Description
本发明属于衣物处理装置设备领域,具体涉及一种用于衣物处理装置的洗涤剂盒及相应的衣物洗涤装置结构的改进。
通常,衣物处理装置是指能够执行衣物等的洗涤、烘干或者洗涤或烘干的装置。其中,衣物处理装置可以只执行洗涤或烘干功能,或者可以一同执行洗涤和烘干功能。
根据衣物的取出方向,现有的衣物处理装置分为前方投入式或顶部投入式。此外,根据进行洗涤的方式,分为波轮或洗涤槽进行旋转的垂直式和滚筒进行旋转的水平式。
代表性的衣物处理装置为滚筒洗衣机和波轮洗衣机。
为实现对衣物洗涤时洗涤剂的存放,通常会设置有可抽拉布置在衣物处理装置上的洗涤剂盒,现有洗涤剂盒在设置时,会设置盒盖和盒体配合,在盒盖和盒体之间形成水流通道,在水流通道上开设多个沿其周向布置的水流入口,将水流导入到盒体内,对洗涤剂进行冲洗溶解,此种结构由于水流中间流经过多个口进行分流,会使得水流冲击压力小,水流有可能会流动中间位置处就停止向前流动,最终导致洗涤腔中的洗涤剂不能被充分溶解冲洗干净。
本发明针对现有技术中的衣物处理装置的洗涤剂盒存在的上述技术问题,提出一种新型的洗涤剂盒,其设置单一水流通道,且只设置一个位于端部的喷淋部件,水流直接冲击流动到喷淋部件处,保证了水流在水流通道内的水压,使得其能够对洗涤容置腔中的洗涤剂进行充分溶解冲洗。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用下述技术方案予以实现:

壳体;
主体部件,设置在所述壳体内,和所述壳体围设形成有洗涤容置腔;
盒盖组件,装配在所述主体部件上,与主体部件围设形成有:
水流通道,设置在所述洗涤容置腔的一侧,沿洗涤容置腔长度方向延伸布置;
喷淋部件,装配在所述主体部件上,所述喷淋部件包括有:
喷淋主体部,在所述喷淋主体部内形成有水流引入通道,与所述水流通道远离排水腔的一端连通;
以及位于所述水流引入通道下方的散射部,用以将水流导入通道中水流打散使其向四周散射喷溅;
缺口部,与所述散射部位置对应,以使得冲击在散热部上被发散的水流通过其向外喷出。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述喷淋主体部顶部位置处设置有用以和所述主体部件连接的连接部;
在喷淋主体部的底部两侧位置处设置有档设部,用以将从缺口部喷出到两侧的水流进行遮挡并使其被抵挡反射后向远离所述缺口部的两侧喷出;
防溅遮挡部,其连接在所述连接部上,并从连接部向下延伸至所述档设部处。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述散射部为形成在喷淋主体部上的弧形散射曲面或倾斜布置在喷淋主体部上的倾斜散射斜面。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述喷淋主体和所述主体部件之间设置有相互连接配合的连接结构,所述连接结构包括有:
锁紧结构,包括有设置在所述连接部的第一锁紧部和设在所述主体部件上的第二锁紧部;

本实施例中的洗涤剂盒结构,在设置时,水流通道为直接形成在盒盖组件和主体部件之间的洗涤容置腔的一侧位置处,且在水流通道上未设置多个水流入口,而是在水流通道端部远离排水腔一侧设置一个喷淋部件,这样水流在进入到水流通道内部时,不会因为要分流到多个水流入口处水压被降低,水流在水流通道中能够保持较高的水压,并且其最终通过端部的喷淋部件向外喷出时也能够保持较高的水压向外喷出到壳体的内侧壁上,保证了喷出水流的冲击压力,同时本实施例中的喷淋部件结构,还可以使得水流更大面积的喷淋到壳体的内壁上,进而保证了位于洗涤容置腔中的洗涤剂的冲洗和溶解效果。

在壳体100和主体部件200安装固定完成后,第一洗涤剂腔211和第二洗涤剂腔212位于第一腔体110内,第一洗涤剂腔211和第二洗涤剂腔212与第一腔体110之间具有间距,在第一洗涤剂腔211、第二洗涤剂腔212与第一腔体110之间形成有导流腔。
导流腔和排水腔130连通。
为使得进入到第一洗涤剂腔211和第二洗涤剂腔212中被稀释的洗衣液能够进入到导流腔内并进入到排水腔130中。
