次いで、前記鋼スラブに、粗圧延終了温度を1050℃以上、かつ仕上げ圧延開始温度を1000℃以上とする熱間圧延を施して熱延板とし、
次いで、前記熱延板に酸洗を施し、
次いで、前記熱延板に、累積圧下率を20%以上75%以下として冷間圧延を施して冷延板とし、
次いで、前記冷延板に対し、250℃以上700℃以下の温度域における平均加熱速度が10℃/s以上、かつ750℃から加熱温度までの滞留時間が40s以上となる条件で、820℃以上の前記加熱温度まで加熱し、250℃以上400℃以下の温度域における平均冷却速度を1.0℃/s以上として、150℃以下まで冷却する焼鈍工程を行って、高強度鋼板を得る、高強度鋼板の製造方法。
先ず、鋼板の成分組成の適正範囲及びその限定理由について説明する。なお、以下の説明において、鋼板の成分元素の含有量を表す「%」は、特に明記しない限り「質量%」を意味する。「ppm」は、特に明記しない限り、「質量ppm」を意味する。また本明細書中において、「~」を用いて表される数値範囲は、「~」の前後に記載される数値を下限値及び上限値として含む範囲を意味する。
Cは、鋼の重要な基本成分の1つであり、特に本開示では、マルテンサイト、フェライトの面積率及び残留オーステナイトの体積率に影響する重要な元素である。Cの含有量が0.090%未満では、マルテンサイトの面積率が減少し、さらにフェライトの面積率が増加し、1180MPa以上のTSを実現することが困難になる。一方、Cの含有量が0.390%を超えると、残留オーステナイト中の炭素濃度が過度に増加し、打抜き時に残留オーステナイトから生成するマルテンサイトの硬度が大きく上昇する。その結果、穴広げ時の亀裂進展が促進され、λが減少する。また、曲げ性も低下する。したがって、Cの含有量は、0.090%以上0.390%以下とする。Cの含有量は、好ましくは0.100%以上とする。Cの含有量は、好ましくは0.360%以下とする。Cの含有量は、より好ましくは0.110%以上とする。Cの含有量は、より好ましくは0.350%以下とする。
Siは、鋼の重要な基本成分の1つであり、特に本開示では、焼鈍中の炭化物生成を抑制し、残留オーステナイトの生成を促進することから、残留オーステナイトの体積率に影響する元素である。また、Siは400℃以下で大きな焼戻し軟化抵抗を示すことから、板厚200μm位置における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度に影響する元素である。Siの含有量が0.01%未満では、板幅方向のマルテンサイトの硬度分布を不均一にしてしまうため、板厚200μm位置における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度が20回を超えてしまい、曲げ性が低下する。一方、Siの含有量が2.50%を超えると、残留オーステナイト中の炭素濃度が過度に増加し、打抜き時に残留オーステナイトから変態するマルテンサイトの硬度が大きく上昇するため、打抜き及び穴広げ時のボイドの生成が増加してしまい、λが減少する。また、曲げ性も低下する。さらに、耐LME特性も低下する。したがって、Siの含有量は、0.01%以上2.50%以下とする。Siの含有量は、好ましくは0.10%以上とする。Siの含有量は、好ましくは2.00%以下とする。Siの含有量は、より好ましくは0.15%以上とする。Siの含有量は、より好ましくは1.50%以下とする。
Mnは、鋼の重要な基本成分の1つであり、特に本開示では、マルテンサイトの面積率に影響する重要な元素である。Mnの含有量が2.00%未満では、マルテンサイトの面積率が減少し、さらにフェライトの面積率が増加して、1180MPa以上のTSを実現することが困難になる。一方、Mnの含有量が4.00%を超えると、板幅方向のマルテンサイトの硬度分布を不均一にしてしまうため板厚200μm位置における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度が20回を超えてしまい、曲げ性が低下する。したがって、Mnの含有量は、2.00%以上4.00%以下とする。Mnの含有量は、好ましくは2.20%以上とする。Mnの含有量は、好ましくは3.80%以下とする。Mnの含有量は、より好ましくは2.50%以上とする。Mnの含有量は、より好ましくは3.60%以下とする。
Pが過剰となると、旧オーステナイト粒界に偏析して粒界を脆化させ、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Pの含有量は0.100%以下にする必要がある。なお、Pの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、Pは固溶強化元素であり、鋼板の強度を上昇させることができることから、0.001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、Pの含有量は、0.100%以下とする。好ましくは0.001%以上とする。好ましくは0.070%以下とする。
Sは、硫化物として存在し、鋼の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Sの含有量は0.0200%以下にする必要がある。なお、Sの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、生産技術上の制約から、Sの含有量は0.0001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、Sの含有量は0.0200%以下とする。Sの含有量は、好ましくは0.0001%以上とする。Sの含有量は、好ましくは0.0050%以下とする。
