Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of reducing the possibility that an unintentional entry time or exit time of a person entering or a person leaving a room will be recorded. This entry/exit management system 1 comprises a biometric authentication device 200 and a switch signal transmission means 300A. The biometric authentication device includes a biometric authentication means 200A and a mode switching means 200B. The mode switching means can switch the biometric authentication device between: a stamp mode for recording an entry and/or exit when the biometric authentication means finishes performing authentication; and an authentication mode for only causing the biometric authentication means to perform authentication. The switch signal transmission means transmits, to the biometric authentication device, a switch signal for causing the mode switching means to switch between the modes. The biometric authentication device switches from the authentication mode to the stamp mode when the switch signal is sent from the switch signal transmission means.

Description

Access control system
The present invention relates to an entrance/exit management system that manages entrance/exit to buildings and rooms.
In the past, an "entrance control system that uses face recognition to record entry times" has been proposed (see, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2021-033669).
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2021-033669
By the way, in the entrance/exit management system as described above, when the face is authenticated, the entry time is automatically recorded. Despite this, there is a risk that the entry time will be recorded just by passing by the camera. Also, if the user goes outside for a break or temporary errands, it is assumed that the entry time will be recorded again or the entry time will be overwritten.
An object of the present invention is to reduce the risk of unintentional entry and exit times being recorded by visitors and exiters.
An entrance/exit management system according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a biometric authentication device and switching signal transmission means. The biometric authentication device has biometric authentication means and mode switching means. The biometric authentication means is, for example, face authentication means using an imaging device (camera), iris authentication means, fingerprint authentication means, and the like. The mode switching means can switch the biometric authentication device between a clocking mode for recording at least one of entry and exit upon completion of authentication by the biometric authentication means, and an authentication mode for allowing the biometric authentication means to perform only authentication. The switching signal transmitting means transmits a switching signal to the biometrics authentication device for causing the mode switching means to switch modes. Then, when the switching signal is sent from the switching signal transmitting means, the biometric authentication device switches from the authentication mode to the stamping mode.
In this entrance/exit management system, a switching signal is sent from the switching signal transmission means to the biometrics authentication device, and the biometrics authentication device switches to the clocking mode to authenticate the entering or exiting person. can be recorded. Therefore, in this entrance/exit management system, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the unintentional entry time or exit time of the person entering or leaving the venue will be recorded.
The entrance/exit management system according to the second aspect of the present invention is the entrance/exit management system according to the first aspect, further comprising alarm notification means. In addition, the embossing mode is, in detail, "entrance embossing mode that records entry when face authentication of a person wishing to enter or leave is completed" and "exit embossing mode that records exit when face authentication of a person wishing to enter or leave is completed" can be divided into The biometric authentication device 200 normally maintains the authentication mode, and switching from the authentication mode to the embossing mode is performed based on a switching signal transmitted from the non-contact sensor 300 via the communication network 50 . As will be described later, when a switching signal is received from the non-contact sensor 300 arranged on the side of the entrance gate En of the gate device 400, the authentication mode is switched to the entrance stamping mode, and the gate device 400 When a switching signal is received from the non-contact sensor 300 arranged on the exit gate Ex side, the authentication mode is switched to the exit stamping mode. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the biometric authentication device 200 is arranged on the entrance gate En side and the exit gate Ex side of the gate device 400, respectively. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, a non-contact sensor 300 is arranged near the front side of the biometric authentication device 200 . In the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the biometric authentication device 200 is realized by a personal computer, a tablet terminal, a smart phone, or the like. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the biometric authentication device 200 mainly includes a CPU 210, a memory 220, a display 230, an operation section 240, a communication interface 250, an imaging section 260, and the like. These constituent elements are described in detail below.