在第一洗涤剂腔211和第二洗涤剂腔212中均设置有虹吸帽700。
在一些实施例中,在第一洗涤剂腔211中可放置漂白剂,在第二洗涤剂腔212中可放置柔顺剂,在使用时,水流进入到第一洗涤剂腔211和第二洗涤剂腔212中后将位于第一洗涤剂腔211中的漂白剂以及第第二洗涤剂腔212中的柔顺剂进行稀释,然后通过位于每个洗涤剂腔中的虹吸帽700将其吸入到导流腔中,通过导流腔后流入到与导流腔连通的排水腔130内,最终排入到衣物处理装置的滚筒内部进行洗涤作业。
主体部件200的放置口251和第二腔体120位置对应,在主体部件200装配在壳体100上后通过主体部件200和壳体100围设形成具有放置口251作为开口的洗涤容置腔300,洗涤容置腔300和排水腔130连通。
洗涤容置腔300的尺寸较大,与第一洗涤剂腔211和第二洗涤剂腔212并排,其可用以放置洗衣粉或洗衣液。
在洗涤容置腔300通过放置口251倒入洗衣粉,然后通过进入到洗涤容置腔300中的水流对洗衣粉进行稀释后直接排入到排水腔130中,然后进入到排水管道,到达衣物处理装置内部。
壳体100和主体部件200装配时,壳体100套设在主体部件200的外侧,主体部件200顶部扣设在所述壳体100上。
在主体部件200和壳体100之间设置有相互配合的卡扣组件,在设置时,可在壳体100上设置卡设槽,在壳体100上设卡凸,以通过卡凸和卡设槽配合将两者卡紧固定。
在设置时,卡设槽和卡凸可设置多组,沿主体部件200和壳体100之间的周向布置。
为实现壳体100和主体部件200与衣物处理装置设备的连接,在壳体100上设置第一连接凸台,在主体部件200上设有第二连接凸台,第一连接凸台和第二连接凸台对接,在连接时,通过锁紧螺钉穿过第一连接凸台和第二连接凸台以将主体部件200、壳体100和衣物处理装置进行锁紧固定。
为保证壳体100和主体部件200扣合在一起连接的密封性,防止水流外漏的情况发生,在壳体100的顶面和主体部件200底面上设置有可相互配合的凸起筋条组件,通过凸起筋条组件围设形成有沿壳体100和主体部件200周向布置的密封槽,在密封槽内装配有密封条,以保证两者之间的密封性。
盒盖组件500,装配在所述主体部件200上,在主体部件200和盒盖组件500之间围设形成有沿第一容置腔210和洗涤容置腔300环绕布置的并可将水流分别导入到第一容置腔210的导水流道600,在导水流道600上设置有将导水流道600中的水导入到第一容置腔210内的进水导水部。
本实施例中的洗涤剂盒,在设置时,通过主体部件200和壳体100套设配合并固定的方式,使得在两者之间可形成有多个放置洗涤剂的第一容置腔210和洗涤容置腔300,并设置有相应的导流腔和排水腔130可将稀释后的洗涤剂导入到衣物处理装置内,实现了多个洗涤剂放置腔的设置,实现了大容量和多样化设置,可满足用户放置不同种类的洗涤剂的使用需求。
并且,本实施例中的洗涤剂盒在设置时,在主体部件200和盒盖组件500之间设置导水流道600,且导水流道600环绕在第一容置腔210周圈,并在导水流道600上设进水导水部,可将水流直接通过导水流道600导入到相应的容置腔内,不仅避免了水流泄流的情况发生,而且由于导水流道600为环绕相应的容置腔设置,进水导水部也为环绕第一容置腔210设置,通过进水导水部可将位于导水流道600中的水流导入沿第一容置腔210周边导入到第一容置腔210内部,以使得水流最终能够从容置腔周边均匀的流入到相应的容置腔内,从容置腔周边进水的方式可使得水流能够从多个方向对洗涤剂进行冲洗,对洗涤剂冲洗更加干净且对位于内部的洗涤剂稀释效果更好。
为保证尺寸较大的洗涤容置腔中的洗涤剂的冲洗以及溶解效果,本实施例在设置时,还通过盒盖组件和主体部件围设形成水流通道,水流通道设置在所述洗涤容置腔的一侧,沿洗涤容置腔长度方向延伸布置。
在具体设置时,水流通道可设置在主体部件的左侧边或右侧边位置处均可,在此不做具体限制。
喷淋部件,装配在所述主体部件上,所述喷淋部件包括有:
喷淋主体部911,在所述喷淋主体部911内形成有水流引入通道912,与所述水流通道远离排水腔的一端连通;
