本发明为达到上述技术目的所采用的技术方案是:一种可伸缩按摩头的按摩器,包括适配人体颈部的按摩主体及至少两个按摩装置,所述按摩装置设于所述按摩主体邻近人体一侧内,其特征在于,每个所述按摩装置包括:壳体,所述壳体内设有驱动组件,所述壳体的顶面设有与所述驱动组件传动连接的按摩头,所述壳体与所述按摩头之间自上往下依次设有顶升支架、顶升件、顶升支撑架,所述顶升支撑架与所述壳体的顶面固定连接,所述顶升件位于所述顶升支撑架上,所述顶升支架与所述按摩头的底部抵接,所述按摩头的底部固定连接有转动轴,所述传动轴远离所述按摩头的一端穿过所述顶升支架和所述顶升件和所述顶升支撑架及所述壳体的顶部并与所述驱动组件连接,所述传动轴与所述驱动组件连接的一端设有复位弹簧。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述驱动组件包括:电机、斜齿轮、传动齿、输出齿;所述电机设于所述壳体内的一侧,所述斜齿轮设于所述电机的一侧并与所述电机的输出端传动连接,所述传动齿设于所述斜齿轮的一侧并与所述斜齿轮传动连接,所述输出齿设于所述传动齿的一侧并与所述传动齿传动连接,所述转动轴穿过所述壳体顶部的一端位于所述传动齿内,所述输出齿转动时带动所述传动轴转动且所述传动轴能够在所述输出齿内沿所述输出齿的轴向滑动。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述壳体包括:上壳和下壳,所述上壳与所述下壳固定连接,所述驱动组件设置于所述下壳内,所述下壳上设有用于放置所述输出齿的凹孔,所述下壳与所述电机对应处设有若干通风孔。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述传动轴穿过所述壳体顶部的一端设有固定块,所述固定块与所述输出齿配合,所述传动轴通过所述固定块可随输出齿转动和/或于所述输出齿内沿所述输出齿轴向滑动,所述复位弹簧的一端与所述固定块抵接,另一端与所述上壳的内壁抵接。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述顶升支撑架的侧壁设有水平凸出的限位块。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述顶升支架的侧壁设有竖直的限位槽,所述限位槽与所述限位块适配,所述限位块位于所述限位槽内。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述顶升件为气袋,所述气袋呈环形,所述气袋的底部设有充气口。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置顶升件使按摩头能够实现伸出,满足不同人群的使用要求,同时通过设置可滑动的传动轴和复位弹簧,使按摩头在伸出时传动轴同步伸出,按摩头缩回时传动轴同步缩回,实现按摩头整体完全收回,而不影响按摩器的其他使用方式,提升使用者的使用体验感。

实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
如图1-图4所示,本发明提供一种可伸缩按摩头的按摩器,包括适配人体颈部的按摩主体及至少两个按摩装置10,所述按摩装置10设于所述按摩主体邻近人体一侧内,每个所述按摩装置10包括:壳体11,所述壳体11内设有驱动组件12,所述壳体11的顶面设有与所述驱动组件12传动连接的按摩头13,所述壳体11与所述按摩头13之间自上往下依次设有顶升支架14、顶升件15、顶升支撑架16,所述顶升支撑架16与所述壳体11的顶面固定连接,所述顶升件15位于所述顶升支撑架14上,所述顶升支架14与所述按摩头13的底部抵接,所述按摩头13的底部固定连接有转动轴,所述传动轴131远离所述按摩头13的一端穿过所述顶升支架14和所述顶升件15和所述顶升支撑架16及所述壳体11的顶部并与所述驱动组件12连接,所述传动轴131与所述驱动组件12连接的一端设有复位弹簧133,具体的,按摩头13由驱动组件12驱动,当驱动组件12运行时,驱动组件12带动传动轴131同步运行,按摩头13通过传动轴131的带动实现按摩头13的转动,进而对人体颈部进行按摩,顶升支架14和顶升件15通过传动轴131固定在按摩头13和壳体11之间,且因传动轴131为穿过顶升支