 (1)CPU
(1) CPU
The CPU 210 executes a program stored in the memory 220 to control each part of the biometric authentication device 200, obtain necessary data from the memory 220, and perform arithmetic processing (for example, arithmetic processing and logic processing). etc.). For example, the CPU 210 executes a program stored in the memory 220 and refers to various data to perform various processes described later.
(2) Memory The memory 220 is various RAMs, various ROMs, and the like. The memory 220 stores programs executed by the CPU 210 , data generated by the execution of the programs by the CPU 210 , data input via the operation unit 240 , management device 100 via the communication network 50 , non-contact sensors 300 , and gates. It stores the data received from the device 400, the medical questionnaire input device 500, etc., the matching table 221, the face recognition result table 222, and other data used for the services according to the embodiment of the present invention.
In the collation table 221, as shown in FIG. 8, identification information (eg, ID, name, etc.) of a predetermined person (eg, a person (employee, etc.) who enters and leaves a building or room on a regular basis) and , and feature amount information extracted from the face image of this person. As will be described later, when the photographing unit 260 acquires a face image of a person who wishes to enter and exit, the CPU 210 extracts feature amount information from this face image and collates this feature amount information with the matching table 221 . Thereby, the CPU 210 can determine whether or not the person who wishes to enter/exit is a person registered in the matching table 221 . It is also possible to associate a plurality of patterns of feature quantity information with the matching table 221 . For example, feature amount information extracted from a predetermined person's face image when not wearing a mask is associated with the matching table 221 as one pattern, and feature amount information extracted from a predetermined person's face image when wearing a mask is used as one pattern. can be associated with the collation table 221 as one pattern of . Then, the matching table 221 may be transmitted to the management device 100 via the communication network 50 and stored in the memory 120 of the management device 100 as well.
The face authentication result table 222 shows the face authentication results obtained by matching the feature amount information of the person who wishes to enter/exit with the matching table 221 . In the face authentication result table 222, as shown in FIG. 9, the feature amount information extracted from the face image of the person who wishes to enter and leave, the identification information of the person corresponding to this feature amount information (for example, ID, name, etc.), Authentication record information (for example, authentication success/failure information such as the symbol 〇 indicating that face authentication was successful or the symbol X indicating that face authentication was unsuccessful, and the date and time when face authentication was performed (succeeded or failed) information, information indicating that entry or exit is being recorded), etc. When the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 receives a switching signal from the non-contact sensor 300 and switches to the clocking mode (see FIG. 12), the CPU 210 flags the date and time information when the face authentication is successful. The obtained date/time information is reflected in the face authentication result table 222 as entrance date/time information or exit date/time information. Referring to FIG. 9, for the person who wishes to enter and leave the feature amount information (x1, y1, . It can be seen that the symbol ◯ is shown in the authentication success/failure information (successful authentication, that is, the person is registered in the matching table 221). In addition, for this person who wishes to enter and exit, face authentication was performed in the time stamping mode at 8:55 on April 1, 2021, and the symbol 〇 was indicated in the authentication success/failure information (that is, the face authentication was successful. ), it can be seen that the date and time information when the face authentication is successful is flagged and the date and time information is used as the entry date and time information. On the other hand, referring to FIG. 9, the face authentication was performed at 9:00 on 2021/04/01 for the person who wishes to enter and leave the feature amount information (x5, y5, ...). x is indicated in the success/failure information (authentication failure, that is, the person is not registered in the matching table 221). I understand.

[Processing in medical questionnaire input device 500]
First, processing in the medical questionnaire input device 500 will be described. When the CPU 510 of the medical questionnaire input device 500 receives the input of the medical interview information 521 (in other words, when the person who wishes to enter/exit enters the medical interview information 521 via the operation unit 540), The inquiry information 521 received is transmitted to the management device 100 via the communication network 50 .
[Process SB in management device 100]
Next, processing SB will be described with reference to FIG. In process SB, processes of steps Sb1 to Sb3 are executed. Note that the following processing is started when the medical interview information 521 is input to the medical questionnaire input device 500 .