Alが過剰となると、A3変態点が上昇し、ミクロ組織中に多量のフェライトを含んでしまうため、所望のYRを実現することが困難になる。そのため、Alの含有量は0.100%以下にする必要がある。なお、Alの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、連続焼鈍中の炭化物生成を抑制し、残留オーステナイトの生成を促進することから、Alの含有量は0.001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、Alの含有量は0.100%以下とする。Alの含有量は好ましくは0.001%以上とする。Alの含有量は好ましくは0.050%以下とする。
Nは、窒化物として存在し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Nの含有量は0.0100%以下にする必要がある。なお、Nの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、生産技術上の制約から、Nの含有量は0.0005%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、Nの含有量は0.0100%以下とする。Nの含有量は、好ましくは0.0005%以上とする。Nの含有量は、好ましくは0.0050%以下とする。
Nbは、熱間圧延時あるいは焼鈍時に、微細な炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物を形成することによって、鋼板の強度を上昇させる。また、Nbを添加することで、板厚表層におけるNbの固溶量及び100nm以下の析出量の合計量を増加し、良好な耐LME特性を実現することができる。こうした効果を得るためには、Nbの含有量を0.002%以上にする必要がある。一方、Nbの含有量が0.100%を超えると、炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物が粗大になり、また量が増大するため、曲げ性が低下する。したがって、Nbの含有量は、0.002%以上0.100%以下とする。Nbの含有量は、好ましくは0.003%以上とする。Nbの含有量は、好ましくは0.060%以下とする。Nbの含有量は、より好ましくは0.004%以上とする。Nbの含有量は、より好ましくは0.030%以下とする。
Tiは、熱間圧延時あるいは焼鈍時に、微細な炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物を形成することによって、鋼板の強度を上昇させる。また、Tiを添加することで、板厚表層におけるNbの固溶量及び100nm以下のNb析出量の合計を増加し、良好な耐LME特性を実現することができる。こうした効果を得るためには、Tiの含有量を0.005%以上にする必要がある。一方、Tiの含有量が0.100%を超えると、炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物が粗大になり、またこれらの量が増大するため、曲げ性が低下する。したがって、Tiの含有量は、0.005%以上0.100%以下とする。Tiの含有量は、好ましくは0.008%以上とする。Tiの含有量は、好ましくは0.060%以下とする。Tiの含有量は、より好ましくは0.010%以上とする。Tiの含有量は、より好ましくは0.030%以下とする。
Bは、マルテンサイト変態開始温度を低下させることなく、焼入れ性を向上させることができる元素であり、焼鈍時の冷却過程でのフェライトの生成を抑制することが可能である。こうした効果を得るためには、Bの含有量を0.0002%以上にする必要がある。一方、Bの含有量が0.0100%を超えると、熱間圧延中に鋼板内部に割れが生じ、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。したがって、Bを添加する場合、その含有量は0.0002%以上0.0100%以下とする。Bの含有量は、好ましくは0.0003%以上とする。Bの含有量は、好ましくは0.0050%以下とする。Bの含有量は、より好ましくは0.0004%以上とする。Bの含有量は、より好ましくは0.0040%以下とする。
本開示において、極めて重要な発明構成要件である。[%Si]/[%Mn]を所望の範囲に制御することで、良好な曲げ性及び耐LME特性を実現することができる。[%Si]/[%Mn]が0.10未満では、板幅方向のマルテンサイトの硬度分布を不均一にしてしまうため、板厚200μm位置における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度が20回を超えてしまい、曲げ性が低下する。一方、[%Si]/[%Mn]が0.60を超えると、耐LME特性が低下する。したがって、[%Si]/[%Mn]は0.10以上0.60以下とする。[%Si]/[%Mn]は、好ましくは0.12以上とする。[%Si]/[%Mn]は、好ましくは0.50以下とする。[%Si]/[%Mn]は、より好ましくは0.13以上とする。[%Si]/[%Mn]は、より好ましくは0.40以下とする。
上記(1)式から求められるフリーTi量を一定以上とすることで、板厚表層におけるNbの固溶量及び100nm以下の析出量の合計が増加し、良好な耐LME特性を実現することができる。こうした効果を得るために、フリーTi量を0.001%以上にする。なお、フリーTi量の上限は特に規定しないが、炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物が粗大になり、またそれらの量が増大するため、曲げ性が低下することから、フリーTi量は0.040%とすることが好ましい。したがって、フリーTi量は0.001%以上とする。フリーTi量は、好ましくは0.002%以上とする。フリーTi量は、好ましくは0.040%以下とする。
