根据本发明提供的带有X光追踪线201的无菌手术敷料包,通过一外包10包装预定数量的敷料20,通过更系统化和准确的计数,敷料20不易遗留在患者体内,确保手术之后计数更容易以及更准确,并且在敷料20上固定更高可见度的X光追踪线201,使用不同颜色的X光追踪线201作为视觉辅助,作为敷料20的计数标准更为准确。
需要说明的是,采用X光追踪线201,这种线型结构,容易固定在敷料20的表面,如上所述,X光追踪线201通过热压、超声波焊接、编织或缝纫方式固定于所述敷料20表面上,如此,在确保其计数效果的同时,也能达到便于生产加工,降低成本的效果。
此外,本申请中,无菌手术敷料包内的敷料20的数量,可以根据需要配置,具体数量没有特殊限定。举例说明:当每一无菌手术敷料包内封装的敷料20数量较少时,例如2片至5片敷料20,每一片敷料20上具有至少一条相同颜色的X光追踪线201,各片敷料20上的X光追踪线201的颜色不同。当每一无菌手术敷料包内封装的敷料20数量较多时,例如10片敷料20,可以将每5片敷料20作为一组,10片敷料20分为两组,每一组中每一片敷料20上具有至少一条相同颜色的X光追踪线201,每一组中不同敷料20上的X光追踪线201的颜色不相同。
另外,对于需要多包无菌的敷料20的手术,一般需要收集和计数50块敷料20,但是计算许多具有相同外表的物品可能会导致医务人员精神疲劳,并很容易导致错误点数,而通过5片一组不同颜色的方法能帮助准确点数,通过在同一个无菌敷料包中的敷料20上用多组不同颜色的X光追踪线201,使计数更加系统准确。
可选地,以一个需要使用10包5片装带X光追踪线201的敷料20的手术进行举例说明:
(1)常规计数方法:手术后计算10个常规的敷料包,由于这些敷料包中每一片敷料20都是相同的,X光追踪线201也是相同颜色的,所以,在收集所有50片相同的敷料20时,需要从1到50计数,这很容易导致错误计数。
(2)本申请的敷料20计数方法:比如采用10包带不同颜色的X光追踪线201的敷料20进行计数,首先将收集到的敷料20分为5片一组,将5个不同颜色的X光追踪线201的敷料20作为一组,总共10组,然后计数每组已收集的5片的数量,这种计数方法,更加简单清晰,确保每组5片不同颜色X光追踪线201的敷料20收集齐即可,不容易出错。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,外包10为软质材料或硬质材料,所述外包10包括顶层101和底层102,所述顶层101与所述底层102的边缘密封连接,至少两片所述敷料20密封于所述顶层101与所述底层102之间。较佳地,顶层101为塑膜材料,所述底层102为纸质材料或塑膜材料。
本实施例中,外包10为无菌包装,顶层101采用塑膜,底层102采用纸质或塑膜,其中,塑膜可以是透明塑料膜,在顶层101和底层102密闭封口之后,必须要防止细菌侵入,因此,顶层101和底层102之间可以采用热封、超声波、胶片或气封等方式,并且可以 将顶层101和底层102的封边上面留一部分可撕封口,以供使用时能够快速打开。
较佳地,所述敷料20由至少一层人造纤维、聚酯纤维、竹纤维、聚丙烯、木浆纤维、无纺布或棉纱布制成,确保该敷料20具有良好的吸水性和柔软度。
可以理解的是,X光追踪线201由具有疏水性的橡胶材料制成,所述橡胶材料按重量计至少含有50%的硫酸钡,容易被X光设备进行显影追踪。较佳地,橡胶材料可以为热塑性弹性体或聚氯乙烯,容易通过热压、超声波焊接等工艺固定在敷料20的表面。
较佳地,X光追踪线201的颜色与患者器官的颜色以及浸满血液的所述敷料20颜色不同。在本发明的实施例中,X光追踪线201是由热塑性弹性体TPE或聚乙烯PVC制成的,它们为疏水性材料,即使敷料20在手术后被血液浸透了,X光追踪线201的颜色也会很突出。
示例性地,X光追踪线201为长条形或波浪纹,且直径为0.5mm-2mm,适合安装在敷料20的表面,且容易被显影追踪,同时,不影响敷料20的吸水性及柔软度等使用性能。
优选地,敷料20的预定尺寸(折叠后的尺寸)配置成宽度为5cm-70cm,长度为5cm-70cm。可以理解的是,通过将敷料20进行折叠成预定尺寸可以节省更多空间,以放置更多敷料20。
总体来说,跟常规无菌手术敷料包比较,本发明的手术敷料包有以下的优点:
(1)不同颜色X光追踪线201提供了非常有效的视觉辅助。
(2)不仅有助于计数过程,而且提高了计数的准确性。
(3)手术后计数敷料20时,可以利用不同颜色的X光追踪线201将收集到的敷料20分为多个小组。然后计数每小组已收集的数量。
跟其他已在市场上应用的手术敷料安全改进系统比较,本发明提供的无菌手术敷料包有以下的优点:
(1)不会增加无菌手术敷料包的成本。
(2)不需要附加芯片,电脑和其他电子配件。
(3)使用方法容易了解和运用,操作人员不需要接受特别的培训。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有X光追踪线的无菌手术敷料包,其特征在于,包括:
    外包,所述外包为无菌密封包装;
    至少两片敷料,至少两片所述敷料密封于所述外包内,每片所述敷料被折叠成预定尺寸的多层结构;
    其中,每片所述敷料具有至少一条X光追踪线,每片所述敷料上的每根X光追踪线的颜色为一个颜色,各片所述敷料上的X光追踪线的颜色均不相同;所述X光追踪线通过热压、超声波焊接、编织或缝纫方式固定于所述敷料表面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有X光追踪线的无菌手术敷料包,其特征在于,所述敷料为十片,十片所述敷料中的至少五片为一组,每一组所述敷料中各片所述敷料上的X光追踪线的颜色不同。
  3. 据权利要求1所述的带有X光追踪线的无菌手术敷料包,其特征在于,所述X光追踪线的颜色与患者器官的颜色以及浸满血液的所述敷料颜色各不相同。
  4. 据权利要求1所述的带有X光追踪线的无菌手术敷料包,其特征在于,所述外包为软质材料或硬质材料,所述外包包括顶层和底层,所述顶层与所述底层的边缘密封连接,至少两片所述敷料密封于所述顶层与所述底层之间。
  5. 权利要求1所述的带有X光追踪线的无菌手术敷料包,其特征在于,所述顶层为塑膜材料,所述底层为纸质材料或塑膜材料。
  6. 据权利要求1所述的带有X光追踪线的无菌手术敷料包,其特征在于,所述敷料由至少一层人造纤维、聚酯纤维、竹纤维、聚丙烯、木浆纤维、无纺布或棉纱布制成。
  7. 据权利要求1所述的带有X光追踪线的无菌手术敷料包,其特征在于,所述X光追踪线由具有疏水性的橡胶材料制成,所述橡胶材料按重量计至少含有50%的硫酸钡。
  8. 据权利要求1所述的带有X光追踪线的无菌手术敷料包,其特征在于,所述X光追踪线的材料为热塑性弹性体或聚氯乙烯。
  9. 据权利要求1所述的带有X光追踪线的无菌手术敷料包,其特征在于,所述X光追踪线为长条形或波浪纹,且直径为0.5mm-2mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的带有X光追踪线的无菌手术敷料包,其特征在于,所述敷料的预定尺寸配置成宽度为5cm-70cm,长度为5cm-70cm。
