为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
需要说明的是,虽然在装置示意图中进行了功能模块划分,在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于装置中的模块划分,或流程图中的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。说明书、权利要求书或上述附图中的术语“第一”、“目标”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
本申请提供了一种垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构及其垃圾桶,包括:驱动电机;连接件,连接件用于抵接垃圾桶盖;第三连杆,第三连杆的上端通过第一传动轴与连接件连接;第二连杆,第二连杆的上端与第三连杆的下端可转动连接;第一连杆,第一连杆的一端与第二连杆的下端可转动连接,第一连杆的另一端与驱动电机相连接;其中,在垃圾桶盖处于关闭状态的情况下,第三连杆 的延长线与第一连杆没有交点。根据本实施例的技术方案,三段连杆连接驱动电机和连接件,通过设置三段连轩的起始角、位置和长度,使第三连杆和第一连杆在同一平面实现不同的转动方向完成开合盖动作,使第二连杆和第一连杆形成的优化起始角有力、顺畅和快速反馈电机动作,第二连杆在转动过程中具有更多的横向分量使三段连杆有效灵活摆动,并支撑第三连杆实现开盖后的固定作用,第三连杆设计长度有效延长力臂作用,实现对一定重量盖子的固定和放大力矩,实现倾斜不掉盖;第三连杆设计起始角,使开合盖在活动范围内运动线性平稳运动。
如图1和图2所示,本申请提供了一种垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构,应用于垃圾桶200,垃圾桶200包括垃圾桶盖210,垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构包括驱动电机150、连接件170、第一连杆130、第二连杆120、第三连杆110,其中,连接件170用于抵接垃圾桶盖210,第三连杆110的上端通过第一传动轴140与连接件170连接,第二连杆120的上端与第三连杆110的下端可转动连接;第一连杆130的一端与第二连杆120的下端可转动连接,第一连杆130的另一端与驱动电机150相连接,在驱动电机150的驱动作用下,第三连杆110的转动方向与第一连杆130的转动方向互不相同。
参照图3,内部三连杆结构在外观设计、空间利用、力矩、开合稳定等方面的综合应用具有灵活性,但三连杆的设计有一定的技术特征,否则运动过程不在合理位置并进行线性运动,会直接影响力矩输出、动顺畅度、开盖顶部固定动作等开合盖效果。为解决上述三连杆存在的开合问题,在所述垃圾桶盖处于关闭状态的情况下,第一连杆130、第二连杆120、第三连杆110的位置关系可以设计为:第三连杆110的延长线与所述第一连杆130没有交点,,使开盖过程中的三连杆速比的变化幅度最小的即成线性运动,能够保证开盖顺畅,便于控制电机输出相应的转速。需要说明的是,三连杆速比公式为

其中,i指的是第一连杆130的转速与第三连杆110的转速比,L 3是第三连杆110的长度,L 1是第一连杆130的长度,β为第三连杆110和第二连杆120所形成夹角的 角度,α为第一连杆130和第二连杆120所形成夹角的角度。
进一步地,在所述垃圾桶盖处于关闭状态的情况下,所述第三连杆110与所述第二连杆120的夹角小于或者等于150度,在第三连杆110与所述第二连杆120的夹角小于或者等于150度时可节省第二连杆占用的横向空间,且第三连杆摆到终点位置时占的竖向空间。
进一步地,在所述垃圾桶盖处于关闭状态的情况下,所述第三连杆倾斜于竖直方向设置,使得能够保证开盖瞬间顺畅。
在一实施例中,在所述垃圾桶盖处于完全打开状态的情况下,所述第三连杆和所述第一连杆夹角小于140度。
根据本申请实施例的技术方案,三段连杆连接驱动电机和连接件,通过设置三段连轩的起始角、位置和长度,使第三连杆和第一连杆在同一平面实现不同的转动方向完成开合盖动作,使第二连杆120和第一连杆130形成的优化起始角有力、顺畅和快速反馈电机动作,第二连杆120在转动过程中具有更多的横向分量使三段连杆有效灵活摆动,并支撑第三连杆110实现开盖后的固定作用,第三连杆110设计长度有效延长力臂作用,实现对一定重量盖子的固定和放大力矩,实现倾斜不掉盖的效果;第三连杆110设计起始角,使开合盖在90度范围内运动线性平稳运动。
