙刷本体1内的MCU、位移信息采集模块和信号传输模块,所述摄像单元、位移信息采集模块、信号传输模块分别与MCU连接。其工作原理为:
摄像单元采集口腔内图像,经信号传输模块传输给手机设备上的软件或电脑,可用于进行整理储存,调用显示,并对精确定位食物残留的位置后,配合刷头部3对其进行彻底清洁。
对于驱动部的设计
将驱动部装于牙刷本体1上,并与牙刷本体1共同构成一整体,将驱动部 与刷头部3的传动件之间设置为可拆卸连接,进而,可实现刷头部3的可拆卸连接,当刷头部3装于牙刷本体1上,且刷头部3与驱动部之间连接之后,通过驱动部驱动传动件作转动运动。
在实际应用中,对于驱动部的设计如下:驱动部包括装于牙刷本体1内的电动机7,所述电动机7的驱动轴伸出牙刷本体1的表面,且驱动轴与刷头部3的传动杆11之间设置为可拆卸装配连接。优选的,在传动杆11的端部设有与驱动轴相匹配的套孔,在套孔内设有硅胶套,当传动杆11套在驱动轴上时,在硅胶套的作用下,能够确保传动杆11与驱动轴之间连接可靠、牢固。
(2)刷头部3
通过刷头部3内的传动杆11与电动机7驱动轴之间的可拆卸连接,能将刷头部3可拆卸装于牙刷本体1上,所述刷头部3内可拆卸装配有刷头和传动件,刷头朝向内窥镜5采集图像所在的一侧,以确保在通过内窥镜5采集口腔内部图像之后,刷头能够及时清洁牙齿上附着的残留物,且刷头与传动件传动连接并通过传动件驱动刷头作转动运动。
对于刷头的设计
刷头作为用户口腔内的主要清洁部件,该刷头包括:刷头本体和与刷头本体同轴设置的转轴10,所述转轴10转动套于刷头部3内,且转轴10与传动件传动连接并通过传动件对其作轴向限位。
在实际应用时,用户可选择用不同类型的刷头满足不同的清洁需求,刷头本体设为旋转中空刷头16、旋转圆锥抛光刷头4、旋转抛光杯刷头15、旋转平面刷头17或旋转牙间隙刷头18,如图25-图29所示,具体如下:
①旋转牙间隙刷头18,由塑料毛刷或者动物毛制作,用于牙齿间隙之间食 物残留,牙菌斑的清除;
②旋转平面刷头17,用于牙齿表面食物残留,牙菌斑的清除;
③旋转抛光杯刷头15,由橡胶,硅胶材质构成,中空,边缘薄而软,使用时中空部分放入牙膏或者抛光膏,按压在牙在牙齿表面旋转移动,中间牙膏和抛光膏逐渐附着在牙齿表面,抛光杯选转达到清洁食物残留,牙菌斑,抛光牙齿的作用,同时抛光杯边缘薄而软旋转时可清洁牙齿和牙龈之间边缘;
④旋转圆锥抛光刷头4,由橡胶,硅胶材质构成,可对牙此间隙产生清洁食物残留,牙菌斑,抛光牙齿间隙的作用;
⑤旋转中空刷头16,刷毛由塑料毛刷或者动物毛制作,中空,使用时中空部分放入牙膏或者抛光膏,按压在牙齿表面旋转移动,中间牙膏和抛光膏逐渐附着在牙齿表面,抛光杯选转达到清洁食物残留,牙菌斑,抛光牙齿的作用,同时抛光杯边缘薄而软旋转时可清洁牙齿和牙龈之间边缘。
对于传动件的设计如下:
该传动件作为驱动部的电动机7与刷头之间的传动部件,传动件包括:活动套于刷头部3内的传动杆11,所述传动杆11的一端与刷头的转轴10传动连接,另一端与驱动部的驱动轴装配连接。
为确保传动杆11既可在刷头部3内作自由转动,又防止传动杆11从刷头部3上脱离,在刷头部3上设有与传动杆11相适配的限位件,通过限位件对传动杆11的轴向运行限位。在实际应用时,对于限位件的设计,将该限位件设置为可拆卸装于刷头部3上的限位销19,限位销19设计为阶梯轴,所述传动杆11上设有与限位销19相匹配的转动环槽12,该转动环槽12与阶梯轴的小端相匹配,并通过阶梯轴的小端伸入至转动环槽12内,而阶梯轴的大端则稳固安装 于限位部上。在运行时,阶梯轴仅对传动杆11的轴向方向进行限位,而传动杆11能够相对于阶梯轴作转动运动,进而防止传动杆11产生轴向窜动。
对于刷头的转轴10与传动杆11之间传动方式设计如下:
在转轴10上设有环形槽口20,环形槽口20的一侧设有第一传动齿13,另一侧设为圆锥面;所述传动杆11的一端部装入环形槽口20内且该端部设有与第一传动齿13啮合传动的第二传动齿14。因此,当传动杆11的一端伸入至环形槽口20内部后,一方面,通过传动杆11的第二传动齿14与环形槽口20的第一传动齿13之间啮合传动,进而,由传动杆11驱动转轴10作转动运动,以使转轴10端部的刷头本体能够满足其使用功能;另一方面,环形槽口20的圆锥面是抵靠在传动杆11的端部上,能够对转轴10的轴向进行限位,进而,当刷头安装之后,刷头的转轴10既可相对于刷头部3作转动运动,又不会从刷头部3上脱离,防止刷头本体产生轴向窜动。
