通话控制方法、装置及系统、电子设备及存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及计算机技术领域,特别涉及一种通话控制方法、装置及系统、电子设备及存储介质。
背景技术
蓝牙车载电话是专为行车安全和舒适性而设计,驾乘人员不需要线缆或电话托架便可实现与外界通话。InCallService是UI(用户界面)和telecom(电信)的桥梁。通过InCallService可以完成各种通话的更新与操作。当有电话时,系统底层会将其视为蓝牙通话,并通过InCallService回调相关的通话信息至上层应用程序,从而在车载终端的显示屏加载相应的通话界面。
但是,在一些Android系统的版本中,当收到即时通信应用程序的语音通话或播放即时通信应用程序的语音消息时,系统底层也会将该语音通话或者语音消息视作为正常的蓝牙通话,并通过InCallService回调相关的通话信息至上层应用程序,导致上层应用程序加载和蓝牙通话相同的通话界面,容易引起用户误解,用户无法通过通话界面区分当前的通话事件是电话还是即时通信应用程序的消息,给用户带来了困扰。
发明内容
本申请的一个目的在于提供一种通话控制方法,其优势在于,仅在确定通话事件为电话事件的情况下加载通话界面,方便用户通过电子设备的通话界面准确识别当前的通话场景,具体地,通过通话界面可以直接判断当前的通话事件是电话事件,而非其它通话事件,提升了用户利用电子设备与移动终端进行交互的体验。
本申请的另一个目的在于提供一种通话控制方法,其优势在于,通过拦截不为电话事件的通话事件即非电话事件,使得通话界面不会被加载,避免了用 户无法通过通话界面准确识别电话事件的问题。
本申请的另一个目的在于提供一种通话控制方法,其优势在于,将电话事件传输至上层应用程序,加载与电话事件对应的通话界面,使得用户能够通过通话界面准确识别电话事件。

若否,则确定所述通话事件为电话事件,若是,则确定所述通话事件不为电话事件;
仅在确定所述通话事件为电话事件的情况下加载通话界面于所述显示设备。
本发明的第三方面提供一种通话控制系统,包括电子设备和移动终端,所 述移动终端与所述电子设备建立蓝牙连接,

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
图1为本实施例提供的一种通话控制方法的流程示意图,该通话控制方法 可以由通话控制装置执行,该通话控制装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的方式实现,该通话控制装置可以为电子设备的部分或全部。
下面以电子设备为执行主体介绍本实施例提供的通话控制方法。如图1所示,本实施例提供的通话控制方法可以包括以下步骤S101~S105:
步骤S101、与移动终端之间建立蓝牙连接。
本实施例中,电子设备可以为车载终端、智能音箱等设备。其中,车载终端也可以称为车机,是安装在车辆中的车载信息娱乐产品,能够实现人与车、车与外界的信息通讯。移动终端可以为手机、可穿戴设备、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,掌上电脑)、平板电脑等。
图2用于示出一种通话控制方法的应用场景图。如图2所示,电子设备为安装于车辆中的车载终端,移动终端为手机,车载终端与手机的蓝牙开关均处于打开状态,二者之间建立蓝牙连接。
步骤S102、获取所述移动终端的通话信息。在具体实施中,可以通过蓝牙协议获取移动终端的通话信息,例如可以通过A2DP(Advanced Audio Distribution Profile,蓝牙音频传输模型协定)协议获取。
其中,所述通话信息可以包括电话的通话信息,还可以包括即时通信应用程序的通话信息。
步骤S103、判断通话事件对应的电话号码是否为空号码或者所述移动终端的号码,若是,则执行步骤S104,若否,则执行步骤S105。
其中,所述通话事件为与所述通话信息对应的事件,具体可以包括电话事件、即时通信应用程序的语音通话事件、即时通信应用程序的视频通话事件、即时通信应用程序的音频播放事件、即时通信应用程序的视频播放事件等。
移动终端的号码是指移动终端中安装SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,用户身份识别卡)卡的电话号码。其中,可以通过电子设备与移动终端建立的蓝牙连接获取移动终端的号码,并存储在电子设备的本地。
在具体实施中,首先获取通话事件对应的电话号码,然后判断该电话号码是否为空号码,或者该电话号码是否为移动终端的号码。
步骤S104、确定所述通话事件不为电话事件,不加载通话界面。
