现有的超声波治疗头,聚焦超声波陶瓷片通常设置在一个密封容器内,且密封容器内充满可传导超声波的液体,密封容器的一面是用软性的塑料硬质薄导声膜,超声波能量从塑料硬质薄导声膜发射出容器表面,把塑料硬质薄导声膜紧压已经涂有超声波耦合剂的皮肤表面,超声波通过皮肤表面可进入皮下组织的作用部位从而发生作用。然而,现有的超声波治疗头的治疗通常是声波聚焦于一个点,治疗范围较小,且效率不高。

本申请的超声波治疗头10包括壳体100、支架200以及超声换能单元300;所述壳体100的一端开设有治疗窗111;所述支架200设置在所述壳体100中;所述超声换能单元300安装于所述支架200,所述超声换能单元300具有发射面310,所述发射面310形成有位于所述治疗窗111外侧的多个聚焦点,多个所述聚焦点汇聚成一聚焦区400。如此,通过该聚焦区400对用户进行治疗,治疗的范围更大,且相对于传统的点治疗,聚焦区400治疗的效率更高,且聚焦区400的能量较均匀,治疗效果更好。
请参阅图1至图3,在一实施例中,所述发射面310为弧面。具体地,所述发射面310可以设置为弧面,通过所述弧面发射声波,并在所述治疗窗111的外侧形成聚焦区400,以对用户进行治疗。
在另一实施例中,所述发射面310为平面,所述超声波治疗头10还包括声透镜,所述声透镜为弧面声透镜,所述声透镜安装于所述发射面310。具体地,所述发射面310也可以设置为平面,在所述发射面310处安装一弧面声透镜,发射面310发射出声波后,通过声波在所述弧面声透镜中进行折射,以在所述治疗窗111的外侧形成聚焦区400,并对用户进行治疗。
在一实施例中,所述聚焦区400呈球体设置,或者,所述聚焦区400呈椭球体设置。具体地,所述聚焦区400呈立体状设置,相对于点或面,呈球体或椭球体设置的聚焦区400的范围更大,能够起到更好的治疗效果,提高治疗效率。
本方案的超声换能单元300具有发射面310,所述发射面310形成有位于所述治疗窗111外侧的多个聚焦点,多个所述聚焦点汇聚成一聚焦区400。该聚焦区400可对应多个深度,以使得超声换能单元300具有多个深度的治疗效果。因此,该超声换能单元300可以同时进入到人体皮下组织的不同深度范围,当超声波治疗头10工作时,超声波治疗头10可以同时对人体皮下组织内不同深度的部位发生作用,起到治疗的目的,进一步满足客户不同的需求。
在一实施例中,所述聚焦区400的深度范围为0.5 mm~2.5 mm。具体地,超声换能单元300进入人体皮下组织的深度范围可以是0.5 mm~2.5 mm,该深度为人体的真皮层,当超声波治疗头10工作时,超声波治疗头10可以引起机械效应和热效应,导致胶原蛋白的即刻收缩,引起炎症效应,促进胶原蛋白新生,在该深度范围内,超声波治疗头10主要用于皮肤紧致和皱纹的治疗等。
在一实施例中,所述聚焦区400的深度范围为1.5 mm~3.5 mm。具体地,超声换能单元300进入人体皮下组织的深度范围也可以是1.5 mm~3.5 mm,该深度为人体的皮下脂肪层,当超声波治疗头10工作时,超声波治疗头10可以灭活脂肪细胞,引起脂肪干细胞的分化,分化成纤维细胞,促进组织的紧致和致密,在该深度范围内,超声波治疗头10主要用于治疗萎缩性瘢痕,肥胖等临床问题。
在一实施例中,所述聚焦区400的深度范围为3 mm~15 mm。具体地,超声换能单元300进入人体皮下组织的深度范围还可以是3 mm~15 mm,该深度为人体的皮下筋膜层,当超声波治疗头10工作时,超声波治疗头10可以紧致皮肤,改善身体轮廓,提拉肌底达到紧致提升。
需要说明的是,超声换能单元300进入人体皮下组织的深度范围还可以有其他范围,包括但不局限于前述三个范围,对此不作具体限制。
在一实施例中,所述超声换能单元300的工作频率为0.5 MHz~10 MHz。
具体地,当超声换能单元300进入人体皮下组织的深度范围是0.5 mm~2.5 mm时,该深度为人体的真皮层,此时超声波治疗头10的频率为4 MHz~10 MHz,功率为1 W~10 W,当超声波治疗头10工作时,超声波治疗头10可以引起机械效应和热效应,导致胶原蛋白的即刻收缩,引起炎症效应,促进胶原蛋白新生,在该深度范围内,超声波治疗头10主要用于皮肤紧致和皱纹的治疗等。