以及位于所述水流引入通道912下方的散射部913,用以将水流导入通道中水流打散使其向四周散射喷溅;
缺口部914,与所述散射部913位置对应,所述缺口部914朝向所述壳体的内侧壁设置,以使得冲击在散射部913上被发散的水流通过其向外喷出。
缺口部914为开设在喷淋主体部911上的环形缺口,与散射部913位置相对,以将经过散射部913打散喷溅的水流向外流出。
在本申请的一些实施例中,水流引入通道912为形成在喷淋主体部911内的圆柱形通道,其竖向布置,用以将水流通道中水流向下导出。
为实现和主体部件之间的对接配合,在设置时,在主体部件上设贯穿其底壁的插装孔,在插装孔周圈设置环形插装凸起。
在水流引入通道912内对应的形成有台阶,所述环形插装凸起插装在所述水流引入通道912内底部抵靠在所述台阶上以实现和水流引入通道912之间的对接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述散射部913为形成在喷淋主体部911上的弧形散射曲面或倾斜布置在喷淋主体部911上的倾斜散射斜面。
散射部913布置在水流引入通道912下方,从水流引入通道912中流入的水流会直接冲击到位于其下方的散射部913上,被散热部抵挡后,会在散射部913作用下通过通过缺口部914向外喷溅,通过散射部913的抵挡作用后,水流冲击力更大且会使得水流被分散向四周进行喷溅,喷溅面积更大,能够更好的冲击位于壳体壁上的洗涤剂。
本实施例中的洗涤剂盒结构,在设置时,水流通道为直接形成在盒盖组件和主体部件之间的洗涤容置腔的一侧位置处,且在水流通道上未设置多个水流入口,而是在水流通道端部远离排水腔一侧设置一个喷淋部件,这样水流在进入到水流通道内部时,不会因为要分流到多个水流入口处水压被降低,水流在水流通道中能够保持较高的水压,并且其最终通过端部的喷淋部件向外喷出时也能够保持较高的水压向外喷出到壳体的内侧壁上,保证了喷出水流的冲击压力,同时本实施例中的喷淋部件结构,还可以使得水流更大面积的喷淋到壳体的内壁上,进而保证了位于洗涤容置腔中的洗涤剂的冲洗和溶解效果。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述喷淋主体部911顶部位置处设置有用以和所述主体部件连接的连接部915,连接部915为连接臂,其对称布置在喷淋主体部911的两侧位置处。
在喷淋主体部911的底部两侧位置处设置有档设部916,用以将从缺口部914喷出到两侧的水流进行遮挡并使其被抵挡反射后向远离所述缺口部914的两侧喷出;
档设部916为档设板,其从喷淋主体部911两侧向两侧处延伸。
通过档设板,可避免通过缺口部914喷淋出的水流直接向下方流出,通过档设板的遮挡,可使得要向下流动的水流被阻挡,然后在档设板上被再次反射后冲击到两侧位置处的壳体的内侧壁上,加大了水流对壳体内壁的冲击面积,进一步提高了对洗涤容置腔侧壁以及洗涤容置腔内部的洗涤剂的冲洗和溶解效果。
防溅遮挡部917,其连接在所述连接部915上,并从连接部915向下延伸至所述档设部916处。
防溅遮挡部917为防溅遮挡板,其也能够对喷溅的水流进行抵挡,通过其遮挡后,水流被反射,喷射到和其位置相对侧的壳体的侧壁上,或者进入到档设部916处,进一步被反射喷溅到壳体侧壁处。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述喷淋主体和所述主体部件之间设置有相互连接配合的连接结构,所述连接结构包括有:
锁紧结构,包括有设置在所述连接部915的第一锁紧部和设在所述主体部件上的第二锁紧部;
第一锁紧部为第一锁紧螺纹孔,第二锁紧部为第二锁紧螺纹孔。
锁紧件,锁紧在第一锁紧部和第二锁紧部内;锁紧件为锁紧螺钉。
在连接时,可将连接部915和主体部件通过锁紧螺钉锁紧固定。
卡设结构,所述卡设结构包括有形成在所述喷淋主体部911上的卡槽918以及形成在所述主体部件上的卡凸。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述喷淋部件与所述主体部件内壁之间具有间距,所述间距为1-3mm。
