本发明涉及气泡水领域,特别是一种新型气泡水机。
背景技术
气泡水机是制备气泡水的设备,目前的气泡水机功能单一,气泡水瓶和二氧化碳气瓶需要按规定的角度从连接口底部安装至气泡水机上,导致抓手空间较小,安装较为不便,同时气泡水瓶在安装于气泡水机上时与外界环境完全相通,导致存在一定的风险,即如果气泡水瓶内气压过大时,容易出现瓶体崩落、炸瓶的现象,或者出现二氧化碳气体直接喷射至人体的现象,会直接伤害到用户,安全系数较低,而且进气和排气需要通过两个独立的按键来控制,导致结构复杂化。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种便于安装二氧化碳气瓶和气泡水瓶,同时更加安全,而且可以通过一个按压面盖同时控制进气和排气的气泡水机。
本发明为解决问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型气泡水机,包括:
主机,所述主机前端设置有气泡水腔,所述主机后端设置有气瓶腔,所述气瓶腔的开口处设置有启闭门,所述主机上设置有位于气泡水腔和气瓶腔上端的安装腔体,所述安装腔体内 设置有主体安装支架,所述主体安装支架上设置有第一安装孔和第二安装孔,
气路主体,所述气路主体底部设置有位于气泡水腔内的水瓶接头和位于水瓶接头内的气嘴,所述气路主体上设置有与气嘴相连通的主气路通道,所述水瓶接头将气路主体底部围合形成连通区,所述气路主体枢接于第一安装孔内从而可带动水瓶接头相对主机前后摆动,所述气路主体上设置有排气腔,所述排气腔前端设置有延伸至连通区的排气通道,所述排气腔后端设置有与气路主体外侧相连通的排气孔,所述排气腔内设置有排气阀;
进气主体,所述进气主体底部设置有位于气瓶腔内的气瓶接口,所述进气主体上设置有与主气路通道相连通的进气通道,所述进气通道上设置有位于气瓶接口处的进气杆,所述进气主体枢接于第二安装孔内从而可带动气瓶接口相对于主机摆动;
进气压杆,所述进气压杆设置于安装腔体并用于驱动进气杆下压;
驱动杆,所述驱动杆设置与安装腔体内且与排气阀相连,所述驱动杆用于驱动排气阀在排气腔上移动;
按压面盖,所述按压面盖中部枢接于安装腔体上并位于主机顶部,所述按压面盖在外力作用下相对于安装腔体上下摆动,所述进气压杆的驱动端和驱动杆的驱动端均位于按压面盖底部,所述按压面盖的两侧下压时可分别驱动进气压杆和驱动杆进入工作状态。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述安装腔体内设置有位于气路主体后端并正对排气孔的排气保持件,所述排气保持件枢接于主体安装支架上从而可相对于气路主体横向摆动,所述排气保持件上设置有第一复位件,所述排气保持件表面设置有常态抵接位和位于常态抵接位下方并与常态抵接位平滑过渡的往复沉槽,所述往复沉槽内设置有低位,所述排气阀包括排气阀体、位于排气阀体前端用于封堵排气通道的排气阀头、位于排气阀体后端并穿过排气孔延伸至气路主体外侧的排气阀杆,所述排气阀杆常态下与常态抵接位抵接,所述所述排气阀杆可相对于排气保持件运动从而进入往复沉槽内使排气阀头开启排气通道,所述排气保持件上倾斜设置有驱动压槽,所述驱动杆的后端插设于驱动压槽内,所述驱动杆中部枢接于主体安装支架上使驱动杆可沿垂直方向摆动,所述驱动杆的前端位于按压面盖下端。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述往复沉槽包括第一滑道和位于第一滑道末端并与第一滑道相连通的第二滑道,所述第一滑道前端低于排气保持件表面形成第一止回面,所述第一滑道末端高于第二滑道起始端从而形成第二止回面,所述第二滑道的末端平滑导向至常态抵接位。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述启闭门上端设置位于主机内的保护门轨,所述启闭门相对于主机横向移动从而启闭所述气泡水腔,所述保护门轨上设置有限位槽孔,所述安装腔体内设置有气压锁,所述气压锁包括锁腔和位于锁腔内的锁 体,所述锁腔前端设置有延伸至连通区上的引气通道,所述锁腔后端设置有出气孔,所述锁体前端设置有前锁头,所述锁体后端设置有用于封闭出气孔的后锁头,所述锁体后端中部设置有插设于排气孔内并延伸至气压锁外侧的锁杆,所述锁腔内设置有与锁体相连并驱动锁体朝向锁腔前端移动的第二复位件,所述后锁头封闭所述出气孔时,所述锁杆插设于所述限位槽孔内。