Description

一种音响模组以及电子设备
本申请要求于2022年05月05日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202210483757.5申请名称为“一种音响模组以及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子设备制造领域,尤其涉及一种音响模组以及电子设备。
背景技术
电子设备,比如显示设备,具有播放音频的功能。为了实现这一功能,显示设备上设置有将电信号转化为声音信号的扬声器。为了保证扬声器发出的声音具有良好的声学特征,需要在扬声器的外部设置喇叭网。喇叭网的壁厚较薄,因而,不能直接固定到显示设备的壳体上。
图1为现有技术中一种显示设备200的结构示意图。如图1所示,显示设备200包括壳体20、设置在壳体20内的屏幕组件10,以及设置在屏幕组件10下端且与壳体20固定连接的音响模组30。音响模组30包括装饰件301和设置在装饰件301下端的喇叭网302,装饰件301和喇叭网302通过胶粘的方式固定连接。其中,装饰件301的上端与壳体20固定连接。这样,通过将装饰件301与壳体20固定到显示设备200的方式,与装饰件301固定在一起的喇叭网302也被安装到显示设备200上。
然而,当喇叭网302被固定到显示设备200上时,喇叭网302和显示设备200的屏幕组件10之间有装饰件301和背胶层(背胶层为装饰件301和喇叭网302通过胶粘的方式固定连接形成的),会出现喇叭网302和屏幕组件10之间结构不紧凑的问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种音响模组以及电子设备,用于解决在电子设备中音响模组的安装位置上,音响模组和电子设备的其他组件之间结构不紧凑的问题。
为达到上述目的,本申请的实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种音响模组,该音响模组包括:喇叭网和固定件,喇叭网包括相对的第一端面和第二端面,第一端面开设有朝第二端面凹陷的安装腔,第二端面开设有与安装腔相连通的多个声孔,第一端面用于抵接在电子设备的壳体上;固定件固定在安装腔内,固定件用于固定在电子设备上。
基于上述对本申请实施例给出的音响模组结构的描述,可以看出,该音响模组是一种固定件被喇叭网包裹的结构。即就是通过将固定件固定到电子设备上的方式,与固定件固定在一起的喇叭网也被安装到电子设备上。由于固定件固定在喇叭网的安装腔内,进而,当包含喇叭网和固定件的音响模组被固定到电子设备上时,喇叭网的第一端面与电子设备相抵接,而用于将该音响模组与电子设备固定连接的固定件被隐藏在喇叭网的安装腔内,这样,从电子设备外观看,可以看到与电子设备抵接的喇叭网,对于固定件、固定件与喇叭网之间可能存在的间隙,以及粘接固定件与喇叭网的第一粘接胶层,或者连接固定件和电子设备的结构均不可见。
所以,本申请实施例给出的音响模组能够使音响模组和电子设备之间结构紧凑,同时,也可以提升该电子设备的外形美观度,提升用户的视觉冲击感。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,固定件具有相对的第三端面和第四端面,第三端面靠近第一端面,第四端面靠近第二端面;第四端面上开设有朝第三端面凹陷的容纳槽;音响模组还包括:第一粘接胶层,第一粘接胶层设置在容纳槽中,以固定连接喇叭网和固定件。当第一粘接胶层设置在容纳槽中时,第一粘接胶层的厚度在满足喇叭网和固定件之间的粘接强度要求的同时,第一粘接胶层的厚度的一部分厚度被容纳槽的深度吸收。因此,虽然增加了第一粘接胶层,但是由于在固定件的第四端面上设置了容纳槽,音响模组的总厚度变化不大,有利于音响模组的减薄设计。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,该音响模组还包括网布。网布位于安装腔内且在喇叭网的多个声孔上。这样,当从电子设备外观看,可以从多个声孔中看到声孔后的网布。网布是一种透气且不影响声学特性的布,因而,设置网布不但提升外形美观度,还不会影响声学特性。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,安装腔的侧壁面形成有朝安装腔内延伸的伸出部,以使得安装腔的侧壁面形成有镶嵌槽,固定件的边缘设置在镶嵌槽内。