本实施例中将喷淋部件和壳体的内侧壁之间间距设置在1-3mm范围内,可保证较好的水流冲击压力以及水流喷溅效果,能够保证对洗涤剂的较好的冲洗和溶解效果。
在设置时,进水导水部沿第一容置腔210的设置方式包括有:
进水导水部沿第一容置腔210的其中一个侧边布置;
或者进水导水部沿第一容置腔210两相对的侧边设置;
或者进水导水部为沿第一容置腔210的周向方向布置。
在本申请的一些实施例中,盒盖组件500包括有:
第一盒盖部件510和第二盒盖部件520,其用以装配固定在台面800上。
第一盒盖部件510设置在台面800下方。
台面800上开设有开口区,在开口区周圈形成有翻折连接边,第一盒盖部件510设在翻折连接边下方,第二盒盖部件520设在翻折连接边上方,在第二盒盖部件520上设有螺钉柱,螺钉穿过底部的第一盒盖部件510上的螺纹孔、翻折连接翻边上的螺纹孔后旋拧固定在第二盒盖部件520的螺钉柱内,以实现三者之间的连接固定。
第一盒盖部件上具有第一投放口,第二盒盖部件具有第二投放口,
第一投放口和第二投放口均与放置口位置对应,第一投放口和所述放置口轮廓适配,第二投放口布置在靠近所述喷淋部件910所在区域处且其对应的长度小于所述第一投放口。
将第二盒盖部件520的第二投放口设置成小于第一盒盖部件510,且集中布置在靠近喷淋部件910的区域处,以使得用户在进行投放洗涤剂时尽量的投放到靠近喷淋部件910位置处,以保证对洗涤剂进行充分的溶解。
在所述第一盒盖部件510上形成有环形嵌装部;
密封部件530,设置在所述第一盒盖部件510和台面800之间,包括有:
密封本体,插装在所述环形嵌装部内;
从所述密封本体上向外延伸形成的抵靠支脚部540,其抵靠在环形嵌装部的侧壁上;
抵靠支脚部540为抵靠支脚,其从下向上倾斜设置在密封本体上。
以及设置在所述密封本体顶部的形变部550,其凸出所述环形嵌装部设置,内部形成有中空的形变腔体,能够在受压后发生形变以密封台面800和第一盒盖部件510。
环形嵌装部为环形嵌装槽,沿第一盒盖部件510的周向方向布置。
环形嵌装槽上开设有朝向所述台面800的环形开口,环形嵌装槽包括有环形底壁和设置在所述环形底壁两侧的环形侧壁。
环形开口朝向环形底壁。
第一盒盖部件510可以为方形或圆形等均可,材质为塑性件,在成型时,环形嵌装部直接和第一盒盖部件510一体成型。
密封部件530,设置在所述第一盒盖部件510和台面800之间,为实现与环形嵌装部的配合,密封部件530也设置为环形。
为满足密封和安装的使用需求,密封部件530选用橡胶材质,其成型时为直接一体成型。
在本申请的一些实施例中,密封本体包括有压设部和竖直部。
压设部设置在所述竖直部的顶面。
竖直部为竖直条,竖直部的最大宽度小于环形嵌装槽的2个环形侧壁之间的间距,以便于密封本体能够快速的装配到环形嵌装部内。
压设部为压设条,其最大宽度大于竖直部的最大宽度且大于2个环形侧壁的宽度。
在装配时,竖直部插入到环形嵌装槽内部,压设部则相应的封堵2个环形侧壁之间的环形开口位置处,以进行密封。
为实现密封部件530和第一盒盖部件510之间的牢固密封固定,第一密封部件530还包括有从所述密封本体上向外延伸形成的抵靠支脚部540,其抵靠在环形嵌装部的侧壁上。
密封本体两侧处设置有多个向外延伸的抵靠支脚部540,在密封本体插装在环形嵌装部内部后,可通过倾斜布置在密封本体两侧的抵靠支脚部540抵靠在环形嵌装槽两侧的侧壁上,由于抵靠支脚部540为倾斜布置,其装配在环形嵌装槽内时,会与环形嵌装槽的内侧壁产生的抵靠作用,这样可有效的避免密封部件530装配到第一盒盖部件510内后从第一盒盖部件510中掉落或脱落的情况发生。
抵靠支脚部540和密封本体之间的夹角角度为45-60度。
形变腔体形状可以为菱形、长方形或椭圆形等均可,在受压后,其能够被压平并与台面800的接触面积变大。
具体的,形变部550设置在压设部的上方,由于形变部550内部形成有形变腔体,在对台面800和第一盒盖部件510装配时,可通过台面800压设位于台面800和第一盒盖部件510之间的形变部550上的形变腔体。
