背景技术
目前在智能终端柔性屏伸缩的过程中,运动区域存在着屏幕表面易产生不平整和屏幕歪斜的问题,影响整机外观和用户体验。以在驱动柔性屏伸缩的驱动组件包括齿轮组件为例,齿轮组件在啮合时存在虚位,极易导致显示装置在拉伸柔性屏时产生晃动,从而导致屏幕表面产生不平整和屏幕歪斜的问题。

本公开的说明书和权利要求书中的术语“第一”和“第二”等是用来区别不同的对象,而不是用来描述对象的特定顺序。例如,第一摄像头和第二摄像头是为了区别不同的摄像头,而不是为了描述摄像头的特定顺序。

图1为本公开实施例所述柔性屏抽拉组件的结构示意图,图2为本公开实施例所述齿轮组件的结构示意图。如图1至图2所示,本公开实施例提供了一种柔性屏抽拉组件,包括:
配置成与显示装置10的边框1滑动连接的底座2;
配置成与柔性屏3的移动端连接的滑动部件4;
配置成连接底座2和边框1的齿轮组件5,齿轮组件5包括配置成 与底座2转动连接的齿轮部件51、配置成与边框1连接的第一齿条52、配置成与滑动部件4连接的第二齿条53,第一齿条52和第二齿条53均与齿轮部件51啮合;
张紧组件6,张紧组件6与底座2连接,且与滑动部件4抵接,用以向滑动部件4施加与滑动部件4运动方向相反的作用力。
本公开实施例提供的柔性屏抽拉组件中,包括与显示装置10的边框1滑动连接的底座2、配置成与柔性屏3的移动端连接的滑动部件4、配置成连接滑动部件4与底座2的齿轮组件5以及与滑动部件4抵接以保证滑动部件4稳定运动的张紧组件6。将齿轮组件5中的第一齿条52与显示装置10的边框1连接,使第一齿条52形成齿轮组件5的固定端。由于底座2与齿轮部件51转动连接,底座2在外力作用下向远离第一齿条52的方向运动使,齿轮部件51绕自身轴线方向转动,第二齿条53在齿轮部件51的转动作用下,向远离第一齿条52的方向运动,使齿轮组件5拉伸,将柔性屏3展开,以增加显示装置10显示区的显示面积。同理,在底座2受外力作用朝向第一齿条52运动时,齿轮部件51转动,带动第二齿条53向靠近第一齿条52的方向运动,使齿轮组件5收缩,将柔性屏3收回,以减小显示装置10显示区的显示面积,从而实现了显示装置10显示区面积的调节。在齿轮组件5拉伸以及收缩的过程中,张紧组件6保持与滑动部件4抵接,以消除第二齿条53与齿轮部件51之间的虚位,从而保证滑动部件4运动的稳定性,有效避免了柔性屏3在拉伸以及收回的过程中产生不平整、晃动以及屏幕歪斜的问题,进而保证了柔性屏3在拉伸以及收回的过程中的稳定性,提高了显示装置10的使用体验。
图3为本公开实施例所述柔性屏抽拉组件抽拉过程的结构示意图,图4为本公开实施例所述柔性屏抽拉组件抽拉至极限位置的示意图,图5为本公开实施例所述张紧组件的爆炸图,图6为本公开实施例所述显示装置的爆炸图。如图3至图6所示,在一些实施例中,张紧组件6包括设置于底座2朝向滑动部件4一侧的滑轨组件和设置于滑动部件4上的滑动组件,滑轨组件包括弧形轨道61,滑动组件包括配置成与弧形轨道61的凸起面配合的滑块62和配置成与滑块62连接弹性 部件63,弹性部件63与滑动部件4抵接。
上述张紧组件6包括滑轨组件和滑动组件,滑轨组件设置于底座2,滑动组件设置于滑动部件4上,滑动组件与滑轨组件配合,以实现张紧组件6与滑动部件4的抵接。
具体地,由于滑块62与弧形轨道61的凸起面配合,在柔性屏3展开过程中,滑动部件4施加以滑块62沿滑动部件4运动方向的作用力,使滑块62与弧形轨道61抵接,弧形轨道61对滑块62产生与滑动部件4运动方向相反的作用力,该作用力通过滑块62传递至弹性部件63中,使弹性部件63与滑动部件4之间抵接,并对滑动部件4施加与滑动部件4运动方向相反的作用力,使配置成驱动滑动部件4运动的第二齿条53中的齿部与齿轮部件51中的齿部紧密啮合,从而实现了消除虚位的效果。
在滑块62到达弧形轨道61的顶部位置时,弧形轨道61与滑块62抵接产生的作用力消失。然后滑块62继续沿弧形轨道61滑动,由于弧形轨道61与滑块62之间产生的与滑动部件4滑动方向相反的作用力消失,滑块62可在不受外力作用下沿弧形轨道61滑动至弧形轨道61的端部,从而实现柔性屏3的自动展开。
在一些实施例中,滑动组件包括连接板64,连接板64设置在滑动部件4的一侧,配置成承载安装弹性部件63以及滑块62,连接板64上沿平行于滑动部件4的延伸方向设置有开槽65,滑块62与开槽65配合。
