- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述目标传输对象包括:所述第一传输对象和所述第二传输对象,则所述超过所述目标限制包括以下至少一项:所述第一传输对象对应的发送和所述第二传输对象对应的接收,超过对应的所述目标限制;所述第一传输对象对应的发送和所述第二传输对象关联的期望传输,超过对应的所述目标限制;所述第一传输对象关联的期望传输和所述第二传输对象关联的期望传输,超过对应的所述目标限制;所述第二传输对象对应的接收和所述第一传输对象关联的期望传输,超过对应的所述目标限制;所述第一传输包括以下至少一项:第二发送,第三期望传输,第二接收,第四期望传输;所述第二发送为:至少部分所述第一传输对象对应的发送;所述第三期望传输为:至少部分所述第一传输对象对应的发送关联的期望传输;所述第二接收为:至少部分所述第二传输对象对应的接收;所述第四期望传输为:至少部分所述第二传输对象对应的接收关联的期望传输。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述放弃第一传输包括以下至少一项:放弃直至剩下的第五传输不大于第五预定数量;放弃直至剩下的第六传输不大于第六预定数量;放弃直至剩下的第七传输不大于第七预定数量的;其中,所述第五传输包括以下至少一项:第一目标传输,第二目标传输,以及第一目标传输和第二目标传输;所述第六传输包括以下至少一项:第三目标传输,第四目标传输,以及第三目标传输和第四目标传输;所述第七传输包括以下至少一项:第三目标传输,第一目标传输,以及第三目标传输和第一目标传输;所述第一目标传输为所述第四期望传输,所述第二目标传输为所述第三期望传输,所述第三目标传输为所述第二发送,所述第四目标传输为所述第二接收;或者,所述第一目标传输为所述第三期望传输,所述第二目标传输为所述第四期望传输,所述第三目标传输为所述第二接收,所述第四目标传输为所述第二发送;或者,所述第一目标传输为所述第二接收,所述第二目标传输为所述第三期望传输,所述第三目标传输为所述第二发送,所述第四目标传输为所述第四期望传输;或者,所述第一目标传输为所述第四期望传输,所述第二目标传输为所述第二发送,所述第三目标传输为所述第三期望传输,所述第四目标传输为所述第二接收。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述放弃第一传输,包括:按照第一预定规则,放弃第一传输;其中,所述第一预定规则包括以下至少一项:按照所述目标传输对象的优先级顺序;按照所述目标传输对象的传输的传输类别的优先级顺序;按照所述目标传输对象的传输的优先级顺序;按照所述目标传输对象的信息;按照所述目标传输对象的传输的频域位置高低;按照所述目标传输对象的传输的时域位置先后;按照所述目标传输对象的传输的持续时长;按照所述目标传输对象的传输的SCS大小;按照所述目标传输对象的传输的内容或传输对象类型。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述目标传输对象的信息包括以下至少一项:所述目标传输对象的编码,所述目标传输对象的标识,所述目标传输对象关联的目标对象的信息;其中,所述目标对象包括以下至少一项:LCH,LCG,QOS,HARQ进程,TB,数据包,PDU。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述按照所述目标传输对象关联的目标对象的信息包含:所述目标对象的数量,和/或,是否关联至少部分相同的目标对象。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述按照所述目标传输对象关联的目标对象的信息放弃第一传输,包括:保留关联了相同的目标对象的承载对象上的目标传输对象,和/或,丢弃关联了不同的目标对象的承载对象上的目标传输对象。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,若目标承载对象上的传输超过所述目标限制,所述方法还包括:将所述目标承载对象中的至少部分承载对象上的传输复用到所述目标承载对象中的其他承载对象上;其中,所述目标承载对象的至少部分承载对象和所述其他承载对象关联了相同的目标对象。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标传输对象包括第三传输对象;所述第一设备放弃第一传输之前,所述方法还包括:在第一时间,确定第二时间内所述第三传输对象的传输是否超过所述目标传输限制;和/或,在第三时间,确定是否放弃第一传输。