架14的因此顶升支架14可沿传动轴131滑动,当顶升件15工作时,顶升件15顶起顶升支架14,顶升支架14在顶升件15的作用力下顶起按摩头13,使按摩头13凸出于按摩主体,进而便于适配不同颈部大小的人群或满足需按压力度较重的人群,其中复位弹簧133用于使按摩头13恢复原位,当按摩头13在顶升件15的作用力下被顶出时,因传动轴131的一端与按摩头13为固定连接,因此传动轴131会被按摩头13抽出移动,此时传动轴131的抽出会压缩位于其上的复位弹簧133,使其产生恢复力,当顶升件15停止工作时,按摩头13在失去顶升件15的作用力后,在复位弹簧133的恢复力作用在传动轴131上,使传动轴131回位,带动按摩头13回位,以此实现按摩头13的整体缩回,便于提升按摩器在其他使用方式上的,使用体验感。
进一步的,在本实施例中,所述驱动组件12包括:电机121、斜齿轮122、传动齿123、输出齿124;所述电机121设于所述壳体11内的一侧,所述斜齿轮122设于所述电机121的一侧并与所述电机121的输出端传动连接,所述传动齿123设于所述斜齿轮122的一侧并与所述斜齿轮122传动连接,所述输出齿124设于所述传动齿123的一侧并与所述传动齿123传动连接,所述转动轴穿过所述壳体11顶部的一端位于所述传动齿123内,所述输出齿124转动时带动所述传动轴131转动且所述传动轴131能够在所述输出齿124内沿所述输出齿124的轴向滑动,具体的,斜齿轮122和传动齿123皆为双联齿轮,电机121在进行工作时,带动与之啮合传动的斜齿轮122转动,斜齿轮122带动与之啮合传动的传动齿123转动,传动齿123带动与之啮合传动的输出齿124转动,输出齿124带动位于其内的转动轴转动,进而使转动轴带动按摩头13同步转动,通过斜齿轮122与电机121的传动配合,减少壳体11的空间需求,进而降低壳体11的体积。
进一步的,所述壳体11包括:上壳111和下壳112,所述上壳111与所述下壳112固定连接,所述驱动组件12设置于所述下壳112内,所述下壳112上设有用于放置所述输出齿124的凹孔113,所述下壳112与所述电机121对应处设有若干通风孔114,具体的,因输出齿124为中空的环形柱状,为实现能够限制输出齿124的平移,而不限制输出齿124的旋转,本实施例通过在下壳112内设置一凹陷的凹孔113,使输出齿124的底部能够插入凹孔113,通过凹孔113限制输出齿124的平移,同时还不会限制输出齿124的旋转,使输出齿124能够在传动齿123的带动下旋转,进而带动传动轴131旋转;在下壳112与电机121对应的位置还设有若干通风孔114,用于给电机121在运行产生的热量能够及时散发,避免电机121过热影响运行。
进一步的,在本实施例中,所述传动轴131穿过所述壳体11顶部的一端设有固定块132,所述固定块132与所述输出齿124配合,所述传动轴131通过所述固定块132可随输出齿124转动和/或于所述输出齿124内沿所述输出齿124轴向滑动,所述复位弹簧133的一端与所述固定块132抵接,另一端与所述上壳111的内壁抵接,具体的,为实现传动轴131能够在输出齿124内沿输出齿124的轴向移动,同时还能随输出齿124旋转而旋转,在传动轴131位于壳体11内的一端设有固定块132,该固定块132应为非圆形的其他多边形体,且输出齿124的内部应与固定块132相配合,使固定块132能够在输出齿124内沿输出齿124的轴向滑动的同时还能随输出齿124的旋转而旋转,避免两者冲突,出现只能旋转或只能滑动的情况;同时通过固定块132的设置,使复位弹簧133能够在传动轴131被抽出时被固定块132挤压压缩,同时复位弹簧133在释放恢复力时通过固定块132作为施力点,使传动轴131被带动缩回原位。
进一步的,在本实施例中,所述顶升支撑架16的侧壁设有水平凸出的引导块,所述顶升支架14的侧壁设有竖直的引导槽,所述引导槽与所述引导块适配,所述引导块位于所述引导槽内,具体的,为防止在传动轴131旋转时,顶升支架14同步出现旋转的情况,在顶升支撑架16的侧壁上设有水平凸出的限位块161,并在顶升支架14的侧壁设有竖直设置的限位槽141,该限位槽141与限位块161相匹配,限位块161位于限位槽141内,因顶升支撑架16与上壳111通过螺丝等紧固件固定连接的,因此顶升支撑架16不会出现转动,而顶升支架14因限位槽141与限位块161的配合限制,使顶升支架14亦不会出现随传动轴131的旋转而转动,避免对顶升件15进行刮擦。
