在实际应用中,其中一个固态硬盘连接器4A,例如可以是用以提供具有M.2接口的所述固态硬盘卡A2连接,而另一个固态硬盘连接器4B,则可以是用以提供具有SATA接口的所述固态硬盘卡A3连接。当然,在不同的实施例中,基板3也可以是仅具有单一个固态硬盘连接器,而其可以是能同时支持具有PCIe或SATA的接口的固态硬盘卡连接。关于各个固态硬盘连接器4A、4B所包含的连接接口,不以上述说明为限。
当用户使固态硬盘卡A2、A3的接口,分别与固态硬盘连接器4A、4B相连接,而固态硬盘卡A2、A3位于容置空间11中时,使用者可以使盖体2闭合,以遮蔽容置空间11,据以使固态硬盘卡A2、A3被收藏于壳体1内。需说明的是,于本实施例的附图中,是以两个固态硬盘连接器4A、4B彼此并排地设置于基板3为例,但两个固态硬盘连接器4A、4B设置于基板3的位置不以图中所示为限。在不同的实施例中,两个固态硬盘连接器4A、4B也可以是设置于基板3彼此相反的两侧,当然,壳体1则是对应具有两个容置空间11及两个盖体2。
外接连接器5的一部分外露于壳体1,外接连接器5用以连接一外部设备B,外部设备B例如是各式笔记本电脑、平板计算机等。外接连接器5所连接的外部设备B能存取固态硬盘连接器4A、4B所连接的固态硬盘卡A2、A3内的数据。具体来说,外接连接器5例如可以是Upstream USB-C。于本实施例的附图中,是以外接连接器5为母接口(Female Connector)为例,但不以此为限,在不同的实施例中,外接连接器5也可以是公接头。
电源模块6包含一电源输入连接器61及一供电控制器62。电源输入连接器61的一部分外露于壳体1,电源输入连接器61用以连接一外部电源C(例如是市电或移动电源),且电源输入连接器61连接切换控制器8及多媒体控制器10,而外部电源C所提供的电力能通过电源输入连接器61供给切换控制器8及多媒体控制器10运作使用。需特别强调的是,在实际应用中,若是电源输入连接器61仅与切换控制器8连接,而未与多媒体控制器10连接,则可能发生多媒体控制器10,因为无法取得足够的电力,而发生无法工作的问题,因此,通过使电源输入连接器61同时连接切换控制器8及多媒体控制器10,可以确保两个都可以正常地工作。
供电控制器62与电源输入连接器61、外接连接器5相连接。供电控制器62用以依据外接连接器5所连接的外部设备B的电力需求,转换电源输入连接器61所连接的外部电源C所提供的电力。多功能连接器7A、7B的一部分外露于壳体1。切换控制器8连接两个多功能连接器7A、7B、电源输入连接器61、多媒体控制器10及外接连接器5。多媒 体控制器10连接多个多媒体连接器(即,两个固态硬盘连接器4A、4B及多媒体连接器9)。
当电源输入连接器61与外部电源C连接时,外部电源C将通过电源输入连接器61、供电控制器62及外接连接器5给电至外接连接器5所连接的外部设备B;于此同时,与外接连接器5相连接的外部设备B也可以通过外接连接器5、切换控制器8、多媒体控制器10、固态硬盘连接器4A、4B、多媒体连接器9、多功能连接器7A、7B,存取固态硬盘卡A2、A3中的数据、多媒体连接器9所连接的外部储存装置中的数据及多功能连接器7A、7B所连接的装置中的数据。举例来说,电源输入连接器61可以是USB Type-C(UFP),而供电控制器62可以是USB PD控制器(Power Delivery Controller);当电源输入连接器61连接市电或大输出功率的移动电源时,外接连接器5将能以最高100W的电力,对其所连接的外部设备B进行充电。
当电源输入连接器61连接外部电源C,且多功能连接器7A、7B连接能被供电的一电子装置(例如手机、各式具备有充电电池的装置等)时,切换控制器8将使外部电源C通过多功能连接器7A、7B给电至多功能连接器7A、7B所连接的电子装置。如图2至图4所示,举例来说,当外部电源C与电源输入连接器61连接,且多功能连接器7B与能被供电的电子装置D连接时,外部电源C将对电子装置D进行充电。
举例来说,多功能连接器7A例如可以是USB Type-A(DFP),多功能连接器7B例如可以是USB Type-C(DFP),切换控制器8可以是USB HUB控制器(USB HUB Controller);当电源输入连接器61连接市电或移动电源时,多功能连接器7B将能以最高15W的电力对其所连接的电子装置D进行充电。当然,在实际应用中,两个多功能连接器7A、7B也可以是都是USB Type-C。在不同的实施例中,基板3也可以是仅设置有单一个多功能连接器。
当外接连接器5连接外部设备B,电源输入连接器61连接外部电源C,且切换控制器8判定多功能连接器7A、7B连接能被供电的电子装置D时,外部电源C所提供的一部分的电力,将通过供电控制器62及外接连接器5供电给外接连接器5所连接的外部设备B,且外部电源所提供的一部分的电力,将通过切换控制器8及多功能连接器7A、7B,供电给多功能连接器7A、7B所连接的电子装置。也就是说,本发明的固态硬盘外接盒A1的电源输入连接器61连接外部电源C时,外部电源C可以同时对外接连接器5连接的外部设备B及多功能连接器7A、7B所连接电子装置进行充电。
相对地,若是电源输入连接器61连接外部电源C,且外接连接器5未连接外部设备B, 而切换控制器8判定多功能连接器7A、7B连接能被供电的电子装置时,切换控制器8能使外部电源C提供电力至多功能连接器7A、7B所连接的能被供电的电子装置。也就是说,本发明的固态硬盘外接盒A的电源输入连接器61连接外部电源C时,若外接连接器5没有连接外部设备B,则外部电源C仍可以对多功能连接器7A、7B所连接能被供电的电子装置进行充电。
在实际应用中,外接连接器5可以是Type-C USB连接器,多媒体控制器10可以是多媒体USB控制器(Multimedia-USB Bridge Controller),而多媒体控制器10主要是用来使两个固态硬盘连接器4A、4B及多媒体连接器9,能够与外接连接器5进行沟通,即,将两个固态硬盘连接器4A、4B的信号、多媒体连接器9的信号转换为外接连接器5可读取的信号,反之亦然。
当切换控制器8判定外接连接器5与外部设备B连接,多媒体控制器10判定固态硬盘连接器4A、4B、多媒体连接器9中的任一个有与外部储存装置(例如固态硬盘卡、SD卡、随身碟等)连接,且切换控制器8判定多功能连接器7A、7B中的任一个有与外部储存装置(例如手机、随身碟、移动硬盘等)连接时,切换控制器8及多媒体控制器10将能依据外部设备B所传递的指令,而使外部设备B能存取固态硬盘连接器4A、4B所连接的固态硬盘卡A2、A3、多媒体连接器9所连接的外部储存装置、多功能连接器7A、7B所连接的电子装置中的数据。
依上所述,如图2至图4所示,举例来说,当使用者使笔记本电脑(即所述外部设备B)通过连接线E与外接连接器5连接,并使两个固态硬盘连接器4A、4B连接两个固态硬盘卡A2、A3,且使多功能连接器7B通过连接线E与手机(即所述电子装置D)连接,而使电源输入连接器61连接移动电源(即所述外部电源C),并将外部储存装置F1(例如SD卡)、外部储存装置F2(例如随身碟)分别插入多媒体连接器9及多功能连接器7A中时,移动电源将能对笔记本电脑及手机进行充电,且使用者同时可以通过操作笔记本电脑,而存取两个固态硬盘卡A2、A3、SD卡、随身碟及手机中的数据。当然,外部设备B不局限为笔记本电脑,外部设备B也可以是平板计算机等,多功能连接器7A、7B不局限于仅可连接手机、随身碟,多功能连接器7A、7B也可以是连接外接硬盘(或相类似的具有储存功能的装置)、移动电源(或相类似的具有充电需求的装置)等,电源输入连接器61不局限于仅可连接移动电源,电源输入连接器61也可以连接市电。
需强调的是,本发明的固态硬盘外接盒A1可以是独立贩卖、实施及制造,而固态硬 盘外接盒A1不局限于必需与固态硬盘卡A2、A3作为一固态硬盘外接盒组A进行贩卖、实施及制造。
综上所述,本发明的固态硬盘外接盒组A通过固态硬盘连接器4、外接连接器5、电源模块6、多功能连接器7A、7B、切换控制器8、多媒体连接器9及多媒体控制器10等设计,不但可以让外部电源C对外部设备B、电子装置D充电外,还可以让外部设备B存取固态硬盘卡A2、A3、多功能连接器7A、7B及多媒体连接器9所连接的外部储存装置中的数据。为此,使用者在使用仅具有单一个端口的笔记本电脑时,让笔记本电脑与本发明的固态硬盘外接盒组A的外接连接器5相连接,并使电源输入连接器61连接外部电源C后,在存取固态硬盘卡A2、A3中的数据及多功能连接器7A、7B及多媒体连接器9所连接的外部储存装置中的数据的同时,还可以对笔记本电脑进行充电。