基于上述的刷头部3和牙刷本体1则共同构成了该可视电动牙刷,在本实施例中应用时,将刷头部3设于插入部2的左侧部,且刷头部3通过辅助锁紧件对其固定。而辅助锁紧件则分为以下3种方式,如下:
第1种:将辅助锁紧件为设于牙刷本体1上的挡板6,且通过挡板6抵靠于刷头部3的后方(将内窥镜5采集图像的一侧定义为前方),当刷头部3的传动杆11与牙刷本体1的电动机7驱动轴相互装配连接之后,刷头部3的后侧则抵靠在挡板6上,进而,在使用刷头部3上的刷头进行口腔内部清洁时,在挡板6的作用下,能够对刷头部3提供足够的支撑作用力,防止刷头部3向后方倾倒。
第2种:将辅助锁紧件为设于刷头部3上的固位环且固位环设为圆环状, 且该固位环套装于内窥镜5的外部。当刷头部3的传动杆11与牙刷本体1的电动机7驱动轴相互装配连接之后,由于存在一定的让性,以能将固位环套在内窥镜5的外部,进而,在使用刷头部3上的刷头进行口腔内部清洁时,在固位环的作用下,能够对刷头部3提供足够的支撑作用力,防止刷头部3向后方倾倒且确保刷头部3在使用时更加稳固、可靠。
第3种:将辅助锁紧件为设于刷头部3上的固位环且固位环设为半圆环状,且该固位环套装于内窥镜5的外部。当刷头部3的传动杆11与牙刷本体1的电动机7驱动轴相互装配连接之后,由于存在一定的让性,以能将半圆环状的固位环卡套在内窥镜5的外部,进而,在使用刷头部3上的刷头进行口腔内部清洁时,在固位环的作用下,能够对刷头部3提供足够的支撑作用力,防止刷头部3向后方倾倒且确保刷头部3在使用时更加稳固、可靠。
实施例2
在实施例1中所提供的改进型可视电动牙刷,其将刷头部3设置在插入部2的左侧部,而在本实施例中,则提供另一种实施案例,如图11所示,将刷头部3设于插入部2的右侧部,且刷头部3通过辅助锁紧件对其固定,对于辅助锁紧件的相关设计、安装过程以及工作原理,参照实施例1即可,此处不再赘述。
实施例3
如图12-图18所示,在本实施例中,不同于实施例1和实施例2中,而是将刷头部3设于插入部2的后部,同时,为确保该刷头部3能够顺利对用户的口腔内部进行清洁,则将刷头部3的刷头设于内窥镜5的上方,同时,为确保刷头能够对口腔内进行有效清洁且便于用户操作,刷头部3的刷头所在轴向方 向呈向下倾斜设置(此处的向上是针对牙刷本体1正常放置的位置而言),即:该刷头部3的端部设为呈L形的折弯状结构。在刷头部3上设有固位环且该固位环套装于内窥镜5的外部,且固位环则设于折弯状结构的下方,在实际应用时,可将固位环设为圆环状或半圆环状。
在实际应用时,当刷头部3的传动杆11与牙刷本体1的电动机7驱动轴相互装配连接之后,由于存在一定的让性,以能将固位环卡套在内窥镜5的外部,进而,在使用刷头部3上的刷头进行口腔内部清洁时,在固位环的作用下,能够对刷头部3提供足够的限位作用力,以防止刷头部3的刷头转动时,该刷头部3的左右窜动过大,同时,又由于刷头部3是位于插入部2的后方且通过固位环套在内窥镜5的外部,还能防止刷头部3向后方倾倒,以确保刷头部3的刷头在使用时更加稳固、可靠。
实施例4
如图19-图24所示,在本实施例中,不同于实施例1和实施例2中,而是将刷头部3设于插入部2的前部,同时,为确保该刷头部3能够顺利对用户的口腔内部进行清洁,则将刷头部3的刷头设于内窥镜5的下方,同时,为确保刷头能够对口腔内进行有效清洁且便于用户操作,刷头部3的刷头所在轴向方向呈向上倾斜设置(此处的向上是针对牙刷本体1正常放置的位置而言),刷头部3上设有固位环且该固位环套装于内窥镜5的外部。在实际应用时,可将固位环设为圆环状或半圆环状。
