Abstract

鞋品的存放和护理越来越受到消费者的关注,现有的用于存放鞋品的收纳装置通常为木质鞋柜、独立纸质鞋盒或独立塑料鞋盒,木质鞋柜、独立纸质鞋盒和独立塑料鞋盒不仅使用灵活性差,而且放置在其中的鞋品处于密闭状态,无法进行通风和干燥,可能导致鞋品滋生大量细菌或真菌,影响用户的身体健康。因此,现有的鞋品收纳装置使用灵活性差,且无法对鞋品进行通风处理。
发明内容
本申请的目的是至少解决现有的用于存放鞋品的收纳装置使用灵活性差且无法对鞋品进行通风处理的问题。该目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本申请提出了一种收纳装置,包括:
至少一个收纳盒,所述收纳盒内设置有收纳腔、进风通道和出风通道,所述进风通道和所述出风通道分别与所述收纳腔连通;
功能箱,所述功能箱与所述收纳盒可拆卸连接,所述功能箱包括供风机构,在所述功能箱与所述收纳盒相连接的工况下,所述供风机构的出风口与所述进风通道连通,以通过所述进风通道向所述收纳腔供风。
根据本申请实施例的收纳装置,收纳盒的收纳腔用于盛放鞋品等被收纳物品,供风机构吹出的风通过收纳箱的进风通道进入收纳腔中,从而实现对放置在收纳腔中的被收纳物品进行通风干燥处理,且完成干燥处理的风可以从收纳盒的出风通道排出;本申请实施例中收纳装置包括一个或多个收纳盒,收纳盒与功能箱之间可拆卸连接,便于用户根据需求进行选择将一个或多个收纳盒与功能箱连接,使用灵活,并且供风机构能够为所有收纳盒供风,从而便于对所有收纳盒中的被收纳物品进行通风干燥处理,因此,本申请实施例提出的收纳装置不仅可以供用户灵活选择收纳盒数量,而且能够对每个收纳盒内的被收纳物品通风干燥,解决了现有的用于存放鞋品的收纳装置使用灵活性差且无法对鞋品进行通风处理的问题。

本申请实施例提出的收纳装置1000中,收纳盒100的收纳腔11用于盛放鞋品等被收纳物品,本实施例中被收纳物品可以是鞋品、衣物等,本实施例对此不作具体限定,其中,供风机构210吹出的风通过收纳箱的进风通道12进入收纳腔11中,从而实现对放置在收纳腔11中的被收纳物品进行通风干燥处理,且完成干燥处理的风可以从收纳盒100的出风通道13排出;本申请实施例中收纳装置1000包括一个或多个收纳盒100,收纳盒100与功能箱200之间可拆卸连接,便于用户根据需求进行选择将一个或多个收纳盒100与功能箱200连接,使用灵活,并且供风机构210能够为所有收纳盒100供风,从而便于对所有收 纳盒100中的被收纳物品进行通风干燥处理,因此,本申请实施例提出的收纳装置1000不仅可以供用户灵活选择收纳盒100数量,而且能够对每个收纳盒100内的被收纳物品通风干燥,解决了现有的用于存放鞋品的收纳装置使用灵活性差且无法对鞋品进行通风处理的问题。
请继续参阅图1、图2、图5至图8,本实施例中收纳盒100的数量根据用户需求进行设置,收纳盒100可以设置为一个,也可以设置为多个,在一种可选的实施方式中,当收纳盒100设置有多个时,收纳盒100之间可以两两相互连接,为了便于用户根据需求进行选择和装卸,两个收纳盒100之间具体可以设置为可拆卸连接;相应地,本实施例对功能箱200的数量也不作具体限定,当功能箱200设置为一个时,一个或多个收纳盒100连接在该功能箱200上;当功能箱200设置为多个时,每个功能箱200可以与一个或多个收纳盒100连接,且多个功能箱200可以相互连接。
请继续参阅图5和图8,在一种可选的实施方式中,收纳盒100设置有多个,结合参阅图2,每个收纳盒100均设置有收纳腔11、进风通道12和出风通道13,每个收纳盒100的进风通道12与收纳腔11连通,每个收纳盒100的出风通道13也与收纳腔11连通;功能箱200设置为一个,多个收纳盒100连接在该功能箱200上,在此基础上,功能箱200的供风机构210可以向所有收纳盒100供风,从而对所有收纳盒100中的被收纳物品进行通风干燥处理。
可以理解地,在保证供风机构210能够为所有收纳盒100供风的基础上,本实施例中多个收纳盒100中的至少一个收纳盒100与功能箱200相连接,也就是说,多个收纳盒100与功能箱200连接的组合方式有多种,例如,如图5、图6和图8所示,多个收纳盒100中的一个收纳盒100与功能箱200连接,在此基础上,多个收纳盒100沿直线排列并依次连接;又如,如图7所示,多个收纳盒100中的两个或两个以上收纳盒100与功能箱200连接,在此基础上,多个收纳盒100可以呈阵列排列,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
请继续参阅图5和图8,在本申请的一些实施例中,多个收纳盒100沿同一直线排列,每相邻的两个收纳盒100可拆卸连接,具体地,如图8所示,多个收纳盒100可以沿水平方向排成一横排,如图5所示,多个收纳盒100也可以沿竖直方向叠成一竖列,根据上述实施方式中收纳盒100之间可以两两相互连接,本实施例中当多个收纳盒100沿水平方向排成一横排时,每两个左右相邻的收纳盒100相连接,当多个收纳盒100沿竖直方向叠成一竖列时,每两个上下相邻的收纳盒100相连接。
在此基础上,功能箱200可以连接在沿直线排列的多个收纳盒100的中间,由此,供风机构210的出风口与位于功能箱200两侧的收纳盒100的进风通道12连通,从而为位于功能箱200两侧的收纳盒100供风;功能箱200也可以连接在相连接的多个收纳盒100中位于端部的其中一个收纳盒100上,从而供风机构210为位于功能箱200一侧的全部收纳盒100供风,本实施例对功能箱200 的位置不作具体限定,只要保证供风机构210能够为所有收纳盒100供风即可。