Oは、酸化物として存在し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、Oの含有量が0.0100%超であるとλが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Oの含有量は0.0100%以下にする。なお、Oの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、生産技術上の制約から、Oの含有量は0.0001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、Oの含有量は0.0100%以下とする。Oの含有量は好ましくは0.0001%以上とする。Oの含有量は好ましくは0.0050%以下とする。
Vは、粗大な析出物や介在物が多量に生成し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、Vの含有量が0.200%超であるとλが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Vの含有量は0.200%以下にする。なお、Vの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、Vの含有量を0.001%以上とすることで、熱間圧延時あるいは連続焼鈍時に、微細な炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物を形成することによって、鋼板の強度を上昇させる。また、Vを添加することで、焼鈍時の昇温過程での再結晶温度が上昇し、旧オーステナイト粒の板厚方向の粒径に対する圧延方向の粒径の比の平均値を低下することから、YRを所望の範囲に制御することができる。このことから、Vの含有量は0.001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、Vの含有量は0.200%以下とする。Vの含有量は好ましくは0.001%以上とする。Vの含有量は好ましくは0.100%以下とする。
[W:0.10%以下]
TaおよびWの含有量がそれぞれ0.10%超であると、粗大な析出物や介在物が多量に生成し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、TaおよびWの含有量はそれぞれ0.10%以下にする。なお、TaおよびWの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、熱間圧延時あるいは連続焼鈍時に、微細な炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物を形成することによって、鋼板の強度を上昇させることから、TaおよびWの含有量はそれぞれ0.01%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、TaおよびWの含有量はそれぞれ0.10%以下とする。TaおよびWの含有量は、好ましくはそれぞれ0.01%以上とする。TaおよびWの含有量は、好ましくはそれぞれ0.08%以下とする。
[Mo:1.00%以下]
[Ni:1.00%以下]
Cr、MoおよびNiがそれぞれ1.00%超であると、粗大な析出物や介在物が増加し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Cr、MoおよびNiの含有量はそれぞれ1.00%以下にする。なお、Cr、MoおよびNiの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、これらは焼入れ性を向上させる元素であることから、Cr、MoおよびNiの含有量はそれぞれ0.01%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、Cr、MoおよびNiの含有量はそれぞれ1.00%以下とする。Cr、MoおよびNiの含有量は、好ましくは0.01%以上とする。Cr、MoおよびNiの含有量は、好ましくは0.80%以下とする。
Coの含有量が0.010%超であると、粗大な析出物や介在物が増加し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Coの含有量は0.010%以下にする。なお、Coの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、Coは焼入れ性を向上させる元素であることから、Coの含有量は0.001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、Coの含有量は0.010%以下とする。Coの含有量は、好ましくは0.001%以上とする。Coの含有量は、好ましくは0.008%以下とする。
Cuの含有量が1.00%超であると、粗大な析出物や介在物が増加し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Cuの含有量は1.00%以下にする。なお、Cuの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、Cuは焼入れ性を向上させる元素であることから、Cuの含有量は0.01%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、Cuの含有量は1.00%以下とする。Cuの含有量は、好ましくは0.01%以上とする。Cuの含有量は、好ましくは0.80%以下とする。