进一步的,在本实施例中,所述顶升件15为气袋,所述气袋呈环形,所述气袋的底部设有充气口151,具体的,在本实施例中,顶升件15为气袋,该气袋呈环形,即中部设有孔,供传动轴131穿过,而不影响气袋,在气袋的底部设有充气口151,气袋通过该充气口151与外界的充气装置连接,进行充气,当气袋充气膨胀时顶起顶升支架14,顶升支架14顶起按摩头13,按摩头13抽动传动轴131,传动轴131通过固定块132挤压复位弹簧133,使复位弹簧133压缩,当按摩头13不需要伸出时,气袋还可通过充气孔进行泄气,使气袋干瘪,顶升支架14失去气袋的顶力,同时复位弹簧133失去挤压力后释放恢复力作用在固定块132上,使传动轴131缩回,进而带动按摩头13缩回,按摩头13挤压顶升支架14缩回,进而实现按摩头13的整体缩回。
综上所述,本发明通过设置顶升件15使按摩头13能够实现伸出,满足不同人群的使用要求,同时通过设置可滑动的传动轴131和复位弹簧133,使按摩头13在伸出时传动轴131同步伸出,按摩头13缩回时传动轴131同步缩回,实现按摩头13整体完全收回,而不影响按摩器的其他使用方式,提升使用者的使用体验感

Claims (7)

  1. 一种可伸缩按摩头的按摩器,包括适配人体颈部的按摩主体及至少两个按摩装置,所述按摩装置设于所述按摩主体邻近人体一侧内,其特征在于,每个所述按摩装置包括:壳体,所述壳体内设有驱动组件,所述壳体的顶面设有与所述驱动组件传动连接的按摩头,所述壳体与所述按摩头之间自上往下依次设有顶升支架、顶升件、顶升支撑架,所述顶升支撑架与所述壳体的顶面固定连接,所述顶升件位于所述顶升支撑架上,所述顶升支架与所述按摩头的底部抵接,所述按摩头的底部固定连接有转动轴,所述传动轴远离所述按摩头的一端穿过所述顶升支架和所述顶升件和所述顶升支撑架及所述壳体的顶部并与所述驱动组件连接,所述传动轴与所述驱动组件连接的一端设有复位弹簧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩按摩头的按摩器,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括:电机、斜齿轮、传动齿、输出齿;所述电机设于所述壳体内的一侧,所述斜齿轮设于所述电机的一侧并与所述电机的输出端传动连接,所述传动齿设于所述斜齿轮的一侧并与所述斜齿轮传动连接,所述输出齿设于所述传动齿的一侧并与所述传动齿传动连接,所述转动轴穿过所述壳体顶部的一端位于所述传动齿内,所述输出齿转动时带动所述传动轴转动且所述传动轴能够在所述输出齿内沿所述输出齿的轴向滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可伸缩按摩头的按摩器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括:上壳和下壳,所述上壳与所述下壳固定连接,所述驱动组件设置于所述下壳内,所述下壳上设有用于放置所述输出齿的凹孔,所述下壳与所述电机对应处设有若干通风孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可伸缩按摩头的按摩器,其特征在于,所述传动轴穿过所述壳体顶部的一端设有固定块,所述固定块与所述输出齿配合,所述传动轴通过所述固定块可随输出齿转动和/或于所述输出齿内沿所述输出齿轴向滑动,所述复位弹簧的一端与所述固定块抵接,另一端与所述上壳的内壁抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩按摩头的按摩器,其特征在于,所述顶升支撑架的侧壁设有水平凸出的限位块。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可伸缩按摩头的按摩器,其特征在于,所述顶升支架的侧壁设有竖直的限位槽,所述限位槽与所述限位块适配,所述限位块位于所述限位槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩按摩头的按摩器,其特征在于,所述顶升件为气袋,所述气袋呈环形,所述气袋的底部设有充气口。