具体地,请继续参阅图8,当多个收纳盒100沿水平方向依次连接时,位于两端的两个收纳盒100中的一个与功能箱200连接,即可以是位于最左侧或最右侧的收纳盒100与功能箱200连接;请继续参阅图5,当多个收纳盒100沿竖直方向依次连接时,位于底部或顶部的收纳盒100与功能箱200连接,由此,功能箱200位于多个收纳盒100的端部位置,便于用户调整收纳盒100的数量,以及保证了供风机构210吹出的风能够更集中地进入各个收纳盒100。
进一步地,在上述实施方式的基础上,多个收纳盒100的进风通道12依次连通,多个收纳盒100的出风通道13依次连通,示例性地,当多个收纳盒100沿竖直方向依次排列并依次连接时,每两个相邻的收纳盒100的进风通道12相连通,每两个相邻的收纳盒100的出风通道13相连通,在此基础上,以功能箱200连接在多个收纳盒100的底部为例,则多个收纳盒100中位于最底端的收纳盒100与功能箱200连接,且该收纳盒100的进风通道12与供风机构210的出风口连通,由此,供风机构210吹出的风可以沿竖直方向依次进入各个收纳盒100的进风通道12,从而进入各个收纳盒100的收纳腔11,对各个收纳腔11中的被收纳物品进行通风干燥处理,最后可以从各个收纳盒100的出风通道13排出。进一步地,该收纳盒100的出风通道13与供风机构210的进风口连通,从而在收纳装置1000中形成循环风道。
在本申请的一些实施例中,请参阅图15,并结合参阅图2,供风机构210可以设置在功能箱200内,由此,当功能箱200与收纳盒100连接后,收纳盒100的进风通道12可以与功能箱200连通,从而使供风机构210吹出的风进入收纳盒100中,在此基础上,进一步地,收纳盒100的进风通道12和出风通道13可以分别与功能箱200连通,从而在收纳盒100与功能箱200之间形成循环风道,可以理解地,当收纳盒100设置有多个时,多个收纳盒100的进风通道12和出风通道13分别与功能箱200连通,从而在收纳装置1000中形成风流动路径为功能箱200-进风通道12-收纳腔11-出风通道13-功能箱200的循环风道,进一步提高了对被收纳物品的通风干燥效果。
下面描述根据本申请实施例提出的收纳装置1000中收纳盒100的具体结构。
请参阅图9和图10,本实施例中收纳盒100可以包括盒体101和盒盖102,盒盖102与盒体101相连接,具体可以设置为卡接或铰接,例如当多个收纳盒100沿竖直方向依次连接时,盒盖102可以连接在盒体101的前侧面、左侧面或右侧面,当多个收纳盒100沿水平方向依次连接时,盒盖102可以连接在盒体101的前侧面或顶面。
进一步地,如图9所示,收纳腔11形成在收纳盒100中,具体为形成在盒体101中;进风通道12和出风通道13可以独立成型后安装在收纳盒100中,也可以一体成型在收纳盒100中,例如,在本申请的一些实施例中,进风通道12和出风通道13分别设置在收纳盒100的两个侧壁中,也就是说,进风通道 12和出风通道13一体成型在收纳盒100上,进风通道12和出风通道13可以分别设置在收纳盒100的两个相邻的侧壁上,也可以分别设置在收纳盒100的两个相对的侧壁上,由此,当进风通道12和出风通道13分别设置在两个相对的侧壁上时,可以增大风与收纳腔11中被收纳物品的接触面积,进一步提高对被收纳物品的通风干燥效果。
在一种具体的实施方式中,请继续参阅图9并结合参阅图5,多个收纳盒100沿竖直方向依次连接,每个收纳盒100中盒盖102设置在盒体101的前侧面,盒盖102与盒体101之间的连接方式可以设置为卡接、铰接等;盒盖102可以设置为透明玻璃板或透明亚克力板,从而便于用户观察收纳腔11内的被收纳物品。
进一步地,出风通道13沿竖直方向贯穿设置在盒体101的第一侧壁(左侧壁或右侧壁)中,进风通道12沿竖直方向贯穿设置在盒体101的第二侧壁(右侧壁或左侧壁)中,由此,相邻的两个收纳盒100的进风通道12对准并连通,相邻的两个收纳盒100的出风通道13对准并连通。进一步地,进风通道12和出风通道13可以在盒体101一体注塑成型时形成,也可以在盒体101的多个结构组装成盒体101时形成。
示例性地,本实施例中盒体101可以设置为一体成型结构,或者,盒体101可以设置为分体式结构,分体式结构的盒体101便于用户自行拆卸清理;具体地,请参阅图11和图12,本实施例中盒体101包括内框架110和多个外观面板,多个外观面板分别连接在内框架110的多个侧面,多个外观面板可以包括顶部外观面板120、底部外观面板130、后侧外观面板140、左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160,由此,进风通道12和出风通道13可以形成在侧面的外观面板与内框架110之间,在上述实施方式的基础上,出风通道13形成在盒体101的左侧外观面板150或右侧外观面板160与内框架110之间,进风通道12形成在盒体101的右侧外观面板160或左侧外观面板150与内框架110之间。
具体地,请参阅图13,内框架110可以设置为一体成型结构,一体成型结构的内框架110密封性较好,而且便于用户清理;内框架110包括顶框板111、第一侧框板112、底框板115和第二侧框板113,顶框板111、第一侧框板112、底框板115和第二侧框板113以首尾相接的形式依次固定连接,即,顶框板111与底框板115相对设置,第一侧框板112与第二侧框板113相对设置,且第一侧框板112与第二侧框板113分别连接于顶框板111的两侧。
以下实施例依次对顶框板111、第一侧框板112和第二侧框板113的结构进行具体描述。
