Description
TITRE : Réservoir pour gaz sous pression
Domaine technique
L’invention concerne un réservoir pour gaz sous pression, tel de l’hydrogène.
Technique antérieure
Un tel réservoir comprend classiquement une structure par exemple réalisée en composite. Afin de remplissage et de puisage, ladite structure comprend un perçage. Dans ce perçage est disposée une embase, typiquement métallique et de révolution, et comprenant une canalisation de remplissage et de puisage. Afin d’assurer l’étanchéité au gaz, une enveloppe ou « liner » souple, typiquement en matériau plastique, est disposée de manière à recouvrir la surface interne de la structure. Ladite enveloppe comporte un goulot disposé en regard de la canalisation de l’embase.
Il convient d’assurer l’étanchéité entre enveloppe et embase, autour de la canalisation. Ceci peut être réalisé par collage du goulot de l’enveloppe sur l’embase.
La présente invention propose un moyen d’améliorer ce collage.
Résumé de l'invention
L’invention concerne un réservoir pour gaz sous pression, comprenant une structure percée d’une ouverture, une embase sensiblement de révolution autour d’un axe, disposée dans ladite ouverture et percée d’une canalisation sensiblement selon l’axe, une enveloppe recouvrant l’intérieur de la structure, présentant un goulot entourant la canalisation et collée sur l’embase, où une première surface de collage de l’embase en regard de l’enveloppe et/ou une deuxième surface de collage de l’enveloppe en regard de l’embase est conformée pour augmenter, relativement à une surface lisse, sa surface de contact avec la colle.
Des caractéristiques ou des modes de réalisation particuliers, utilisables seuls ou en combinaison, sont :
- l’augmentation de surface de contact est au moins d’un rapport de 1 ,5,
- la première surface de collage et/ou la deuxième surface de collage présente un pavage pyramidal,
- la première surface de collage de l’embase est conformée par usinage,
- la deuxième surface de collage de l’enveloppe est conformée par moulage.
L’invention concerne encore un véhicule comprenant un tel réservoir.

Description des modes de réalisation
De manière classique, un réservoir pour gaz sous pression, tel de l’hydrogène, comprend une structure. L’invention concerne plus particulièrement le stockage de gaz sous très haute pression, ladite pression pouvant atteindre ou dépasser 800 bars. La structure est percée d’une ouverture. Une embase 3 sensiblement de révolution autour d’un axe X, classiquement réalisée en matériau métallique tel de l’aluminium, est disposée dans ladite ouverture. Cette embase 3 est percée d’une canalisation 4 d’axe sensiblement aligné avec l’axe X. Le réservoir comprend encore une enveloppe 5 souple recouvrant l’intérieur de la structure 2 afin d’assurer l’étanchéité et la rétention du gaz. L’enveloppe 5 présente un goulot 6. Le goulot 6 est destiné à être collé sur l’embase 3, autour de la canalisation 4, de manière à faire correspondre le trou du goulot 6 avec la canalisation 4.
En référence à la figure 1 , une enveloppe 5 est montrée, du côté goulot 6 visible, avec en regard, prête au collage, une embase 3 sensiblement de révolution. L’embase 3 est percée d’une canalisation 4 alignée avec l’axe X de l’embase 3 et avec un trou perçant le goulot 6 de l’enveloppe 5.
Les deux pièces 3, 5 peuvent ensuite être amenées en contact, en conservant l’alignement axial. La réalisation du contact définit une première surface de collage 7 appartenant à l’embase 3 et, en regard, une deuxième surface de collage 8 appartenant à l’enveloppe 5. L’introduction de colle entre la première 7 et la deuxième 8 surface de collage permet de réaliser le collage et ainsi d’assembler, l’enveloppe 5 et l’embase 3, en assurant une étanchéité autour de la canalisation 4.
Avec des surfaces de collage sensiblement lisses, une surface donnée définit une certaine surface de collage. Il est avantageux d’augmenter cette surface de collage. Pour cela, selon une première caractéristique la première surface de collage 7 de l’embase 3 est conformée pour augmenter sa surface de contact avec la colle, relativement à une surface lisse. Alternativement ou complémentairement, la deuxième surface de collage 8 de l’enveloppe 5 est conformée pour augmenter sa surface de contact avec la colle. Ces augmentations de surface de contact s’effectuent à surface projetée constante en conformant la surface de collage 7, 8 avec un relief.
