本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种充电枪结构,新型的结构设计不仅结构简单,体积小,而且容易组装。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出了一种充电枪结构,包括:
枪头,所述枪头包括插头壳体、信号插管、电源插管、压块以及螺丝,所述插头壳体内设有螺丝孔,所述压块内设有固定孔,所述信号插管和电源插管均穿过固定孔后设置在所述插头壳体内,所述压块通过螺丝与螺丝孔螺合连接后固定在插头壳体内;
枪体,所述枪体包括枪壳和上盖组件,所述枪壳的前端与所述插头壳体连接,所述枪壳的尾端设有护套组件,所述枪壳的上端设有凹腔,所述上盖组件盖合在所述凹腔上。
进一步地,所述插头壳体的外壁上设有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有防水圈。
进一步地,所述枪壳前端的内壁上设有一塞孔,所述塞孔内塞有一帽塞,所述帽塞连接一弹性拉绳,所述弹性拉绳的另一端固定设有一防尘帽。
进一步地,所述枪壳前端的内壁上设有一螺丝柱,所述螺丝柱固定在所述枪壳前端的内壁上,所述螺丝柱的壁面与所述帽塞抵接。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的充电枪结构包括枪头1和枪体2,其中,枪头1包括插头壳体11、信号插管12、电源插管13、压块14以及螺丝15,在插头壳体11内设有螺丝孔111,在压块14内设有固定孔141,将信号插管12和电源插管13均穿过固定孔141后设置在插头壳体11内,压块14通过螺丝15与螺丝孔111螺合连接后固定在插头壳体11内;枪体2包括枪壳21和上盖组件22,将枪壳21的前端与插头壳体11连接,在枪壳21的尾端设有护套组件23,在枪壳21的上端设有凹腔24,上盖组件22盖合在凹腔24上,新型的结构设计不仅结构简单,体积小,而且容易组装。
插头壳体11的外壁上设有环形凹槽112,环形凹槽112内设有防水圈3,防水效果更好。
如图3和图4所示,在枪壳21前端的内壁上设有一塞孔211,塞孔211内塞有一帽塞4,帽塞4连接一弹性拉绳5,在弹性拉绳5的另一端固定设有一防尘帽6,充电结束后,可以用防尘帽6盖住枪头1,防水防尘。较佳地,在枪壳21前端的内壁上设有一螺丝柱7,将螺丝柱7通过螺钉固定在枪壳21前端的内壁上,螺丝柱7的壁面与帽塞4抵接,防止帽塞4退出。
护套组件23包括尾部护套231和护套固定环232,尾部护套231与枪壳尾端连接,尾部护套231的内壁上设有台阶部233,护套固定环232的外壁上设有卡勾234,卡勾234倒扣在台阶部233上,护套组件23容易拆卸,结构简单,可以保护尾端的线缆不会弯折过渡而导致线缆外壁破裂。
如图3所示,上盖组件22包括线缆压板221、上盖压板222和盖子223,将线缆压板221固定安装在凹腔24的底部,将上盖压板222固定安装在线缆压板221上,将盖子223固定安装在上盖压板222上,上盖组件22容易拆卸,结构简单。