请继续参阅图11至图13,本实施例中顶框板111位于顶部,顶框板111可以设置为矩形板块,底框板115位于底部,底框板115也可以设置为矩形板块。进一步地,顶框架也可以设置为分体式板块,示例性地,收纳盒100内可以设置有安装在顶框板111上的照明机构1113,例如灯带、LED灯组等,在此基础上,顶框板111包括顶架1111和安装板1112,顶架1111与第一侧框板112、 底框板115和第二侧框板113一体成型,安装板1112可拆卸地连接在顶架1111上,安装板1112可以设置为透明玻璃板或透明亚克力板,由此,照明机构1113可以安装在安装板1112背向底框板115的一侧,照明机构1113发出的光线可以照射在内框架110中,即可以照射在收纳盒100的收纳腔11内,便于用户观察收纳腔11中的被收纳物品。
其中,如图11所示,顶架1111可以设置为中心设有镂空部的矩形板,顶架1111的两侧分别与第一侧框板112和第二侧框板113固定连接,镂空部的形状可以设置为圆形、椭圆形、矩形或不规则形状,安装板1112连接在镂空部上,安装板1112的形状可以与镂空部相同,或安装板1112在覆盖镂空部的基础上设置为任意形状,本实施例对此不作具体限定,安装板1112与顶架1111之间可以通过卡接或通过螺钉、螺栓等紧固件连接的方式相连接,以便于拆装和维修。
进一步地,请继续参阅图11和图13,顶框板111上可以设置有多条第一加强筋1114,从而提高顶框板111的结构强度,在上述实施方式的基础上,多条第一加强筋1114可以设置在顶架1111上,多条第一加强筋1114可以在顶架1111上均匀排布;另外,顶架1111的中心可以设置有凹槽,镂空部可以设置在凹槽内,在此基础上,镂空部的边缘可以设置有多条第二加强筋1115,多条第二加强筋1115可以沿镂空部的周向均匀排布,每条第二加强筋1115的相邻的两个侧壁分别与凹槽的底面和内侧壁相连接,由此进一步提高顶架1111的结构强度。
如图11和图13所示,本实施例中第一侧框板112与第二侧框板113呈镜像对称,以第一侧框板112为例进行描述,第一侧框板112沿周向围设有边框,第一侧框板112在背向第二侧框板113的一侧,即远离容纳腔的一侧形成凹陷部,且在凹陷部中设置有第一隔条1121和第二隔条1122,第一隔条1121和第二隔条1122沿竖直方向延伸,从而将凹陷部分隔成三个区域,以第二隔条1122位于第一隔条1121的右侧为基准方位进行描述,可以理解地,第一侧框板112的边框与第一隔条1121之间形成第一区域1123,第一隔条1121与第二隔条1122之间形成第二区域1124,第二隔条1122与边框之间围成第三区域1125,其中,当收纳盒100的第一侧外观面板连接在内框架110上后,第二区域1124与第一侧外观面板之间围成进风通道12或出风通道13,本实施例中利用第一隔条1121与第二隔条1122之间的区域形成进风通道12或出风通道13,有利用风在内框架110与外观面板之间的流动更加集中,从而提高单位风量,进一步提高对被收纳物品的通风干燥效果。
在此基础上,第一侧框板112在第二区域1124所在的部位设置有通风孔114,用于连通收纳腔11与进风通道12或出风通道13,第一区域1123和第三区域1125与第一侧外观面板之间围成的空间可以用于为收纳盒100的线缆等部件提供放置空间,后续实施例将对此进行具体描述。
同样地,第二侧框板113背向第一侧框板112的一侧结构与第一侧框板112 的上述结构相同,在此不再赘述。当第一侧框板112上形成的第二区域1124与第一侧外观面板之间围成的空间设置为进风通道12时,相应地,出风通道13设置在第二侧框板113与第二侧外观面板之间,并且在此基础上,第二侧框板113与第一侧框板112的第二区域1124对称的部位也设置有通风孔114,用于连通收纳腔11与出风通道13。
在上述实施方式的基础上,第一侧框板112上的通风孔114与第二侧框板113的通风孔114的结构可以相同,也可以不同;通风孔114可以有多种设置方式,通风孔114的数量可以设置为一个,也可以设置为多个,通风孔114的形状可以为圆形、椭圆形、矩形、五边形、六边形、十字形或其他不规则形状,本实施例对通风孔114的具体形状不作限定。
在一种具体的实施方式中,如图13所示,通风孔114设置有多个,每个通风孔114设置为长条状矩形,每六个通风孔114围合成一个近似六边形的形状,具体可以形成多个由小到大、依次套设的近似六边形,这样的设置方式不仅便于风的流动,而且能够使进入收纳腔11的风均匀吹到被收纳物品上,从而提高对被收纳物品的通风干燥效果。
进一步地,请继续参阅图13,在一种可选的实施方式中,第一侧框板112上的通风孔114与第二侧框板113的通风孔114结构相同,并且处于同一高度,在水平方向上互相对准,需要说明的是,本实施例中水平方向指的是垂直于第一侧框板112和第二侧框板113的方向,也就是说,第一侧框板112上的通风孔114在第二侧框板113上的正投影与第二侧框板113的通风孔114完全重合,这样的设置方式便于风在收纳盒100中流通,能够减少风在收纳盒100中流通时的风量损失。
进一步地,在上述实施方式的基础上,以第一侧框板112为例,第一侧框板112上设置的第一隔条1121和第二隔条1122分别为薄片式矩形隔条,在此基础上,第一隔条1121和第二隔条1122的两侧分别设置多个第三加强筋1127,多个第三加强筋1127沿第一隔条1121和第二隔条1122的长度方向均匀排布,第二侧框板113上设置有与第一侧框板112同样的结构,在此不再赘述。可以理解地,由于第一隔条1121与第二隔条1122之间形成第二区域1124用于形成进风通道12或出风通道13,故本实施例中第三加强筋1127的设置可以提高第一隔条1121与第二隔条1122的结构强度,从而在风持续流通的情况下,保证第一隔条1121和第二隔条1122的稳定性。