Snの含有量が0.200%超であると、鋳造時あるいは熱間圧延時において鋼板内部に割れを生成し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Snの含有量は0.200%以下にする。なお、Snの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、Snは焼入れ性を向上させる元素であることから、Snの含有量は0.001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、Snの含有量は0.200%以下とする。Snの含有量は、好ましくは0.001%以上とする。Snの含有量は、好ましくは0.100%以下とする。
Sbの含有量が0.200%超であると、粗大な析出物や介在物が増加し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Sbの含有量は0.200%以下にする。なお、Sbの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、Sbは表層軟化厚みを制御し、強度調整を可能にする元素であることから、Sbの含有量は0.001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、Sbの含有量は0.200%以下とする。Sbの含有量は、好ましくは0.001%以上とする。Sbの含有量は、好ましくは0.100%以下とする。
[Mg:0.0100%以下]
[REM:0.0100%以下]
Ca、MgおよびREMの含有量がそれぞれ0.0100%超であると、粗大な析出物や介在物が増加し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Ca、MgおよびREMの含有量はそれぞれ0.0100%以下にする。なお、Ca、MgおよびREMの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、これら元素は窒化物や硫化物の形状を球状化し、鋼板の極限変形能を向上する元素であることから、Ca、MgおよびREMの含有量はそれぞれ0.0005%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、Ca、MgおよびREMの含有量はそれぞれ0.0100%以下とする。Ca、MgおよびREMの含有量は、好ましくは0.0005%以上とする。Ca、MgおよびREMの含有量は、好ましくは0.0050%以下とする。
[Te:0.100%以下]
ZrおよびTeがそれぞれ0.100%超であると、粗大な析出物や介在物が増加し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、ZrおよびTeの含有量はそれぞれ0.100%以下にする必要がある。なお、ZrおよびTeの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、窒化物や硫化物の形状を球状化し、鋼板の極限変形能を向上する元素であることから、ZrおよびTeの含有量はそれぞれ0.001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、ZrおよびTeの含有量は0.100%以下とする。ZrおよびTeの含有量は、好ましくはそれぞれ0.001%以上とする。ZrおよびTeの含有量は、好ましくはそれぞれ0.080%以下とする。
Hfの含有量が0.10%超であると、粗大な析出物や介在物が増加し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Hfの含有量は0.10%以下にする。なお、Hfの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、窒化物や硫化物の形状を球状化し、鋼板の極限変形能を向上する元素であることから、Hfの含有量は0.01%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、Hfの含有量は0.10%以下とする。Hfの含有量は、好ましくは0.01%以上とする。Hfの含有量は、好ましくは0.08%以下とする。
Biの含有量が0.200%超であると、粗大な析出物や介在物が増加し、鋼板の極限変形能を低下させることから、λが低下する。また、曲げ性も低下する。そのため、Biの含有量は0.200%以下にする。なお、Biの含有量の下限は特に規定しないが、Biは偏析を軽減する元素であることから、Biの含有量は0.001%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、添加する場合、Biの含有量は0.200%以下とする。Biの含有量は、好ましくは0.001%以上とする。Biの含有量は、好ましくは0.100%以下とする。
[マルテンサイトの面積率:78%以上]
マルテンサイトを主相とすることで、1180MPa以上のTSを実現することが可能となる。こうした効果を得るためには、マルテンサイトの面積率を78%以上にする。なお、マルテンサイトの面積率が100%であっても本開示の効果は得られるが、延性を向上するためには、99%以下とすることが好ましい。したがって、マルテンサイトの面積率は78%以上とする。マルテンサイトの面積率は、好ましくは79%以上とする。マルテンサイトの面積率は、好ましくは99%以下とする。マルテンサイトの面積率は、より好ましくは80%以上とする。マルテンサイトの面積率は、より好ましくは98%以下とする。マルテンサイトの面積率は、さらに好ましくは82%以上とする。マルテンサイトの面積率は、さらに好ましくは97%以下とする。なお、マルテンサイトは焼入れマルテンサイト、焼戻しマルテンサイト及びベイナイトと定義することもできる。なお、マルテンサイトの面積率の観察位置は、後述の通り、鋼板の板厚の1/4位置とする。
