背景技术
在通信系统中,工作与免许可频段的5G(5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology,第五代移动通信技术)空中接口针对同一个频点上会存在多种干扰,终端设备可以测量RSRP信息或者RSRQ信息。但是仅通过RSRP信息或者RSRQ信息无法反映信道情况。因此,亟需一种“上报”的方法,以提供强度指示RSSI(rssi-Result)信息和/或信道占用率CO(channelOccupancy)信息,以提高信道情况确认的准确性和便利性。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于触发RLF-report,上报所述RLF-report至网络侧设备,包括:
    响应于触发记录失败信息至无线链路失败报告参数VarRLF-report变量,记录所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息至所述VarRLF-report变量中;
    响应于触发RLF-report,上报所述RLF-report至网络侧设备,其中,所述RLF-report中携带有所述VarRLF-report变量中所记录的所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述上报所述RLF-report至网络侧设备,包括:
    上报所述RLF-report至网络侧设备,其中,所述RLF-report中的RSSI测量结果单元MeasResultForRSSI IE携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如果确定测量标识measId关联的报告配置reportConfig里配置有测量RSSI报告的配置MeasRSSI-reportConfig,且所述终端设备有可用的RSSI测量结果,则在所述RLF-report IE中的新空口NR-RLF-report IE下记录所述measId;
    设置所述measId对应的RSSI信息为终端设备检测到失败时刻之前的reportInterval时间间隔内从lower layer收到的采样值的线性平均值;
    设置所述CO信息为所述终端设备检测到所述失败时刻之前的所述reportInterval期间收到的所有采样值中大于信道占用率阈值channelOccupancyThreshold的采样值所占的比例。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下至少一种:
    响应于触发所述RLF-report,记录MCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息;
    响应于触发所述RLF-report,记录SCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    上报所述RLF-report至网络侧设备,其中,所述RLF-report中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述RLF-report中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  9. 一种上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法由终端设备执行,所述方法包括:
    响应于触发失败信息上报,上报所述失败信息至网络侧设备,其中,所述失败信息中携带有RSSI信息和/或CO信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于触发失败信息上报,上报所述失败信息至网络侧设备,包括:
    响应于触发主小区组失败信息MCGFailureInformation上报,上报所述MCGFailureInformation至网络侧设备,其中,所述MCGFailureInformation中携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述MCGFailureInformation上报的触发条件包括以下至少一种:
    MCG MAC随机接入;
    PCell波束恢复失败;
    PCell T310超时;
    PCell T312超时;
    MCG RLC达到最大重传次数;
    MCG MAC上出现连续的上行LBT检测失败;
    回传无线链路失败指示。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下至少一种:
    响应于触发所述MCGFailureInformation上报,记录MCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息;
    响应于触发所述MCGFailureInformation上报,记录SCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    上报所述MCGFailureInformation至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述MCGFailureInformation中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述MCGFailureInformation中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于触发失败信息上报,上报所述失败信息至网络侧设备,包括:
    响应于触发辅小区组失败信息SCGFailureInformation上报,则上报所述SCGFailureInformation至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述SCGFailureInformation中携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SCGFailureInformation上报的触发条件包括以下至少一种:
    PCell T310超时;
    PCell T312超时;
    辅小区组媒体接入控制SCG MAC随机接入;
    辅小区组无线链路控制SCG RLC达到最大重传次数;
    在辅小区组上出现连续的上行LBT检测失败;
    在辅小区组回传无线链路失败指示;
    辅小区组同步失败的重新配置;
    辅小区组停用时检测到PSCell的光束故障。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下至少一种:
    响应于触发所述SCGFailureInformation上报,记录MCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息;
    响应于触发所述SCGFailureInformation上报,记录SCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    上报所述SCGFailureInformation至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述SCGFailureInformation中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述SCGFailureInformation中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于触发失败信息上报,上报所述失败信息至网络侧设备,包括:
    响应于触发失败信息FailureInformation上报,则上报所述FailureInformation至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述FailureInformation中携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述失败信息上报的触发条件包括以下至少一种:
    检测到RLC承载失败;
    检测到DAPS切换失败。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下至少一种:
    响应于触发所述FailureInformation上报,记录MCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息;
    响应于触发所述FailureInformation上报,记录SCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    上报所述FailureInformation至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述FailureInformation中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述FailureInformation中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  22. 根据权利要求9至21任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如果确定measId关联的reportConfig里配置有MeasRSSI-reportConfig,且所述终端设备有可用的RSSI测量结果,则在所述RLF-report IE中的NR-RLF-report IE下记录所述measId;
    设置所述measId对应的RSSI信息为终端设备检测到失败时刻之前的reportInterval时间间隔内从lower layer收到的采样值的线性平均值;
    设置所述CO信息为所述终端设备检测到所述失败时刻之前的所述reportInterval期间收到的所有采样值中大于channelOccupancyThreshold的采样值所占的比例。
  23. 一种上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法由终端设备执行,所述方法包括:
    响应于触发记录目标报告上报,上报所述目标报告至网络侧设备,其中,所述目标报告中携带有RSSI信息和/或CO信息,所述目标报告包括成功切换报告、随机接入报告RA-report和成功主辅小区PScell添加或变更报告中至少一个。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于触发记录目标报告上报,上报所述目标报告至网络侧设备,包括:
    响应于触发记录所述成功切换报告,上报所述成功切换报告至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述成功切换报告中携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述上报成功切换报告至所述网络侧设备的触发条件包括以下至少一种:
    T304逝去时长与第一配置时长的第一比值超过第一门限;