请继续参阅图11,在盒体101包括内框架110和多个外观面板的基础上,多个外观面板可以包括顶部外观面板120、底部外观面板130、后侧外观面板140、左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160,以下实施例依次对顶部外观面板120、底部外观面板130、后侧外观面板140、左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160的结构进行具体描述。
请继续参阅图11和图12,在上述实施方式的基础上,顶部外观面板120连接在内框架110的顶部,本实施例中顶部外观面板120可以通过一体注塑成 型,顶部外观面板120的形状设置为矩形盖状,顶部外观面板120面向内框架110的一侧具有开口,从而能够扣合连接在内框架110上,具体地,顶部外观面板120与内框架110之间可以通过卡接或通过螺钉、螺栓等紧固件连接的方式进行连接。进一步地,当内框架110在顶框板111上设置有灯带等照明机构1113时,相应地,顶部外观面板120的中间部位在面向顶框板111的一侧设置有避让部,从而避免与照明机构1113产生干涉。需要说明的是,避让部在顶部外观面板120背向内框架110的一侧体现为凸台122。
进一步地,如图5所示,当多个收纳盒100沿竖直方向依次连接时,上下相邻的两个收纳盒100中,位于上方的收纳盒100的底部与位于下方的收纳盒100的顶部相连接,由此,顶部外观面板120背向内框架110的一侧可以设置为平面,便于多个收纳盒100叠合排列,且该平面上可以设置有卡扣、卡槽等连接件,便于相邻的收纳盒100相连接。在一种可选的实施方式中,如图11所示,顶部外观面板120背向内框架110的一侧沿周向设置有第一连接槽121,相应地,底部外观面板130背向内框架110的一侧沿周向设置有第一连接台132,后续在底部外观面板130的实施例中对此进行具体描述。
具体地,请继续参阅图3和图11,第一连接槽121的侧壁可以设置为平面,也可以设置为斜面,在一种具体的实施方式中,第一连接槽121的侧壁设置为斜面,该斜面自顶部外观面板120的边缘朝顶部外观面板120的中心逐渐向下倾斜,根据上述实施方式中顶部外观面板120背向内框架110的一侧还形成有凸台122,本实施例中第一连接槽121围设在凸台122的外围,由此,当上下相邻的两个收纳盒100相连接时,位于上方的收纳盒100的第一连接台132伸入位于下方的收纳盒100的第一连接槽121中并相契合,从而两个收纳盒100之间实现可拆卸连接,本实施例中斜面的设置方式能够起到导向的作用,便于两个收纳盒100相连接。
另外,在竖直方向上,凸台122的顶面低于顶部外观面板120的边缘,或者,凸台122的顶面与顶部外观面板120的边缘平齐,由此防止位于下方的收纳盒100的凸台122与位于上方的收纳盒100产生干涉,保证了顶部外观面板120的平整性和美观性,进而保证了收纳盒100顶部的平整性和美观性,并且便于相邻的收纳盒100之间相互叠合连接。
在上述实施方式的基础上,请继续参阅图4和图11,底部外观面板130连接在内框架110的底部,底部外观面板130与内框架110的底框板115相连接,具体可以通过卡接或通过螺钉、螺栓等紧固件相连接;本实施例中底部外观面板130可以通过一体注塑成型,底部外观面板130上可以设置有加强筋结构,示例性地,加强筋结构包括多条第四加强筋131,多条第四加强筋131阵列排布在底部外观面板130面向内框架110的一侧,并在底部外观面板130上形成多个阵列排布的菱格状,从而进一步提高底部外观面板130的结构强度。
根据上述实施方式中,顶部外观面板120背向内框架110的一侧沿周向设置有第一连接槽121,相应地,如图4所示,本实施例中底部外观面板130背 向内框架110的一侧沿周向设置有第一连接台132,由此,上下相邻的收纳盒100之间可以通过第一连接槽121与第一连接台132相配合实现连接。具体地,本实施例中第一连接台132可以一体成型在底部外观面板130上,且第一连接台132沿底部外观面板130的周向设置,第一连接台132的形状与第一连接槽121相适配,当第一连接槽121的侧壁设置为斜面时,相应地,第一连接台132的朝外的侧面设置为斜面,且该斜面自底部外观面板130的边缘朝底部外观面板130的中心逐渐向下倾斜,倾斜角度与顶部外观面板120的斜面的倾斜角度一致,从而便于两个斜面之间相互契合并为两个收纳盒100之间连接起到导向作用。
进一步地,请继续参阅图4,根据上述实施方式中顶部外观面板120背向内框架110的一侧设置有凸台122,本实施例中底部外观面板130在相应位置设置有避让槽133,第一连接台132绕设在避让槽133的周向,当两个收纳盒100相连接时,本实施例中避让槽133可以避免位于上方的收纳盒100与位于下方的收纳盒100的凸台122发生干涉,进一步保证了相邻的收纳盒100之间连接的稳定性。
进一步地,请继续参阅图3、图4和图11,根据本实施例中所有收纳盒100的进风通道12依次连通,所有收纳盒100的出风通道13依次连通,且进风通道12和出风通道13分别沿设置在内框架110与左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160之间,故每个收纳盒100的内框架110与多个外观面板组装后,进风通道12和出风通道13的两端分别与外界连通,由此,本实施例中顶部外观面板120上贯穿设置有顶部通孔123,且顶部通孔123与上述实施方式中的第二区域1124与左侧外观面板150或右侧外观面板160围成的空间相对准,从而构成进风通道12的进口或出口,或者构成出风通道13的进口或出口;同样地,本实施例中底部外观面板130上贯穿设置有底部通孔134,且底部通孔134与上述实施方式中的第二区域1124与左侧外观面板150或右侧外观面板160围成的空间相对准,从而构成进风通道12的进口或出口,或者构成出风通道13的进口或出口;可以理解地,顶部通孔123和底部通孔134均设置有两个,分别靠近第一侧框板112和第二侧框板113,即位于内框架110的两侧;在上述实施方式的基础上,两个顶部通孔123可以设置在第一连接槽121的侧壁上,由此,相邻的收纳盒100在连接后,便于两者的进风通道12或出风通道13对准并连通。