Selon une autre caractéristique, l’augmentation de surface de contact est au moins d’un rapport de 1,5. Une telle augmentation est obtenue en modifiant localement la forme de la surface. T el que plus particulièrement illustré aux figures 4 et 6, ceci peut, par exemple être obtenu en réalisant un motif en 3D à la surface de la surface 7, 8. Un tel motif en ce qu’il présente une certaine épaisseur, entraîne nécessairement une augmentation de la surface, relativement à une surface lisse et plane de même étendue. Sur l’exemple illustratif des figures 4 et 6, on conçoit bien que la surface cumulée des faces des tétraèdres est supérieure à la même surface de référence lisse, à savoir ici sensiblement plane.
Une telle augmentation peut permettre en utilisant toutes la/les surface(s) de collage 7, 8, d’augmenter l’encollage dans une même proportion, à savoir ici de 1,5, de manière à augmenter d’autant la force de collage entre les deux pièces 3, 5.
Alternativement, une telle augmentation peut permettre, à force de collage constante, de réduire la surface de collage dans une même proportion, ici de 1 ,5.
Un mode de réalisation permettant d’augmenter la surface de contact est de conformer la surface selon un motif 3D périodique. Selon une caractéristique, particulièrement visible aux figures 4 et 6, ce motif peut être pyramidal. Le nombre de côtés de cette pyramide peut être quelconque, tant que le motif permet un pavage de la surface. Ainsi les pyramides peuvent avoir 4 côtés comme illustré. Elles peuvent encore avoir 3 côtés avec des bases triangulaires ou 6 côtés avec des bases hexagonales.
L’embase 3 est typiquement réalisée en matériau métallique, par exemple de l’aluminium. Aussi, la conformation de la première surface de collage 7, de manière à augmenter sa surface de contact/collage, est avantageusement réalisée par usinage.
Un tel usinage peut être réalisé par roulage, moletage, gravure au laser ou encore par un fraisage grossier.
Ainsi, un profil pyramidal peut être réalisé par moletage croisé, double ou triple.
L’enveloppe 5 est souple. Elle est classiquement réalisée par moulage plastique. Aussi, la conformation de la deuxième surface de collage 8, de manière à augmenter sa surface de contact/collage, est avantageusement réalisée par moulage.
Il peut être noté que le moule lui-même peut être conformé par un usinage similaire, en négatif, à celui envisagé pour l’embase 3 : roulage, moletage, gravure au laser ou encore par un fraisage grossier.
Avantageusement, cette caractéristique n’entraîne pas de surcoût, l’usinage du moule étant similaire qu’il soit lisse ou conformé selon l’invention. Ensuite la fabrication des enveloppes 5 par moulage est sensiblement identique.
L’invention a été illustrée et décrite en détail dans les dessins et la description précédente. Celle-ci doit être considérée comme illustrative et donnée à titre d’exemple et
non comme limitant l’invention à cette seule description. De nombreuses variantes de réalisation sont possibles.

Claims
1. Réservoir pour gaz sous pression, comprenant une structure percée d’une ouverture, une embase (3) sensiblement de révolution autour d’un axe (X), disposée dans ladite ouverture et percée d’une canalisation (4) sensiblement selon l’axe (X), une enveloppe (5) recouvrant l’intérieur de la structure, présentant un goulot (6) entourant la canalisation (4) et collée sur l’embase (3), caractérisé en ce qu’une première surface de collage (7) de l’embase (3) en regard de l’enveloppe (5) et/ou une deuxième surface de collage (8) de l’enveloppe (5) en regard de l’embase (3) est conformée pour augmenter, relativement à une surface lisse, sa surface de contact avec la colle.
2. Réservoir selon la revendication précédente, où l’augmentation de surface de contact est au moins d’un rapport de 1 ,5.
3. Réservoir selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où la première surface de collage (7) et/ou la deuxième surface de collage (8) présente un pavage pyramidal.
4. Réservoir selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où la première surface de collage (7) de l’embase (3) est conformée par usinage.
5. Réservoir selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où la deuxième surface de collage (8) de l’enveloppe (5) est conformée par moulage.
6. Véhicule caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend un réservoir selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes