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述进气压杆上设置有限位部,所述安装腔体内枢接有加气限位块,所述加气限位块包括前端的驱动端和后端的限位端,所述限位端在驱动端的摆动作用下活动进出至限位部下方,所述驱动端位于所述保护门轨的移动路径上并与保护门轨在高度方向上部分重合,所述保护门轨移动时与驱动端抵接并抬起驱动端,所述加气限位块上设置有驱动驱动端向下复位的第三复位件。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述保护门轨上设置有锁口,所述驱动杆前端设置有位于保护门轨移动路径上并用于卡入所述锁扣内的机械门闩,所述机械门闩边缘设置有导向面,所述按压面盖下端设置有连接架,所述连接架上设置有位于驱动管前端并用于将驱动杆前端向上抬起的上抬杆。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述主机上设置有位于气泡水腔开口上端的轨道,所述保护门轨插设于所述轨道内,所述主机底部设置有启闭门支架,所述启闭门支架与所述启闭门的下端相连,所述启闭门支架端部枢接于主机底部从而辅助 启闭门在主机上横向摆动启闭气泡水腔,所述主机上设置有与启闭门支架相连接的复位扭簧,所述启闭门支架上设置有齿轮槽,所述齿轮槽上设置有齿条,所述主机内设置有与齿条啮合的单向阻尼齿轮,所述主机上设置有位于保护门侧边并供保护门进入其中的保护门隐藏腔。

本发明的有益效果是:通过将气路主体和进气主体枢接在主体安装支架上,使水瓶接头和气瓶接口可以相对主机前后摆动,从而使二氧化碳气瓶和气泡水瓶倾斜安装于气瓶接口和水瓶接头上,然后摆动二氧化碳气瓶和气泡水瓶复位至气瓶腔内和气泡水腔内,抓手空间更大,安装更加方便,同时通过一个独立设置的气泡水腔和启闭气泡水腔的启闭门,使气泡水机在制备气泡水的过程中,将气泡水瓶封闭在气泡水腔内,即使气泡水瓶崩落、炸瓶,也不会伤害到用户。通过设置于主机顶部的按压面盖可以分别驱动进气压杆带动进气杆启动二氧化碳气瓶从而给气泡水瓶供气,或者驱动驱动杆带动排气阀在排气腔内移动进而开启排气通道和排气孔从而对气泡水瓶进行排气,操作更加简单方便。

气路主体30,所述气路主体30底部设置有位于气泡水腔12内的水瓶接头37和位于水瓶接头37内的气嘴38,所述气路主体30上设置有与气嘴38相连通的主气路通道,所述水瓶接头37将气路主体30底部围合形成连通区,所述连通区在将气泡水瓶安装在水瓶接头37上后与气泡水瓶相连通,所述气路主体30枢接于第一安装孔内从而可带动水瓶接头37相对主机10前后摆动,所述气路主体30上设置有排气腔31,所述排气腔31前端设置有延伸至连通区的排气通道311,所述排气腔31后端设置有与气路主体30外侧相连通的排气孔312,所述排气腔31内设置有排气阀32;

通过将气路主体30和进气主体40枢接在主体安装支架20上,使水瓶接头37和气瓶接口41可以相对主机10前后摆动,从而使二氧化碳气瓶和气泡水瓶倾斜安装于气瓶接口41和水瓶接头37上,然后摆动二氧化碳气瓶和气泡水瓶复位至气瓶腔13内和气泡水腔12内,抓手空间更大,安装更加方便,同时通过一个独立设置的气泡水腔12和启闭气泡水腔12的启闭门14,使气泡水机在制备气泡水的过程中,将气泡水瓶封闭在气泡水腔12内,即使气泡水瓶崩落、炸瓶,也不会伤害到用户。通过设置于主机10顶部的按压面盖15可以分别驱动进气压杆53带动进气杆45启动二氧化碳气瓶从而给气泡水瓶供气,或者驱动驱动杆60带动排气阀32在排气腔31内移动进而开启排气通道 311和排气孔312从而对气泡水瓶进行排气,操作更加简单方便。

在正常状态下,排气阀杆323抵接于常态抵接位611上,使排气阀头322顶在排气通道311的端口处,从而封闭排气通道311,此时气体无法通过排气通道311排出,当进入排气模式时,通过按压按压面盖15对应一侧,从而将驱动杆60前端抬起,后端下压,驱动杆60由于枢接在安装腔体11内被限制支 撑垂直升降,从而通过倾斜的驱动压槽612来带动排气保持件61摆动,使排气阀杆323从常态抵接位611进入往复沉槽613中并移动至低点,此时气泡水瓶内的高气压推动排气阀32在排气腔31内移动,从而使排气阀头322离开排气通道311上,从而将排气通道311开启,此后气泡水瓶内的气体沿排气通道311-排气腔31-排气孔312被排出泄压。完成排气后,用户松手,排气保持件61在第一复位件的作用下复位,使排气阀杆323沿往复沉槽613内表面移动至复位回常态抵接位611上,从而重新封堵排气通道311。而在将气泡水瓶倾斜安装于水瓶接头37上时,由于气路主体30相对于主机10摆动,进而会同步带动排气腔31和排气阀32摆动,排气阀杆323在气路主体30的摆动作用下下移至进入往复沉槽613内,从而使气泡水瓶在安装过程中,排气通道311-排气腔31-排气孔312处于开启状态,从而防止此时因为误操作而对气泡水瓶进气产生的危险。
优选所述往复沉槽613包括第一滑道6131和位于第一滑道6131末端并与第一滑道6131相连通的第二滑道6132,所述第一滑道6131前端低于排气保持件61表面形成第一止回面,所述第一滑道6131末端高于第二滑道6132起始端从而形成第二止回面,所述第二滑道6132的末端平滑导向至常态抵接位611,从而使用户排气阀杆323需要沿第一滑道6131进入第二滑道6132后才能复位至常态抵接位611上,从而保障排气效率,用户需要将按压面盖15的一端按压到底,从而带动排气阀杆323端部进入第二滑道6132内,才能使排气腔31内的排气阀32复 位。
进一步优化,优选所述排气阀头322前端呈类圆锥形。
进一步改进,优选所述驱动杆60后端底部设置有第四复位件602,从而更好的带动驱动杆60和排气保持件61复位。
进一步优化,优选排气阀体321和排气阀头322之间设置有弹性件324,所述弹性件324给与排气阀头322朝向排气通道311的力,从而在气泡水瓶内的气压排完后,弹性件324可以将排气阀头322轻微顶推至排气通道311上,同时反向推动排气阀杆323,从而保证排气阀杆323始终与排气保持件61表面抵接。
进一步优化,优选所述启闭门14上端设置位于主机10内的保护门轨70,所述启闭门14相对于主机10横向移动从而启闭所述气泡水腔12,所述保护门轨70上设置有限位槽孔71,所述安装腔体11内设置有气压锁,所述气压锁优选为直接设置在气路主体30上,所述气压锁包括锁腔34和位于锁腔34内的锁体35,所述锁腔34前端设置有延伸至连通区上的引气通道341,所述锁腔34后端设置有出气孔342,所述锁体35前端设置有前锁头352,所述锁体35后端设置有用于封闭出气孔342的后锁头353,所述锁体35后端中部设置有插设于排气孔312内并延伸至气压锁外侧的锁杆354,所述锁腔34内设置有与锁体35相连并驱动锁体35朝向锁腔34前端移动的第二复位件351,所述后锁头353封闭所述出气孔342时,所述锁杆354插设于所述限位槽孔71内。通过该结构,启闭门14在开启状态 下,锁杆354与限位槽孔71不重合,此时即使气泡水瓶内冲入二氧化碳气体形成高压状态,二氧化碳气体会抵推前锁头352,使锁体35朝向锁腔34后端移动,此时锁杆354抵接在保护门轨70表面但未进入限位槽孔71内,从而使后锁头353无法移动至封闭出气孔342,此时气泡水瓶内的二氧化碳气体一旦形成高压就会沿锁腔34和出气孔342排出,使气泡水瓶内无法形成高压状态制备气泡水,当启闭门14完全关闭时,保护门轨70移动至限位槽孔71正对锁杆354,此时气泡水瓶内的高气压推动锁体35移动时,锁杆354与限位槽孔71位置重合,从而在气压的作用下推动锁杆354插设于限位槽孔71内,从而使锁体35的拥有充足的移动距离,从而使后锁头353沿锁腔34内侧封闭出气孔342,此时气泡水瓶内的气体不会再跑出,从而可以形成高压进行气泡水的制备。通过该结构,保障了在启闭门14未关闭的状态下,本气泡水机无法正常工作,从进一步保障安全。
进一步优化,优选所述进气压杆53上设置有限位部,所述安装腔体11内枢接有加气限位块73,所述加气限位块73包括前端的驱动端731和后端的限位端732,所述限位端732在驱动端731的摆动作用下活动进出至限位部下方,所述驱动端731位于所述保护门轨70的移动路径上并与保护门轨70在高度方向上部分重合,所述保护门轨70移动时与驱动端731抵接并抬起驱动端731,所述加气限位块73上设置有驱动驱动端731向下复位的第三复位件。在本状态下,启闭门14开启时,保护门轨70移动至与驱动端731重合从而将驱动端731抬起,使加气 限位块73的限位端732在水平方向上发生位移从而进入进气压杆53的限位部下端,进而限制了进气压杆53的下压,从而使进气压杆53无法开启二氧化碳气瓶,进而无法进入进气模式中。优选所述限位部为一块独立设置在进气压杆53上的限位板531。
进一步优化,优选所述保护门轨70上设置有锁口72,所述驱动杆60前端设置有位于保护门轨70移动路径上并用于卡入所述锁扣内的机械门闩601,所述机械门闩601边缘设置有导向面,所述按压面盖15下端设置有连接架62,所述连接架62上设置有位于驱动管前端并用于将驱动杆60前端向上抬起的上抬杆621。当启闭门14关闭后,机械门闩601沿保护门轨70表面移动至卡入锁口72中,从而锁住启闭门14,进而防止启闭门14在气泡水机工作时被开启,当进入气泡水瓶内制备好气泡水后进入排气模式时,按压按压面盖15抬起驱动杆60前端,从而使排气阀32工作时,此时驱动杆60同步将机械门闩601从锁口72上抬起,然后当气泡水瓶内的气体排完后,第二复位件351带动锁体35朝向锁腔34前端移动使锁杆354脱离限位槽孔71,从而使启闭门14可以被正常打开,通过气压锁和机械门闩601的双重保护,使启闭门14在气泡水机工作时无法被开启。
进一步优化,优选所述主机10上设置有位于气泡水腔12开口处上端和/或下端的轨道74,所述启闭门14的上端和/或下安装于所述轨道74上,从而可以更加顺畅的滑动启闭气泡水腔 12。优选轨道74位于气泡水腔12开口的上端,优选轨道74上设置有与限位槽孔71对应的第一缺口、与驱动端731对应供驱动端731位于其中的第二缺口、与锁口72对应的第三缺口,所述保护门轨70插设于所述轨道74内,所述主机10底部设置有启闭门支架75,所述启闭门支架75与所述启闭门14的下端相连,所述启闭门支架75端部枢接于主机10底部从而辅助启闭门14在主机10上横向摆动启闭气泡水腔12,所述主机10上设置有与启闭门支架75相连接的复位扭簧76,所述启闭门支架75上设置有齿轮槽77,所述齿轮槽77上设置有齿条78,所述主机10内设置有与齿条78啮合的单向阻尼齿轮79,所述主机10上设置有位于保护门侧边并供保护门进入其中的保护门隐藏腔。通过复位扭簧76,在机械门闩601开启后,同时锁杆354脱离限位槽孔71内时,复位扭簧76带动启闭门支架75旋转,从而带动启闭门14自动横向开启,而单向阻尼齿轮79则对启闭门14开启的速度进行缓冲限制,从而减缓启闭门14开启的速度,降低启闭门14开启时产生的撞击效果。优选气泡水腔12的开口内侧边和启闭门隐藏腔内侧壁设置有用于与启闭门14边缘抵接缓冲软胶垫。优选所述启闭门14表面设置有把手141,从而便于对启闭门14进行操作。
在其他实施方式中,所述轨道74也可以不设置,而是采用布置于主机10上下的两组启闭门支架75来对启闭门14的移动轨迹进行限制和辅助。
进一步优化,优选所述第一安装孔的两侧设置有枢接架 23,所述气路主体30两侧设置有枢接于枢接架23上的第一枢接轴39,所述气路主体30枢接在第一安装孔上的方式也可以为在第一安装孔侧壁和气路主体30的侧壁都设置有轴孔,在第一安装孔的侧壁和气路主体侧壁的轴孔件插设一个转轴来起到枢接效果。所述枢接架23朝向去路主体的一侧设置有摆动轨路24,所述摆动轨路24内表面上设置有至少两个与轨道74内表面圆滑过渡的定位孔25,所述气路主体30两侧设置有安装槽道391,所述安装槽道391内设置有前端呈弧面的拨轴392,所述安装槽道391内设置有位于拨轴392后端的顶出弹簧,所述拨轴392的前端插设于所述摆动轨路24内并可在外力的作用下进出定位孔25。通过摆动轨路24可以限制气路主体30的摆动幅度,同时可以起到辅助气路主体30摆动的作用,气路主体30摆动的过程中,拨轴392边缘与定位孔25边缘的弧面相对施力,使拨轴392被压入安装槽道391内,从而使拨轴392脱离定位孔25进入摆动轨路24内移动,然后进入下一个定位孔25中被卡住,在摆动过程中需要施加一定的力量才能将气路主体30从定位孔25的限制中解除出来,从而通过定位孔25对气路主体30摆动过程形成了档位状态。优选定位孔25为两个,分别对应气路主体30摆动至最大位置从而方便安装气泡水瓶的状态,和摆动至最小位置从而使气泡水瓶处于工作位置时的状态。
优选所述安装槽道391内壁后端设置有限位槽,所述拨轴392后端表面设置有插设于限位槽内的限位凸台,通过限位凸台插设于限位槽内,从而限制拨轴392在安装槽道391内的移动 距离,防止拨轴392从安装槽道391内脱离,优选所述限位凸台呈从拨轴392尾端朝向前端逐渐加厚的楔形。
在一种实施例中,所述拨轴392的实施形式为球形的滚珠。
在本方案中,优选所述主体安装支架20包括主架和安装于主架上的副架21,所述第一安装孔、枢接架23均设置在副架21上,在生产时先将气路主体30安装于副架21上,然后再将副架21安装在主架底部,从而可以方便生产安装。
在本方案中,优选所述主体安装支架20上设置有罩设于气路主体30上端的上保护罩。
进一步优化,优选所述主体安装支架20上设置有位于第二安装孔两侧且上开口的第二枢接孔22,所述进气主体40两侧设置有沿上开口安装于所述第二枢接孔22内的第二枢接轴42,所述主体安装支架20上设置有盖合于第二枢接孔22上端的连杆支架50,所述连杆支架50下端设置有延伸至第二安装孔内的弹性杆51,所述弹性杆51的端部设置有朝向进气主体40的弹性钩52,所述进气主体40后端表面垂直设置有一凹槽43,所述凹槽43底面设置有凸起的限位档块44,所述弹性钩52的两侧表面分别于限位档块44的两侧表面配合共同形成了驱动弹性杆51朝向进气主体40外侧变形的倾斜抵推面,所述进气主体40在摆动过程中使弹性钩52分别位于限位档块44的两侧,所述进气杆45的上端延伸至连杆支架50上表面,所述进气压杆53的端部枢接于连杆支架50上。在进气主体40摆动的过程中会带动限位档块44同步摆动,从而使限位档块44挤压弹性钩52 进而带动弹性杆51朝向远离进气主体40的方向变形,从而使弹性钩52跨过限位档块44至另一侧,通过限位档块44与弹性钩52的配合,使进气主体40形成两档固定,分别是进气主体40呈垂直状态的正常工作模式和进气主体40呈倾斜状态的气瓶安装模式,当进气主体40在其中任何一个模式下,都需要在一定的外力作用下才能使限位档块44跨过弹性钩52的限制进入另一个模式。优选所述限位档块44的两侧表面与凹槽43内表面之间的夹角为钝角。优选所述进气压杆53的前端位于按压面盖15前端的下方,当按压按压面盖15前端时,按压面盖15的前端同步带动进气压杆53下压,进而通过进气杆45启动二氧化碳气瓶进行进气,此时按压面盖15不会与驱动杆60的前端接触,而当按压按压面盖15后端时,按压面盖15的前端翘起,从而通过连接架62带动驱动杆60摆动,进而进行排气。
优选进气压杆53底部设置有位于进气杆45正上方的压针532,只有进气主体40处于正常工作模式时,进气杆45才正好位于压针532底部从而可以被进气压杆53驱动下压。当进气主体40摆动至朝向主体外侧用于安装二氧化碳气瓶时,此时进气杆45与压针532错位,从而无法压下进气杆45。
进一步优化,优选所述气瓶腔13底部设置有固定二氧化碳气瓶的卡口131,从而可以通过卡口131进一步固定二氧化碳气瓶。
进一步优化,优选所述气路主体30上垂直设置有重力腔33,所述重力腔33底部设置有延伸至连通区的重力孔331,所 述重力腔33顶部设置有重力放气孔332,所述重力腔33内设置有可在重力腔33内升降的重力阀体333,所述重力阀体333与重力腔33侧壁之间形成导气间隙,所述重力阀体333顶部设置有当重力阀体333被顶起时封闭所述重力放气孔332的重力阀头3331,所述重力阀体333底部和/或重力腔33底面设置有导气槽3332。通过重力阀的存在,在将气泡水瓶安装于气泡水机上进行存放的过程中,如果二氧化碳气瓶通过进气主体40产生漏气时,缓慢漏气的二氧化碳气体产生的气压不足以将重力阀体333顶起,从而使二氧化碳气体沿重力孔331-重力腔33-重力放气孔332中被自然的排出,防止在存放过程中气泡水瓶因为漏气而形成高压状态。当气泡水机工作时,由于二氧化碳气体快速充入气泡水瓶内,高压的气体将重力阀体333顶起,使重力阀头3331封堵重力放气孔332,从而使气泡水瓶内的气压可以正常上升,导气槽3332的作用在于使重力阀体333因为重力落在重力腔33底部时,气体能更好的流动。
进一步优化,为了防止气泡水瓶内气压过高,优选气路主体30上设置有泄压腔36,所述泄压腔36两端分别设置有延伸至连通区的泄压通道361和与气路主体30外侧相连通的泄压孔362,所述泄压腔36内设置有泄压阀363,所述泄压阀363与泄压孔362之间形成泄压间隙,所述泄压阀363端设置有用于封闭泄压通道361的泄压阀363头,泄压阀363端部设置有将泄压阀363压合在泄压通道361上的第五复位件364,当气泡水瓶内气压过高时,气泡水瓶内的气压推动泄压阀363克服第五复 位件364的复位压力,从而开启泄压通道361,从而使气泡水瓶内的气体沿泄压孔362被排出,第五复位件364与气泡水瓶内的气压形成动平衡,进而保证气泡水瓶内的气压。
进一步优化,优选所述主体安装支架20上安装有限位支架80,所述限位支架80上设置有用于与按压面盖15底面抵接的复位推杆81,所述复位退昂底部设置有驱动复位推杆81上移的复位弹簧,当按压面盖15在主机10顶部处于水平状态时,所述复位推杆81在复位弹簧的作用下处于水平状态,所述复位推杆81位于按压面盖15后侧的下方,从而一是可以限制按压面盖15后端的下压幅度,二是可以和进气压杆53同步配合,使按压面盖15在失去外力的作用下自动恢复水平的平衡状态。
在其他的实施方式中,所述进气压杆53可以是间接驱动进气杆45下压,例如在进气压杆53下端设置有点动开关,点动开关电性连接有一驱动电机,驱动电机与进气杆45相连,从而在进气压杆53下压至触碰到点动开关时通过驱动电机带动进气杆45下压。
在本方案中,所述第一复位件、第二复位件351、第三复位件、第四复位件602、第五复位件364均优选为弹簧的实施形式,也可以选择为弹性柱、一组相互排斥的磁石等实施形式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型气泡水机,其特征在于,包括:
    主机(10),所述主机(10)前端设置有气泡水腔(12),所述主机(10)后端设置有气瓶腔(13),所述气瓶腔(13)的开口处设置有启闭门(14),所述主机(10)上设置有位于气泡水腔(12)和气瓶腔(13)上端的安装腔体(11),所述安装腔体(11)内设置有主体安装支架(20),所述主体安装支架(20)上设置有第一安装孔和第二安装孔,
    气路主体(30),所述气路主体(30)底部设置有位于气泡水腔(12)内的水瓶接头(37)和位于水瓶接头(37)内的气嘴(38),所述气路主体(30)上设置有与气嘴(38)相连通的主气路通道,所述水瓶接头(37)将气路主体(30)底部围合形成连通区,所述气路主体(30)枢接于第一安装孔内从而可带动水瓶接头(37)相对主机(10)前后摆动,所述气路主体(30)上设置有排气腔(31),所述排气腔(31)前端设置有延伸至连通区的排气通道(311),所述排气腔(31)后端设置有与气路主体(30)外侧相连通的排气孔(312),所述排气腔(31)内设置有排气阀(32);
    进气主体(40),所述进气主体(40)底部设置有位于气瓶腔(13)内的气瓶接口(41),所述进气主体(40)上设置有与主气路通道相连通的进气通道,所述进气通道上设置有位于气瓶接口(41)处的进气杆(45),所述进气主体(40) 枢接于第二安装孔内从而可带动气瓶接口(41)相对于主机(10)摆动;
    进气压杆(53),所述进气压杆(53)设置于安装腔体(11)并用于驱动进气杆(45)下压;
    驱动杆(60),所述驱动杆(60)设置与安装腔体(11)内且与排气阀(32)相连,所述驱动杆(60)用于驱动排气阀(32)在排气腔(31)上移动;
    按压面盖(15),所述按压面盖(15)中部枢接于安装腔体(11)上并位于主机(10)顶部,所述按压面盖(15)在外力作用下相对于安装腔体(11)上下摆动,所述进气压杆(53)的驱动端(731)和驱动杆(60)的驱动端(731)均位于按压面盖(15)底部,所述按压面盖(15)的两侧下压时可分别驱动进气压杆(53)和驱动杆(60)进入工作状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种新型气泡水机,其特征在于:
    所述安装腔体(11)内设置有位于气路主体(30)后端并正对排气孔(312)的排气保持件(61),所述排气保持件(61)枢接于主体安装支架(20)上从而可相对于气路主体(30)横向摆动,所述排气保持件(61)上设置有第一复位件,所述排气保持件(61)表面设置有常态抵接位(611)和位于常态抵接位(611)下方并与常态抵接位(611)平滑过渡的往复沉槽(613),所述往复沉槽(613)内设置有低位,所述排气阀(32)包括排气阀体(321)、位于排气阀体(321)前端用于封堵排 气通道(311)的排气阀头(322)、位于排气阀体(321)后端并穿过排气孔(312)延伸至气路主体(30)外侧的排气阀杆(323),所述排气阀杆(323)常态下与常态抵接位(611)抵接,所述所述排气阀杆(323)可相对于排气保持件(61)运动从而进入往复沉槽(613)内使排气阀头(322)开启排气通道(311),所述排气保持件(61)上倾斜设置有驱动压槽(612),所述驱动杆(60)的后端插设于驱动压槽(612)内,所述驱动杆(60)中部枢接于主体安装支架(20)上使驱动杆(60)可沿垂直方向摆动,所述驱动杆(60)的前端位于按压面盖(15)下端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种新型气泡水机,其特征在于:
    所述往复沉槽(613)包括第一滑道(6131)和位于第一滑道(6131)末端并与第一滑道(6131)相连通的第二滑道(6132),所述第一滑道(6131)前端低于排气保持件(61)表面形成第一止回面,所述第一滑道(6131)末端高于第二滑道(6132)起始端从而形成第二止回面,所述第二滑道(6132)的末端平滑导向至常态抵接位(611)。
  4. 如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种新型气泡水机,其特征在于:
    所述启闭门(14)上端设置位于主机(10)内的保护门轨(70),所述启闭门(14)相对于主机(10)横向移动从而启闭所述气泡水腔(12),所述保护门轨(70)上设置有限位 槽孔(71),所述安装腔体(11)内设置有气压锁,所述气压锁包括锁腔(34)和位于锁腔(34)内的锁体(35),所述锁腔(34)前端设置有延伸至连通区上的引气通道(341),所述锁腔(34)后端设置有出气孔(342),所述锁体(35)前端设置有前锁头(352),所述锁体(35)后端设置有用于封闭出气孔(342)的后锁头(353),所述锁体(35)后端中部设置有插设于排气孔(312)内并延伸至气压锁外侧的锁杆(354),所述锁腔(34)内设置有与锁体(35)相连并驱动锁体(35)朝向锁腔(34)前端移动的第二复位件(351),所述后锁头(353)封闭所述出气孔(342)时,所述锁杆(354)插设于所述限位槽孔(71)内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种新型气泡水机,其特征在于:
    所述进气压杆(53)上设置有限位部,所述安装腔体(11)内枢接有加气限位块(73),所述加气限位块(73)包括前端的驱动端(731)和后端的限位端(732),所述限位端(732)在驱动端(731)的摆动作用下活动进出至限位部下方,所述驱动端(731)位于所述保护门轨(70)的移动路径上并与保护门轨(70)在高度方向上部分重合,所述保护门轨(70)移动时与驱动端(731)抵接并抬起驱动端(731),所述加气限位块(73)上设置有驱动驱动端(731)向下复位的第三复位件。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种新型气泡水机,其特征在于:
    所述保护门轨(70)上设置有锁口(72),所述驱动杆(60)前端设置有位于保护门轨(70)移动路径上并用于卡入所述锁扣内的机械门闩(601),所述机械门闩(601)边缘设置有导向面,所述按压面盖(15)下端设置有连接架(62),所述连接架(62)上设置有位于驱动管前端并用于将驱动杆(60)前端向上抬起的上抬杆(621)。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的一种新型气泡水机,其特征在于:
    所述主机(10)上设置有位于气泡水腔(12)开口上端的轨道(74),所述保护门轨(70)插设于所述轨道(74)内,所述主机(10)底部设置有启闭门支架(75),所述启闭门支架(75)与所述启闭门(14)的下端相连,所述启闭门支架(75)端部枢接于主机(10)底部从而辅助启闭门(14)在主机(10)上横向摆动启闭气泡水腔(12),所述主机(10)上设置有与启闭门支架(75)相连接的复位扭簧(76),所述启闭门支架(75)上设置有齿轮槽(77),所述齿轮槽(77)上设置有齿条(78),所述主机(10)内设置有与齿条(78)啮合的单向阻尼齿轮(79),所述主机(10)上设置有位于保护门侧边并供保护门进入其中的保护门隐藏腔。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种新型气泡水机,其特征在于:
    所述第一安装孔的两侧设置有枢接架(23),所述气路主体(30)两侧设置有枢接于枢接架(23)上的第一枢接轴(39),所述枢接架(23)朝向去路主体的一侧设置有摆动轨路(24), 所述摆动轨路(24)内表面上设置有至少两个与轨道(74)内表面圆滑过渡的定位孔(25),所述气路主体(30)两侧设置有安装槽道(391),所述安装槽道(391)内设置有前端呈弧面的拨轴(392),所述安装槽道(391)内设置有位于拨轴(392)后端的顶出弹簧,所述拨轴(392)的前端插设于所述摆动轨路(24)内并可在外力的作用下进出定位孔(25)。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种新型气泡水机,其特征在于:
    所述主体安装支架(20)上设置有位于第二安装孔两侧且上开口的第二枢接孔(22),所述进气主体(40)两侧设置有沿上开口安装于所述第二枢接孔(22)内的第二枢接轴(42),所述主体安装支架(20)上设置有盖合于第二枢接孔(22)上端的连杆支架(50),所述连杆支架(50)下端设置有延伸至第二安装孔内的弹性杆(51),所述弹性杆(51)的端部设置有朝向进气主体(40)的弹性钩(52),所述进气主体(40)后端表面垂直设置有一凹槽(43),所述凹槽(43)底面设置有凸起的限位档块(44),所述弹性钩(52)的两侧表面分别于限位档块(44)的两侧表面配合共同形成了驱动弹性杆(51)朝向进气主体(40)外侧变形的倾斜抵推面,所述进气主体(40)在摆动过程中使弹性钩(52)分别位于限位档块(44)的两侧,所述进气杆(45)的上端延伸至连杆支架(50)上表面,所述进气压杆(53)的端部枢接于连杆支架(50)上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种新型气泡水机,其特征在于:
    所述气路主体(30)上垂直设置有重力腔(33),所述重力腔(33)底部设置有延伸至连通区的重力孔(331),所述重力腔(33)顶部设置有重力放气孔(332),所述重力腔(33)内设置有可在重力腔(33)内升降的重力阀体(333),所述重力阀体(333)与重力腔(33)侧壁之间形成导气间隙,所述重力阀体(333)顶部设置有当重力阀体(333)被顶起时封闭所述重力放气孔(332)的重力阀头(3331),所述重力阀体(333)底部和/或重力腔(33)底面设置有导气槽(3332)。