请继续参阅图12,并结合参阅图11,多个外观面板包括后侧外观面板140,后侧外观面板140连接在内框架110的后侧,需要说明的是,根据上述实施方式中盒盖102设置在盒体101的前侧面,即盒盖102连接在内框架110的前侧,本实施例中内框架110的后侧指的是与前侧相对的一侧。后侧外观面板140具体可以选择使用玻璃板或亚克力板,后侧外观面板140与内框架110之间的连接方式可以包括卡接、插接、螺钉连接或固定连接中的至少一种,本实施例对此不作具体限定,另外,后侧外观面板140可以直接与内框架110连接,也可 以与相邻的其他外观面板相连接,例如,可以与底部外观面板130相连接,也可以与左侧外观面板150或右侧外观面板160相连接。
在一种具体的实施方式中,如图12所示,收纳盒100上设置有插槽135,后侧外观面板140可以插接在该插槽135中,示例性地,插槽135可以设置在底框板115上,也可以设置在第一侧框板112或第二侧框板113上,或者还可以同时设置在第一侧框板112、底框板115和第二侧框板113上;或者,可以设置在底部外观面板130上,或者也可以设置在左侧外观面板150或右侧外观面板160上,又或者,可以同时设置在底部外观面板130、左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160上。
请继续参阅图12,在一种可选的实施方式中,本实施例中插槽135设置在底部外观面板130上,在沿内框架110的前侧面指向后侧面的方向上,底框板115的宽度略小于底部外观面板130的宽度,也就是说,底部外观面板130靠近后侧面的边缘超出底框板115靠近后侧面的边缘,从而便于在底部外观面板130上设置插槽135,由此,后侧外观面板140的底部可以插接在插槽135内,后侧外观面板140的左右两侧可以分别与左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160相抵接。
在上述实施方式的基础上,请继续参阅图11和图12,多个外观面板包括左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160,需要说明的是,根据上述实施方式中多个外观面板包括相对设置的前侧外观面板和后侧外观面板140、相对设置的顶部外观面板120、底部外观面板130,本实施例中的左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160是相对于上述方位而言位于内框架110左右两侧的外观面板。
请继续参阅图11,并结合参阅图9和图10,左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160呈镜像对称,以左侧外观面板150为例进行描述,左侧外观面板150面向内框架110的一侧与内框架110连接,具体可以通过卡接、插接或通过螺钉、螺栓等紧固件相连接;左侧外观面板150面向内框架110的一侧还可以设置有加强筋结构,从而提高自身结构强度;左侧外观面板150靠近盒盖102和后侧外观面板140的两侧边分别设置有延伸围板151,延伸围板151朝内框架110延伸,从而在左侧外观面板150连接到内框架110上后,延伸围板151包覆在内框架110的棱边上。
进一步地,在上述实施方式的基础上,后侧外观面板140插接在插槽135中后,后侧外观面板140的左右两侧分别抵接在左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160的内侧,且抵接处的缝隙被延伸围板151包覆;前侧围板的侧边同样抵接在左侧外观面板150和右侧外观面板160的内侧,抵接处的缝隙被延伸围板151包覆,由此,可以避免收纳盒100的外观面上出现较宽的缝隙,从而提高收纳盒100的密封性和美观性。
进一步地,请参阅图10,在上述实施方式的基础上,盒盖102连接在盒体101的前侧,盒盖102与盒体101之间可以通过卡接、铰接等方式连接,示例性地,盒盖102与盒体101转动连接,具体可以通过转轴1021或合页实现转动 连接,如图10所示,盒盖102靠近盒体101底部的一侧设置有两条转轴1021,相应地,盒体101上分别设置有转轴插孔以及与两条转轴1021相配合的支承座,支承座的两端分别设置有插孔,由此,使得盒盖102通过转轴1021转动连接在盒体101上,这样的设置方式便于用户开关盒盖102,从而便于用户取放被收纳物品。
在上述实施方式的基础上,请参阅图11和图13,盒盖102设置为透明板,使用户能够从盒盖102外观察到收纳盒100内部,可以理解地,由于内框架110中位于两侧的第一侧框板112和第二侧框板113需要与外观面板之间形成风道,因此第一侧框板112和第二侧框板113具有一定的厚度,容易遮挡用户从盒盖102向内观察的视野,且影响了透明盒盖102以及收纳盒100整体的美观性,对此,本实施例中第一侧框板112靠近盒盖102的一侧设置为过渡斜面1126,过渡斜面1126自第一侧框板112与盒盖102的交接处朝收纳腔11延伸倾斜,同样地,第二侧框板113靠近盒盖102的一侧也设置为过渡斜面1126,过渡斜面1126自第二侧框板113与盒盖102的交接处朝收纳腔11延伸倾斜,两个过渡斜面1126分别与盒盖102之间形成锐角,由此,使得内框架110在水平方向上的宽度自前侧窗口朝内逐渐缩小,从而不仅保证了第一侧框板112和第二侧框板113具有形成进风通道12或出风通道13所需的厚度,还使得内框架110的前侧窗口的宽度较宽,增大了用户的视野范围,便于用户观察被收纳物品,进一步提高了收纳盒100的美观性和实用性。