(Step Sb1)
The CPU 110 of the management device 100 receives the medical interview information 521 from the medical questionnaire input device 500 via the communication network 50 .
(Step Sb3)
The CPU 110 of the management device 100 generates an inquiry result table 121 (see FIG. 7) based on the collation table 221 (see FIG. 8) and the inquiry information 521. FIG. More specifically, first, the CPU 110 of the management device 100 collates the identification information included in the received inquiry information 521 with the identification information in the collation table 221 . Then, when the identification information matches, the CPU 110 of the management device 100 generates medical inquiry result information from the check item information of the medical inquiry information 521 . Here, the CPU 110 of the management device 100 generates interview result information based on input from the medical staff who confirmed the check item information of the interview information 521 . Alternatively, the CPU 110 of the management device 100 mechanically generates medical inquiry result information based on the number of YES in the check item information of the medical inquiry information 521 (for example, if the number of YES is 5 or more, the medical inquiry result information “discomfort” is generated). generated). In such a case, the number of YES may be weighted for each check item information of the inquiry information 521 . For example, if YES is attached to some check item information in the medical interview information 521, the number of YES in that check item information is treated as five instead of one. After generating the medical interview result information, the CPU 110 of the management device 100 associates the identification information of the person who wishes to enter/exit, the feature amount information, the medical inquiry information 521, the medical inquiry result information, the medical inquiry information registration date and time information, etc., into the medical inquiry result table 121. complete the The process then ends here.
[Processing in non-contact sensor 300]
Next, processing in the non-contact sensor 300 will be described. When the non-contact sensor 300 detects that the hand of the person wishing to enter or leave who has reached the front of the entrance gate En or the exit gate Ex (see FIG. 2) of the gate device 400 (in other words, the entrance When a person who wishes to exit places a hand or the like over the non-contact sensor 300), a switching signal (that is, a signal for causing the biometric authentication device 200 to switch from the authentication mode to the stamping mode) is generated, and the communication network 50 A switching signal is transmitted to the biometric authentication device 200 via the . More specifically, the switching signal generated by the non-contact sensor 300 arranged on the side of the entrance gate En of the gate device 400 is used to switch the biometric authentication device 200 from the authentication mode to the entrance stamping mode. is a signal. The switching signal generated by the non-contact sensor 300 arranged on the exit gate Ex side of the gate device 400 is a signal for causing the biometric authentication device 200 to switch from the authentication mode to the exit stamping mode.
[Processing SSE in biometric authentication device 200]
Next, processing SSE will be described with reference to FIG. In process SSE, processes of steps SSe1 to SSe25 are executed. Note that processing SSE is executed when a switching signal is transmitted from the non-contact sensor 300 (that is, when a person who wishes to enter/exit places his or her hand over the non-contact sensor 300), and the processing of step SSe3 below is performed by: The process is started when the person wishing to enter/exit stands in front of the photographing unit 260 of the biometrics authentication device 200 so that the face of the person wishing to enter/exit is within the photographing range of the photographing unit 260 of the biometrics authentication device 200 .
(Step SSe1)
First, CPU 210 of biometric device 200 receives a switching signal from non-contact sensor 300 via communication network 50 . Then, the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 switches the authentication mode to the clocking mode. More specifically, when the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 receives a switching signal from the non-contact sensor 300 arranged on the entrance gate En side of the gate device 400, it switches the authentication mode to the entrance stamping mode. When the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 receives a switching signal from the non-contact sensor 300 arranged on the exit gate Ex side of the gate device 400, the CPU 210 switches the authentication mode to the exit stamping mode.
(Step SSe3)
The CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 determines whether or not a certain period of time has passed since the process of step SSe1 was executed. Note that the certain period of time is, for example, a sufficient amount of time from when the person who wishes to enter/exit places his or her hand over the non-contact sensor 300 to when he or she stands in front of the photographing unit 260 of the biometric authentication device 200 .