フェライトの面積率を10%以下とすることで、TS及びYRを所望の範囲に制御することができる。また、λや曲げ性も向上することができる。なお、フェライトの面積率が0%であっても本開示の効果は得られるが、延性を向上するためには、フェライトの面積率を1%以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、フェライトの面積率は10%以下とする。フェライトの面積率は好ましくは1%以上とする。フェライトの面積率は好ましくは8%以下とする。フェライトの面積率はより好ましくは2%以上とする。なお、フェライトはベイニティックフェライトと定義することもできる。なお、フェライトの面積率の観察位置は、後述の通り、鋼板の板厚の1/4位置とする。
残留オーステナイトの体積率が10.0%以上の場合、所望のYRを実現することが困難になる。また、打抜き時に残留オーステナイトから変態するマルテンサイトの量が増加するため、打抜き及び穴広げ時のボイドの生成が増加してしまい、λが減少する。したがって、残留オーステナイトの体積率は10.0%未満とする。残留オーステナイトの体積率は、好ましくは0.5%以上とする。残留オーステナイトの体積率は、好ましくは8.0%以下とする。残留オーステナイトの体積率は、より好ましくは1.0%以上とする。残留オーステナイトの体積率は、より好ましくは6.0%以下とする。
鋼板表層から板厚1/4位置(鋼板表面から深さ方向で板厚の1/4に相当する位置)が観察面となるように、研削後、化学研磨によりさらに0.1mm研磨した。その面について、X線回折装置により、CoのKα線源を用いて、fcc鉄(オーステナイト)の(200)面、(220)面、(311)面と、bcc鉄の(200)面、(211)面、(220)面の積分反射強度を測定し、bcc鉄の各面からの積分反射強度に対するfcc鉄(オーステナイト)の各面からの積分反射強度の強度比からオーステナイトの体積率を求め、これを残留オーステナイトの体積率とした。
本開示において、極めて重要な発明構成要件である。旧オーステナイト粒の板厚方向の粒径に対する圧延方向の粒径の比の平均値を低下する、すなわち旧オーステナイト粒を等軸に近い形状にすることで、YRを所望の範囲に制御することができる。こうした効果を得るためには、旧オーステナイト粒の板厚方向の粒径に対する圧延方向の粒径の比の平均値を2.0以下にする必要がある。なお、旧オーステナイト粒の板厚方向の粒径に対する圧延方向の粒径の比の下限は特に限定しないが、YRを所望の範囲に制御するためには、0.5以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、旧オーステナイト粒の板厚方向の粒径に対する圧延方向の粒径の比の平均値は2.0以下とする。旧オーステナイト粒の板厚方向の粒径に対する圧延方向の粒径の比の平均値は、好ましくは0.5以上とする。旧オーステナイト粒の板厚方向の粒径に対する圧延方向の粒径の比の平均値好ましくは1.9以下とする。
本開示において、極めて重要な発明構成要件である。焼鈍後において固溶したNb、及び100nm以下のサイズで析出したNbは、LME試験時の昇温過程において溶解し固溶状態となる。つまり、板厚表層におけるNbの固溶量及び100nm以下のNb析出量の合計を増加することで、LME試験時の昇温過程で板厚表層のNbの固溶量を増加することができる。その結果、LME試験時の昇温過程で生成するオーステナイトの粒界にNbが偏析し、Znの鋼板への侵入を抑制するため、良好な耐LME特性を実現することができる。こうした効果を得るためには、板厚表層におけるNbの固溶量及び100nm以下の析出量の合計を0.002%以上にする必要がある。なお、板厚表層におけるNbの固溶量及び100nm以下の析出量の合計の上限は特に規定せず、Nbの含有量以下であり得る。したがって、板厚表層におけるNbの固溶量及び100nm以下の析出量の合計は0.002%以上とする。板厚表層におけるNbの固溶量及び100nm以下の析出量の合計は、好ましくは0.003%以上とする。板厚表層におけるNbの固溶量及び100nm以下の析出量の合計は、好ましくはNbの含有量以下とする。

本開示において、極めて重要な発明構成要件である。鋼板表層から板厚200μm位置の板面における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度を低減することで、所望の曲げ性を実現することができる。こうした効果を得るためには、板厚200μm位置の板面における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度を20回以下にする必要がある。なお、鋼板表層から板厚200μm位置の板面における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度の下限は特に限定しないが、硬さ変動頻度は低いほど好ましく、0回/mmであっても本開示の効果は得られる。したがって、板厚200μm位置の板面における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度は20回以下とする。板厚200μm位置の板面における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度は、好ましくは0回以上とする。板厚200μm位置の板面における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度は、好ましくは10回以下とする。
板厚1/4位置と比較して、鋼板の表層部を軟化させることで、曲げ性をより向上することができる。こうした効果を得るためには、表層軟化厚みを10μm以上とすることが好ましい。表層軟化厚みの上限は特に限定されないが、特に良好なTSを得る上で、表層軟化厚みは100μm以下とすることが好ましい。したがって、表層軟化厚みは10μm以上とすることが好ましく、また100μm以下とすることが好ましい。表層軟化厚みは、より好ましくは12μm以上とする。表層軟化厚みは、より好ましくは80μm以下とする。表層軟化厚みは、さらに好ましくは15μm以上とする。表層軟化厚みは、さらに好ましくは60μm以下とする。
すなわち、鋼板の圧延方向に平行な板厚断面(L断面)について、湿式研磨により、表面の平滑化を行う。ついで、ビッカース硬度計を用いて、荷重5gfの条件で、鋼板表面から深さ10μmの位置より板厚中心位置まで、板厚(深さ)方向に5μm間隔で硬度測定を行う。そして、鋼板の板厚1/4位置で得られた硬度を基準硬度とし、鋼板の板厚1/4位置よりも表面側において基準硬度×0.85になる深さ位置を特定する。そして、鋼板の表面から基準硬度×0.85になる深さ位置までの距離(深さ)を測定し、その測定値を表層軟化厚みとする。
高強度鋼板の成分組成及び鋼組織は上記の通りである。また、高強度鋼板の板厚は特に限定されないが、通常、0.3mm以上であり、また2.8mm以下である。
本開示のめっき鋼板は、本開示の高強度鋼板の少なくとも片面上にめっき層を備えるめっき鋼板である。めっき層の種類は特に限定されず、例えば、溶融めっき層、電気めっき層のいずれでもよい。また、めっき層は合金化されためっき層でもよい。めっき層は亜鉛めっき層が好ましい。亜鉛めっき層はAlやMgを含有してもよい。また、溶融亜鉛-アルミニウム-マグネシウム合金めっき(Zn-Al-Mgめっき層)も好ましい。この場合、Al含有量を1質量%以上22質量%以下、Mg含有量を0.1質量%以上10質量%以下とし残部はZnとすることが好ましい。また、Zn-Al-Mgめっき層の場合、Zn、Al、Mg以外に、Si、Ni、Ce及びLaから選ばれる一種以上を合計で1質量%以下含有してもよい。なお、めっき金属は特に限定されないため、上記のようなZnめっき以外に、Alめっき等でもよい。
本開示において、極めて重要な発明構成要件である。スラブ加熱温度を1150℃以上と高くすることで、連続鋳造時に生成した炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物を溶解し、Nbの固溶量及び100nm以下のNb析出量の合計を増加することができる。また、スラブ加熱温度を高くすることで、スラブの偏析部における元素の局所濃化が低減し、板厚200μm位置における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度を20回以下とすることができる。こうした効果を得るため、スラブ加熱温度を1150℃以上にする。なお、スラブ再加熱温度の上限は特に規定しないが、焼鈍後の表層軟化厚みの増加を好適に防ぎ、TSをより好適な範囲内となるために、1300℃以下とすることが好ましい。したがって、スラブ加熱温度は1150℃以上とする。スラブ加熱温度は好ましくは1180℃以上とする。スラブ加熱温度は好ましくは1300℃以下とする。なお、スラブ加熱温度はスラブ加熱時の鋼スラブの表面の温度とする。
本開示において、極めて重要な発明構成要件である。スラブ加熱時間を長くすることで、連続鋳造時に生成した炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物を溶解し、Nbの固溶量及び100nm以下のNb析出量の合計を増加することができる。また、スラブ加熱時間を長くすることで、スラブの偏析部における元素の局所濃化が低減し、板厚200μm位置における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度を20回以下とすることができる。こうした効果を得るために、スラブ加熱時間を100分以上にする。なお、スラブ加熱時間の上限は特に規定しないが、焼鈍後の表層軟化厚みの増加を好適に防ぎ、TSをより好適な範囲内となるために、600分以下とすることが好ましい。したがって、スラブ加熱時間は100分以上とする。スラブ加熱時間は好ましくは120分以上とする。スラブ加熱時間は好ましくは600分以下とする。
本開示において、極めて重要な発明構成要件である。粗圧延終了温度を高くすることで、スラブの偏析部における元素の局所濃化が低減し、板厚200μm位置における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度を20回以下とすることができる。こうした効果を得るために、粗圧延終了温度を1050℃以上にする。なお、粗圧延終了温度の上限は特に規定しないが、焼鈍後に旧オーステナイト粒の粒径をより均一とするために、粗圧延終了温度は1200℃以下とすることが好ましい。したがって、粗圧延終了温度は1050℃以上とする粗圧延終了温度は好ましくは1080℃以上とする。粗圧延終了温度は好ましくは1200℃以下とする。なお、粗圧延終了温度は粗圧延終了時の鋼板表面の温度とする。
本開示において、極めて重要な発明構成要件である。仕上げ圧延開始温度を上昇することで、スラブの偏析部における元素の局所濃化が低減し、板厚200μm位置における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度を20回以下とすることができる。こうした効果を得るために、仕上げ圧延開始温度を1000℃以上にする。なお、仕上げ圧延開始温度の上限は特に規定しないが、焼鈍後の旧オーステナイト粒の粒径をより均一にするために、1180℃以下とすることが好ましい。したがって、仕上げ圧延開始温度は1000℃以上とする。好ましくは1020℃以上とする。好ましくは1180℃以下とする。なお、仕上げ圧延開始温度は仕上げ圧延開始時の鋼板表面の温度とする。
冷間圧延の累積圧下率を20%以上とすることで、フェライトの面積率を10%未満とすることができる。また、冷間圧延の累積圧下率を増加することで、剪断帯が多量に導入され、加熱時のオーステナイト粒径を等軸に近い形状にすることができる。その結果、YRを所望の範囲に制御することができる。こうした効果を得るために、冷間圧延の累積圧下率を20%以上にする。一方、冷間圧延の累積圧下率が75%を超えると、焼鈍時に生成するオーステナイトの粒径が微細になり、焼鈍後の残留オーステナイトの量が増加することから、所望のYRを実現することができない。したがって、冷間圧延の累積圧下率は20%以上75%以下とする。冷間圧延の累積圧下率は、好ましくは25%以上とする。冷間圧延の累積圧下率は、好ましくは70%とする。冷間圧延の累積圧下率は、より好ましくは27%以上とする。冷間圧延の累積圧下率は、より好ましくは60%以下とする。