在实际应用时,当刷头部3的传动杆11与牙刷本体1的电动机7驱动轴相互装配连接之后,由于存在一定的让性,以能将固位环卡套在内窥镜5的外部,进而,在使用刷头部3上的刷头进行口腔内部清洁时,在固位环的作用下,能 够对刷头部3提供足够的限位作用力,以防止刷头部3的刷头转动时,刷头部3的左右窜动过大,同时,又由于刷头部3是位于插入部2的前方的,还防止刷头部3向后方倾倒,以确保刷头部3的刷头在使用时更加稳固、可靠。
本发明不局限于上述可选实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是落入本发明权利要求界定范围内的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种改进型可视电动牙刷,包括牙刷本体,其特征在于,还包括:
    设于牙刷本体上的插入部,所述插入部的端部设有内窥镜;
    可拆卸装于牙刷本体上的刷头部,所述刷头部内可拆卸装配有刷头和传动件,刷头朝向内窥镜采集图像所在的一侧,且刷头与传动件传动连接并通过传动件驱动刷头作转动运动;
    装于牙刷本体上的驱动部,所述驱动部与传动件可拆卸连接并通过驱动部驱动传动件作转动运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述刷头部设于插入部的侧部,且刷头部通过辅助锁紧件对其固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述辅助锁紧件为设于牙刷本体上的挡板,且通过挡板抵靠于刷头部的后方。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述辅助锁紧件为设于刷头部上的固位环,且该固位环套装于内窥镜的外部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述刷头部设于插入部的前部或后部,刷头部上设有固位环且该固位环套装于内窥镜的外部。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述固位环设为圆环状或半圆环状。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述刷头包括:
    刷头本体;
    与刷头本体同轴设置的转轴,所述转轴转动套于刷头部内,且转轴与传动件传动连接并通过传动件对其作轴向限位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述传动件包括:
    活动套于刷头部内的传动杆,所述传动杆的一端与转轴传动连接,另一端与驱动部装配连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述转轴上设有环形槽口,环形槽口的一侧设有第一传动齿,另一侧设为圆锥面;所述传动杆的一端部装入环形槽口内且该端部设有与第一传动齿啮合传动的第二传动齿。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述刷头部上设有与传动杆相适配的限位件,通过限位件对传动杆的轴向运行限位。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述限位件为可拆卸装于刷头部上的限位销,所述传动杆上设有与限位销相匹配的转动环槽并通过限位销伸入至转动环槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述驱动部包括装于牙刷本体内的电动机,所述电动机的驱动轴伸出牙刷本体的表面,且驱动轴与传动杆之间设置为可拆卸装配连接。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述刷头本体设为旋转中空刷头、旋转圆锥抛光刷头、旋转抛光杯刷头、旋转平面刷头或旋转牙间隙刷头。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的改进型可视电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述内窥镜包括摄像单元,该摄像单元的采集图像方向与所述刷头的朝向位于同一侧。