需要说明的是,垃圾桶200的可以是图5和图6所示的防水垃圾桶,在垃圾桶200上侧设置可以单侧翻转打开的垃圾桶盖210,从而在垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构的驱动下实现垃圾桶盖210的自动开关即可,本实施例对垃圾桶200的具体结构不作过多限定。
需要说明的是,驱动电机150可以是任意型号,能够驱动三连杆从而实现垃圾桶盖210的自动开关即可,本领域技术人员有动机根据实际情况选择驱动电机150的具体工作参数,本实施例对此不多作限定。
需要说明的是,连接件170可以在第一传动轴140的驱动下实现逆时针或者顺时针转动,由于连接件170与垃圾桶盖210相抵接,在连接件170沿顺时 针方向转动时,可以支撑垃圾桶盖210顺时针移动,从而实现垃圾桶盖210的打开;同理,在连接件170沿逆时针方向转动时,垃圾桶盖210在重力作用下会实现关闭。
需要说明的是,第三连杆110、第二连杆120和第一连杆130的连接方式可以参考图1所示,图1是垃圾桶盖210处于关闭状态下垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构100的状态图,第二连杆120与第三连杆110连接的一端位于与第一连杆130连接的一端的右侧,在打开垃圾桶盖210的过程中,驱动电机150驱动第一连杆130沿逆时针方向转动,从而驱动第二连杆120的下端往上移动,在第三连杆110的约束下,第二连杆120驱动第三连杆110沿顺时针方向转动,使得第二连杆120的上端沿圆周方向移动,相比起沿竖直方向移动的结构而言,能够有效减少第二连杆120上升的高度,从而减少第二连杆120与垃圾桶盖210发生干涉的风险,避免垃圾桶盖210与连接件170脱离形成漏水空隙,确保了垃圾桶200的防水性能。
另外,在一实施例中,第三连杆110的最小转动角度为80度。
需要说明的是,第三连杆110的最小转动角度80度,能确保开盖后保持足够支撑固定。
值得注意的是,第三连杆110是由第二连杆120驱动转动的,而第二连杆120是由第一连杆130驱动转动的,因此第三连杆110的转动角度与驱动电机150的最大转动角度并不一定相同,本领域技术人员有动机根据第二连杆120和第一连杆130的形状和安装方式进行调整,能够确保第三连杆110的转动角度即可。
另外,参考图4,在一实施例中,还包括:
安装架190,第一传动轴140设置于安装架190中,连接件170可转动设置于安装架190的凹槽中。
需要说明的是,为了驱动连接件170的转动,第一传动轴140可以贯穿连接于连接件170的内部,因此,可以在安装架190中设置两个弧形槽实现第一 传动轴140的放置,从而实现连接件170的安装。
需要说明的是,安装架190的形状可以是凹陷的,连接件170能够在安装架190的凹槽中活动即可,当垃圾桶盖210处于关闭状态下,连接件170收纳于安装架190的凹槽内,并在打开垃圾桶盖210的过程中从安装架190的凹槽中转出,安装架190的形状和凹槽尺寸可以根据连接件170的具体大小调整,在此不多作限定。
另外,参考图4,在一实施例中,安装架190还包括凸台191,第一传动轴140远离第三连杆110的一侧连接有限位块180。
需要说明的是,在第一传动轴140的一侧设置限位块180,能够与凸台191实现限位,避免转动角度过大导致垃圾桶盖210闭合过紧导致损坏。
另外,参考图2和图4,在一实施例中,连接件170的形状为U型。
需要说明的是,连接件170的形状为U型能够确保转动过程与垃圾桶盖210保持贴合,从而确保防水性能。
另外,在一实施例中,还包括:
第二传动轴160,第二传动轴160的一端与驱动电机150连接,另一端与第一连杆130连接。
需要说明的是,第一连杆130通过第二传动轴160与驱动电机150连接,能够实现第一连杆130的可拆卸性,便于安装和维修更换。
另外,在一实施例中,第二连杆120为弧形连杆,在垃圾桶盖210处于关闭状态下,第一连杆130与第二连杆120相连接的一端位于第一连杆130与驱动电机150相连接的一端的下侧。
需要说明的是,第二连杆120的形状可以参考图1所示的弧形,通过设置弧形连杆,能够使得第二连杆120在转动过程中沿圆周方向运动,使得第三连杆110在开盖初始阶段的转速保持平稳,避免转速变化过快而导致垃圾桶盖210形成顿挫感,有利于提高用户体验。
另外,参照图1,在一实施例中,第二连杆120的上端顶侧表面与垃圾桶盖 210的底侧表面相互平行。
需要说明的是,第二连杆120的上侧采用平面结构,能够使得第二连杆120在上升过程中减少与垃圾桶盖210发生干涉的风险。
另外,参照图5和图6,本申请实施例还提供了一种垃圾桶,该垃圾桶200包括如上所述的垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构100。
