本发明属于烟草技术领域,具体涉及一种内芯填充的外中空滤棒及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着烟草行业市场竞争的加剧,单一功能的烟用材料已经难以满足卷烟品牌发展和产品特色化的需求。伴随着新技术、新工艺、新材料在卷烟产品中的应用,烟用材料已由单种功能向多功能、多元化方向发展。随着卷烟市场竞争的日益激烈,外观新颖、功能特殊的卷烟产品受到消费者的青睐,滤棒作为卷烟的重要组成部分,中空滤棒由于特殊的功能在卷烟上的应用越来越多。
卷烟加香的作用在于改善卷烟的理化特性,使消费者获得特定的味觉、嗅觉和触觉的感受,并增进卷烟的可接受性。加香的方法也有很多种,有直接加入烟丝中,也有加到卷烟的其他辅料如过滤嘴、卷烟纸和包装材料中的。微胶囊在烟制品中,放置在滤嘴与烟支接头处,也可以集中放置在滤嘴中段成为滤嘴,在抽吸时发挥着不同的作用,而香料物质保持了原有的风味,同时能够有效地衬托卷烟产品香气,掩盖杂气,改善吸味。
专利CN210076559U、CN210382609U和CN105342005A公开的中空滤棒有多层且每层都有丝束填充。但上述专利的中空滤棒需要有成型纸折叠的减压通道或沟槽,这些减压通道或沟槽形状复杂,难于大规模工业化生产。
为解决上述问题提出本发明。

本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明第一方面公开了一种内芯填充的外中空滤棒,所述内芯填充的外中空滤棒外观为圆柱状,其组成为外层为外成型纸W卷制成圆筒W1,内层为内成 型纸N折叠成的沿圆筒W1的轴向横截面为正三角形N1的筒状;且三角形N1的三个顶点在圆筒W1的内壁面上;其中,内成型纸N内部填充有内丝束S2。
优选地,内成型纸N的定量为30-40g/m2
优选地,外成型纸W的定量为90-110g/m2
优选地,正三角形N1为两层第二成型纸2折叠成。
优选地,内丝束S2的单旦和总旦为3.0-12.0Y、15000-35000D;一般为3.9Y/31000D、3.0Y/32000D、3.0Y/35000D、3.8Y/34000D,可以根据滤棒设计要求进行选择。一般常规支滤棒3.0-3.9Y,31000-35000D,中支滤棒3.8-6.7Y,22000-34000D,细支滤棒6.0-12.0Y,15000-16000D。

内芯填充的外中空滤棒的成型方法包括如下步骤:外成型纸传送带3W将外成型纸W传送到成型喇叭嘴C进口处被外成型纸烘烤装置31烘烤后进入外成型喇叭嘴11的圆筒内成型为圆筒WI状,被外搭口胶装置33施胶后从外成型喇叭嘴11的出口处出来;同时,内成型纸传送带3N将内成型纸N传送到成型喇叭嘴C进口处被内成型纸烘烤装置32烘烤后进入内成型喇叭嘴21的外层211和内层212之间,逐渐成型为正三角形N1的筒状后,被内搭口胶装置33施胶后从内成型喇叭嘴21的出口处出来;此时从内丝束传送带52传送来的内丝束S2被送入内成型纸N内;正三角形N1的筒状与外成型喇叭嘴11的出口处出来的圆筒WI套在一起,内成型纸N内部填充有内丝束S2;成型后的滤棒被粘结胶装置35施胶后粘将三角形N1的三个顶点粘结在圆筒W1的内壁面上,再次被加热器36加热后、再被冷却器37冷却成型,被切刀38分切后由分棒辊39 输出,即得到所述的内芯填充的外中空滤棒。
将本发明制备的内芯填充的外中空滤棒做为基棒A与其它爆珠滤棒、颗粒滤棒、加香滤棒等不同种类的滤棒B,按一定顺序和长度比例一次复合即可制备内芯填充的外中空二元滤棒,基棒A与滤棒B1、B2按一定顺序和长度比例二次复合即可制备内芯填充的外中空三元滤棒。滤棒上卷烟机与烟支接装后,内芯填充的外中空滤棒置于烟支唇端。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明采用定量不同的内外成型纸,制备出了内芯填充的外中空滤棒,从而实现不同的功能;外层提高过滤通透性,提高轻松感;内层空间填充丝束可以提高过滤效率。而现有技术的方法得到的中空滤棒由于热塑成型内部无法填充丝束,既不能利用现用加香技术差异化加工,也不能起到中空滤棒段的过滤作用。
