Abstract
L'invention concerne un cylindre-coin spécial pour fortifier des terrains avec des boulons serre-câbles, principalement dans des travaux miniers et des travaux civils qui nécessitent des excavations de terrain superficielles ou souterraines et qui nécessitent une stabilisation par l'intermédiaire de l'installation de systèmes de fortification. Du fait de la nécessité de disposer d'un dispositif cylindre-coin suffisamment résistant aux conditions d'humidité et/ou d'eau existantes dues à des infiltrations dans le terrain et/ou à des vibrations produites dans l'environnement, un cylindre-coin pour la fortification avec des boulons serre-câbles est présenté. Ce dispositif (1) est constitué d'un ensemble cylindre (2) et coin (3) qui comprend une sécurité de blocage (5) pour éviter le déplacement du coin face à d'éventuelles vibrations au niveau du terrain, et des joints isolants (10, 11), à l'intérieur de l'ensemble cylindre-coin, qui confèrent une protection hermétique et évitent l'exposition du coin aux conditions d'oxydation produites par la présence d'humidité et/ou d'eau.