综上所述,本发明的固态硬盘外接盒及固态硬盘外接盒组,可以让用户在存取固态硬盘卡的同时,还能对与固态硬盘外接盒连接的至少一个外部设备进行充电,且使用者不但可以存取固态硬盘卡中的数据外,还可以存取插接于固态硬盘外接盒的外部储存装置,为此,让使用者在使用本发明的固态硬盘外接盒及固态硬盘外接盒组时,具有灵活、便利的操作性。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳可行实施例,非因此局限本发明的专利范围,故凡运用本发明说明书及附图内容所做的等效技术变化,均包含于本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种固态硬盘外接盒,其特征在于,所述固态硬盘外接盒包含:
    一壳体,其内包含一容置空间;
    一基板,其设置有:
    多个多媒体连接器,各个所述多媒体连接器的一部分外露于所述壳体,各个所述多媒体连接器用以提供一外部储存装置连接;其中至少一个所述多媒体连接器为一固态硬盘连接器,所述固态硬盘连接器位于所述容置空间中,且所述固态硬盘连接器用以提供一固态硬盘卡连接;
    一外接连接器,其一部分外露于所述壳体,所述外接连接器用以连接一外部设备;其中,所述外接连接器所连接的所述外部设备能存取所述固态硬盘连接器所连接的所述固态硬盘卡内的数据及各个所述多媒体连接器所连接的所述外部储存装置中的数据;
    一电源模块,其包含:
    一电源输入连接器,其一部分外露于所述壳体,所述电源输入连接器用以连接一外部电源;及
    一供电控制器,其与所述电源输入连接器及所述外接连接器相连接;
    至少一多功能连接器,其一部分外露于所述壳体;
    一切换控制器,其连接所述多功能连接器、所述电源输入连接器及所述外接连接器;
    一多媒体控制器,其连接多个所述多媒体连接器、所述切换控制器及所述电源输入连接器;
    其中,当所述电源输入连接器与所述外部电源连接时,所述供电控制器将使所述外部电源通过所述外接连接器给电至所述外接连接器所连接的所述外部设备,且所述外部电源将供电给所述切换控制器及所述多媒体控制器;
    其中,当所述电源输入连接器连接所述外部电源,且所述多功能连接器连接能被供电的一电子装置时,所述切换控制器将使所述外部电源通过所述多功能连接器给电至所述多功能连接器所连接的所述电子装置;
    其中,当所述切换控制器判定所述外接连接器与所述外部设备连接,且所述多媒体控制器判定非所述固态硬盘连接器的其中一个所述多媒体连接器连接有一外部储存装置时,所述切换控制器及所述多媒体控制器能使所述外部设备存取所述外部储存装置中的数据。
  2. 依据权利要求1所述的固态硬盘外接盒,其特征在于,所述切换控制器能使所述外 接连接器所连接的所述外部设备,存取所述多功能连接器所连接的所述电子装置的数据。
  3. 依据权利要求1所述的固态硬盘外接盒,其特征在于,当所述电源输入连接器连接所述外部电源,且所述切换控制器判定所述多功能连接器连接所述电子装置时,所述外部电源所提供的一部分的电力,将通过所述供电控制器及所述外接连接器供电给所述外接连接器所连接的所述外部设备,且所述外部电源所提供的一部分的电力,将通过所述切换控制器及所述多功能连接器,供电给所述多功能连接器所连接的所述电子装置。
  4. 依据权利要求1所述的固态硬盘外接盒,其特征在于,所述基板设置有两个所述固态硬盘连接器,其中一个所述固态硬盘连接器用以提供具有M.2接口的所述固态硬盘卡连接,另一个所述固态硬盘连接器用以提供具有SATA接口的所述固态硬盘卡连接,非所述固态硬盘连接器的所述多媒体连接器为SD读卡器、Type-A USB连接器或Type-C USB连接器,所述外接连接器为Type-C USB连接器,且所述外接连接器使所述外部电源给电至所述外部设备时,能同时使所述外部设备存取各个所述固态硬盘连接器所连接的所述固态硬盘卡的数据;所述多功能连接器为Type-A USB连接器或Type-C USB连接器。
  5. 依据权利要求1所述的固态硬盘外接盒,其特征在于,当所述切换控制器判定所述外接连接器未连接所述外部设备,且所述电源连接器连接所述外部电源,而所述多功能连接器连接所述电子装置时,所述切换控制器将使所述外部电源给电至所述电子装置。
  6. 一种固态硬盘外接盒组,其特征在于,所述固态硬盘外接盒组包含依据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的固态硬盘外接盒及所述固态硬盘卡。