若通话事件对应的电话号码是空号码或者移动终端的号码,则确定通话事 件不是电话事件,为了避免用户将该通话事件误认为电话事件,此时不在电子设备的显示设备上加载通话界面。本实施方式中的通话事件可以为即时通信应用程序的语音/视频通话事件,也可以为即时通信应用程序的音频/视频播放事件。
在步骤S104的具体实施中,若确定所述通话事件不为电话事件,则拦截所述通话事件。具体地,在所述通话事件被传输至上层应用程序的过程中进行拦截。这样,既可以降低对设备处理资源的占用,又可以避免用户无法通过通话界面准确识别电话事件,从而给用户带来困扰。
步骤S105、确定所述通话事件为电话事件,加载通话界面。
若通话事件对应的电话号码既不是空号码,也不是移动终端的号码,则确定通话事件是电话事件,此时在电子设备的显示设备上加载通话界面,方便用户从电子设备的显示界面上判断移动终端的当前业务为电话业务。本实施方式中的通话事件可以为拨打电话事件,也可以为接听电话事件。
在步骤S105的具体实施中,若确定所述通话事件为电话事件,则传输所述电话事件至上层应用程序,加载与所述电话事件对应的通话界面。
其中,若电话事件为拨打电话事件,则加载拨打电话界面;若电话事件为接听电话事件,则加载接听电话界面。可以理解地,在电话事件的通话过程中,则加载正在通话中的界面。这样,根据具体的事件类型加载相对应的界面,可以便于用户快速识别电话事件类型,以及更便于用户进行相应操作。
图3a用于示出一种车载终端显示通话界面的示意图。在一个具体的例子中,与车载终端连接的手机的通话事件为接听电话事件,车载终端加载的接听电话界面如图3a所示,用户通过该通话界面可以识别出对应的通话场景为手机来电。
本实施方式中,仅在确定通话事件为电话事件的情况下加载通话界面,方便用户通过电子设备的通话界面准确识别当前的通话场景,具体地,通过通话界面可以直接判断当前的通话事件是电话事件,而非其它通话事件例如即时通信应用程序的语音通话事件、即时通信应用程序的音频播放事件等,提升了用户利用电子设备与移动终端进行交互的体验。
在可选的一种实施方式中,如图3b所示,图3b示出了一种通话控制方法 的流程图,在步骤S102之后还包括以下步骤S201~S202:
步骤S201、接收与所述通话事件对应的通话数据。在具体实施中,通过蓝牙协议接收通话数据,例如可以通过免提协议(Hands-free Profile,HFP)接收通话数据。
步骤S202、播放所述通话数据。在具体所述中,可以通过电子设备中的音频播放装置例如音响播放通话数据中的音频内容。
本实施方式中,电子设备可以接收与所述通话事件对应的通话数据,并播放所述通话数据中音频内容。具体地,可以播放来电主叫方的通话数据、去电被叫方的通话数据、语音/视频通话主叫方的音频通话数据、语音/视频消息中的音频数据等。在电子设备为车载终端的一个例子中,通过车载终端播放通话事件对应的通话数据,能够提升用户行车安全和驾驶车辆的舒适性。
在可选的一种实施方式中,如图3c所示,图3c示出了一种通话控制方法的流程图,在步骤S105之后还包括以下步骤S301~S302:
步骤S301、响应于用户的控制指令,接收与所述通话事件对应的通话数据。在具体实施中,通过蓝牙协议接收通话数据,例如可以通过免提协议(Hands-free Profile,HFP)接收通话数据。
步骤S302、播放所述通话数据。在具体所述中,可以通过电子设备中的音频播放装置例如音响播放通话数据中的音频内容。
本实施方式中,电子设备在加载了通话界面之后,再根据用户的控制指令确定是否进行接收通话事件对应的通话数据,并播放所述通话数据中音频内容。例如,用户的控制指令为接收指令,则响应于用户的控制指令接收与所述通话事件对应的通话数据,然后播放所述通话数据。若用户的控制指令为拒绝指令,则不进行该通话事件对应的通话数据的接收。具体地,可以播放来电主叫方的通话数据、去电被叫方的通话数据、语音/视频通话主叫方的音频通话数据、语音/视频消息中的音频数据等。在电子设备为车载终端的一个例子中,通过车载终端播放通话事件对应的通话数据,能够提升用户行车安全和驾驶车辆的舒适性。而且可以提升用户的使用体验,以及充分尊重用户需求。
本实施例还提供一种通话控制装置,包括:处理器、存储器、通信模块以及显示设备。
所述通信模块,与移动终端之间建立蓝牙连接。
所述处理器分别与所述通信模块和所述显示设备通信。
所述存储器被配置成存储指令,当所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使所述处理器执行步骤,所述步骤包括:

需要说明的是,本实施例中的通话控制装置具体可以是单独的芯片、芯片模组或电子设备,也可以是集成于电子设备内的芯片或者芯片模组。
实施例2