由于形变腔体内部为中空,在进行台面800安装时,中空的形变腔体可提供压缩空间,在安装时,更容易将密封部件530按压到第一盒盖部件510的环形嵌装槽内部进行压紧固定。
并且,由于本实施例中的形变腔体为中空,当其受到台面800的压力作用后,会使得整个形变部550被压平,从立体形变部550变为平面,增大了整个形变部550的面积,进而增大了台面800和第一盒盖部件510之间的接触面积,进而增强了台面800和第一盒盖部件510之间的密封效果,有效的避免了洗涤剂盒中的水汽从台面800向外跑出的情况发生。
第二盒盖部件520设置在台面800上方,第二盒盖部件520包括有第二盒盖体和转动连接在所述第二盒盖体上的翻转盖体,在所述第二盒盖体和所述台面800之间设置有密封结构。
在第二盒盖体顶面上内凹形成有凹陷腔,在凹陷腔底壁上设置有转轴,翻转盖体设置在凹陷腔内,转动连接在转轴上,能够通过翻转转动打开或闭合放置开口。
所述密封结构包括有:
开设在所述第二盒盖体周圈的环形槽;
环形密封件900,嵌装在所述环形槽内。环形密封件900为环形密封条。
设置在所述台面800上的环形凸起部810,所述环形凸起部810抵靠在所述环形密封件900的底部。
还包括有设置在所述环形槽内的止挡部,所述止挡部沿所述环形嵌装槽的周向布置,所述止挡部高度小于所述环形槽的侧壁高度,在环形密封件900安装到位时,所述止挡部抵靠在所述环形密封件900上。
在台面800和第二盒盖体连接固定后,第二盒盖体上的环形密封件900被台面800上环形凸起部810压紧固定,以实现第二盒盖体和台面800之间的密封连接。
止挡部为设置在环形槽内的支撑凸起,其从环形槽的顶壁向环形安装口处延伸形成,止挡部和环形凸起部810相对设置。
在环形密封件900装配到环形槽内后,其受到环形槽内的止挡部的向下的抵靠力作用,同时,还受到位于台面800上的环形凸起部810的抵靠作用,所受到的2个作用力大小相同、方向相反,通过止挡部和环形凸起部810两个件的作用力作用,可保证环形密封件900能够和台面800以及第二盒盖体之间牢固的接触配合,密封效果好。
具体的,第一盒盖部件510扣设在主体部件200上,与主体部件200之间围设形成有所述导水流道600。
在本申请的一些实施例中,导水流道600包括有:
第一导水流道,第一导水流道环绕第一洗涤剂腔211设置;
第二导水流道,第二导水流道环绕第二洗涤剂腔212设置;
在本申请的一些实施例中,主体部件200上形成有第一环形导水筋612形成的第一流道610,第一盒盖部件510上设置有由第二环形导水筋621形成的第一配合流道620,所述第一流道610和第一配合流道620对接形成第一导水流道600。
具体的,第一环形导水筋612,设置有2条,均从主体部件200顶壁上向上延伸形成,沿第一洗涤剂腔211周向布置,在2个第一环形导水筋612之间形成有第一流道610,第二环形导水筋621,设置有2个,从第一盒盖部件510底部向下延伸形成,2个第二环形导水筋621之间形成有第一配合流道620,第一配合流道620和第一流道610形状相同,两者可实现完全的匹配对接。
在靠近第一洗涤剂腔211的第一流道610侧壁上设有所述进水导水部,所述进水导水部为第一进水缺口611,所述第一进水缺口611设置有多个,相邻的第一进水缺口611之间距相等。
为实现快速进水,可在第一流道610两位置相对的侧壁上均设置第一进水缺口611,可使得水流能够快速进入到第一洗涤剂腔211内。
在第一流道610上还开设有贯穿第一流道610底壁的排水孔,排水孔连通第一流道610和导流腔,以实现对第一流道610中水流的快速排水,防止第一流道610中存储有积水。
为实现对第一导水流道中水流的导向,在第二环形导水筋621侧壁上设置有导水筋板组622,每组包括2块导水筋板,2块导水筋板与第一进水缺口611位置对应,用以将第一导水流道600中水导入到第一进水缺口611处。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第二流道630,形成在主体部件200上,沿第一洗涤剂腔211的一侧边延伸到第二洗涤剂腔212侧边处,第二流道630具有出口部631;
