本发明涉及移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种条件主辅小区添加或改变的方法、装置和存储介质。
条件主辅小区添加或改变(Conditional PSCell Addition or Change,CPA或CPC)是网络侧主节点(MN)或辅节点(SN)提前把主辅小区(Primary Secondary Cell,PScell)添加或改变的条件发给终端,当终端测量到目标PSCell满足条件时自发进行PSCell添加或改变的过程。
目前,只要用户设备(UE)发现目标PSCell满足添加或改变的条件,就会与该PSCell建立RRC连接,激活该小区进行双连接。实际应用中,网络侧MN或SN根据UE的业务特点,判断UE可能很快需要进行双连接,但不是当前就需要,而待UE需要进行双连接时,再添加PSCell又非常耗时(约几十ms时延),不利于快速为UE提供高数据速率的服务。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种条件主辅小区添加或改变的方法、装置和存储介质。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供了一种条件主辅小区添加或改变的方法,该方法应用于网络侧主节点MN或辅节点SN,包括:
为用户设备UE配置条件主辅小区添加或改变CPA或CPC的条件,并携带激活指示信息、或携带激活目标主辅小区PSCell的时间、或携带激活目标PSCell的概率、或携带激活目标PSCell的条件;其中,
所述激活指示信息,用于指示所述UE是否激活所述目标PSCell。

本发明实施例提供的条件主辅小区添加或改变的方法、装置和存储介质,网络侧主节点(MN)或辅节点(SN)为用户设备(UE)配置条件主辅小区添加或改变(CPA或CPC)的条件,并携带激活指示信息、或携带激活目标主辅小区PSCell的时间、或携带激活目标PSCell的概率、或携带激活目标PSCell的条件;其中,所述激活指示信息,用于指示所述UE是否激活所述PSCell。本发明实施例在UE发现目标PSCell满足添加或改变的条件后可先与PSCell建立连接(如RRC连接),之后再基于激活指示信息进行是否激活PSCell的判断,在业务需要时可马上激活PSCell,不需要时,则不进行PSCell的激活。因此,与相关技术待UE需要进行双连接时,再添加PSCell又非常耗时(约几十ms时延)的技术相比,本发明实施例可在节省UE的功耗和信令开销的前提下,可快速恢复双连接(如在RRC已连接的基础上直接激活即可),为UE快速提供高数据速率的服务。

在实际应用时,所述激活指示信息可通过但不限于如下方式进行指示:
利用预先约定的信息进行指示,如true或1表示激活(或不激活),false或0表示不激活(或激活);或者,
携带该激活指示信息表示不激活,不携带表示激活;或者,
携带该激活指示信息表示激活,不携带表示不激活。
本发明实施例可在节省UE的功耗和信令开销的前提下,可快速恢复双连接(如在RRC已连接的基础上直接激活即可),为UE快速提供高数据速率的服务。

本发明实施例还提供了一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时,执行:
基于网络侧主节点MN或辅节点SN配置的条件主辅小区添加或改变CPA或CPC的条件与目标主辅小区PSCell建立连接;
基于所述MN或SN配置的激活指示信息、或激活目标PSCell的时间、或激活目标PSCell的概率、或激活目标PSCell的条件,确定是否激活所述目标PSCell。
其中,所述激活指示信息用于指示以下任一种:
指示所述UE发现目标PSCell满足添加或改变的条件后,是否激活所述目标PSCell;或者,
指示UE添加所述目标PSCell后或把当前PSCell改变为所述目标PSCell后,是否激活所述目标PSCell。
所述基于所述MN或SN配置的激活指示信息、或激活目标PSCell的 时间、或激活目标PSCell的概率、或激活目标PSCell的条件,确定是否激活所述目标PSCell时,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时,还执行以下至少之一:
在所述配置的激活指示信息指示不激活PSCell的情况下,使所述PSCell暂时处于去激活状态;
在所述配置的激活指示信息中包括激活该PSCell的时间的情况下,在达到配置的时刻起激活所述PSCell;
在所述配置的激活指示信息中包括激活该PSCell的概率P的情况下,将UE随机产生的0,1之间的随机数p与概率P进行比较;若随机数p小于或不大于概率P,激活所述PSCell,反之则不激活;
在所述配置的激活指示信息中包括激活该PSCell的条件的情况下,UE判断自身是否满足所述条件,如果满足,激活所述PScell。
其中,所述激活目标PSCell的条件包括以下至少之一:
UE的数据包数目或数据大于或不小于第一阈值;
UE的数据包的时延大于或不小于第二阈值;
UE的业务格式信息指示的数据包长度大于或不小于第三阈值的业务数据的到达时间或所述业务数据到达后的持续时间长度。
所述计算机程序被处理器运行时,还执行:
向所述MN或SN上报已与目标PSCell建立RRC连接的消息。
所述计算机程序被处理器运行时,还执行:
向所述MN或SN上报与所述目标PSCell之间的连接状态,所述连接状态为激活或去激活。
所述计算机程序被处理器运行时,还执行:
向激活指示信息指示的MN或SN发起激活PSCell的请求,所述请求中携带请求激活的PSCell的相关信息。
其中,所述请求中还携带激活PSCell的原因。
下面结合场景实施例对本发明进行描述。
本实施例提出一种可不立刻激活PSCell的CPA或CPC机制,网络侧MN或SN给UE配置主辅小区添加或改变的条件,并指示UE发现目标PSCell满足添加或改变的条件后,是否立刻激活PSCell,或激活PSCell的时间或条件等,可在节省UE的功耗和信令开销的前提下,快速恢复双连接,为UE提供高数据速率的服务。
本实施例的实现流程如下,包括:
步骤一:网络侧节点MN或SN配置UE条件主辅小区添加或改变(CPA或CPC)的信息,如:A3、A5、A4、B1中的一项或两项和相应的门限值,具体内容可参见相关技术,此处不再详述;此外,在配置上述内容时还可指示如下一种或几种信息:
1)发现满足添加或改变的条件的目标PSCell后,是否立刻激活该PSCell;或者,激活该PSCell的时间(如相对收到该配置信息的时刻的时间偏移),该时间可以是所有候选PSCell相同、也可以是per PSCell配置的;或者,激活该PSCell的概率;
这里,MN或SN可基于对UE业务的特点的判断来配置激活该PSCell的时间,如:MN或SN预测UE一定时间内不会有高数据速率的业务到达,因此认为这段时间不用激活PSCell。
MN或SN可基于对UE之前的业务的特点的判断来配置激活该PSCell的概率,如:MN或SN预测UE一定概率不会有高数据速率的业务到达,因此认为一定概率不用激活PSCell。
2)是否允许UE主动发起激活PSCell的请求,如果允许,向MN发起还是向SN发起;例如:当UE有上行业务需求时,需要主动发起激活PSCell的请求;
3)激活该PSCell的条件,如UE发起了预设业务,如:特殊的slice(如超可靠低延迟通信(URLLC))业务时,UE的(上行UL或下行DL)数据包数目或数据大于或不小于第一阈值;和/或UE的数据包的时延大于或不小于第二阈值;和/或UE的业务格式信息指示的数据包长度大于或不小于第三阈值的业务数据的到达时间或所述业务数据到达后的持续时间长度等。
步骤二:UE根据网络侧节点MN或SN配置的CPA或CPC信息,发现某PSCell满足条件,并建立与该PSCell的RRC连接;
步骤三:UE根据步骤一中配置的指示信息,判断是否激活该PSCell;具体的,可包括如下一种或多种:
1)若网络侧除上述CPA或CPC的信息之外没有配置其他指示信息,则默认激活所述PSCell;
2)若网络侧指示不(立刻)激活PSCell,则将该PSCell处于去激活状态,即UE不监听(monitor)PDCCH,可以放松RRM测量等;
3)若网络侧配置了激活该PSCell的时间,则在满足网络要求的时刻起激活该PSCell(通过向MN或SN发起激活请求),在此之前不激活;
4)若网络侧配置了激活该PSCell的概率P,在UE随机产生一个0,1之间的随机数p(所述UE可在与所述PSCell建立RRC连接之后产生所述随机数p),并与概率P进行比较;若p小于或不大于概率P,则激活PSCell,反之则不激活;
5)若网络侧配置了激活该PSCell的条件,则UE判断是否满足,满足的话则激活该PScell。
步骤四:UE向MN或SN上报已与某目标PSCell建立RRC连接,状态为激活或去激活。
可选的,该方法还可包括:
步骤五:若UE因业务需要需主动激活PSCell,则根据网络侧的配置,向MN或SN发起激活请求;所述激活请求可携带预激活的PSCell的相关ID,如PCI;还可携带激活的原因等。
本发明实施例在UE发现目标PSCell满足添加或改变的条件后可先与PSCell建立连接(如RRC连接),之后再基于激活指示信息进行是否激活PSCell的判断,在业务需要时可马上激活PSCell,不需要时,则不进行PSCell的激活。因此,与相关技术待UE需要进行双连接时,再添加PSCell又非常耗时(约几十ms时延)的技术相比,本发明实施例可在节省UE的功耗和信令开销的前提下,可快速恢复双连接(如在RRC已连接的基础上直接激活即可),为UE快速提供高数据速率的服务;与UE与PSCell建立RRC连接后立即激活该PSCell小区进行双连接的技术相比,本发明实施例可在UE的业务并不需要立刻双连接的场景下,节省UE的功耗(因为双连接的功耗比单连接大一些)。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种条件主辅小区添加或改变的方法,该方法应用于网络侧主节点MN或辅节点SN,包括:为用户设备UE配置条件主辅小区添加或改变CPA或CPC的条件,并携带激活指示信息、或携带激活目标主辅小区PSCell的时间、或携带激活目标PSCell的概率、或携带激活目标PSCell的条件;其中,所述激活指示信息,用于指示所述UE是否激活所述目标PSCell。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述指示所述UE是否激活所述目标PSCell,包括以下任一种:指示所述UE发现目标PSCell满足添加或改变的条件后,是否激活所述目标PSCell;指示UE添加所述目标PSCell后或把当前PSCell改变为所述目标PSCell后,是否激活所述目标PSCell。