2、本发明自行设计和制备了成型喇叭嘴。成型喇叭嘴包括外成型喇叭嘴和内型喇叭嘴,内型喇叭嘴套在外成型喇叭嘴内;所述外成型喇叭嘴为半径逐渐变小的圆筒状;所述内型喇叭嘴为两层,外层为从圆形逐渐过渡到正三角形的筒状,内层为一端面积较大的正三角形另一端为面积较小的正三角形的三棱体状。本发明的成型喇叭嘴很容易地将内外成型纸一次成型为所需要的形状;很容易进行大工业化生产。
3、本发明内外层成型纸粘接在一起,内层成型纸内填充丝束,外层与内层成型纸之间为空腔,与目前中空滤棒内部的中空结构对烟气流通的位置及机理不同;本发明的内芯填充的三角形滤棒可以更好将烟气收拢,烟气更加柔和细腻,流畅感好成团,吸味圆润收敛感强。
4、本发明内芯填充的外中空滤棒,内层填充丝束,配合成型纸加香和丝束加香,可以更好的发挥丝束的加香作用,更利于卷烟香气聚集,提高卷烟香气质、加强香气量,能够有效提高卷烟感官质量。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明通过实施例作进一步说明,但不仅限于本实施例。实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件以及手册中所述的条件,或按照制造厂商所建议的条件所用的通用设备、材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。以下实施例和对比例中所需要的原料均为市售。
如图1所示本发明的内芯填充的外中空滤棒垂直滤棒的中心轴横截面示意图;本发明第一方面公开了一种内芯填充的外中空滤棒,所述内芯填充的外中空滤棒外观为圆柱状,其组成为外层为外成型纸W卷制成圆筒W1,内层为内成型纸N折叠成的沿圆筒W1的轴向横截面为正三角形N1的筒状;且三角形N1的三个顶点在圆筒W1的内壁面上;其中,内成型纸N内部填充有内丝束S2。内成型纸N的定量为30-40g/m2。外成型纸W的定量为90-110g/m2。正三角形N1为两层第二成型纸2折叠成。内丝束S2的单旦和总旦为3.0-12.0Y、15000-35000D。
本发明第二方面公开了所述的内芯填充的外中空滤棒的成型方法,使用滤棒一次成型系统;
如图4所示,所述滤棒一次成型系统包括如下部件:成型喇叭嘴C、外成型纸传送带3W、内成型纸传送带3N和内丝束传送带52;如图2所示,所述成型喇叭嘴C包括外成型喇叭嘴11和内型喇叭嘴21,内型喇叭嘴21套在外成型喇叭嘴11内;所述外成型喇叭嘴11为半径逐渐变小的圆筒状;如图3所示,所述 内型喇叭嘴21为两层,外层211为从圆形逐渐过渡到正三角形的筒状,内层212为一端面积较大的正三角形另一端为面积较小的正三角形的三棱体状;
内芯填充的三角形滤棒的成型方法包括如下步骤:外成型纸传送带3W将外成型纸W传送到成型喇叭嘴C进口处被外成型纸烘烤装置31烘烤后进入外成型喇叭嘴11的圆筒内成型为圆筒WI状,被外搭口胶装置33施胶后从外成型喇叭嘴11的出口处出来;同时,内成型纸传送带3N将内成型纸N传送到成型喇叭嘴C进口处被内成型纸烘烤装置32烘烤后进入内成型喇叭嘴21的外层211和内层212之间,逐渐成型为正三角形N1的筒状后,被内搭口胶装置33施胶后从内成型喇叭嘴21的出口处出来;此时从内丝束传送带52传送来的内丝束S2被送入内成型纸N内;正三角形N1的筒状与外成型喇叭嘴11的出口处出来的圆筒WI套在一起,内成型纸N内部填充有内丝束S2;成型后的滤棒被粘结胶装置35施胶后粘将三角形N1的三个顶点粘结在圆筒W1的内壁面上,再次被加热器36加热后、再被冷却器37冷却成型,被切刀38分切后由分棒辊39输出,即得到所述的内芯填充的三角形滤棒。
