随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对座椅的需求也变得更为多样性。有厂商开始研发和生产具备搁脚装置的座椅。搁脚装置往往和座椅主体连接,用户将双脚放置在搁脚装置上,抬高脚部,提升坐姿状态下的舒适性。如授权公开号为CN 206949927 U的中国专利文件公开了一种办公椅,其在椅座下方设置有搁脚机构,并且,该种搁脚机构采用了抽拉式的设计方式,可相对于椅座在前后方向滑动,一方面做到了适应不同身高的用户的搁脚需求,另一方面可将搁脚机构收纳在椅座对应的槽体中,便于收纳和美观。
技术问题
然而,该种结构的座椅在实际使用中依然存在着一定的缺陷,一方面,搁脚机构在收纳的过程中存在着收纳不顺利的问题,搁脚装置很难进入对应的座椅下方的容纳槽。在实际使用中,往往需要用户蹲下,用手且较为用力地将搁脚机构送入容纳槽,不仅费时费力,且用户的手部和膝部也容易弄脏。另一方面,搁脚虽然能在长度方向上滑行调节,但是由于不同的用户其体重、脚型都不同,单一的搁脚支撑效果有限。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置和一种座椅,不仅提升对用户脚部的支撑效果,增加对不同用户的通用性,且增加收纳过程的便利性和顺畅性。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,包含椅座、与椅座滑动连接的滑动管和安装在滑动管上的搁脚总成,搁脚总成为两套,分别单独与滑动管连接,每套搁脚总成均包含固定座、摆动座和单板;固定座与滑动管连接,摆动座与滑动管转动连接且在竖直方向上翻转,单板包含与摆动座固定连接的基盒和与基盒滑动连接的滑动板,两个滑动板的滑动方向为座椅的宽度方向。
一方面,在我方技术方案中,不采用一体式搁脚,而是采用分体式的两套搁脚总成,每套搁脚总成中均包含有一个滑动板。两个滑动板可以滑动,且滑动方向为座椅的宽度方向。这就使得两个滑动板可以彼此靠近和远离,从而整个搁脚区域的宽度实际可调,满足了不同用户、不同姿势的搁脚需求,提升了搁脚的舒适性和通用性。
另一方面,现有产品,刚使用时,由于搁脚部件和椅座下方的收纳区域,如收纳盒、收纳槽、收纳框较为贴合,收进容易。然而随着使用时间的增加,滑动管和/或搁脚部件都会形变,与收纳区域的贴合度降低,收进时容易碰撞、干涉,增加了收进的难度。而在本案中,单板作为搁脚的主体部件可以在竖直方向上翻转,这就带来了两个技术效果。其一,即使在收进收纳时存在形变干涉,也可以通过单板的翻转来使得优化收进的角度,避免与周边的部件例如收纳框、收纳盒的壁发生碰撞,收纳顺利。其二,使用时,单板为了人体舒适度,往往与水平面有着近30°-60°的夹角,而在收纳时,单板可翻转到近乎水平,从而减小收纳区域的体积。

实施例1,如图1所示,一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,包含椅座91,椅座91的下表面滑动安装有滑动管92,其前端安装有搁脚总成1。在用户使用时,用户可操作滑动管92划出,将双脚搁置在搁脚总成1上休息,提升舒适性。当不使用时,可操作滑动管92回滑。滑动管92可以为伸缩管设计。在椅座91的下表面往往设有收纳区域,如设置一个收纳框,搁脚总成1在回滑后自然进入收纳框完成收纳。以上部分,如椅座的结构、滑动管92的结构、收纳框的结构,与现有技术相同,本案可不做修改。
在本实施例中,滑动管92可以为两个,每个滑动管92均单独连接一个搁脚总成1。两个搁脚总成1的结构相同,布置方式左右对称布置。
如图2所示,每个搁脚总成1均包含一个固定座3,固定座3与滑动管92固定连接,在下文叙述的单板5的移动中,固定座3可视为一个不动件。
如图3和图4所示,在翻转过程中,翻转的部件是隔套2、单板5、摆动座4这三个部件,而固定座3是不翻转的。具体的,摆动座4包含连接座41和转动柱42。其中,连接座41用于连接单板5,而转动柱42即为这个翻转动作的旋转轴。固定座3的侧面开设有配合孔一,转动柱42卡入配合孔一,并且在用户的操作下发生相对转动,从而带动整个翻转动作。

隔套2的作用有二,作用一是上文所述的“同步翻转、中段加强”,另一个作用是强化整个结构的稳定度,避免形变。具体的,滑动管92具备一定的长度。其一端是连接在椅座91上,这一端的位置可视为固定的,可靠的。而另一端是去与搁脚总成1连接的,在实际使用中,有可能由于用户的脚部动作而使得两个搁脚总成1相互靠近。而这份相互靠近就会使得滑动管92倾斜、弯曲,长时间后不利于设备的使用寿命。而隔套2位于两个固定座3之间,滑动管92和固定座3固定连接,这就使得两个滑动管92的末端间距被限定,不存在由于相互靠近造成的滑动管92的弯曲。
此外,在这个过程中,对于单板5的翻转角度,进行了限位设计。具体的,连接件6上存在至少一个固定平面61,在本实施例中,由于是六角轴,就存在六个固定平面61。在固定片面61上安装有限位栓7。如图4所示,限位栓7的位置在固定座3的内腔中,固定座3的内腔中设有两个抵触瓣(图中未画出),在翻转过程中,限位栓就会与抵触瓣抵触,从而使得单板5的翻转角度在两个幅度上被限位。而在实际运用中,这两个限位角度即可为单板5在使用过程中的角度和在收纳状态下的角度。
本案中由于是两套搁脚总成1,故存在两个限位栓7。固定平面61的存在,一方面使得限位栓7的安装过程变得更为容易,另一方面使得两个限位栓7的安装角度变得更为精确和可控,从而使得两个固定座3对两个限位栓7的限位角度是一致的,是稳定的。
