一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置及方法,涉及磁共振技术领域。一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置,包括链节(1),其特征在于:装置包括由链节(1)首尾相连组成的单链或者环链;链节(1)为一端是圆球形凸头(1-1)结构,另一端是圆球形凹腔(1-2)结构,并且圆球形凹腔(1-2)的开口处直径小于圆球形凸头(1-1)的直径;链节(1)的材质为塑料。同现有技术相比,提供一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置及方法,主体部分由多个结构简单的链节(1)首尾相连拼接而成,做成长链或环链,或者在其它类似原理的辅助链节的帮助下拼接成网格等更为复杂的形状,可以非常方便地任意弯曲变形成为所需要的任何形状,从而可以将线圈固定在病人身上。

Description

一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及磁共振技术领域,具体的是一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置及方法。
背景技术
磁共振成像是一种先进的人体无损成像的技术,广泛应用于人体各个部位疾病的诊断。磁共振射频线圈是磁共振成像系统的重要组成部分,其性能直接决定着磁共振成像质量的好坏。
为了获得更好的图像质量,一般情况下都需要把线圈尽量贴近人体。尤其是近些年来,随着磁共振技术的发展,柔性射频线圈由于其重量轻、可弯曲、病人舒适性高、适用范围广等特点而广受欢迎。而由于人体各个部位的形状各不相同,所以如何快速、方便地固定线圈,尤其是柔性射频线圈,使其尽量贴紧病人待检查部位,一直是磁共振技术领域关注的重点。最常用的线圈固定方法是绑带,通常使用带有魔术贴或卡扣的绑带,将线圈绑在病人的身体上。这个方法虽然简单,但还是操作有点复杂,绑带易脏不易清理。所以人们设计出了很多不同的线圈固定的方法(如专利:CN101361658A、CN201820757195CN101361658B、CN201820757195、CN201920959361.7、CN200520125351.1。),如气囊法,沙袋法等等,甚至针对不同线圈和不同的应用部位设计出不同的辅助装置。但这些方法有的设计比较复杂,成本较高,有的操作比较复杂,而且通常通用性不强。
尤其是近年来随着超柔超软线圈的应用开始推广普及,使用绑带固定线圈的时候,由于线圈特别柔软,需要使用多根绑带同时固定,否则体线圈的当尺寸线圈在绑带没有绑住的地方会翘曲,不能贴近人体,从而影像图像质量。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置及方法,主体部分由多个结构简单的链节首尾相连拼接而成,做成长链或环链,可以非常方便地任意弯曲变形成为所需要的任何形状,从而可以将线圈固定在病人身上。
为实现上述目的,设计一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置,包括链节,其特征在于:所述的装置包括由链节首尾相连组成的单链或者环链;所述的链节为一端是圆球形凸头结构,另一端是圆球形凹腔结构,并且圆球形凹腔的开口处直径小于圆球形凸头的直径;所述的链节的材质为塑料。
所述的链节由POM塑料材质制得。
所述的单链是由若干链节首尾镶嵌连接而成的长链结构。
所述的环链是由若干链节首尾镶嵌连接而成的闭环链结构。
所述的单链或者环链的外层包覆柔性包裹层。
所述的柔性包裹层为海绵软管。
所述的固定方法为膝关节固定、颈部固定、身体部位固定中的一种或者多种组合。
所述的膝关节固定的方法为:
(1)利用工具,将前一个链节的圆球形凸头压入后一个链节的圆球形凹腔内,形成周长为1米的环链;
(2)在进行磁共振膝关节扫描时,先将柔性线圈包裹在膝关节的四周;
(3)然后将环链包裹在柔性线圈的外侧,并适当用力向内箍紧,松手后,环链将保持箍紧形状不变;
(4)进行磁共振膝关节扫描;
(5)扫描结束后,将环链打开,取走柔性线圈即可。
所述的颈部固定的方法为:
(1)利用工具,将前一个链节的圆球形凸头压入后一个链节的圆球形凹腔内,形成周长为0.9米的环链;
(2)在进行磁共振颈部扫描时,先将柔性线圈贴在颈部位置;