当超声换能单元300进入人体皮下组织的深度范围是1.5 mm~3.5 mm时,该深度为人体的皮下脂肪层,此时超声波治疗头10的频率为1 MHz~4 MHz,功率为3 W~40 W,当超声波治疗头10工作时,超声波治疗头10可以灭活脂肪细胞,引起脂肪干细胞的分化,分化成纤维细胞,促进组织的紧致和致密,在该深度范围内,超声波治疗头10主要用于治疗萎缩性瘢痕,肥胖等临床问题。
当超声换能单元300进入人体皮下组织的深度范围是3 mm~15 mm时,该深度为人体的皮下筋膜层,此时超声波治疗头10的频率为0.5 MHz~2 MHz,功率为3 W~40 W,当超声波治疗头10工作时,超声波治疗头10可以紧致皮肤,改善身体轮廓,提拉肌底达到紧致提升。
请参阅图1至图3,在一实施例中,所述壳体100内设置有液态导声介质,所述超声波治疗头10还包括透声膜500,所述透声膜500设置在所述治疗窗111处,用以将所述治疗窗111密封,以形成供所述液态导声介质容纳的容纳腔600。具体地,超声波主要通过治疗窗111进入人体的皮下层,由于超声波的传导需要液体介质,因此在壳体100内还设置有液态导声介质,通过液态导声介质对超声波治疗头发出的超声波进行传递。透声膜500设置在所述治疗窗111处,超声波会先穿过透声膜500,然后到达人体皮肤内,从而对患者进行治疗。同时,通过透声膜500将治疗窗111密封,可以防止液态导声介质泄漏。
本申请还提出一种超声波治疗仪,所述超声波治疗仪包括超声波治疗头10。所述超声波治疗头10的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本超声波治疗仪采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种超声波治疗头,其中,所述超声波治疗头包括:
    壳体,所述壳体的一端开设有治疗窗;
    支架,所述支架设置在所述壳体中;以及
    超声换能单元,所述超声换能单元安装于所述支架,所述超声换能单元具有发射面,所述发射面发出的超声波在所述治疗窗外侧形成多个聚焦点,多个所述聚焦点汇聚成一聚焦区。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的超声波治疗头,其中,所述发射面为弧面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的超声波治疗头,其中,所述发射面为平面,所述超声波治疗头还包括声透镜,所述声透镜为弧面声透镜,所述声透镜安装于所述发射面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的超声波治疗头,其中,所述聚焦区为立体状。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的超声波治疗头,其中,所述聚焦区呈球体设置。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的超声波治疗头,其中,所述聚焦区呈椭球体设置。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的超声波治疗头,其中,所述聚焦区的深度范围不小于0.5 mm,且不大于2.5 mm。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的超声波治疗头,其中,所述聚焦区的深度范围不小于1.5 mm,且不大于3.5 mm。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的超声波治疗头,其中,所述聚焦区的深度范围不小于3 mm,且不大于15 mm。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的超声波治疗头,其中,所述超声换能单元的工作频率不小于0.5 MHz,且不大于10 MHz。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的超声波治疗头,其中,所述壳体内设置有液态导声介质,所述超声波治疗头还包括透声膜,所述透声膜设置在所述治疗窗处,用以将所述治疗窗密封,以形成供所述液态导声介质容纳的容纳腔。
  12. 一种超声波治疗仪,其中,所述超声波治疗仪包括如权利要求1至11任意一项所述的超声波治疗头。