-If NO in step SSe3-
If the predetermined time has not elapsed, the process from step SSe5 is executed.
-If YES in step SSe3-
When the fixed time has passed, the process from step SSe23 is executed.
(Step SSe5)
The photographing unit 260 of the biometric authentication device 200 acquires the face image of the person who wishes to enter/exit.
(Step SSe7)
The CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 extracts feature amount information from the acquired face image. Note that a known method or a method that will be developed in the future is used for extracting feature amount information.
(Step SSe9)
The CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 collates the extracted feature amount information with the collation table 221 (see FIG. 8).
(Step SSe11)
The CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 determines whether or not the extracted feature amount information matches the feature amount information in the matching table 221 .
-If YES at step SSe11-
If the extracted feature amount information matches the feature amount information in the matching table 221 (that is, if the face authentication is successful), the processing from step SSe13 is executed.
-If NO in step SSe11-
If the extracted feature amount information does not match the feature amount information in the collation table 221 (that is, if face authentication fails), the processing from step SSe15 is executed.
(Step SSe13)
The CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 generates a face authentication result table 222 indicating that face authentication has succeeded. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 stores date and time information (for example, information such as 2021/4/1 8:55) when face authentication was performed (successfully) in the face authentication result table. 222, and by inputting the symbol ◯ in the authentication success/failure information corresponding to the date/time information, it is indicated that the face authentication was successful. In addition, the CPU 210 of the biometrics authentication device 200 flags the date and time information when the face authentication is successful, and collates the flagged date and time information with the interview information registration date and time information of the interview result table 121 . At this time, the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 may receive the medical interview result table 121 from the management device 100 in advance, or send the flagged date and time information to the management device 100 to manage the verification results. It may be received from device 100 .

In the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the previous embodiment, the gate device 400 is divided into the entrance gate En and the exit gate Ex. However, one gate may serve as an entrance gate and an exit gate.
 (D)
(D)
In the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the previous embodiment, the biometric device 200 and the non-contact sensor 300 are arranged on the entrance gate En side and the exit gate Ex side of the gate device 400, respectively. However, only one biometrics authentication device 200 and one non-contact sensor 300 may be arranged in the gate device 400 (for example, the boundary portion between the entrance gate En and the exit gate Ex of the gate device 400).
 (E)
(E)
In the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the previous embodiment, in the processing TSE in the biometric authentication device 200, step TSe13 was executed after step TSe9. However, steps TSe9a, TSe9b and TSe9c as shown in FIG. 16 may be executed between steps TSe9 and TSe13. The steps TSe9a, TSe9b, and TSe9c will be described in detail below.
(Step TSe9a)
The CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 determines whether or not entry or exit has already been recorded in the face authentication result table 222 .
-If YES at step TSe9a-
When entry or exit is already recorded in the face authentication result table 222 (that is, when the person who wishes to enter/exit has entered/exited at least once in the clocking mode on the day of the date and time information when the face authentication was performed) ), the processing from step TSe9b is executed.
-If NO at step TSe9a-
When entry or exit is not recorded in the face authentication result table 222 (that is, when the person who wishes to enter/exit has never entered/exited in the clocking mode on the day of the date and time information when face authentication was performed), The processing from step TSe15 is executed.
(Step TSe9b)
The CPU 210 of the biometrics authentication device 200 collates the date/time information when the face authentication is performed with the interview information registration date/time information of the interview result table 121 . At this time, the CPU 210 of the biometrics authentication device 200 may receive the medical interview result table 121 from the management device 100 in advance, or transmit information on the date and time when the face authentication was performed to the management device 100 to obtain the verification result. may be received from the management device 100 .
(Step TSe9c)
The CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 determines that the date and time information when the face authentication is performed is the same as the interview information registration date and time information in the medical interview result table 121 (the month and day may be the same, but the time does not have to be the same). not.).