将本发明制备的内芯填充的外中空滤棒做为基棒A与其它爆珠滤棒、颗粒滤棒、加香滤棒等不同种类的滤棒B,按一定顺序和长度比例一次复合即可制备内芯填充的外中空二元滤棒,基棒A与滤棒B1、B2按一定顺序和长度比例二次复合即可制备内芯填充的外中空三元滤棒。滤棒上卷烟机与烟支接装后,内芯填充的外中空滤棒置于烟支唇端。
本发明的方法与现有技术的方法运行情况及得到的卷烟烟支的结果比较:
由上述比较结果可知,本发明的方法制备的滤棒经接装制备的卷烟,烟气收拢,烟气更加柔和细腻,流畅感好成团,吸味圆润收敛感强,香气质、香气量增加,能够有效提高卷烟感官质量。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种内芯填充的外中空滤棒,其特征在于,所述外中空滤棒外观为圆柱状,其组成为外层为外成型纸(W)卷制成圆筒(W1),内层为内成型纸(N)折叠成的沿圆筒(W1)的轴向横截面为正三角形(N1)的筒状;且三角形(N1)的三个顶点在圆筒(W1)的内壁面上;其中,内成型纸(N)内部填充有内丝束(S2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外中空滤棒,其特征在于,内成型纸(N)的定量为30-40g/m2
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的外中空滤棒,其特征在于,外成型纸(W)的定量为90-110g/m2
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的外中空滤棒,其特征在于,正三角形(N1)为两层第二成型纸(2)折叠成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的外中空滤棒,其特征在于,内丝束(S2)为3.0-12.0Y、15000-35000D。
  6. 一种根据权利要求1-5任一所述内芯填充的外中空滤棒的成型方法,其特征在于,使用滤棒一次成型系统;
    所述滤棒一次成型系统包括如下部件:成型喇叭嘴(C)、外成型纸传送带(3W)、内成型纸传送带(3N)和内丝束传送带(52);所述成型喇叭嘴(C)包括外成型喇叭嘴(11)和内型喇叭嘴(21),内型喇叭嘴(21)套在外成型喇叭嘴(11)内;所述外成型喇叭嘴(11)为半径逐渐变小的圆筒状;所述内型喇叭嘴(21)为两层,外层(211)为从圆形逐渐过渡到正三角形的筒状,内层(212)为一端面积较大的正三角形另一端为面积较小的正三角形的三棱体状;
    内芯填充的外中空滤棒的成型方法包括如下步骤:外成型纸传送带(3W)将外成型纸(W)传送到成型喇叭嘴(C)进口处被外成型纸烘烤装置(31)烘烤后进入外成型喇叭嘴(11)的圆筒内成型为圆筒(WI)状,被外搭口胶装置(33)施胶后从外成型喇叭嘴(11)的出口处出来;同时,内成型纸传送带(3N)将内成型纸(N)传送到成型喇叭嘴(C)进口处被内成型纸烘烤装置(32)烘烤后进入内成型喇叭嘴(21)的外层(211)和内层(212)之间,逐渐成型为正三角形(N1)的筒状后,被内搭口胶装置(33)施胶后从内成型喇叭嘴(21)的出口处出来;此时从内丝束传送带(52)传送来的内丝束(S2)被送入内成型 纸(N)内;正三角形(N1)的筒状与外成型喇叭嘴(11)的出口处出来的圆筒(WI)套在一起,内成型纸(N)内部填充有内丝束(S2);成型后的滤棒被粘结胶装置(35)施胶后粘将三角形(N1)的三个顶点粘结在圆筒(W1)的内壁面上,再次被加热器(36)加热后、再被冷却器(37)冷却成型,被切刀(38)分切后由分棒辊(39)输出,即得到所述的内芯填充的外中空滤棒。