    T310逝去时长与第二配置时长的第二比值超过第二门限;
    T312逝去时长与第三配置时长的第三比值超过第三门限;
    双活动协议栈DAPS切换期间源小区发生RLF。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下至少一种:
    响应于触发记录所述成功切换报告,记录MCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息;
    响应于触发记录所述成功切换报告,记录SCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    上报所述成功切换报告至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述成功切换报告中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述成功切换报告中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  28. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于触发记录目标报告上报,上报所述目标报告至网络侧设备,包括:
    响应于触发记录所述RA-report,上报所述RA-report至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述RA-report中携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述上报随机接入报告RA-report至所述网络侧设备的触发条件包括以下至少一种:
    成功执行四步4-step或二步2-step随机接入;
    点播SI获取流程成功完成或失败。
  30. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下至少一种:
    响应于触发记录所述RA-report,记录第一小区组关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息,其中,所述第一小区组为随机接入关联的小区组,且所述第一小区组包括MCG或者SCG;
    响应于触发记录所述RA-report,记录第二小区组的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息其中,所述第二小区组为随机接入关联的小区组,且不同于所述第一小区组,所述第二小区组包括MCG或者SCG。
  31. 根据权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    上报所述RA-report至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述RA-report中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述RA-report中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  32. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于触发记录目标报告上报,上报所述目标报告至网络侧设备,包括:
    响应于触发记录所述成功PScell添加或变更报告,上报所述成功PScell添加或变更报告至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述成功PScell添加或变更报告中携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  33. 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其特征在于,所述上报成功主辅小区PScell添加或变更报告至所述网络侧设备的触发条件包括以下至少一种:
    PScell T304逝去时长与第四配置时长的第四比值超过第四门限;
    PScell T310逝去时长与第五配置时长的第五比值超过第五门限;
    PScell T312逝去时长与第六配置时长的第六比值超过第六门限。
  34. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下至少一种:
    响应于触发记录所述成功PScell添加或变更报告,记录MCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息;
    响应于触发记录所述成功PScell添加或变更报告,记录SCG关联的measId及RSSI信息和/或CO信息。
  35. 根据权利要求23至34任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如果确定measId关联的reportConfig里配置有MeasRSSI-reportConfig,且所述终端设备有可用的RSSI测量结果,则在所述RLF-report IE中的NR-RLF-report IE下记录所述measId;
    设置所述measId对应的RSSI信息为终端设备检测到失败时刻之前的reportInterval时间间隔内从lower layer收到的采样值的线性平均值;
    设置所述CO信息为所述终端设备检测到所述失败时刻之前的所述reportInterval期间收到的所有采样值中大于channelOccupancyThreshold的采样值所占的比例。
  36. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    上报所述成功PScell添加或变更报告至所述网络侧设备,其中,所述成功PScell添加或变更报告中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述成功PScell添加或变更报告中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  37. 一种上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法由网络侧设备执行,所述方法包括:
    接收终端设备上报的RLF-report,其中,所述RLF-report携带有RSSI信息和/或CO信息。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,所述RLF-report中携带有所述VarRLF-report变量,所述VarRLF-report变量中携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  39. 根据权利要求37所述的方法,其特征在于,所述RLF-report中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述RLF-report中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  40. 一种上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法由网络侧设备执行,所述方法包括:
    接收终端设备上报的失败信息,其中,所述失败信息携带有RSSI信息和/或CO信息。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端设备上报的失败信息,包括:
    接收所述终端设备上报的MCGFailureInformation,其中,所述MCGFailureInformation携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,所述MCGFailureInformation中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述MCGFailureInformation中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  43. 根据权利要求40所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端设备上报的失败信息,包括:
    接收所述终端设备上报的SCGFailureInformation,其中,所述SCGFailureInformation携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  44. 根据权利要求43所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SCGFailureInformation中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述SCGFailureInformation中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  45. 根据权利要求40所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收终端设备上报的失败信息,包括:
    接收所述终端设备上报的FailureInformation,其中,所述FailureInformation携带有所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息。
  46. 根据权利要求45所述的方法,其特征在于,所述FailureInformation中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述FailureInformation中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  47. 一种上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法由网络侧设备执行,所述方法包括:
    接收终端设备上报的目标报告,其中,所述目标报告携带有RSSI信息和/或CO信息,所述目标报告包括成功切换报告、随机接入报告RA-report和成功主辅小区PScell添加或变更报告中至少一个。
  48. 根据权利要求47所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标报告中携带有网络能力信息,所述网络能力信息用于指示所述终端设备支持在所述目标报告中记录并上报所述RSSI信息和/或所述CO信息的能力。
  49. 一种上报装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    上报模块,用于响应于触发无线链路失败报告RLF-report,上报所述RLF-report至网络侧设备,其中,所述RLF-report携带有强度指示RSSI信息和/或信道占用率CO信息。

    上报模块,用于响应于触发失败信息上报,上报所述失败信息至网络侧设备,其中,所述失败信息中携带有RSSI信息和/或CO信息。