-If YES in step TSe9c-
If the date and time information of face authentication is the same as the date and time information of inquiry information registration in the inquiry result table 121, the process from step TSe13 is executed.
-If NO at step TSe9c-
If the date and time information of face authentication is not the same as the interview information registration date and time information in the interview result table 121, the process from step TSe15 is executed.
Either one of step TSe9a and steps TSe9b-TSe9c may be executed, or step TSe9a may be executed after steps TSe9b-TSe9c.
In addition, even if entry or exit is recorded in the face authentication result table 222, entry and exit are not correctly recorded in the face authentication result table 222 in the order of entry and exit, such as entry -> entry or exit -> exit. Also in this case, the processing from step TSe15 may be executed.
 (F)
(F)
In the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the previous embodiment, the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 receives the flagged date/time information or face authentication date/time information and the interview information registration date/time information of the interview result table 121. Alarm notification information is generated and transmitted to the gate device 400 via the communication network 50 when they are not the same or when face authentication fails. Then, the CPU 410 of the gate device 400 maintains the closed state of the open/close door 460 of the gate device 400 based on the received alarm notification information (that is, it is possible to maintain the closed state of the open/close door 460 of the gate device 400). It was set as an alarm.). However, even if the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the above embodiment is further provided with a device that emits a warning sound (e.g., a speaker) or a device that displays a warning (e.g., a display, a device that emits light, etc.) good. Note that these devices may be configured additionally to the management device 100 , the biometric authentication device 200 , the non-contact sensor 300 , and the gate device 400 . When the flagged date/time information or face authentication date/time information is not the same as the interview information registration date/time information in the medical interview result table 121, or when face authentication fails, these devices generate an alarm. Notification information may be received and an alarm may be issued to those wishing to enter and exit. Note that the alarm notification pattern may be changed as appropriate. For example, in some cases, the speaker emits an A beep and emits a color A light, and in some other situations, the speaker emits a B beep and emits a B color light. may be issued. Moreover, if those devices generate an alarm, the opening/closing door 460 of the gate device 400 may be opened as long as the face authentication is successful.
Here, a case where the entrance/exit management system according to modification (E) and the entrance/exit management system according to modification (F) are combined and applied will be described. At this time, in the processing TSE in the biometrics authentication device 200, if entry or exit is not recorded in the face authentication result table 222, or if the face authentication date and time information and the interview information registration date and time information in the interview result table 121 are different. If they are not the same, the CPU 210 of the biometrics authentication device 200 can generate alarm notification information for keeping the open/close door 460 of the gate device 400 closed, or a device that emits a warning sound or a device that displays a warning. It is also possible to generate alarm notification information to alarm the
 (G)
(G)
In the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the previous embodiment, in step SSe13 of the processing SSE in the biometric authentication device 200, the date and time information when the face authentication was successful is flagged. However, the flag may be set on the date and time information when the switching signal was received from the non-contact sensor 300 instead of the date and time information when the face authentication was successful. Then, this date/time information may be reflected in the face authentication result table 222 .
 (H)
(H)
Although not mentioned in the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the previous embodiment, if the biometric authentication device 200 is further provided with a temperature detection unit and the body temperature of the person who wishes to enter/exit measured by this temperature detection unit is equal to or higher than the threshold The opening/closing door 460 of the gate device 400 may be prevented from being opened.
