Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'extinction et de contention d'incendies forestiers qui produit un rideau d'eau coupe-feu sur les incendies provoqués dans les zones forestières, en vue principalement d'éteindre le feu depuis sa base et d'empêcher l'avancée des flammes, en contenant et en étouffant le feu avec une ligne humide de contrôle, lequel dispositif est prévu pour que, avec l'aide des moyens aériens il puisse être transporté, étant donné qu'il comprend un support structural (1) à barres sur mesure qui confèrent au système la résistance nécessaire, un chariot (8) formé par des groupes d'enroulement de tuyau extensibles (10) auxquels sont accouplés des diffuseurs (4) d'eau sur toute la longueur de l'extension des enroulements de tuyau pour créer un déluge qui part d'un rideau d'eau coupe-feu.