进一步地,如图13所示,根据上述实施方式中第一侧框板112的边框与第一隔条1121之间形成第一区域1123,第二隔条1122与边框之间围成第三区域1125,第一隔条1121与第二隔条1122之间形成第二区域1124用于形成进风通道12或出风通道13,在沿内框架110的前侧面指向后侧面的方向上,斜面的长度小于或等于第一区域1123的宽度,从而避免影响第二区域1124的空间。
下面描述根据本申请实施例提出的收纳装置1000中功能箱200的具体结构。
如图5所示,多个收纳盒100沿竖直方向依次连接时,功能箱200可以与位于最底部的收纳盒100相连接,具体地,请参阅图14和图15,本实施例中功能箱200包括箱体201,收纳盒100的进风通道12和出风通道13可以分别与箱体201连通,供风机构210安装在箱体201中,供风机构210的进风口和出风口均位于箱体201中,可以理解地,供风机构210的进风口和出风口都与箱体201连通,由此,可以使供风机构210的出风口与进风通道12连通,供风机构210的进风口与出风通道13连通,从而在收纳装置1000中形成循环风道。
请参阅图16,并继续参阅图14和图15,本实施例中,箱体201的形状可以设置为长方体状,箱体201可以设置为一体成型的密闭式箱体201结构,也可以设置为具有开口的箱体201结构,在一种可选的实施方式中,箱体201的顶部具有开口,功能箱200还包括箱盖202,箱盖202连接在箱体201上并覆盖箱体201的开口,箱盖202与箱体201之间具体可以通过卡接或通过螺栓、 螺钉等紧固件相连接,这样的设置方式便于拆装箱体201,便于后续清洁和维修。
在上述实施方式的基础上,如图15所示,箱盖202形状设置为矩形盖状,箱盖202面向箱体201的一侧具有开口,从而能够扣合在箱体201上并覆盖箱体201的开口,进一步地,由于功能箱200与多个收纳盒100中位于最底部的收纳盒100相连接,故功能箱200的顶部与收纳盒100的底部相连接,箱盖202背向箱体201的一侧的结构可以与收纳盒100的顶部外观面板120的结构相同,具体地,箱盖202背向箱体201的一侧沿周向设置有第二连接槽2021,同样地,第二连接槽2021的侧壁也设置为斜面,且斜面自箱盖202的边缘朝箱盖202的中心逐渐向下倾斜,由此,收纳盒100的底部与箱盖202的第二连接槽2021相配合,第二连接槽2021的斜面能够在收纳盒100连接到功能箱200上时提供导向作用。
在此基础上,请继续参阅图15,箱盖202的左右两侧分别贯穿设置有通孔,通孔可以设置在第二连接槽2021中,两个通孔分别与箱体201连通,其中一侧的通孔设置为供风口2022,供风口2022与收纳盒100的进风通道12对准,另一侧的通孔设置为回风口2023,回风口2023与收纳盒100的出风通道13对准,位于箱体201中的供风机构210吹出的风经过供风口2022进入收纳盒100的进风通道12中,从收纳盒100的出风通道13流回的风经过回风口2023回到箱体201中。
具体地,请继续参阅图15和图16,箱体201包括固定连接的底板和沿底板周向依次连接的四个侧板,四个侧板与底板之间围合形成容纳空间,供风机构210可以安装在该容纳空间中,根据上述实施方式中箱体201具有开口,开口通过上述供风口2022和回风口2023,与位于功能箱200上方的收纳盒100的进风通道12和出风通道13分别连通,由此,供风机构210吹出的风能够依次进入进风通道12、收纳腔11,并从出风通道13回到箱体201内。在此基础上,供风机构210的出风侧面向收纳盒100中进风通道12所在的一侧,便于风流通。
请继续参阅图15和图16,本实施例中供风机构210可以设置为风机,风机具体可以设置为离心风机,风机可以安装在箱体201的中心部位,进一步地,在本申请的一些实施例中,功能箱200还包括加热管220,加热管220具体可以设置为PTC加热器;加热管220安装在供风机构210与进风通道12之间,也就是说,加热管220设置在风从供风机构210的出风侧流向收纳盒100的进风通道12的路径上,具体地,加热管220可以安装在箱体201中并靠近风机的出风口,由此,加热管220能够加热供风机构210吹出的风,使流向收纳盒100中的风为热风,由此,能够进一步提高对收纳盒100中被收纳物品的通风干燥效果,并且能够提高干燥效率,还能够利用高温起到一定的杀菌效果。
进一步地,请继续参阅图15和图17,在本申请的一些实施例中,功能箱200还包括臭氧发生器和等离子发生器230,臭氧发生器和等离子发生器230也 设置在供风机构210与进风通道12之间,也就是说,臭氧发生器和等离子发生器230设置在风从供风机构210的出风侧流向收纳盒100的进风通道12的路径上,具体地,臭氧发生器和等离子发生器230可以安装在箱体201中并靠近风机的出风口,进一步地,臭氧发生器和等离子发生器230可以设置在加热管220背向供风机构210的一侧,由此,臭氧发生器释放的臭氧和等离子发生器230释放的负离子可以随热风流入收纳盒100,由此,能够对收纳盒100中被收纳物品起到杀菌、消毒的效果。