The temperature detection unit of the biometrics authentication device 200 is, for example, a non-contact temperature detection sensor. step TSe1, etc.), the body temperature information of the person who wishes to enter/exit is acquired. Although not shown, the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 may associate this body temperature information with the face authentication result table 222 (see FIG. 9). Then, the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 determines whether or not the body temperature information of the person who wishes to enter/exit for whom face authentication has been successful is equal to or greater than the threshold. The threshold is a numerical value (for example, 37.5 degrees) determined by the administrator of the entrance/exit management system 1, medical staff, health institutions, and the like. If the body temperature information is not equal to or greater than the threshold (that is, if the body temperature information is less than the threshold) (for example, body temperature information: 36.5 degrees, threshold: 37.5 degrees), the CPU 210 of the biometrics authentication device 200 outputs the door opening instruction information. and transmits the door opening instruction information to the gate device 400 via the communication network 50 . On the other hand, if the body temperature information is equal to or greater than the threshold (for example, body temperature information: 38 degrees, threshold: 37.5 degrees), the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 generates alarm notification information and notifies the alarm via the communication network 50. The information is transmitted to the gate device 400, and the CPU 410 of the gate device 400 keeps the open/close door 460 closed based on the received alarm notification information.
In the entrance/exit management system according to modification (H), a person who wants to enter a building or room who is likely to have a high fever due to a highly contagious virus or bacteria is allowed to enter the building or room, etc. can be reduced. In addition, with this entry/exit management system, it is possible to isolate in a building or room a person who wishes to leave, who is likely to have a high fever due to a highly contagious virus or bacteria.
 (I)
(I)
In the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the previous embodiment, the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 determines whether it is NO in step SSe3 of the process SSE, when the process of step SSe19 is finished, or when the process of step SSe21 is finished. case, the stamping mode is switched to the authentication mode in step SSe23. However, the CPU 210 of the biometrics authentication device 200 may switch the stamping mode to the authentication mode by receiving a switching signal from the non-contact sensor 300 via the communication network 50 when the biometric authentication device 200 is in the stamping mode.
 (J)
(J)
In the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the previous embodiment, the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 receives the switching signal from the non-contact sensor 300 via the communication network 50 and stamps the authentication mode in step SSe1 of the process SSE. I switched to mode. However, the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 may switch the authentication mode to the embossing mode between steps SSe17 and SSe19 of the process SSE without switching the authentication mode to the embossing mode in step SSe1 of the process SSE. . In such a case, even if the CPU 210 of the biometric authentication device 200 receives the switching signal from the non-contact sensor 300 via the communication network 50 in step SSe1 of the processing SSE, if NO in step SSe17 (the flag If the set date and time information and the interview information registration date and time information in the medical interview result table 121 are not the same, the authentication mode can be maintained.
 (K)
(K)
In the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the previous embodiment, in steps SSe13 and SSe17 of the process SSE in the biometric authentication device 200, a process of collating the flagged date and time information with the interview information registration date and time information of the interview result table 121; A process of judging whether or not the flagged date and time information and the medical inquiry information registration date and time information of the medical inquiry result table 121 are the same has been performed. However, these processes may not be executed by the biometric authentication device 200 arranged on the exit gate Ex side of the gate device 400, and the biometric authentication device 200 arranged on the entrance gate En side of the gate device 400 may not be executed. , and the biometric authentication device 200 arranged on the exit gate Ex side of the gate device 400. In such a case, the CPU 210 of the biometrics authentication device 200 reflects the information indicating entry or exit to the flagged date and time information as long as the face authentication is successful in the time stamping mode, and the door opening command information is issued. The door opening command information is generated and transmitted to the gate device 400 via the communication network 50 .
 (L)
(L)
Although not mentioned in the entrance/exit management system 1 according to the previous embodiment, the biometric authentication device 200 may be configured to switch between clocking modes. That is, the biometric authentication device 200 may switch the entrance stamping mode to the exit stamping mode, or switch the exit stamping mode to the entrance stamping mode. In such a case, when the biometric device 200 receives a signal for switching between the clock modes generated by the non-contact sensor 300 or other signal generator, the entrance clock mode changes to the exit clock mode (or the exit clock mode). is preferably switched to entry stamping mode). It should be noted that the entry embossing mode or the exit embossing mode may be determined based on the time zone or the like.
It should be noted that the above modifications may be applied singly or in combination.