250℃以上700℃以下の温度域における平均加熱速度を上昇することで、加熱中に生成するオーステナイトの粒径を均一、すなわち加熱時のオーステナイト粒径を等軸に近い形状にすることができる。こうした効果を得るためには、250℃以上700℃以下の温度域における平均加熱速度を10℃/s以上にする必要がある。なお、250℃以上700℃以下の温度域における平均加熱速度の上限は特に規定しないが、生産性の観点から50℃/s以下であることが好ましく、より好ましくは40℃/s以下とする。したがって、250℃以上700℃以下の温度域における平均加熱速度は10℃/s以上とする。250℃以上700℃以下の温度域における平均加熱速度は、好ましくは12℃/s以上とする。250℃以上700℃以下の温度域における平均加熱速度は、好ましくは50℃/s以下とする。250℃以上700℃以下の温度域における平均加熱速度は、より好ましくは14℃/s以上とする。250℃以上700℃以下の温度域における平均加熱速度は、より好ましくは40℃/s以下とする。なお、平均加熱速度は、鋼板表面の温度を基準として測定する。
加熱温度(焼鈍温度)が820℃未満では、フェライト及びオーステナイトの二相域での焼鈍処理になり、焼鈍後に多量のフェライトを含有するため、所望のTS、YP、λ及び曲げ性を実現することが困難になる。なお、加熱温度の上限は特に規定しないが、加熱温度が上昇すると、焼鈍後の表層軟化厚みが増加し、TSが低下することから、950℃以下が好ましい。したがって、加熱温度は820℃以上とする。好ましくは850℃以上とする。好ましくは950℃以下とする。より好ましくは870℃以上とする。より好ましくは920℃以下とする。なお、加熱温度は、鋼板表面の温度を基準として測定する。
本開示において、極めて重要な発明構成要件である。750℃以上加熱温度までの滞留時間を増加することで、炭化物、窒化物もしくは炭窒化物を溶解し、板厚表層のNbの固溶量及び100nm以下の析出量の合計量を増加することができる。こうした効果を得るために、750℃以上前記加熱温度までの滞留時間を40s以上にする。なお、750℃以上加熱温度までの滞留時間の上限は特に規定しないが、表層軟化厚みを好適な厚みとして、TSをより好適にするために、400s以下が好ましい。したがって、750℃以上前記加熱温度までの滞留時間は40s以上とする。750℃以上前記加熱温度までの滞留時間は好ましくは45s以上とする。750℃以上前記加熱温度までの滞留時間は好ましくは400s以下とする。750℃以上前記加熱温度までの滞留時間はより好ましくは50s以上とする。750℃以上前記加熱温度までの滞留時間はより好ましくは300s以下とする。
焼鈍時、加熱温度における酸素濃度を上昇させることで、空気中の酸素を介して脱炭が進行し、鋼板表層部に軟化層が形成することができ、その結果、より好適な曲げ性を実現することができる。こうした効果を得るためには、加熱温度における酸素濃度を2体積ppm以上にすることが好ましい。一方、加熱温度における酸素濃度の増加に伴い、焼鈍後の表層軟化厚みが増加し、TSが低下することから、加熱温度における酸素濃度は30体積ppm以下とすることが好ましい。したがって、加熱温度における酸素濃度は2体積ppm以上30体積ppm以下とすることが好ましい。より好ましくは4体積ppm以上とする。より好ましくは28体積ppm以下とする。さらに好ましくは5体積ppm以上とする。さらに好ましくは25体積ppm以下とする。なお、上記加熱温度の温度は鋼板表面温度を基準とする。即ち、鋼板表面温度が上記加熱温度にある場合に、酸素濃度を上記範囲に調整する。
焼鈍時、加熱温度における雰囲気の露点を上昇させることで、空気中の水分を介して脱炭が進行し、鋼板表層部に軟化層を形成することができ、その結果、より好適な曲げ性を実現することができる。こうした効果を得るためには、加熱温度における露点を-35℃以上にすることが好ましい。なお、加熱温度における露点の上限は特に規定しないが、焼鈍後の表層軟化厚みの増加を好適に防ぎ、TSをより好適な範囲とするために、加熱温度における露点は15℃以下であることが好ましく、より好ましくは5℃以下とする。したがって、上記加熱温度における雰囲気の露点は-35℃以上とすることが好ましい。加熱温度における雰囲気の露点は、より好ましくは-30℃以上とする。加熱温度における雰囲気の露点は、より好ましくは15℃以下とする。加熱温度における雰囲気の露点は、さらに好ましくは-25℃以上とする。加熱温度における雰囲気の露点は、さらに好ましくは5℃以下とする。なお、上記加熱温度の温度は鋼板表面温度を基準とする。即ち、鋼板表面温度が上記加熱温度にある場合に、露点を上記範囲に調整する。
本開示において、極めて重要な発明構成要件である。250℃以上400℃以下の温度域における平均冷却速度を増加することで、マルテンサイトの自己焼戻しを抑制し、板厚200μm位置における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度を20回以下とすることができる。こうした効果を得るために、250℃以上400℃以下の温度域における平均冷却速度は1.0℃/s以上にする。なお、250℃以上400℃以下の温度域における平均冷却速度の上限は特に規定しないが、生産性の観点から100.0℃/s以下であることが好ましく、より好ましくは80.0℃/s以下とする。したがって、250℃以上400℃以下の温度域における平均冷却速度は1.0℃/s以上とする。250℃以上400℃以下の温度域における平均冷却速度は、好ましくは2.0℃/s以上とする。250℃以上400℃以下の温度域における平均冷却速度は、好ましくは100.0℃/s以下とする。250℃以上400℃以下の温度域における平均冷却速度は、より好ましくは3.0℃/s以上とする。250℃以上400℃以下の温度域における平均冷却速度は、好ましくは80.0℃/s以下とする。なお、平均冷却速度は、鋼板表面の温度を基準として測定する。