- 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述第一时间和/或所述第三时间位于所述第二时间之前;和/或,所述第二时间和所述第一时间之间的时间间隔的时长至少包含所述目标时间限制中的至少一种时间限制对应的时长;和/或,所述第二时间和所述第三时间之间的时间间隔的时长至少包含所述目标时间限制中的至少一种时间限制对应的时长。
- 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述第一设备放弃第一传输之前,所述方法还包括:在第四时间,确定所述第三传输对象关联的第四传输对象的传输是否超过所述目标传输限制,其中,所述第四传输对象的传输位于第五时间内。
- 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,所述第三传输对象关联的承载对象与所述第四传输对象关联的承载对象间存在对应关系;和/或,所述第三传输对象关联的承载对象与所述第四传输对象关联的承载对象至少部分相同。
- 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,所述第一时间和/或所述第三时间位于所述第二时间之前;和/或,所述第二时间和所述第一时间之间的时间间隔的时长至少包含所述目标时间限制中的至少一种时间限制对应的时长;和/或,所述第二时间和所述第三时间之间的时间间隔的时长至少包含所述目标时间限制中的至少一种时间限制对应的时长;和/或,所述第四时间和/或所述第三时间位于所述第五时间之前;和/或,所述第五时间与所述第四时间之间的时间间隔的时长至少包含所述目标时间限制中的至少一种时间限制对应的时长;和/或,所述第五时间与所述第三时间之间的时间间隔的时长至少包含所述目标时间限制中的至少一种时间限制对应的时长。
- 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,所述在第三时间确定是否放弃第一传输,包括以下至少一项:在满足第一预定条件的情况下,在第三时间确定是否放弃所述第三传输对象中的至少部分传输;在满足第二预定条件的情况下,在第三时间确定是否放弃所述第四传输对象中的至少部分传输。
- 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述第一预定条件包括以下至少一项:所述第一时间和/或所述第三时间位于所述第二时间之前;所述第二时间和所述第一时间之间的时间间隔的时长至少包含所述目标时间限制中的至少一种时间限制对应的时长;所述第二时间和所述第三时间之间的时间间隔的时长至少包含所述目标时间限制中的至少一种时间限制对应的时长;所述第二预定条件包括以下至少一项:所述第四时间和/或所述第三时间位于所述第五时间之前;所述第五时间与所述第四时间之间的时间间隔的时长至少包含所述目标时间限制中的至少一种时间限制对应的时长;所述第五时间与所述第三时间之间的时间间隔的时长至少包含所述目标时间限制中的至少一种时间限制对应的时长。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标传输限制包括以下至少一项:发送天线数量N1;接收天线数量N2;发送天线和接收天线数量N3;发送链数量N4;接收链数量N5;发送链和接收链数量N6;同时或第一预设时间内接收和/或发送所述目标传输对象的承载对象最大个数;同时或第二预设时间内接收和/或发送所述目标传输对象的最大数量;X个承载对象上同时或第三预设时间内接收和/或发送所述目标传输对象的最大数量,X为正整数。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标时间限制包括以下至少一项:切换承载对象的最小时间限制;切换承载对象的最大时间限制;功率调整的最小时间限制;功率调整的最大时间限制;调整传输链的最小时间限制;调整传输链的最大时间限制;所述目标传输对象的准备时间限制;候选资源上报的准备时间限制;确定候选资源的所需时间限制;其中,所述传输链包括:发送链和/或接收链。
- 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其中,所述调整传输链的最小时间限制包括以下至少一项:传输转换的时间限制;从发送切换为接收的最小时间限制;从接收切换为发送的最小时间限制;从发送切换为接收、再切换为发送的最小时间限制;从接收切换为发送、再切换为接收的最小时间限制;所述调整射频链的最大时间限制包括以下至少一项:射频转换的时间限制;从发送切换为接收的最大时间限制;从接收切换为发送的最大时间限制;从发送切换为接收、再切换为发送的最大时间限制;从接收切换为发送、再切换为接收的最大时间限制。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,不同的目标传输对象各自具有相应的目标限制;和/或,所述目标限制与频域有关。
