Description

一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件 技术领域
本发明涉及风力发电机组技术领域,特别涉及一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件。
背景技术
在目前的主流风力发电机组中,主要组件包括叶轮组件、变速组件、发电机组件、塔架。其中叶轮组件、变速组件、发电机组件都是非常紧凑地连接在同一轴心线上,故叶轮轴端与主轴端为同轴连接。叶轮组件、变速组件、发电机组件都是被放置在塔架的顶部。随着发电机组单机容量的不断加大,变速组件和发电机组件的重量也在不断加大,塔架的高度也在不断升高。这样,一方面对塔架的承重能力和重量有更高的要求,另一方面也加大了安装和维护的难度及成本。
为此,需要设计一种新型的连接叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,以将变速组件和发电机组件移离塔架顶部,放置在塔架底部,从而实现大幅降低对塔架的承重能力和重量的要求,达到大幅降低风力发电机组的安装和维护的难度及成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,一端与叶轮轴连接,另一端与主轴连接,两端不处于同一个水平面上。本传动组件包括齿轮传动和链传动,所述齿轮传动包括齿轮(2、3、4、5),所述链传动包括链轮(6、8)和链条(7)。
所述齿轮(2)与所述叶轮轴(1)同轴连接,然后与所述齿轮(3)的轴心线正交,用于改变叶轮轴传动的轴向。
所述齿轮(3)的轴心线与偏航轴承的轴心线相重合,用于满足偏航功能的发挥。
所述齿轮(4)与所述齿轮(3)同轴连接,然后与所述齿轮(5)的轴心线正交,用于改变传动的轴向。
所述链轮(6)与所述齿轮(5)同轴连接,然后通过所述链条(7)与所述链轮(8)连接,用于增大传动轴向的中心距。
所述链轮(8)与所述主轴(9)同轴连接,达到将叶轮组件转动时的机械能传动到变速组件和发电机组件上。
本发明提供的连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,用于将叶轮组件转动时的机械能传动到变速组件和发电机组件上,可使变速组件和发电机组件都放置在塔架的底部,从而大幅降低了对塔架的承重能力和重量的要求,也大幅降低了风力发电机组的安装和维护的难度及成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限定本发明。
请参阅图1,一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件的示意图,该传动组件一端与叶轮轴连接,另一端与主轴连接,两端不处于同一个水平面上。该传动组件包括齿轮传动和链传动,所述齿轮传动包括齿轮(2、3、4、5),所述链传动包括链轮(6、8)和链条(7)。
齿轮(2、3、4、5)都是直径相同、齿数相同的锥齿轮。
齿轮(3)的轴心线应与偏航轴承的轴心线相重合,确保叶轮组件能够利用偏航轴承作水平360度变向,从而最大限度地利用来自不同方向的风能。
链轮(6)与链轮(8)直径相同、齿数相同,其轴心线互相平行,并处于同一垂直面上,从而保证在链条(7)较长的情况下传动的高效平稳。
齿轮(3)与齿轮(4)同轴连接,通过轴承在塔架内壁进行固定;齿轮(5)与链轮(6)同轴连接,通过轴承在塔架内壁进行固定;链轮(8)通过轴承在塔架内壁进行固定。
请参阅图1和图2,图2为一种风力发电机组使用了本发明后的主要组件示意图,通过该实施例,经过所述两组锥齿轮传动和一组链传动,整个过程的传动效率损失不大,可以维持主轴的转速与叶轮轴的转速相差不大,从而使变速组件和发电机组件可以移离塔架顶部,放置在塔架底部,实现大幅降低对塔架的承重能力和重量的要求,达到大幅降低风力发电机组的安装和维护的难度及成本。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,一端与叶轮轴连接,另一端与主轴连接,两端不处于同一个水平面上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,包括齿轮传动和链传动,所述齿轮传动包括齿轮(2、3、4、5),所述链传动包括链轮(6、8)和链条(7)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,所述齿轮(2)与所述叶轮轴(1)同轴连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,所述齿轮(3)与所述齿轮(2)的轴心线正交。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,所述齿轮(3)的轴心线与偏航轴承的轴心线相重合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,所述齿轮(4)与所述齿轮(3)同轴连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,所述齿轮(5)与所述齿轮(4)的轴心线正交。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,所述链轮(6)与所述齿轮(5)同轴连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,所述链轮(8)通过所述链条(7)与所述链轮(6)连接。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种连接风力发电机组的叶轮轴与主轴的传动组件,其特征在于,所述链轮(8)与所述主轴(9)同轴连接。
