背景技术
大气采样是指采集大气中污染物样品或受污染空气样品的方法,采集方法一类是使大量空气通过液体吸收剂或固体吸附剂,将大气中浓度较低的污染物富集起来,如抽气法、滤膜法。另一类是用容器采集含有污染物的空气,大多数大气采样装置无法自行根据工作状态和环境进行自我保护,有时会造成设备损坏,给实际使用带来了一定的不利影响,因此需要进行改进。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供具有自保护功能的大气采样设备,具备气压超过预设阈值的时候会停止工作,防止压强过高,当外界的温度过高时会断开系统电路,从而关闭设备运行的优点,给实际使用带来了一定的有利影响,解决了以上背景技术中提出的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案: 具有自保护功能的大气采样设备,包括主箱,所述主箱的下表面固定连接有连接板,所述主箱的前面设置有前板,所述前板的右表面固定连接有锁扣,且锁扣能够与主箱的右表面卡接,所述前板的前面固定连接有显示器,所述前板的前面固定连接有控制板,且控制板位于显示器的左侧。
优选的,所述主箱的上表面固定连接有温度传感器,所述主箱内部的下表面固定连接有压缩机,所述压缩机的输入口固定连接有收集管,且收集管贯穿主箱的上表面,所述压缩机的输出口固定连接有通气管,所述通气管的输出管固定连接有三个集气瓶。
优选的,所述通气管上设置有压强测试管,所述压强测试管的输出口固定连接有压强检测表,且压强检测表设置在前板上。
优选的,所述温度传感器与压强检测表的输出端固定连接有复位开关,且复位开关位于前板上。
优选的,所述连接板上螺纹连接有螺纹栓,所述螺纹栓的下表面固定连接有旋转座,所述旋转座的下表面旋转连接有固定座,所述固定座的下表面固定连接有三个支撑腿,且三个支撑腿位于固定座下表面的三个方向。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过螺纹栓的设置方便了工作人员对设备的拆卸,从而增加了设备运输的便捷性,通过防滑板的设置防止了设备翻倒,通过压缩机的设置能够将大气中的空气通过收集管进入设备,通过集气瓶的设置能够在收集满之后更换空瓶,增加了工作效率,在集气瓶气压超过预设阈值的时候压强检测表会报警,同时会停止压缩机工作,防止压强过高集气瓶破裂,当外界的温度过高时温度传感器会断开系统电路,从而关闭设备运行,防止设备在过热环境下运行造成设备损坏。

主箱1内部的下表面固定连接有压缩机8,通过压缩机8的设置能够将大气中的空气通过收集管9进入设备,压缩机8的输入口固定连接有收集管9,且收集管9贯穿主箱1的上表面。
进一步的,通气管10上设置有压强测试管12,压强测试管12的输出口固定连接有压强检测表13,且压强检测表13设置在前板3上。
压缩机8的输出口固定连接有通气管10,通气管10的输出管固定连接有三个集气瓶11,通过集气瓶11的设置能够在收集满之后更换空瓶,增加了工作效率。
主箱1的下表面固定连接有连接板2,主箱1的前面设置有前板3,前板3的右表面固定连接有锁扣4,且锁扣4能够与主箱1的右表面卡接,前板3的前面固定连接有显示器5,前板3的前面固定连接有控制板6,且控制板6位于显示器5的左侧。
实施例2,请参阅图3,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:连接板2上螺纹连接有螺纹栓15,通过螺纹栓15的设置方便了工作人员对设备的拆卸,从而增加了设备运输的便捷性,螺纹栓15的下表面固定连接有旋转座16,旋转座16的下表面旋转连接有固定座17,固定座17的下表面固定连接有三个支撑腿18,且三个支撑腿18位于固定座17下表面的三个方向。
进一步的,支撑腿18的下表面均固定连接有支撑脚19,支撑脚19的下表面固定连接有防滑板20。
工作原理:该大气采样设备在用时,工作人员将主箱1与螺纹栓15螺纹连接,通过螺纹栓15的设置方便了工作人员对设备的拆卸,从而增加了设备运输的便捷性,按照需要设置好支撑腿18,通过防滑板20的设置防止了设备翻倒,启动设备,压缩机8启动,带动收集管9内的空气流向通气管10,通过压缩机8的设置能够将大气中的空气通过收集管9进入设备,空气通过通气管10进入集气瓶11,通过集气瓶11的设置能够在收集满之后更换空瓶,增加了工作效率,在集气瓶11气压超过预设阈值的时候压强检测表13会报警,同时会停止压缩机8工作,防止压强过高集气瓶11破裂,当外界的温度过高时温度传感器7会断开系统电路,从而关闭设备运行,防止设备在过热环境下运行造成设备损坏,工作人员按下复位开关14能够将设备复位。