- 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其中,所述目标限制与频域有关,包括以下至少一项:仅在目标频域上支持同时或第四预设时间内在多个承载对象上进行传输;不同的频域各自具有相应的目标限制。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标限制包括所述第一UE的实际限制和/或第一限制;其中,所述实际限制是基于所述第一限制确定的。
- 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其中,所述第一限制包括:第一传输限制;所述实际限制包括:实际传输限制;所述目标传输限制包括所述第一传输限制和/或所述实际传输限制;所述第一传输限制包括以下至少一项:第一接收限制,第一发送限制,第一收发限制;所述实际传输限制包括以下至少一项:实际接收限制,实际发送限制,实际收发限制。
- 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其中,所述实际传输限制包括以下至少一项:发送天线数量M1;接收天线数量M 2;发送天线和接收天线数量M 3;发送链数量M 4;接收链数量M 5;发送链和接收链数量M 6;实际同时或第一预设时间内接收和/或发送所述目标传输对象的承载对象最大个数;实际同时或第二预设时间内接收和/或发送所述目标传输对象的最大数量;N1个承载对象上实际同时或第三预设时间内接收和/或发送所述目标传输对象的最大数量。
- 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其中,所述第一接收限制与所述第一发送限制间存在第一关联关系;和/或,所述实际发送限制与以下任一项存在第二关联关系:所述实际接收限制,所述第一发送限制和所述实际发送限制,所述第一接收限制,所述第一接收限制和第一发送限制;和/或,所述实际接收限制与以下任一项存在第三关联关系:实际发送限制,所述第一接收限制和实际发送限制,所述第一发送限制,所述第一接收限制和所述第一发送限制;其中,所述第一关联关系与以下预设值中的至少一项相关:所述第一传输限制对应的第一预设值,所述第一传输限制对应的第二预设值;所述第二关联关系与以下预设值中的至少一项相关:所述第一传输限制对应的第一预设值,所述实际传输限制对应的第一预设值,所述第三关联关系与以下预设值中的至少一项相关:所述第一传输限制对应的第二预设值,所述实际传输限制对应的第二预设值;所述第一预设值小于或等于:任意或预设的P个承载对象上的至少一次发送对应的期望接收的承载对象的数量;所述第二预设值为小于或等于:任意或预设的Q个承载对象上的至少一次接收对应的期望发送的 承载对象的数量。
- 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其中,所述实际传输限制是基于所述第一传输限制以及第二预定规则确定的;其中,所述第二预定规则包括以下至少一项:所述实际传输限制中的至少一项小于或等于第一值,所述实际传输限制中的至少一项等于第二值,所述实际传输限制中的至少一项等于第三值;所述第一值为所述第一发送限制和所述第一接收限制中的最小值;所述第二值是基于所述第一发送限制和所述第一接收限制确定的;所述第三值是基于所述第一收发限制确定的。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述目标限制是基于以下至少一项确定的;所述第一UE的UE能力;控制节点配置的传输限制;其他UE指示的传输限制;预配置的;协议预定义的。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述第一设备选择或上报所述目标传输对象的目标资源,或者,其他UE指示所述目标资源,或者,控制节点配置或调度所述目标资源时,所述目标传输对象的传输不超过所述目标限制;其中,所述目标资源包括以下至少一项:候选资源;用于实际传输的资源。
- 一种传输装置,包括:确定模块,用于确定第一UE的目标限制;执行模块,用于如果第一UE需要传输的目标传输对象的传输超过所述目标限制,则放弃第一传输;其中,所述第一传输为所述目标传输对象的传输中的至少部分传输;所述目标传输对象的传输为SL传输;所述目标限制包括以下至少一项:目标传输限制,目标时间限制。
- 一种传输设备,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至35任一项所述的传输方法的步骤。
- 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至35任一项所述的传输方法的步骤。