通过在安装腔的部分区域加设伸出部,使固定件被卡在安装腔内,加强了固定件和喇叭网的连接可靠性。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,固定件上开设有第一卡槽,伸出部设置在第一卡槽内。通过设置第一卡槽,固定件设置在镶嵌槽内的结构厚度减小,使得镶嵌槽的高度较小。在保证固定件和喇叭网之间连接的可靠性的前提下,可以最大限度地减小音响模组的厚度。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,音响模组还包括卡接结构,卡接结构用于将固定件的边缘卡接在喇叭网上,且卡接结构和伸出部设置在固定件相对的两侧。通过在与伸出部相对的位置设置卡接结构,使固定件被卡接结构卡在安装腔内,加强了固定件和喇叭网的连接可靠性;以及卡接结构和伸出部相对设置能够避免固定件出现一侧翘起的情况,使得固定件和喇叭网的连接更加稳定。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,卡接结构包括弹性卡扣,弹性卡扣的一端与喇叭网的外缘固定连接,另一端能够折弯并抵接在固定件上。弹性卡扣的结构简单,成本低廉,加工方便,有利于产品的量产。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,固定件上开设有第二卡槽,弹性卡扣的另一端设置在第二卡槽内。第二卡槽的设置使得固定件的厚度减小,当弹性卡扣的另一端设置在第二卡槽内时,弹性卡扣和固定件的厚度之和也随之减少,在保证固定件和喇叭网之间连接的可靠性的前提下,可以最大限度地减小音响模组的厚度。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,第一卡槽开设在固定件的第三端面的边缘且朝第四端面凹陷。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,第一卡槽与伸出部相对设置。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,第二卡槽开设在固定件的第三端面的边缘,且朝第四端面凹陷。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,第二卡槽与卡接结构相对设置。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,喇叭网的内侧壁和固定件的外侧壁之间通过第二粘接胶层固定连接。通过将固定件的外侧壁和喇叭网的内侧壁以胶粘的方式固定在一起,有效地利用了因生产工艺产生的由固定件的外侧壁和喇叭网的内侧壁形成的间隙这一结构,在保证连接的可靠性的同时,还能使音响模组的结构简单,外观紧凑大气,适合批量生产,有利于降低产品的成本。
在第一方面可能的实现方式中,喇叭网的第二端面上的棱边设置有圆角。圆角半径小于0.6mm时,可以减少喇叭网外观的钝感,既能提升该电子设备的外形美观度,同时兼顾生产工艺的要求。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括壳体和上述的音响模组,喇叭网的第一端面抵接在壳体上,固定件与壳体固定连接。使得在电子设备中音响模组的安装位置上,音响模组和背板之间结构紧凑。从电子设备外观看,可以看到与电子设备抵接的喇叭网,对于固定件、固定件与喇叭网之间可能存在的间隙,以及粘接固定件与喇叭网的第一粘接胶层,或者连接固定件和电子设备的结构均不可见。本申请实施例给出的电子设备的外形美观。
在第二方面可能的实现方式中,电子设备为显示设备;显示设备包括显示屏,显示屏固定在壳体内;音响模组设置在壳体的下端。
在第二方面可能的实现方式中,音响模组设置在显示设备的正向。让用户强烈感知前出音音响,同时从电子设备外观看,只看到音响模组与电子设备抵接的喇叭网。

本申请实施例提供一种电子设备。该电子设备可以包括显示设备(例如,大屏电视)、手机(mobile phone)、平板电脑(pad)、智能穿戴产品(例如,智能手表、智能手环)、虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)设备、增强现实(augmented reality,AR),还可以是家用电器等设备。本申请实施例对上述电子设备的具体形式不做特殊限制。
下面以显示设备中的电视为例,说明本申请涉及的结构。
图2为本申请实施例提供的一种显示设备的结构示意图。如图2所示,显示设备200包括调谐解调器210、控制器250、显示器260、音频输出接口270。
在一些实施例中控制器包括处理器,视频处理器,音频处理器,用于输入/输出的第一接口至第n接口。
显示器260包括用于呈现画面的显示屏组件,以及驱动图像显示的驱动组件,用于接收源自控制器输出的图像信号,进行显示视频内容、图像内容以及菜单操控界面的组件以及用户操控UI界面。
显示器260可为液晶显示器、以及投影显示器,还可以为一种投影装置和投影屏幕。
调谐解调器210通过有线或无线接收方式接收广播电视信号,以及从多个无线或 有线广播电视信号中解调出音视频信号,如以及EPG数据信号。
在一些实施例中,控制器250和调谐解调器210可以位于不同的分体设备中,即调谐解调器210也可在控制器250所在的主体设备的外置设备中,如外置机顶盒等。
控制器250,通过存储在存储器上中各种软件控制程序,来控制显示设备的工作和响应用户的操作。控制器250控制显示设备200的整体操作。例如:响应于接收到用于选择在显示器260上显示UI对象的用户命令,控制器250便可以执行与由用户命令选择的对象有关的操作。
在一些实施例中控制器包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),视频处理器,音频处理器,用于输入/输出的第一接口至第n接口,通信总线(Bus)等中的至少一种。
音频输出接口270中至少包括扬声器。其中,扬声器用于发声。
在一些实施例中,显示设备中扬声器发声的原理如下:显示设备200的检测器230接收高频的声音信号;调谐解调器210将高频的声音信号解析为中频的声音信号;控制器250将中频的声音信号发送给功放电路,其中,功放电路可以设置在显示设备200的主板上,也可以单独设置;功放电路将中频的声音信号放大,并将放大后的声音信号耦合至扬声器;放大的声音信号是一种电信号,扬声器将电信号转化为音频,并完成播放。
在一些实施例中,为了使扬声器在播放声音时,声音衰减尽可能减小,同时满足扬声器防水、防尘的需求,在扬声器的外部设置有喇叭网。
在一些实施例中,喇叭网的厚度较薄,为了保证喇叭网与显示设备的壳体之间的连接可靠性,喇叭网不能直接与显示设备的壳体固定连接,而是先将喇叭网与固定件连接,再将固定件与壳体连接,从而实现喇叭网的固定。
在一种实现方式中,显示设备的扬声器设置在显示设备的显示屏的下端,所以,喇叭网和固定件也设置在显示屏的下端。
图3a为本申请实施例提供的一种显示设备的正视图。如图3a所示,显示设备包括壳体20和喇叭网2,喇叭网2设置在显示设备的壳体20的下方。
图4a本申请实施例提供的一种音响模组的拆分示意图。如图4a所示,该音响模组包括喇叭网2和固定件1,喇叭网2包括相对的第一端面21和第二端面22。
其中,第一端面21的部分区域上开设有朝第二端面22凹陷的安装腔23。安装腔23的横截面积小于第一端面21的面积,以使安装腔23的为一种无盖的盒状结构。
在一些实施例中,安装腔23具有四个侧壁,且四个侧壁中每相邻的两个侧壁之间的连接位置无缝隙。从喇叭网2的外观看,设置在安装腔23的内的固定件不可见,使得外形美观。
以及,第二端面22开设有与安装腔23相连通的多个声孔27。多个声孔27可以如图4a所示的布满第二端面22,也可以如图3a所示的设置在第二端面22的部分区域,本申请对声孔的数量不作限定。
在一些实施例中,喇叭网的第二端面上的棱边设置有圆角,圆角半径小于0.6mm,比如圆角半径可以是0.4mm。
在一种实现方式中,多个声孔27可以如图3b所示的阵列排列。
在另一种实现方式中,多个声孔27可以如图3c所示的间错排列。
一并结合图3a和图4a,喇叭网2中设置有声孔27的第二端面22展示在显示设备的正面,即用户所正视的面,且喇叭网2的第一端面21抵接在显示设备的壳体20上。
扬声器发出的声音通过声孔传播到喇叭网的外部,可以减少声音衰减,同时,声孔27所在的面朝向用户,使得用户能够正面接收声音信息,让用户强烈地感知前出音音响的优质音质。
喇叭网2具有多种可以实现的工艺手段,比如,在一种实现方式中,喇叭网2可以采用冲压成型的方式获得。
喇叭网2的形状具有多种情况,比如,在一种实现方式中,喇叭网2可以是如图4a所示的一种无盖的立方体盒状结构,在另外一种实现方式中,喇叭网2也可以是如图4b所示半圆型的盒状结构。
如图4a所示,在一种实现方式中,喇叭网2的厚度R尺寸范围为0.5-0.6mm。当然,也可以选择其他数值范围,本申请对此不做特殊限定。
