参见图1至图7所示,为了解决上述问题,根据本申请的一个方面,本申请的实施例提供了一种拉链,拉链包括:链牙安装部40、多个第一链牙部10和多个第二链牙部20,其中链牙安装部40包括第一安装带41及第二安装带42;第一链牙部10安装在第一安装带41上,第一链牙部10包括第一啮合部11和第二啮合部12,第一啮合部11位于第二啮合部12的外侧,第一啮合部11的啮合端的两侧均设置有第一挡水凸缘111;第二链牙部20安装在第二安装带42上,第二链牙部20包括第三啮合部21和第四啮合部22,第四啮合部22位于第三啮合部21的外侧,第三啮合部21的啮合端的两侧均设置有第二挡水凸缘211;多个第一链牙部10及多个第二链牙部20具有啮合位置以及避让位置,在第一链牙部10与第二链牙部20处于啮合位置的情况下,多个第一链牙部10与多个第二链牙部20交错啮合,第一挡水凸缘111和与该第一挡水凸缘111相对应的第二挡水凸缘211在拉链的厚度方向上相抵接。上述外侧指的是拉链在使用时朝向外部的一侧,拉链的厚度方向为垂直于安装带带面的方向,本实施例所提供的拉链,通过将多个第一链牙部10和多个第二链牙部20分别安装在第一安装带41和第二安装带42上,并在第一链牙部10上设置第一啮合部11和第二啮合部12,在第二链牙部20上设置第三啮合部21和第四啮合部22,使第一挡水凸缘111设置在第一啮合部11的两侧,使第二挡水凸缘211设置在第三啮合部21的两侧,并将第一啮合部11设置在第二啮合部12的外侧,第四啮合部22设置在第三啮合部21的外侧,使第一链牙部10与第二链牙部20处于啮合位置的情况下,多个第一链牙部10与多个第二链牙部20交错啮合,第一挡水凸缘111和与该第一挡水凸缘111相对应的第二挡水凸缘211在拉链的厚度方向上相抵接,本实施例所提供的拉链有效的减小链牙之间的缝隙,从而有效的提高的拉链的防水效果。
参见图5至图7所示,为了有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的防水效果,并保证拉链的强度,本实施例中的第一挡水凸缘111与第一啮合部11一体成型,第二挡水凸缘211与第三啮合部21一体成型。通过将第一挡水凸缘111与第一啮合部11一体成型,将第二挡水凸缘211与第三啮合部21一体成型,可以有效的提高第一啮合部11和第三啮合部21的强度,进而有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的连接强度。
为了使本实施例所提供的拉链可以有效的对水进行阻挡,本实施例中的第一啮合部11啮合端的两侧突出于第二啮合部12啮合端的两侧,以在第一啮合部11的两侧形成第一挡水凸缘111。通过将第一啮合部11啮合端的两侧设置为突出于第二啮合部12啮合端的两侧,可以使第一啮合部11的两侧形成第一挡水凸缘111,使本实施例所提供的拉链可以通过第一挡水凸缘111来有效的对水进行阻挡,从而有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的防水效果。
参见图5所示,另一实施例中,为了使本实施例所提供的拉链可以有效的对水进行阻挡,本实施例中的,第一啮合部11啮合端的外周轮廓突出于第二啮合部12啮合端的外周轮廓,以在第一啮合部11的两侧形成第一挡水凸缘111。通过将第一啮合部11啮合端的外周轮廓设置为突出于第二啮合部12啮合端的外周轮廓,可以使第一啮合部11的两侧形成第一挡水凸缘111,使本实施例所提供的拉链可以通过第一挡水凸缘111来有效的对水进行阻挡,从而有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的防水效果。
为了使本实施例所提供的拉链可以有效的对水进行阻挡,本实施例中的第三啮合部21啮合端的两侧突出于第四啮合部22啮合端的两侧,以在第三啮合部21的两侧形成第二挡水凸缘211。通过将第三啮合部21啮合端的两侧设置为突出于第四啮合部22啮合端的两侧,可以使第三啮合部21的两侧形成第二挡水凸缘211,使本实施例所提供的拉链可以通过第二挡水凸缘211来有效的对水进行阻挡,从而有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的防水效果。
参见6所示,另一实施例中,为了使本实施例所提供的拉链可以有效的对水进行阻挡,本实施例中的第三啮合部21啮合端的外周轮廓突出于第四啮合部22啮合端的外周轮廓,以在第三啮合部21的两侧形成第二挡水凸缘211。通过将第三啮合部21啮合端的外周轮廓设置为突出于第四啮合部22啮合端的外周轮廓,可以使第三啮合部21的两侧形成第二挡水凸缘211,使本实施例所提供的拉链可以通过第二挡水凸缘211来有效的对水进行阻挡,从而有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的防水效果。
