Description

Steel-Reinforced Smart ISOFIX and Mounting System
Technical Field
The invention relates to car seats that are used to ensure the safety of the child traveling in the car in case of a possible traffic accident, sudden braking or sudden manoeuvre.
Prior Art
In cars, car seats are used to ensure the safety of babies and children traveling in a possible traffic accident or sudden braking. Car seats are also called a baby safety seat, child safety system, child safety seat, infant seat, car chair or booster seat. These seats are specially designed to protect children from injury or death during vehicle collisions.
Child car seats are usually purchased externally by vehicle owners and mounted on the vehicle seat. Many states in the world require children to use safety seats according to age, weight and/or height. In order for the child safety seat to provide full protection, it must be installed and used correctly. Manufacturers provide written and visual explanations for correct installation and use.
In 1990, the ISO standard ISOFIX was introduced to provide a standard in child car seats for the fastening of car seats to different car brands. In 2013, a new car seat regulation known as “I-size” was published. I-size is part of the ECE R129 regulation. R129 is the European standard for enhanced child car seats. With the I- size regulation, it is aimed that child car seats provide better protection against shocks.
Depending on the position of the child and the type of seat, the types of child car seats may vary. There are five car seat groups, namely group 0, group 0+, group 1, group 2 and group 3, which are determined according to the weight and height of the children.
By making some changes in child/baby car seats, the car seat group can be upgraded or downgraded. In the mentioned group transitions, the three-point seat belt and the five-point seat belt in the car seat system are replaced.
In the European patent document with the code EP3453563 A1 included in the prior art, a car seat designed for children with an integrated ISOFIX system is mentioned. The ISOFIX fastening system in the aforementioned car seat is integrated into the child car seat. The connection system is placed inside a small drawer. The drawer is located in the front of the car seat. In the said patent document, the connection of the child car seat with the car seat is made with the help of ISOFIX connection. The ISOFIX connection does not contain any shielding.
A safety seat for 0-1-2-3 group children with ISOFIX interface is mentioned in the Chinese utility model document with the code CN204712918U, which is included in the prior art. Said safety seat can be used for all 3 groups. In the said utility model document, the connection of the child safety seat with the car seat is made with the help of the ISOFIX connection. The ISOFIX connection does not contain any shielding.
Purpose of the Invention
The purpose of the invention is to obtain a car seat in which the locking lever is positioned within the protector to provide a more robust ISOFIX connection.
Another aim of the invention is to obtain a car seat that offers a wider usage area in the lying position.
The car seat developed to achieve the mentioned purposes includes a guard bar (30) that takes said locking lever (60) to strengthen the locking lever (60) that enables the car seat to be locked to the vehicle ISOFIX connection (20) against possible shocks. Description of Figures

Explanation of the Invention
The invention relates to car seats that are used to ensure the safety of the child traveling in the car in case of a possible traffic accident, sudden braking or sudden manoeuvre.
The car seat, which is the subject of the invention, consists of body (10), bar guard (30), connecting shaft (40), unlock button (50), locking lever (60), connection piece (70), cover (80), adjustment shaft (90), tilt adjustment lever (100) and spring (110). The body (10) is the main part in which the child sits. The body (10) moves on the sub-structure as shown in figure-22. While adjusting the lying position, that is, the body (10) moves forward, it also moves upwards. Thanks to the upward movement, a wide area for use remains in the vehicle in front of the body (10). Said motion curve is shown in figure-22.
The movement of the body (10) as shown in figure-22 is provided by the first adjustment channel (71) and the second adjustment channel (72) located on the connection piece (70). The first adjustment channel (71) makes an angle of “b” with the y-axis, while the second adjustment channel (72) makes an angle of “a” with the y-axis. Angle “b” is greater than angle “a”. Since the "b" angle is greater than the "a" angle, the body (10) moves upwards when it is pulled forward. In this way, the body (10) moves upwards instead of going directly forward. As a result, the car seat exhibits a curved movement on the substructure as shown in figure-8.
The car seat that is the subject of the invention has two adjustment shafts (90), the first adjustment shaft (91) and the second adjustment shaft (92). The first adjustment shaft (91) fixes the first adjustment channels (71), and the second adjustment shaft (92) fixes the second adjustment channels (72) to each other. Said adjustment shafts (90) also fix the connection pieces (70) and the body (10) to each other. By passing through the fixing holes (12) on the fixing section (11), it ensures that the body (10) and the connection piece (70) are fixed to each other.
There are two connection pieces (70) in the car seat which is the subject of the invention. The connection pieces (70) are positioned in the car seat so that they are symmetrical to each other. The connection pieces (70) provide the assembly of the bar guard (30) and the body (10) to each other. Said connection pieces (70) are made of composite material. There are chambers of various shapes and sizes on the connecting piece (70). The strength of the connection piece (70) is increased with the chambers. In alternative embodiments of the invention, the connection piece (70) can be produced from plastic-derived materials or metal-derived materials. The connection pieces (70) in the car seat which is the subject of the invention are fixed to each other with the connecting shaft (40). The connecting shaft (40) is fixed to the fixing holes (31) located on the bar guard (30). In this way, the connection piece (70) and the bar guard (30) are fixed to each other.
There is a locking lever (60) inside the bar guard (30). The locking lever (60) can move back and forth within the said bar guard (30). The level of back-and-forth movement can be adjusted with level holes (32) located on the bar guard (30). The level holes (32) ensure that the car seat is firmly fixed to the vehicle ISOFIX connection (20) and prevent it from running backwards.
On the bar guard (30), there is a key channel (33) that enables the unlock button (50) to move together with the locking lever (60).
There is an unlock button (50) on the locking lever (60). When the locking lever (60) is pushed forward, the vehicle locks into the vehicle ISOFIX connection (20) and does not back out. To remove the car seat, the unlock button (50) must be pressed. There are two locking levers (60) in the car seat which is the subject of the invention. There is a separate unlock button (50) on each of the said locking levers (60).
Adjusting the recline position of the car seat is done with the tilt adjustment lever (100). The tilt adjustment lever (100) is located between the two connecting pieces (70). The car seat, which is the subject of the invention, has four different recline positions. In alternative applications of the invention, the number of lying positions can be decreased or increased.
A car seat used to ensure the life safety of the child traveling in the car in case of a possible traffic accident, sudden braking or sudden manoeuvre and characterized in that; including a bar guard (30) that encloses the locking lever (60) to strengthen the said locking lever (60) that enables the car seat to be locked to the vehicle ISOFIX connection (20) against possible shocks.