冷却停止温度が150℃を超えると、マルテンサイトの自己焼戻しが促進され、鋼板表層から板厚200μm位置の板面における板幅方向の1500μm当たりの硬さ変動頻度を所望の範囲に実現することができない。その結果、所望の曲げ性を実現することが困難になる。なお、冷却停止温度の下限は特に規定しないが、生産性の観点から室温以上とすることが好ましい。したがって、冷却停止温度は150℃以下とする。好ましくは100℃以下とする。なお、平均停止速度は、鋼板表面の温度を基準として測定する。
上記のように製造した高強度鋼板に、めっき処理を施してめっき鋼板を得ることができる。例えば、めっき処理としては、溶融亜鉛めっき処理、溶融亜鉛めっき後に合金化を行う処理を例示できる。また、焼鈍と亜鉛めっきとを1ラインで連続して行ってもよい。その他、Zn-Ni電気合金めっき等の電気めっきにより、めっき層を形成してもよいし、溶融亜鉛-アルミニウム-マグネシウム合金めっきを施してもよい。なお、上記では亜鉛めっきの場合を中心に説明したが、Znめっき、Alめっき等のめっき金属の種類は特に限定されない。
上述した高強度鋼又は高強度めっき鋼板を少なくとも一部に用いてなる部材を提供することができる。上述した高強度鋼又は高強度めっき鋼板を、一例においてはプレス加工により目的の形状に成形し、自動車部品とすることができる。なお、自動車部品は、本実施形態に係る高強度鋼板または高強度めっき鋼板以外の鋼板を、素材として含んでいてもよい。本実施形態によれば、TSが1180MPa以上であり、部品の寸法精度、伸びフランジ性、曲げ性及び耐LME特性を兼備した高強度鋼板を提供することができる。そのため、車体の軽量化に寄与する自動車部品として好適である。本高強度鋼又は高強度めっき鋼板は、自動車部品の中でも、特に、骨格構造部品または補強部品として使用される部材全般において好適に用いることができる。
引張試験は、JIS Z 2241に準拠して行った。得られた鋼板より、鋼板の圧延方向に対して直角方向となるようにJIS5号試験片を採取し、クロスヘッド速度が1.67×10-1mm/sの条件で引張試験を行い、YS、TS及びElを測定した。なお、本開示では、TSで1180MPa以上を合格と判断した。また、部品の寸法精度に優れるとは、部品の寸法精度の指標である降伏比(YR)が65%以上90%以下の場合を良好と判断した。なお、YRは上述の式(2)に記載の計算方法で算出した。
穴広げ試験は、JIS Z 2256に準拠して行った。得られた鋼板より、100mm×100mmに剪断後、クリアランス12.5%で直径10mmの穴を打ち抜いた後、内径75mmのダイスを用いてしわ押さえ力9ton(88.26kN)で抑えた状態で、頂角60°の円錐ポンチを穴に押し込んで亀裂発生限界における穴直径を測定し、下記の式から、限界穴広げ率:λ(%)を求め、この限界穴広げ率の値から穴広げ性を評価した。
限界穴広げ率:λ(%)={(Df-D0)/D0}×100
ただし、Dfは亀裂発生時の穴径(mm)、D0は初期穴径(mm)である。なお、本開示では、伸びフランジ性の指標である穴広げ率(λ)の値が鋼板の強度に関係なく25%以上の場合を、伸びフランジ性が良好と判断した。
曲げ試験は、JIS Z 2248に準拠して行った。得られた鋼板より、鋼板の圧延方向に対して平行方向が曲げ試験の軸方向となるように、幅が30mm、長さが100mmの短冊状の試験片を採取した。その後、押込み荷重が100kN、押付け保持時間が5秒とする条件で、90°V曲げ試験を行った。なお、本開示では、曲げ性は曲げ試験の合格率で評価し、曲げ半径(R)を板厚(t)で除した値R/tが5以下となる最大のR(例えば、板厚が1.2mmの場合、曲げ半径は6.0mm)において、5サンプルの曲げ試験を実施し、次いで、曲げ頂点の稜線部における亀裂発生有無の評価を行い、5サンプルとも割れない場合を、曲げ性が「優」と判断した。また、5サンプルのうち一つ以上のサンプルで200μm未満の微小割れが発生する場合を、曲げ性が「良」と判断した。さらに、5サンプルのうち一つ以上のサンプルで200μm以上の微小割れが発生する場合を、曲げ性が「劣」と判断した。ここで、亀裂発生有無は、曲げ頂点の稜線部をデジタルマイクロスコープ(RH-2000:株式会社ハイロックス製)を用いて、40倍の倍率で測定することにより評価した。
耐LME特性は、高温引張試験により判断した。高強度鋼板(CR)、及び、各めっき鋼板(GI、GA、EG)について、鋼板の圧延方向に対して直角方向が高温引張試験の引張方向となるように、幅が105mm、長さが25mmの短冊状のサンプルを採取した。その後、幅が99mm、長さが20mmとなるようサンプルの端面を研削した。次いで、肩部の半径が20mm、平行部の幅が5mm、平行部の長さが20mmの引張試験片を作製した。さらに、ノッチ半径が2mm、ノッチ先端間の距離が3mmのノッチを引張試験片の平行部の中央に付与し、切欠き付引張試験片を得た。なお、電極との接触性を確保する観点から、鋼板の片側を研削し、板厚を1.0mmに調整した。得られた切欠き付引張試験片を用いて、熱間加工再現装置(サーメックマスターZ)を使用し、高温引張試験を行った。900℃まで100℃/sで昇温した後、すぐに40℃/sでガス冷却し、700℃に到達後、直ちに50mm/sのクロスヘッド速度で破断まで引張試験を行った。試験片破断後は100℃/sで200℃以下までガス冷却した。
