OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, as indicated in the title, refers to a device designed for the irrigation sector, in particular, applied in agricultural irrigation systems, which, when installed near the sprinklers, presents an effective and self-cleaning method. non-existent until now.
The object of this invention is to provide a until now unknown solution for inconvenient mists that will be discussed later, mainly, it is intended to achieve a final result that allows users of irrigation systems to save time and work by not having to manually clean the filters. that correspond to each sprinkler.
The device in question provides essential novelty features and notable advantages with respect to the means known and used for the same purposes in the current state of the art.
Automatic irrigation systems are widely known in the state of the art. They provide a great advantage when it comes to automating this very important task.
These systems are especially useful in the countryside and for agriculture. They traditionally have a programmer in charge of opening or closing the water flow in a certain way and at a certain time. The water runs through the pipe until it reaches the sprinklers, first passing through filters whose function is to prevent dirt, insects or objects of any kind from reaching the sprinkler and clogging it.
The drawback of this mechanism is that the user is forced to go all the way along the irrigation system, sprinkler by sprinkler, to clean each filter.
This naturally entails great effort and a lot of wasted time, especially in areas with very extensive irrigation facilities.
Until now, there was no known filter equipped with a device capable of self-cleaning, thus avoiding such a tedious task as going from filter to filter to do it manually.
The device that the invention proposes completely satisfactorily solves the problem previously explained, providing a series of advantageous and innovative characteristics, and without this affecting any of its benefits in other aspects. The proposed invention aims to provide an economical, ecological, practical, simple and easy-to-use solution, the effect of which would be a self-cleaning system for irrigation filters.
The present invention has its field of application in the sector of irrigation facilities.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the state of the art we find some documents related to the sector of the invention in question, although none of them fulfill the same function or provide the same advantageous characteristics.
Thus, in document ES 1 050 877 U we find a self-cleaning filter, provided with a cylindrical casing inside the interior of which a filter cartridge is established based on a plurality of slotted discs, a cartridge that defines an inner axial chamber and an outer chamber or envelope. , with the housing itself, so that the water accesses the surrounding chamber of said inlet, passes through the filter cartridge and leaves the filter through an outlet located at the same end of the housing as the inlet, characterized in that at the end of the casing opposite the aforementioned inlet and outlet incorporates an opening for water outlet during the washing phase, assisted by a flow valve, preferably automatic, so that during the self-washing phase, in which the direction of circulation of the water through the filter, and it passes from the axial chamber to the surrounding chamber, the water leaves the filter through this outlet hole, after opening the corresponding valve.
On the other hand, document ES 2 053 985 provides a flow control valve with pressure modulation to maintain an almost constant predetermined flow rate of fluid from an outlet thereof despite fluctuations in fluid pressure transmitted to it. an entry thereof; said valve comprising: a tubular box that defines a circulatory conduit; an elastomeric stem of circular cross section that in use conditions is mounted in said box arranged on a longitudinal axis of said box and that has a solid part of the body and at least one circulatory conduit through it; a sub chamber defined at least in part by said stem and communicating with said entrance; and a flexible diaphragm formed as an integral part of said stem and superimposed on said conduit to separate said sub-chamber from said circulatory conduit, to be subjected to said fluid pressure fluctuations and to flex towards the interior of said circulatory conduit and thus varying its size, said flexible diaphragm being defined by a outer working surface thereon, whose surface is radially distanced from said circulatory conduit towards the outside, to be subjected to said fluid pressure fluctuations; said flow control valve being characterized by the fact that: the outer working surface is a recess in the body of the stem, being distanced from the inner wall of said box and defining part of said subchamber, the peripheral surface exterior of the stem that is opposite to the exterior working surface with respect to said conduit, is in contact with the interior wall of said box, such that when said flexible diaphragm flexes in response to an increase in pressure of fluid in said subchamber applied to said outer working surface, tends to narrow said conduit by flexing towards said remaining peripheral surface of said stem which is in contact with said inner wall, thus the diaphragm being pushed towards said inner wall, to maintain the flow at the outlet of said valve at said almost constant predetermined flow level.
In turn, document ES 1 059 225 U claims an improved self-cleaning filter for agricultural irrigation water, which has a cylindrical configuration housing or body where an inlet conduit is attached that communicates with the exterior chamber. or perimeter thereof, and one or two outlet ducts that are connected to the interior or axial chamber, these two coaxial chambers being separated, one exterior and the other interior, by a frame of shaved discs responsible for filtering the fluid, forming these discs a package duly pressed in an axial direction, and these filters being applicable to those that are automatically cleaned by reversing the flow and separating the rings for the expulsion of the particles retained in the micro channels of the rings, characterized by having a base of the rings crossed by the perforated tubes, which clean the rings, allowing free axial movement of the tubes and presenting at the opposite end of the tubes an upper base, which presses the rings in an axial direction, while the lower base generates the axial thrust to separate the rings and press them, acting as a shutter and allowing flow to pass through the perforated tubes in a self-cleaning operation.
In these documents we find devices that due to their complexity, size or functionality are not capable of acting as self-cleaners in irrigation filters.
Thus we see that until now there was no known device that, due to its innovative characteristics, solves the drawbacks mentioned above both in terms of to the cited documents as well as to other inventions or traditional systems that we find in the state of the art.
Taking into consideration the cases mentioned and the combined arguments analyzed, the invention proposed in this document gives rise to a final result in which significant differentiating aspects are provided compared to the current state of the art, and where a series of of advances in already known elements with their corresponding advantages.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Así, la presente invención está constituida a partir de los siguientes elementos:Thus, the present invention is made up of the following elements:
A valve consisting of a preferably tubular body fitted at one of its ends to a spigot with a filter in an irrigation cane with a sprinkler, said body housing an opening or closing mechanism perpendicular to it such as a mushroom, platelet, membrane or other , said mechanism being capable of acting on a conical longitudinal spring, set to close at 3 bars of pressure, present between the opening and closing mechanism and the outlet opening, the valve being open when the irrigation system is in shut-off mode. rest, and closed when in operation.
The operation is simple. The filter accumulates lime, mussels or any type of dirt or objects. When the irrigation system is put into operation, as the water arrives at low pressure during the first seconds, its contents are eliminated through the outlet opening of the valve. Once these seconds have passed and the filter has been cleaned, the water reaches the filter with a standard pressure acting on the mechanism of opening and closing which, in turn, acts on the spring, plugging the outlet opening, preventing water from continuing to come out of the valve.
When the irrigation system stops operating, the pressure drops and the opening and closing mechanism slides, opening the valve again, washing away the remains deposited during the irrigation that has just been done.