参见图7所示,为了有效的提高本实施例速提供的拉链的连接效果,本实施例中的任一啮合部均包括本体30及设置在本体30上的啮合端,啮合端包括啮合凸部311及两个啮合凹部312,两个啮合凹部312位于啮合凸部311的两侧。通过在啮合部的本体30上设置啮合端,并将啮合端的两个啮合凹部312设置在啮合端的啮合凸部311的两侧,可以有效的提高本实施例速提供的拉链的连接效果,进而有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的可靠性。
为了有效的对多个第一链牙部10和多个第二链牙部20进行固定,本实施例中的第一安装带41的边沿设置有第一带筋411,第一带筋411沿第一安装带41的长度方向延伸,第二安装带42的边沿设置有第二带筋421,第二带筋421沿第二安装带42的长度方向延伸。通过在第一安装带41的边沿设置第一带筋411,并使第一带筋411沿第一安装带41的长度方向延伸,在第二安装带42的边沿设置第二带筋421,并使第二带筋421沿第二安装带42的长度方向延伸,可以使多个第一链牙部10和多个第二链牙部20有效的固定在第一安装带41及第二安装带42的边沿上,从而有效的提高了本实施例所提供的拉链的连接效果,进而有效的提高了本实施例所提供的拉链的可靠性。
为了便于本实施例所提供的拉链的开合,本实施例中的拉头可移动地安装在第一链牙部10和第二链牙部20之间,用于使第一链牙部10及第二链牙部20在啮合位置与避让位置之间切换。通过在第一链牙部10和第二链牙部20之间可以动的安装拉头,可以使本实施例速提供的拉链上的第一链牙部10和第二链牙部20快速的啮合或避让,从而有效的提高了拉链的开合的速度。
在另一种实施例中,为了保证本实施例所提供的拉链在具有一定的防水性能的同时,有效的节省本实施例速提供的拉链所用的材料,本实施例中的第一挡水凸缘111为形成在第一啮合部11上的凸筋,第二挡水凸缘211为形成在第三啮合部21上的凸筋。通过将第一挡水凸缘111设置为形成在第一啮合部11上的凸筋,将第二挡水凸缘211设置为形成在第三啮合部21上的凸筋,可以在保证本实施例所提供的拉链在具有一定的防水性能的同时,有效的降低本实施例速提供的拉链所用的材料,从而有效的降低本实施例所提供的拉链的生产成本。
在一种实施例中,为了有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的防水效果,本实施例中的第一安装带41及第二安装带42为防水带,第一安装带41的两个带面中至少有一个带面贴有防水膜,第二安装带42的两个带面中至少有一个带面贴有防水膜,通过将第一安装带41的两个带面设置为至少有一个带面贴有防水膜,将第二安装带42的两个带面设置为至少有一个带面贴有防水膜,可以有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的防水效果。
在一种实施例中,本实施例中的第一安装带41的边沿设置的第一带筋411或第二安装带42的边沿设置的第二带筋421的端部分别设置有两个拉头限位件,通过拉头限位件可以有效的对拉头进行限位,从而使拉头仅在第一安装带41及第二安装带42上的多个第一链牙部10和第二链牙部20上运动,保证拉头可以有效的控制第一链牙部10和二链牙部进行啮合或避让,从而有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的可靠性。
在一种具体的实施例中,本实施例中的第一安装带41的边沿设置的第一带筋411的端部分别设置有两个拉头限位件,通过拉头限位件可以有效的对拉头进行限位,从而使拉头仅在第一安装带41及第二安装带42上的多个第一链牙部10和第二链牙部20上运动,保证拉头可以有效的控制第一链牙部10和第二链牙部进行啮合或避让,从而有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的可靠性。
在另一实施例中,本实施例中的第二安装带42的边沿设置的第二带筋421的端部分别设置有两个拉头限位件,通过拉头限位件可以有效的对拉头进行限位,从而使拉头仅在第一安装带41及第二安装带42上的多个第一链牙部10和第二链牙部20上运动,保证拉头可以有效的控制第一链牙部10和二链牙部进行啮合或避让,从而有效的提高本实施例所提供的拉链的可靠性。