如图4所示,本实施例提供一种通话控制系统40,包括移动终端41和电子设备42。其中,移动终端41可以为手机、可穿戴设备、PDA、平板电脑等。电子设备42可以为车载终端、智能音箱等设备。其中,车载终端也可以称为车机,是安装在车辆中的车载信息娱乐产品,能够实现人与车、车与外界的信息通讯。
移动终端41与电子设备42的蓝牙开关均处于打开状态,二者之间建立蓝牙连接。
移动终端41,发送通话信息至电子设备42。具体地,可以通过蓝牙协议向电子设备发送通话信息,例如可以通过A2DP协议发送。
其中,所述通话信息可以包括电话的通话信息,还可以包括即时通信应用程序的通话信息。
电子设备42,判断通话事件对应的电话号码是否为空号码或者所述移动终端的号码,若否,则确定所述通话事件为电话事件,若是,则确定所述通话事件不为电话事件;以及仅在确定所述通话事件为电话事件的情况下加载通话界面。
其中,所述通话事件为与所述通话信息对应的事件,具体可以包括电话事件、即时通信应用程序的语音通话事件、即时通信应用程序的视频通话事件、即时通信应用程序的音频播放事件、即时通信应用程序的视频播放事件等。
移动终端的号码是指移动终端中安装SIM卡的电话号码。其中,可以通过电子设备与移动终端建立的蓝牙连接获取移动终端的号码,并存储在电子设备的本地。
在具体实施中,首先获取通话事件对应的电话号码,然后判断该电话号码是否为空号码,或者该电话号码是否为移动终端的号码。若通话事件对应的电话号码是空号码或者移动终端的号码,则确定通话事件不是电话事件,为了避免用户将该通话事件误认为电话事件,此时不在电子设备的显示设备上加载通话界面。若通话事件对应的电话号码既不是空号码,也不是移动终端的号码,则确定通话事件是电话事件,此时在电子设备的显示设备上加载通话界面,方便用户从电子设备的显示界面上判断移动终端的当前业务为电话业务。
本实施方式中,仅在确定通话事件为电话事件的情况下加载通话界面,方便用户通过电子设备的通话界面准确识别当前的通话场景,具体地,通过通话界面可以直接判断当前的通话事件是电话事件,而非其它通话事件例如即时通信应用程序的语音通话事件、即时通信应用程序的音频播放事件等,提升了用户利用电子设备与移动终端进行交互的体验。
在可选的一种实施方式中,电子设备42,接收与所述通话事件对应的通话数据,以及播放所述通话数据。本实施方式中,电子设备可以接收与所述通话事件对应的通话数据,并播放所述通话数据中音频内容。具体地,可以播放来电主叫方的通话数据、去电被叫方的通话数据、语音/视频通话主叫方的音频通话数据、语音/视频消息中的音频数据等。
在可选的一种实施方式中,电子设备42,响应于用户的控制指令,接收与所述通话事件对应的通话数据,以及播放所述通话数据。本实施方式中,电子设备可以根据用户的控制指令确定是否接收与所述通话事件对应的通话数据,并播放所述通话数据中音频内容。具体地,可以播放来电主叫方的通话数据、去电被叫方的通话数据、语音/视频通话主叫方的音频通话数据、语音/视频消息中的音频数据等。
实施例3
图5为本实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。所述电子设备包括显示设备、用于与其它设备通信的通信模块、至少一个处理器以及与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器。其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行实施例1的通话控制方法。本实施例提供的电子设备可以为车载终端、智能音箱等设备。其中,车载终端也可以称为车机,是安装在车辆中的车载信息娱乐产品,能够实现人与车、车与外界的信息通讯。图5显示的电子设备3仅仅是一个示例,不应对本发明实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
电子设备3的组件可以包括但不限于:上述至少一个处理器4、上述至少一个存储器5、连接不同系统组件(包括存储器5和处理器4)的总线6、通信模块7、显示设备8。
总线6包括数据总线、地址总线和控制总线。
存储器5可以包括易失性存储器,例如随机存取存储器(RAM)51和/或高速缓存存储器52,还可以进一步包括只读存储器(ROM)53。
存储器5还可以包括具有一组(至少一个)程序模块54的程序/实用工具55,这样的程序模块54包括但不限于:操作系统、一个或者多个应用程序、其它程序模块以及程序数据,这些示例中的每一个或某种组合中可能包括网络环境的实现。