第二流道630由2条第三导水筋632、位于第三导水筋632的主体部件200围设形成,第三导水筋632沿第一洗涤剂腔211的一侧边延伸到第二洗涤剂腔212侧边处;
第三流道650,设置有2条,分别布置在第二洗涤剂腔212两侧,第三流道650包括有入口部,所述入口部和所述出口部631连通,至少在其中一个第三流道650上形成有和第二洗涤剂腔212连通的所述进水导水部。
进水导水部为第二进水缺口653,第二进水缺口653可设置多个,沿第二洗涤剂腔212长度方向等间距设置。
在所述第一盒盖部件510上设置有与所述第二流道630对接的第二配合流道640和与第三流道对接配合的第三配合流道660;
第二配合流道640和第二流道630对接配合形成第一对接流道,第三流道650相应和第三配合流道660对接配合形成第二对接流道,第一对接流道和第二对接流道形成所述第二导水流道。
水流进入时,先进入到第一对接流道,从第一对接流道出口部631流出后进入到两侧的第二对接流道,从两侧第二对接流道上的第二进水缺口651流入到第二洗涤剂容置腔内对洗涤剂进行稀释。
具体的,在第二洗涤剂腔212周圈设置有第四导水筋651,在内侧第三导水筋632和第四导水筋651之间形成其中一条第三流道650;
第五导水筋652,与第三导水筋632相对设置,且位于第二洗涤腔腔体一侧,其与第四导水筋651之间形成另一条第三流道650。
位于第一盒盖部件510上的第二配合流道640和第三配合流道660上也通过凸起筋形成,凸起筋的设置方式与主体部件200上的设置方式相同,以实现匹配。
分水凸起部,设置在第四导水筋651上,与所述出口部631位置相对,用以将第二流道630中水流分流到第三流道650内。
在主体部件200上形成有环绕洗涤容置腔300周圈设置的第四流道670,在第一盒盖部件510上形成有与所述第四流道670对接配合的第四配合流道680,第四流道670和第四配合流道680对接形成所述水流通道600。
具体的,在主体部件200上设置有第六导水筋671,在第一盒盖部件510上也对应布置相应筋条。
在第一导水流道、第二导水流道和第三导水流道上均相应的设置有水流入口部,以便于水管插入,将水流输送到相应的导水流道内。
在本申请的一些实施例中,设置有4根进水管,其分别为第一进水管、第二进水管、第三进水管和第四进水管,在连接时,第一进水管插入到第一导水流道的水流入口部处,第二进水管插入到第二导水流道的水流入口部处,第三进水管和第四进水管则相应的插入到水流通道600的水流入口部处,以保证水流通道600的水压。
通过将多个导水流道600分别连接多个不同的进水管的方式可实现在不同的腔体中可根据相应的洗涤剂使用需求相应的通入冷水或热水,以满足不同洗涤剂溶解需求,提高整个衣物处理装置的洗涤效果。
在本申请的一些实施例中,在支撑部件220和洗涤容置腔300的底壁之间设置有间隙,在所述间隙内设置有多个挡设部件230,多个挡设部件230之间形成有用以将洗涤容置腔300中的水流导入到排水腔130中的导向通道240。
挡设部件230为挡设板或挡设块,通过相邻的挡设部件230之间的导向通道240能够避免从洗涤容置腔300中的水流急速的流入到排水腔130内,避免洗涤容置腔300中的洗涤剂还没有完全融化就被快速的冲流到衣物处理装置内部的情况发生,同时,挡设部件230还能够对倒入到洗涤容置腔300中的洗涤剂中存在的异物进行一定的遮挡,防止异物进入衣物处理装置。

- 一种洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,包括有:盒体组件,包括有:壳体;主体部件,设置在所述壳体内,和所述壳体围设形成有洗涤容置腔;盒盖组件,装配在所述主体部件上,与主体部件围设形成有:水流通道,设置在所述洗涤容置腔的一侧,沿洗涤容置腔长度方向延伸布置;喷淋部件,装配在所述主体部件上,所述喷淋部件包括有:喷淋主体部,在所述喷淋主体部内形成有水流引入通道,与所述水流通道远离排水腔的一端连通;以及位于所述水流引入通道下方的散射部,用以将水流导入通道中水流打散使其向四周散射喷溅;缺口部,与所述散射部位置对应