如图3和图4所示,摆动座4包含连接座41,连接座41一方面作为一个连接介质和单板5连接,另一方面也与连接件6连接。具体的,连接座41通过固定栓8连接在连接件6上。连接座41和隔套2一左一右紧贴固定座3,使得滑动管92不仅不易向内倾斜,也不易向外倾斜。
单板5采用了“两部三层”的设计方案,具体的,如图5所示,单板5包含了两个部分,分别是基盒51和滑动板52。两者之间存在座椅宽度方向上的相对滑动,基盒51和连接座41连接,在滑动的这个动作中,可视为一个不动件。滑动板52和基盒51相对滑动,其在滑动动作中,视为一个动件,且是用户脚部搁置的主要部件。基盒51采用了上下两层的设计,包含上盒和下盒,而滑动板52则在上盒和下盒之间。这样的三层设计不仅能起到使得滑动板52的滑动更为顺利稳定,且滑动板52作为一个主要的承力部件,拥有更好的支撑稳定性。
上盒和下盒之间通过连接柱进行连接,在滑动板52中开设有与之匹配的滑动槽523。在用户滑动滑动板52时,连接柱就在滑动槽523中移动。滑动过程的位置固定通过嵌入件来实现。具体的,嵌入件包含弹性件和顶珠,弹性件一端安装在基盒51上,一端连接在顶珠上。而滑动板52上包含一条调节条521,其上不同位置设有多个配合孔522。弹性件给顶珠施加一个顶出的弹力,顶珠的一部分卡在基盒51上,一部分卡进配合孔522中,完成滑动板52和基盒51的相对固定。需要滑动板52滑出时,用户只要稍微施加力,克服弹性件的弹力,顶珠缩回,即可实现相对滑动,而顶珠的球体圆弧设计也可以使得缩回顺畅。
一种座椅,包含靠背和椅脚,包含上文所述的搁脚装置,靠背和椅座91连接,椅脚安装在椅座91的底面上。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,包含椅座(91)、与所述椅座(91)滑动连接的滑动管(92)和安装在所述滑动管(92)上的搁脚总成(1),其特征在于: 所述搁脚总成(1)为两套,分别单独与所述滑动管(92)连接,每套搁脚总成均包含固定座(3)、摆动座(4)和单板(5);所述固定座(3)与所述滑动管(92)连接,所述摆动座(4)与所述滑动管(92)转动连接且在竖直方向上翻转,所述单板(5)包含与所述摆动座(4)固定连接的基盒(51)和与所述基盒(51)滑动连接的滑动板(52),两个所述滑动板(52)的滑动方向为座椅的宽度方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,其特征在于: 所述摆动座(4)包含连接座(41)和位于所述连接座(41)侧端的转动柱(42),所述固定座(3)侧面开设有供所述转动柱(42)进入的配合孔一。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,其特征在于: 所述摆动座(4)连接有连接件(6),所述连接件(6)上连接有限位栓(7),所述固定座(3)包含用于抵触所述限位栓(7)从而对所述摆动座(4)的翻转角度进行限位的限位瓣。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,其特征在于: 所述连接件(6)包含表面平整的固定平面(61),所述限位栓(7)安装在所述固定平面(61)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,其特征在于: 所述摆动座(4)通过固定栓(8)与所述连接件(6)连接,所述固定栓(8)安装在所述固定平面(61)上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,其特征在于: 两个所述摆动座(4)连接在一个所述连接件(6)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,其特征在于: 所述连接件(6)上套设有隔套(2),所述隔套位于两个所述固定座(3)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7任意一项所述的一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,其特征在于: 所述隔套(2)包含主筒(21)和在所述主筒(21)的两个侧端伸出的辅助柱(22),所述固定座(3)上设有供所述辅助柱(22)进入的配合孔二。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,其特征在于:所述基盒(51)上设有嵌入件,所述滑动板(52)包含供所述嵌入件进入从而锁定所述滑动板(52)相对所述基盒(51)相对位置的配合孔(522),所述配合孔(522)为多个,开设在调节条(521)上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,其特征在于:所述嵌入件包含弹性件和顶珠,所述弹性件一端与所述基盒(51)连接,另一端与所述顶珠连接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的一种适用于座椅的搁脚装置,其特征在于:所述基盒(51)包含在高度方向上排布的上盒和下盒,所述滑动板(52)位于所述上盒和所述下盒之间,所述上盒和所述下盒通过连接柱连接,所述滑动板(52)上开设有滑动槽(523),所述连接柱在所述滑动槽(523)中移动。
  12. 一种座椅,包含靠背和椅脚,其特征在于,包含如权利要求1-11任意一项所述的适用于座椅的搁脚装置,所述靠背和所述椅座(91)连接,所述椅脚安装在所述椅座(91)的底面上。