在上述实施方式的基础上,如图15和图16所示,箱体201中还设置有导流通道240,导流通道240设置在供风机构210与靠近收纳盒100的进风通道12的侧板之间,具体地,导流通道240可以包括两块相对设置的导流板,导流通道240的第一端连通供风机构210的出风口,第二端抵接在靠近收纳盒100的进风通道12的侧板上,在沿风流动的方向上,导流通道240的宽度自供风机构210的出风口开始先逐渐增大,然后逐渐缩小,这样的设置方式可以引导风的流动,并提高风速,使流向进风通道12的风更加集中,从而进一步提高对收纳盒100中被收纳物品的通风干燥效果。
进一步地,在本申请的一些实施例中,如图15所示,导流通道240的底面在靠近第二端的部位逐渐朝上翘曲,即,导流通道240的底面形成导流面250,导流面250具体可以设置为弧面,可以理解地,风从供风机构210的出风口吹出后,经导流通道240流出箱体201,并流入收纳盒100的进风通道12中,本实施例中导流面250的设置可以进一步引导风的流动,并提高风速,使流向进风通道12的风更加集中,从而进一步提高对收纳盒100中被收纳物品的通风干燥效果。
进一步地,请继续参阅图15和图17,功能箱200还包括通道盖260,通道盖260连接在导流通道240的顶部,即连接在两块导流板远离箱体201底部的一侧,由此,通道盖260与导流通道240围合成的空间供风流通,进一步提高了风流动的集中性,在此基础上,通道盖260上设置有通道孔261,通道孔261与箱盖202上的供风口2022对准并连通,由供风机构210吹出的风经过导流通道240,并经通道孔261和供风口2022流入收纳盒100的进风通道12,本实施例中风沿设定路径流动,进一步避免了风量损失。
另外,如图15和图16所示,本实施例中加热管220可以安装在导流通道240中宽度最宽的部位,不仅能够充分利用空间,而且可以使风与加热管220充分接触,进而提高加热效率;臭氧发生器和等离子发生器230可以设置在导流通道240中,也可以设置在导流通道240外,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
进一步地,如图15至图17所示,功能箱200还包括过滤器,过滤器具体可以设置为过滤网或活性炭过滤盒270,以活性炭过滤盒270为例,活性炭过滤盒270可以安装在箱体201中,且位于供风机构210与箱体201的靠近回风口2023的侧板之间,可以理解地,风对收纳盒100中的被收纳物品进行通风干燥处理后,风中携裹有水汽、灰尘等,当从收纳盒100流回的风自回风口2023 进入箱体201后,风可以通过活性炭过滤盒270,从而过滤掉杂质,提高循环风的洁净。
在上述实施方式的基础上,活性炭过滤盒270沿垂直于风的流动的方向设置,这样便于风充分与活性炭过滤盒270接触,进一步提高过滤效果;另外,本实施例中活性炭过滤盒270与箱体201之间可以设置为可拆卸连接方式,便于用户清洁和更换活性炭过滤盒270,具体地,如图15所示,箱体201的前侧面设置有窗口,箱体201内设置有反弹器280,且反弹器280与窗口之间的连线垂直于箱体201的前侧面,由此,活性炭过滤盒270可以自窗口安装到箱体201中,当需要拆卸时,用户可以通过按压活性炭过滤盒270触动反弹器280,利用反弹器280将活性炭过滤盒270弹出,这样的设置方式进一步提高了清洁和更换活性炭过滤盒270的便捷性。
进一步地,请参阅图18,并结合参阅图1和图2,在本申请的一些实施例中,收纳装置1000还包括密封盖300,根据上述实施方式,功能箱200连接在收纳盒100上,且功能箱200中的供风机构210通过收纳盒100的进风通道12向收纳腔11中供风,风经过收纳腔11后从出风通道13流回功能箱200中,为了保证风在上述循环风道中顺利流通,密封盖300连接在收纳盒100上,并且设置在收纳盒100的进风通道12和出风通道13的远离功能箱200的一侧,从而封堵进风通道12和出风通道13的远离功能箱200的一端,避免进风通道12中的风在流向收纳腔11时分流至外界,以及避免出风通道13中的风在流回功能箱200时分流至外界。
在此基础上,结合参阅图5,当收纳盒100设置有多个时,以多个收纳盒100沿同一直线依次连接为例,密封盖300连接在位于端部且远离功能箱200的收纳盒100上,示例性地,如图5所示,多个收纳盒100沿竖直方向依次连接成一竖列,功能箱200与位于底部的收纳盒100连接,本实施例中密封与位于顶部的收纳盒100连接,并封堵在位于顶部的收纳盒100的顶端,从而封堵该收纳盒100的进风通道12和出风通道13,可以理解地,相连接的多个收纳盒100的进风通道12依次连通,出风通道13依次连通,故本实施例中密封盖300的设置可以封堵全部收纳盒100的进风通道12和出风通道13,从而使风在收纳装置1000内部的循环风道中稳定循环流通。
具体地,请继续参阅图4和图18,密封盖300的底部与收纳盒100的顶部连接,根据上述实施方式中收纳盒100的顶部设置有第一连接槽121,故本实施例中密封盖300的底部设置有第二连接台320,第二连接台320的结构与第一连接台132的结构相同,在此不再赘述,由此,当密封盖300与收纳盒100连接时,第二连接台320嵌合在收纳盒100的第一连接槽121内,并且可以通过斜面实现导向作用。
进一步地,如图18所示,密封盖300面向收纳盒100的一侧还可以设置有密封块340,根据上述实施方式中密封盖300用于封堵进风通道12和出风通道13,进风通道12和出风通道13分别设置在收纳盒100的两侧,本实施例中密 封盖300上设置有两个朝收纳盒100的方向伸出的密封块340,且密封块340能够伸入进风通道12和出风通道13中,从而实现封堵,这样的设置方式保证了进风通道12和出风通道13的密封性,进一步防止风量损失。