(3)然后将环链包裹在柔性线圈的外侧,并将环链的两侧适当用力向下压,使环链贴合颈部位置,松手后,环链将保持贴合状态不变;
(4)进行磁共振颈部扫描;
(5)扫描结束后,将环链打开,取走柔性线圈即可。
所述的身体部位固定的方法为:
(1)利用工具,将若干链节、双头链节、四通链节拼接形成网格状链,该网格状链的左右方向有四条长链,前后方向有五条长链,交叉处使用双头链节、四通链节连接,网格状链的左右宽为50厘米,网格状链的前后长为40厘米;
(2)在进行磁共振胸部扫描时,病人躺在病床上,将柔性线圈放置在人体身上待检测部位;
(3)然后将网格状链放在柔性线圈上,并双手在网格状链的两侧和四周适当用 力向下压,使网格状链贴合身体,松手后,网格状链将保持贴合状态不变;
(4)进行磁共振扫描;
(5)扫描结束后,将网格状链打开,取走柔性线圈即可。
所述的双头链节为首尾两端分别为圆球形凸头结构,并且两个圆球形凸头的底部固定连接。
所述的四通链节为四周分别为圆球形凹腔,并且四个圆球形凹腔的底部固定连接。
本发明同现有技术相比,提供一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置及方法,主体部分由多个结构简单的链节首尾相连拼接而成,做成长链或环链,或者在其它类似原理的辅助链节的帮助下拼接成网格等更为复杂的形状,可以非常方便地任意弯曲变形成为所需要的任何形状,从而可以将线圈固定在病人身上。
本发明这种装置结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便、通用性强。

参见图1,1为链节,1-1为圆球形凸头,1-2为圆球形凹腔。
具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明装置包括由链节1首尾相连组成的单链或者环链;所述的链节1为一端是圆球形凸头1-1结构,另一端是圆球形凹腔1-2结构,并且圆球形凹腔1-2的开口处直径小于圆球形凸头1-1的直径;可以在工具的帮助下,将一个链节的圆球形凸头1-1用力压进另外一个链节的圆球形凹腔1-2内,圆球形凹腔1-2的内部直径和圆球形凸头1-1的直径相当,所以圆球形凹腔1-2可以紧紧地箍住圆球形凸头1-1,并在外力作用下,可以旋转或扭动。多个链节首尾相连,就可以组成环链。这个环链可以在外力的作用下变形为任意所需要的形状,撤去外力后,形状保持不变。
链节1由POM塑料材质制得。
单链或者环链的外层包覆柔性包裹层,柔性包裹层为海绵软管。
本发明的固定方法为膝关节固定、颈部固定、身体部位固定中的一种或者多种组合。
如图2、图3所示,将数十个链节组成一个环链,环链的周长大概1米左右。在进行磁共振膝关节扫描时,先将柔性线圈包裹在膝关节的四周;然后将环链包裹在柔性线圈的外侧,并适当用力向内箍紧,松手后,环链将保持箍紧形状不变;进行磁共振膝关节扫描;扫描结束后,将环链打开,取走柔性线圈即可。
为了增加舒适性,还可以在长链或环链的外面套上一层柔性包裹层,比如可以套一个海绵软管,或者使用柔性射频线圈的柔性封装工艺将长链或环链封装在柔性封皮里面。
如图4、图5所示,利用工具,将前一个链节的圆球形凸头压入后一个链节的圆球形凹腔内,形成周长为0.9米的环链;在进行磁共振颈部扫描时,先将柔性线圈贴在颈部位置;然后将环链包裹在柔性线圈的外侧,并将环链的两侧适当用力向下压,使环链贴合颈部位置,松手后,环链将保持贴合状态不变;进行磁共振颈部扫描;扫描结束后,将环链打开,取走柔性线圈即可。

如图6至图8所示,利用工具,将若干链节、双头链节、四通链节拼接形成网格状链,该网格状链的左右方向有四条长链,前后方向有五条长链,交叉处使用双头链节、四通链节连接,网格状链的左右宽为50厘米,网格状链的前后长为40厘米;在进行磁共振胸部扫描时,病人躺在病床上,将柔性线圈放置在人体身上待检测部位;然后将网格状链放在柔性线圈上,并双手在网格状链的两侧和四周适当用力向下压,使网格状链贴合身体,松手后,网格状链将保持贴合状态不变;进行磁共振扫描;扫描结束后,将网格状链打开,取走柔性线圈即可。
为了增加舒适性,还可以在网格的每根单链上套上一层柔性包裹层,比如可以套一个海绵软管,或者使用柔性射频线圈的柔性封装工艺将网格封装在柔性封皮里面。
如图9所示,双头链节为首尾两端分别为圆球形凸头1-1结构,并且两个圆球形凸头1-1的底部固定连接。
如图10所示,四通链节为四周分别为圆球形凹腔1-2,并且四个圆球形凹腔1-2的底部固定连接。