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述激活目标PSCell的条件包括以下至少之一:UE的数据包数目或数据大于或不小于第一阈值;UE的数据包的时延大于或不小于第二阈值;UE的业务格式信息指示的数据包长度大于或不小于第三阈值的业务数据的到达时间或所述业务数据到达后的持续时间长度。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述激活指示信息还包括:是否允许UE主动发起激活PSCell的请求,和/或允许发起请求时对应的请求接收方MN或SN。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:接收所述UE上报的已与目标PSCell建立无线资源控制RRC连接的消息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:接收所述UE上报的与所述目标PSCell之间的连接状态,所述连接状态为激活或去激活。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:接收所述UE主动发起的激活PSCell的请求;所述请求中携带请求激活的PSCell的相关信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述请求中还携带激活PSCell的原因。
- 一种条件主辅小区添加或改变的方法,该方法应用于用户设备UE,包括:基于网络侧主节点MN或辅节点SN配置的条件主辅小区添加或改变CPA或CPC的条件与目标主辅小区PSCell建立连接;基于所述MN或SN配置的激活指示信息、或激活目标PSCell的时间、或激活目标PSCell的概率、或激活目标PSCell的条件,确定是否激活所述目标PSCell。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述激活指示信息用于指示以下任一种:指示所述UE发现目标PSCell满足添加或改变的条件后,是否激活所述目标PSCell;指示UE添加所述目标PSCell后或把当前PSCell改变为所述目标PSCell后,是否激活所述目标PSCell。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述MN或SN配置的激活指示信息、或激活目标PSCell的时间、或激活目标PSCell的概率、或激活目标PSCell的条件,确定是否激活所述目标PSCell,包括以下至少之一:在所述配置的激活指示信息指示不激活PSCell的情况下,使所述PSCell暂时处于去激活状态;在所述配置的激活指示信息中包括激活该PSCell的时间的情况下,在达到配置的时刻起激活所述PSCell;在所述配置的激活指示信息中包括激活该PSCell的概率P的情况下,将UE随机产生的0,1之间的随机数p与概率P进行比较;若随机数p小于或不大于概率P,激活所述PSCell,反之则不激活;在所述配置的激活指示信息中包括激活该PSCell的条件的情况下,UE判断自身是否满足所述条件,如果满足,激活所述PScell。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述激活目标PSCell的条件包括以下至少之一:UE的数据包数目或数据大于或不小于第一阈值;UE的数据包的时延大于或不小于第二阈值;UE的业务格式信息指示的数据包长度大于或不小于第三阈值的业务数据的到达时间或所述业务数据到达后的持续时间长度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:向所述MN或SN上报已与目标PSCell建立RRC连接的消息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:向所述MN或SN上报与所述目标PSCell之间的连接状态,所述连接状态为激活或去激活。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:向激活指示信息指示的MN或SN发起激活PSCell的请求,所述请求中携带请求激活的PSCell的相关信息。

- 一种条件主辅小区添加或改变的装置,该装置应用于网络侧主节点MN或辅节点SN,包括:配置模块,配置为为用户设备UE配置条件主辅小区添加或改变CPA或CPC的条件;处理模块,配置为携带激活指示信息、或携带激活目标主辅小区PSCell的时间、或携带激活目标PSCell的概率、或携带激活目标PSCell的条件;其中,所述激活指示信息,用于指示所述UE是否激活所述目标PSCell。
- 一种条件主辅小区添加或改变的装置,该装置应用于用户设备UE,包括:连接模块,配置为基于网络侧主节点MN或辅节点SN配置的条件主辅小区添加或改变CPA或CPC的条件与目标主辅小区PSCell建立连接;确定模块,配置为基于所述MN或SN配置的激活指示信息、或激活目标PSCell的时间、或激活目标PSCell的概率、或激活目标PSCell的条件,确定是否激活所述目标PSCell。
- 一种条件主辅小区添加或改变的装置,该装置包括:处理器和用于存储能够在处理器上运行的计算机程序的存储器,其中,所述处理器用于运行所述计算机程序时,执行权利要求1-8中任一项所述方法的步骤、或执行权利要求9-16中任一项所述方法的步骤。
- 一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-8中任一项所述方法的步骤、或实现权利要求9-16中任一项所述方法的步骤。