,以使得冲击在散射部上被发散的水流通过其向外喷出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述喷淋主体部顶部位置处设置有用以和所述主体部件连接的连接部;在喷淋主体部的底部两侧位置处设置有档设部,用以将从缺口部喷出到两侧的水流进行遮挡并使其被抵挡反射后向远离所述缺口部的两侧喷出;防溅遮挡部,其连接在所述连接部上,并从连接部向下延伸至所述档设部处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述散射部为形成在喷淋主体部上的弧形散射曲面或倾斜布置在喷淋主体部上的倾斜散射斜面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述喷淋主体和所述主体部件之间设置有相互连接配合的连接结构,所述连接结构包括有:锁紧结构,包括有设置在所述连接部的第一锁紧部和设在所述主体部件上的第二锁紧部;锁紧件,锁紧在第一锁紧部和第二锁紧部内;卡设结构,所述卡设结构包括有形成在所述喷淋主体上的卡槽以及形成在所述主体部件上的卡凸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,在壳体内形成有和外部排水管连通的排水腔,在主体部件内形成有第一容置腔,在主体部件和壳体之间形成导流腔,所述导流腔与所述第一容置腔和排水腔连通;导水流道,环绕第一容置腔布置,在导水流道上形成有多个环绕第一容置腔设置的进水导水部,以将导水流道中的水从第一容置腔周边导入到的第一容置腔内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述第一容置腔包括有:沿主体部件长度方向依次布置的第一洗涤剂腔和第二洗涤剂腔,所述第一洗涤剂腔和所述第二洗涤剂腔与所述洗涤容置腔并行设置;盒盖组件包括有第一盒盖部件,所述导水流道包括有:第一导水流道,形成在主体部件和第一盒盖部件之间,环绕所述第一洗涤剂腔设置;第二导水流道,形成在主体部件和第一盒盖部件之间,环绕所述第二洗涤剂腔设置;水流通道,形成在主体部件和第一盒盖部件之间,布置在所述洗涤容置腔一侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,主体部件上形成有第一环形导水筋形成的第一流道,第一盒盖部件上设置有由第二环形导水筋形成的第一配合流道,所述第一流道和第一配合流道对接形成所述第一导水流道;第二流道,形成在所述主体部件上,沿所述第一洗涤剂腔的一侧边延伸到第二洗涤剂腔侧边处,所述第二流道具有出口部;第三流道,设置有2条,分别布置在所述第二洗涤剂腔两侧,所述第三流道包括有入口部,所述入口部和所述出口部连通,至少在其中一个第三流道上形成有和所述第二洗涤剂腔连通的所述进水导水部;在所述所述第一盒盖部件上设置有与所述第二流道对接的第二配合流道和与三流道对接配合的第三配合流道;第二配合流道和第二流道对接配合形成第一对接流道,第三流道相应和第三配合流道对接配合形成第二对接流道,第一对接流道和第二对接流道形成所述第二导水流道。
- 根据权利要求7所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,在所述主体部件上位于所述洗涤容置腔的一侧设有第四流道,在第一盒盖部件上形成有与所述第四流道对接配合的第四配合流道,第四流道和第四配合流道对接形成所述水流通道。
- 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,盒盖组件还包括有:第二盒盖部件,第二盒盖部件位于台面上方并与台面密封连接;第一盒盖部件上具有第一投放口,第二盒盖部件具有第二投放口,在主体部件上形成有放置口;第一投放口和第二投放口均与放置口位置对应,第一投放口和所述放置口轮廓适配,第二投放口布置在靠近所述喷淋部件所在区域处且其对应的长度小于所述第一投放口。
- 一种衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的洗涤剂盒。