本发明主体部分由多个结构简单的链节首尾相连拼接而成,做成长链或环链,或者在其它类似原理的辅助链节的帮助下拼接成网格等更为复杂的形状,可以非常方便地任意弯曲变形成为所需要的任何形状,从而可以将线圈固定在病人身上。这种装置结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便、通用性强。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置,包括链节,其特征在于:所述的装置包括由链节(1)首尾相连组成的单链或者环链;所述的链节(1)为一端是圆球形凸头(1-1)结构,另一端是圆球形凹腔(1-2)结构,并且圆球形凹腔(1-2)的开口处直径小于圆球形凸头(1-1)的直径;所述的链节(1)的材质为塑料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置,其特征在于:所述的链节(1)由POM塑料材质制得。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置,其特征在于:所述的单链是由若干链节(1)首尾镶嵌连接而成的长链结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置,其特征在于:所述的环链是由若干链节(1)首尾镶嵌连接而成的闭环链结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置,其特征在于:所述的单链或者环链的外层包覆柔性包裹层。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的装置,其特征在于:所述的柔性包裹层为海绵软管。
  7. 一种固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的方法,其特征在于:所述的固定方法为膝关节固定、颈部固定、身体部位固定中的一种或者多种组合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的方法,其特征在于:所述的膝关节固定的方法为:
    (1)利用工具,将前一个链节的圆球形凸头压入后一个链节的圆球形凹腔内,形成周长为1米的环链;
    (2)在进行磁共振膝关节扫描时,先将柔性线圈包裹在膝关节的四周;
    (3)然后将环链包裹在柔性线圈的外侧,并适当用力向内箍紧,松手后,环链将保持箍紧形状不变;
    (4)进行磁共振膝关节扫描;
    (5)扫描结束后,将环链打开,取走柔性线圈即可。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的方法,其特征在于:所述的颈部固定的方法为:
    (1)利用工具,将前一个链节的圆球形凸头压入后一个链节的圆球形凹腔内,形成周长为0.9米的环链;
    (2)在进行磁共振颈部扫描时,先将柔性线圈贴在颈部位置;
    (3)然后将环链包裹在柔性线圈的外侧,并将环链的两侧适当用力向下压,使 环链贴合颈部位置,松手后,环链将保持贴合状态不变;
    (4)进行磁共振颈部扫描;
    (5)扫描结束后,将环链打开,取走柔性线圈即可。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的方法,其特征在于:所述的身体部位固定的方法为:
    (1)利用工具,将若干链节、双头链节、四通链节拼接形成网格状链,该网格状链的左右方向有四条长链,前后方向有五条长链,交叉处使用双头链节、四通链节连接,网格状链的左右宽为50厘米,网格状链的前后长为40厘米;
    (2)在进行磁共振胸部扫描时,病人躺在病床上,将柔性线圈放置在人体身上待检测部位;
    (3)然后将网格状链放在柔性线圈上,并双手在网格状链的两侧和四周适当用力向下压,使网格状链贴合身体,松手后,网格状链将保持贴合状态不变;
    (4)进行磁共振扫描;
    (5)扫描结束后,将网格状链打开,取走柔性线圈即可。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种固定磁共振柔性射频线圈的方法,其特征在于:所述的双头链节为首尾两端分别为圆球形凸头(1-1)结构,并且两个圆球形凸头(1-1)的底部固定连接。