进一步地,密封盖300中可以设置有控制机构,控制机构可以与功能箱200中的供风机构210、加热管220、臭氧发生器和等离子发生器230电连接,从而控制供风机构210、加热管220、臭氧发生器和等离子发生器230的通断或调节档位。具体地,控制机构包括控制按钮310,控制按钮310可以伸出设置在密封盖300的外侧,例如可以设置在密封盖300的前侧面,从而便于用户按压控制。在此基础上,控制机构与上述各个部件之间电连接的方式可以为通过线缆电连接,也可以通过插接端子相连接。
在一种可选的实施方式中,控制机构与上述各个部件通过多个插接端子相连接,插接端子具体可以设置为刀片插接端子,可以理解地,功能箱200与密封盖300之间设置有至少一个收纳盒100,故本实施例中通过插接端子连接的方式能够合理利用空间,且便于用户自行安装。
具体地,请参阅图3和图14,功能箱200中设置有第一插接母端203,第一插接母端203与外部电源相连接;相应地,请参阅图3、图4、图9和图10,每个收纳盒100的底部设置有第一插接公端103,每个收纳盒100的顶部设置有第二插接母端104,请参阅图4和图18,密封盖300的底部设置有第二插接公端330,由此,密封盖300上的第二插接公端330与位于顶部的收纳盒100中设置在顶部的第二插接母端104相插接,上下相邻的两个收纳盒100之间,位于上方的收纳盒100中设置在底部的第一插接公端103与位于下方的收纳盒100中设置在顶部的第二插接母端104相插接;位于最下方的收纳盒100中的第一插接公端103与功能箱200的第一插接母端203相插接,由此实现了从密封盖300到多个收纳盒100再到功能箱200之间的电连接。
进一步地,请参阅图15至图17,功能箱200中可以设置有安装平台204,安装平台204用于为第一插接母端203提供安装位置,可以理解地,第一插接母端203需要与位于功能箱200上方的收纳盒100的第一插接公端103相插接,由于功能箱200具有一定的高度,第一插接母端203无法安装在箱体201的底面,故本实施例中安装平台204的设置可以提供较高的位置,便于第一插接母端203达到能够与收纳盒100的第一插接公端103相插接的高度,具体地,安装平台204可以设置为L型平台,安装平台204靠近箱体201的后侧板设置,第一插接母端203安装在安装平台204中较宽的部位;在此基础上,如图17所示,安装平台204可以由箱体201的外侧面朝内凹陷形成,由此,安装平台204体现在箱体201的外侧面的特征为L型的内凹部205,内凹部205能够用于收纳线缆,当功能箱200应用在用户家中时,便于靠墙放置,避免线缆与墙体干涉,从而进一步提高功能箱200以及收纳装置1000整体的美观性和实用性。
在一种具体的实施方式中,请参阅图13,收纳盒100中设置在顶部的第二插接母端104与设置在底部的第一插接公端103之间可以通过线缆(图中未示出) 电连接,此处的线缆可以收纳在内框架110中第一区域1123或第三区域1125与第一侧外观面板之间围成的空间内,从而避免线缆露出在收纳腔11中。另外,当收纳盒100中设置有照明机构1113时,照明机构1113可以与所在的收纳盒100中的电连接端子相连接,实现通电照明。
以上,仅为本申请较佳的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种收纳装置,其特征在于,所述收纳装置包括:至少一个收纳盒,所述收纳盒内设置有收纳腔、进风通道和出风通道,所述进风通道和所述出风通道分别与所述收纳腔连通;功能箱,所述功能箱与所述收纳盒可拆卸连接,所述功能箱包括供风机构,在所述功能箱与所述收纳盒相连接的工况下,所述供风机构的出风口与所述进风通道连通,以通过所述进风通道向所述收纳腔供风。
- 根据权利要求1所述的收纳装置,其特征在于,所述收纳盒的数量为多个,至少一个所述收纳盒与所述功能箱相连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的收纳装置,其特征在于,多个所述收纳盒沿同一直线排列,每相邻的两个收纳盒可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的收纳装置,其特征在于,多个所述收纳盒沿水平方向依次连接,位于两端的两个收纳盒中的一个与所述功能箱连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的收纳装置,其特征在于,多个所述收纳盒沿竖直方向依次连接,位于底部或顶部的收纳盒与所述功能箱连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的收纳装置,其特征在于,多个所述收纳盒的多个进风通道依次连通,多个所述收纳盒的多个出风通道依次连通。
- 根据权利要求6所述的收纳装置,其特征在于,所述功能箱包括箱体,所述供风机构设置在所述箱体内,所述供风机构的进风口和出风口均连通所述箱体,多个所述收纳盒的多个进风通道和多个出风通道分别与所述箱体连通,且所述出风通道与所述供风机构的进风口连通,以在所述收纳装置中形成循环风道。
- 根据权利要求7所述的收纳装置,其特征在于,所述收纳装置还包括密封盖,所述密封盖连接在位于端部且远离所述功能箱的收纳盒上,并封堵在所述收纳盒的进风通道和出风通道的远离所述功能箱的一端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的收纳装置,其特征在于,所述进风通道和所述出风通道分别设置在所述收纳盒的两个侧壁中。
- 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的收纳装置,其特征在于,所述功能箱还包括加热管、臭氧发生器和等离子发生器,所述加热管、所述臭氧发生器和所述等离子发生器设置在所述供风机构与所述进风通道之间的风路上。