需要说明的是,垃圾桶200可以是图4和图5所示的防水垃圾桶,上桶体220和下桶体230之间密封连接,垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构100可以安装在上桶体220中,也可以安装在下桶体230中,能够对垃圾桶盖210进行支撑即可,在此不多作限定。
需要说明的是,在垃圾桶200中设置垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构100,能够通过三连杆连接驱动电机150和连接件170,并且第三连杆110和第一连杆130的转动方向不同,使得第二连杆120在转动过程中具有更多的横向分量,减少第二连杆120上升的高度,有效避免第二连杆120与垃圾桶盖210发生干涉的风险,确保垃圾桶200的防水性能。
另外,在一实施例中,还包括:
上桶体220,上桶体220的上侧表面设置有垃圾桶盖210,上桶体220还设置有避让槽221,连接件170位于避让槽221中;
下桶体230,下桶体230的上端设置有安装槽231,垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构100安装于安装槽231中。
需要说明的是,在上桶体220设置避让槽221,能够确保连接件170转动过程中不发生干涉,避让槽221的具体尺寸可以根据实际需求调整。
需要说明的是,将垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构100安装在下桶体230的安装槽231,能够便于拆装,可以在上桶体220对应的位置设置槽体,使得垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构100位于上桶体220和下桶体230的内部,从而提高垃圾桶200的密封性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构,应用于垃圾桶,所述垃圾桶包括垃圾桶盖,其特征在于,所述垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构包括:
    驱动电机;
    连接件,所述连接件用于抵接所述垃圾桶盖;
    第三连杆,所述第三连杆的上端通过第一传动轴与所述连接件连接;
    第二连杆,所述第二连杆的上端与所述第三连杆的下端可转动连接;
    第一连杆,所述第一连杆的一端与所述第二连杆的下端可转动连接,所述第一连杆的另一端与所述驱动电机相连接;
    其中,在所述垃圾桶盖处于关闭状态的情况下,所述第三连杆的延长线与所述第一连杆没有交点。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构,其特征在于,在所述垃圾桶盖处于关闭状态的情况下,所述第三连杆倾斜于竖直方向设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构,其特征在于,在所述垃圾桶盖处于关闭状态的情况下,所述第三连杆与所述第二连杆的夹角小于或者等于150度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构,其特征在于,在所述垃圾桶盖处于完全打开状态的情况下,所述第三连杆和所述第一连杆夹角小于140度。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的一种垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构,其特征在于:所述第三连杆的最小转动角度为80度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构,其特征在于,还包括:
    安装架,所述第一传动轴设置于所述安装架中,所述连接件可转动设置于所述安装架的凹槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构,其特征在于: 所述连接件的形状为U型。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构,其特征在于:所述第二连杆为弧形连杆,在所述垃圾桶盖处于关闭状态下,所述第一连杆与所述第二连杆相连接的一端位于所述第一连杆与所述驱动电机相连接的一端的下侧。
  9. 一种垃圾桶,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种垃圾桶盖,其特征在于,还包括:
    上桶体,所述上桶体的上侧表面设置有垃圾桶盖,所述上桶体还设置有避让槽,所述连接件位于所述避让槽中;
    下桶体,所述下桶体的上端设置有安装槽,所述垃圾桶盖的三连杆防水结构安装于所述安装槽中。