上述滑动组件中,通过在连接板64上设置开槽65,限制了滑块62在连接板64上的运动方向,在滑块62沿弧形轨道61运动过程中,滑块62在连接板64上沿开槽65的方向运动,使与滑块62连接的弹性部件63进一步被压缩,当滑块62运动至弧形轨道61的顶部后,滑块62可在弹性部件63产生的回复力的作用下沿开槽65的方向以及滑轨的方向运动至弧形轨道61的底部,从而实现柔性屏3的自动展开。
具体地,弹性部件63包括扭簧,扭簧的一端与滑块62连接,扭簧的另一端与连接板64连接,配置成使扭簧的中部与滑动部件4抵接。
通过设置扭簧,在扭簧的一端设置滑块62,另一端与连接板64 连接,在滑块62运动过程中,扭簧被压缩,使扭簧的主体部分与滑动部件4保持抵接,从而保证滑动部件4运动的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,弧形轨道61背离凸起面的一侧形成平面,连接板64朝向所述底座2的一侧设置有限位挡块67,限位挡块67与平面配合,在滑动部件4运动过程中,限位挡块67与上述平面抵接,并沿平面运动,以保证滑动部件4沿直线方向稳定运动,避免滑块62受弧形导轨凸起面的作用力时,滑动部件4的运动方向发生偏移。
具体地,上述限位挡块67为尼龙圈。
在一些实施例中,滑轨组件还包括限位部66,弧形轨道61的两端均设置有限位部66。
上述弧形轨道61的两端均设置限位部66,以实现对滑块62初始位置以及终点位置的限位作用,有效防止滑块62滑轨组件脱离。
图7为本公开实施例所述滑动部件与底座滑动配合结构的示意图。如图7所示,在一些实施例中,底座2上设置有第一滑动配合部7,滑动部件4上设置有配置成与第一滑动配合部7滑动配合的第二滑动配合部8。
通过在底座2上设置第一滑动配合部7,在滑动部件4上设置第二滑动配合,以实现滑动部件4与底座2之间的滑动连接,从而实现滑动部件4与底座2之间相对运动方向的限制,保证底座2与滑动部件4的运动方向一致,从而保证柔性屏3展开或收回时,运动方向的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,第一滑动配合部7和第二滑动配合部8中,至少一者的配合面包括自润滑材料层。
通过设置自润滑材料层,可有效减小滑动部件4与底座2之间的滑动摩擦力,保证滑动部件4与底座2之间滑动顺畅,并减小柔性屏3展开或收回过程中底座2与滑动部件4之间摩擦产生的声音。
具体地,自润滑材料层可以包括尼龙。
在一些实施例中,还包括压板9,压板9设置在齿轮组件5背离底座2的一侧,与齿轮部件51转动连接。
通过设置压板9,可对齿轮组件5起到保护作用。
图8为本公开实施例所述显示装置展开前的示意图,图9为本公开实施例所述显示装置展开后的示意图。如图1至图9所示,在一个实施例中,提供了一种显示装置10,包括上述的柔性屏抽拉组件。
本公开实施例提供的显示装置10中,包括边框1以及与边框1滑动连接的底座2,通过底座2相对边框1产生相对滑动,带动齿轮组件5、配置成与柔性屏3的移动端连接的滑动部件4移动,从而实现了柔性屏3显示面积大小的调节。并且,通过设置张紧组件6,提高了柔性屏3运动的稳定性,从而提高了显示装置10使用的稳定性,以及使用体验。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上实施例仅表达了本公开的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本公开的保护范围。因此,本公开专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
工业实用性
本公开公开的柔性屏抽拉组件,可有效消除第二齿条53与齿轮部件51之间的虚位,从而保证滑动部件4运动的稳定性,有效避免了柔性屏3在拉伸以及收回的过程中产生不平整、晃动以及屏幕歪斜的问题,进而保证了柔性屏3在拉伸以及收回的过程中的稳定性,提高了显示装置10的使用体验,具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种柔性屏抽拉组件,包括:
    配置成与显示装置(10)的边框(1)滑动连接的底座(2);
    配置成与柔性屏(3)的移动端连接的滑动部件(4);
    配置成连接所述底座(2)和所述边框(1)的齿轮组件(5),所述齿轮组件(5)包括与所述底座(2)转动连接的齿轮部件(51)、配置成与所述边框(1)连接的第一齿条(52)、配置成与所述滑动部件(4)连接的第二齿条(53),所述第一齿条(52)和所述第二齿条(53)均与所述齿轮部件(51)啮合;
    张紧组件(6),所述张紧组件(6)与所述底座(2)连接,且与所述滑动部件(4)抵接,用以向所述滑动部件(4)施加与所述滑动部件(4)运动方向相反的作用力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述张紧组件(6)包括设置于所述底座(2)朝向所述滑动部件(4)一侧的滑轨组件和设置于所述滑动部件(4)上的滑动组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述滑轨组件包括弧形轨道(61),所述滑动组件包括配置成与所述弧形轨道(61)的凸起面配合的滑块(62)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述滑动组件还包括配置成与所述滑块(62)连接弹性部件(63),所述弹性部件(63)与所述滑动部件(4)抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述滑动组件包括连接板(64),所述连接板(64)设置在所述滑动部件(4)的一侧,配置成承载安装所述弹性部件(63)以及所述滑块(62)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述连接板(64)上沿平行于所述滑动部件(4)的延伸方向设置有开槽(65),所述滑块(62)与所述开槽(65)配合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述弹性部件(63)包括扭簧,所述扭簧的一端与所述滑块(62)连接,所述扭簧 的另一端与所述连接板(64)连接,配置成使所述扭簧的中部与所述滑动部件(4)抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述滑轨组件还包括限位部(66)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述弧形轨道(61)的两端均设置有所述限位部(66)。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述底座(2)上设置有第一滑动配合部(7),所述滑动部件(4)上设置有配置成与所述第一滑动配合部(7)滑动配合的第二滑动配合部(8)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述第一滑动配合部(7)和所述第二滑动配合部(8)中,至少一者的配合面包括自润滑材料层。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述自润滑材料层包括尼龙。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述弧形轨道(61)背离所述凸起面的一侧形成平面,所述连接板(64)朝向所述底座(2)的一侧设置有限位挡块(67),所述限位挡块(67)与平面抵接配合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述限位挡块(67)为尼龙圈。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,还包括压板(9),所述压板(9)设置在所述齿轮组件(5)背离所述底座(2)的一侧。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的柔性屏抽拉组件,其中,所述压板(9)与所述齿轮部件(51)转动连接。
  17. 一种显示装置,包括如权利要求1至16任一项所述的柔性屏抽拉组件。