综上,实施本实施例提供的拉链,至少具有以下有益技术效果:本实施例所提供的拉链,通过将多个第一链牙部10和多个第二链牙部20分别安装在第一安装带41和第二安装带42上,并在第一链牙部10上设置第一啮合部11和第二啮合部12,在第二链牙部20上设置第三啮合部21和第四啮合部22,使第一挡水凸缘111设置在第一啮合部11的两侧,使第二挡水凸缘211设置在第三啮合部21的两侧,并将第一啮合部11设置在第二啮合部12的外侧,第四啮合部22设置在第三啮合部21的外侧,使第一链牙部10与第二链牙部20处于啮合位置的情况下,多个第一链牙部10与多个第二链牙部20交错啮合,第一挡水凸缘111和与该第一挡水凸缘111相对应的第二挡水凸缘211在拉链的厚度方向上相抵接,本实施例所提供的拉链有效的减小链牙之间的缝隙,从而有效的提高的拉链的防水效果。

Claims (10)
- 一种拉链,其特征在于,所述拉链包括:链牙安装部(40),所述链牙安装部(40)包括第一安装带(41)及第二安装带(42);多个第一链牙部(10),所述第一链牙部(10)安装在所述第一安装带(41)上,所述第一链牙部(10)包括第一啮合部(11)和第二啮合部(12),所述第一啮合部(11)位于所述第二啮合部(12)的外侧,所述第一啮合部(11)的啮合端的两侧均设置有第一挡水凸缘(111);多个第二链牙部(20),所述第二链牙部(20)安装在所述第二安装带(42)上,所述第二链牙部(20)包括第三啮合部(21)和第四啮合部(22),所述第四啮合部(22)位于所述第三啮合部(21)的外侧,所述第三啮合部(21)的啮合端的两侧均设置有第二挡水凸缘(211);多个所述第一链牙部(10)及多个所述第二链牙部(20)具有啮合位置以及避让位置,在所述第一链牙部(10)与所述第二链牙部(20)处于所述啮合位置的情况下,多个所述第一链牙部(10)与多个所述第二链牙部(20)交错啮合,所述第一挡水凸缘(111)和与该所述第一挡水凸缘(111)相对应的所述第二挡水凸缘(211)在拉链的厚度方向上相抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述第一挡水凸缘(111)与所述第一啮合部(11)一体成型,所述第二挡水凸缘(211)与所述第三啮合部(21)一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述第一啮合部(11)啮合端的两侧突出于所述第二啮合部(12)啮合端的两侧,以在所述第一啮合部(11)的两侧形成所述第一挡水凸缘(111)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述第一啮合部(11)啮合端的外周轮廓突出于所述第二啮合部(12)啮合端的外周轮廓,以在所述第一啮合部(11)的两侧形成所述第一挡水凸缘(111)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述第三啮合部(21)啮合端的两侧突出于所述第四啮合部(22)啮合端的两侧,以在所述第三啮合部(21)的两侧形成所述第二挡水凸缘(211)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述第三啮合部(21)啮合端的外周轮廓突出于所述第四啮合部(22)啮合端的外周轮廓,以在所述第三啮合部(21)的两侧形成所述第二挡水凸缘(211)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉链,其特征在于,任一所述啮合部均包括本体(30)及设置在所述本体(30)上的所述啮合端,所述啮合端包括啮合凸部(311)及两个啮合凹部(312),两个所述啮合凹部(312)位于所述啮合凸部(311)的两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述第一安装带(41)的边沿设置有第一带筋(411),所述第一带筋(411)沿所述第一安装带(41)的长度方向延伸,所述第二安装带(42)的边沿设置有第二带筋(421),所述第二带筋(421)沿所述第二安装带(42)的长度方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述拉链还包括拉头,所述拉头可移动地安装在所述第一链牙部(10)和所述第二链牙部(20)之间,用于使所述第一链牙部(10)及所述第二链牙部(20)在所述啮合位置与所述避让位置之间切换。
- 根据权利要求1所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述第一挡水凸缘(111)为形成在所述第一啮合部(11)上的凸筋,所述第二挡水凸缘(211)为形成在所述第三啮合部(21)上的凸筋。