通信模块7可以包括天线、移动通信单元、无线通信单元、调制解调处理器以及基带处理器等。天线用于发射和接收电磁波信号。移动通信单元可以提供应用在电子设备上的包括2G/3G/4G/5G等无线通信的解决方案。在一些实施例中,移动通信单元的至少部分功能模块可以被设置于处理器4中。在一些实施例中,移动通信单元的至少部分功能模块可以与处理器4的至少部分模块被设置在同一个器件中。无线通信单元可以提供应用在电子设备上的包括无线局域网WLAN,如Wi Fi网络、蓝牙,全球导航卫星系统、调频FM、近距离无线通信技术NFC、红外技术等无线通信的解决方案。如图5所示,通信模块7通过总线与电子设备3的其它模块通信。
显示设备8用于显示图像、视频等。显示模块8包括显示面板。显示面板可以采用液晶显示屏LCD、有机发光二极管OLED、有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体AMOLED、量子点发光二极管QLED等。如图5所示,显示设备8通过总线与电子设备3的其它模块通信。
处理器4通过运行存储在存储器5中的计算机程序,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,例如上述通话控制方法。
电子设备3也可以与一个或多个外部设备10(例如键盘、指向设备等)通信。这种通信可以通过输入/输出(I/O)接口9进行。应当明白,尽管图5中未示出,还可以结合电子设备3使用其它硬件和/或软件模块,包括但不限于:微代码、设备驱动器、冗余处理器、外部磁盘驱动阵列、RAID(磁盘阵列)系统、磁带驱动器以及数据备份存储系统等。

其中,可读存储介质可以采用的更具体可以包括但不限于:便携式盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器、只读存储器、可擦拭可编程只读存储器、光存储器件、磁存储器件或上述的任意合适的组合。
在可能的实施方式中,本发明还可以实现为一种程序产品的形式,其包括程序代码,当所述程序产品在电子设备上运行时,所述程序代码用于使所述电子设备执行实现实施例1中的通话控制方法。

    与移动终端之间建立蓝牙连接;
    获取所述移动终端的通话信息;
    判断通话事件对应的电话号码是否为空号码或者所述移动终端的号码;其中,所述通话事件为与所述通话信息对应的事件;
    若否,则确定所述通话事件为电话事件,若是,则确定所述通话事件不为电话事件;
    仅在确定所述通话事件为电话事件的情况下加载通话界面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的通话控制方法,所述仅在确定所述通话事件为电话事件的情况下加载通话界面的步骤具体包括:若确定所述通话事件不为电话事件,则拦截所述通话事件。

  7. 一种通话控制装置,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器、通信模块以 及显示设备;
    所述通信模块,与移动终端之间建立蓝牙连接;
    所述处理器分别与所述通信模块和所述显示设备通信;以及
    所述存储器被配置成存储指令,当所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使所述处理器执行步骤,所述步骤包括:
    获取所述移动终端的通话信息;
    判断通话事件对应的电话号码是否为空号码或者所述移动终端的号码;其中,所述通话事件为与所述通话信息对应的事件;
    若否,则确定所述通话事件为电话事件,若是,则确定所述通话事件不为电话事件;
    仅在确定所述通话事件为电话事件的情况下加载通话界面于所述显示设备。
  8. 一种通话控制系统,其特征在于,包括电子设备和移动终端,所述移动终端与所述电子设备建立蓝牙连接;
    所述移动终端,发送通话信息至所述电子设备;
    所述电子设备,判断通话事件对应的电话号码是否为空号码或者所述移动终端的号码,若否,则确定所述通话事件为电话事件,若是,则确定所述通话事件不为电话事件;以及仅在确定所述通话事件为电话事件的情况下加载通话界面;其中,所述通话事件为与所述通话信息对应的事件。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括通信模块、显示设备、存储器、处理器以及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机指令时实现权利要求1-6中任一项所述的通话控制方法。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆包括如权利要求9所述的电子设备。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机指令,其特征在于,所述计算机指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的通话控制方法。