本申请实施例给出的音响模组中,如图4a所示,固定件1固定在安装腔23内。其中,固定件1具有相对的第三端面12和第四端面13,第三端面12靠近第一端面21,第四端面13靠近第二端面22。
在一种实现方式中,第三端面12和第四端面13之间的厚度可以为0.5-0.6mm。较薄的固定件1厚度,有利于减小安装腔23的高度,从而减少音响模组的厚度。
在一种实现方式中,固定件1的第四端面13和安装腔23的底面之间可以通过双组分胶粘剂(即AB胶)或双面胶固定。AB胶或双面胶的设置位置可以在安装腔23的底面的边缘且远离声孔27的位置;当声孔27如图3a所示的设置在第二端面22的部分区域时,AB胶或双面胶的设置位置还可以在第二端面22上的中心且未设置声孔27的位置,以使得固定件1和喇叭网2呈连接在一起的音响模组结构。
本申请实施例给出的音响模组中,是将固定件1与显示设备的壳体连接,且喇叭网2的第一端面21抵接在显示设备的壳体上,以使得音响模组固定在显示设备的壳体上。
固定件1与壳体的连接结构具有多种,下述给出了可以实现的两种连接结构。
图4a给出了其中一种连接结构。具体的,固定件1的第三端面12上设置有延伸至喇叭网2外部的凸起件11,凸起件11上可以设置与固定螺纹连接件适配的通孔,以使螺纹连接件穿过通孔,固定到显示设备上。可以理解的是,凸起件11的形状尺寸与显示设备上与其装配的结构相适应即可,对固定件1的凸起件11的形状尺寸,本申请不作限定。
当固定件1采用图4a所示方式与显示设备的壳体固定连接时,凸起件11上设置的缺口18避开壳体上的突起结构,减轻固定件1重量的同时,便于凸起件11和壳体的安装。
在一种实现方式中,在固定件1上设置加强筋107,加强筋107用于保证固定件1的强度要求,同时可以用来固定其他零件,比如显示设备的后壳。
在另外一些可以选择的连接结构中,该连接结构包括成对的扣合组件,其中一个 组件与固定件1连接,另一个组件可以与显示设备的壳体连接。通过按压扣合的方式实现固定件1与壳体的连接。
由于固定件1固定在喇叭网2的安装腔23内,且喇叭网2的第一端面21与显示设备相抵接,从显示设备外观看,可以看到与显示设备抵接的喇叭网2,对于固定件1、固定件1与喇叭网2之间可能存在的间隙,以及粘接固定件1与喇叭网2的粘接胶,或者连接固定件1和显示设备的结构均不可见。所以,本申请实施例给出的音响模组能够使音响模组和显示设备之间结构紧凑,同时,也可以提升该显示设备的外形美观度,提升用户的视觉冲击感。
图5a为本申请实施例提供的另一种音响模组的拆分示意图。如图5a所示,该音响模组除了包括喇叭网2和固定件1,还包括设置在安装腔23内的第一粘接胶层3和网布4,第一粘接胶层3设置在固定件1的第四端面13上,网布4设置在第一粘接胶层3和喇叭网2之间,且网布4覆盖在多个声孔27上。这样,当从喇叭网2的正向方向看时,看到的是声孔27后的网布4,不会看到第一粘接胶层3,提升该显示设备的外形美观度。
其中,网布4可以是不织布,不织布不会影响扬声器的声学特性;网布也可以是其他不影响声学性能的,且透气的材质,比如针刺无纺布。
图5b为本申请实施例提供的另一种固定件的结构示意图。如图5b所示,在一些实施例中,固定件1的第四端面13的部分位置上开设有朝第三端面12凹陷的容纳槽14,容纳槽14用于设置第一粘接胶层3。这样,容纳槽14可以产生沿正向方向的厚度S收益,进一步减小音响模组的厚度。
在一种实现方式中,容纳槽14可以设置在第四端面13的中心位置上,容纳槽14的边缘和第四端面13的边缘之间预留一定距离,以使第一粘接胶层3与第四端面13的边缘之间保证间距,这样,有利于减薄音响组件的厚度。
由于网布4表面比较,第一粘接胶层3和网布4之间的粘接可靠性不高。因而,仅通过第一粘接胶层3将喇叭网2和固定件1固定连接,不能保证连接的可靠性。为了解决这个问题,本申请实施例还提供以下几种喇叭网2和固定件1固定连接的连接结构。
图6a为本申请实施例提供的一种喇叭网的结构示意图。如图6a所示,喇叭网2的安装腔23的侧壁面形成有朝安装腔23内延伸的伸出部241。以使得安装腔23的侧壁面形成有镶嵌槽24,固定件的边缘可以设置在镶嵌槽24内。在安装腔23的侧壁面上且与伸出部241相对的位置设置有卡接结构25。
在一种实现方式中,伸出部241可以通过机加工(即CNN)的方式,在安装腔23的侧壁面上挖槽,以去除安装腔23的侧壁面上的多余材料,以使伸出部241成型在安装腔23的侧壁面上,与安装腔23的侧壁面形成镶嵌槽24。
在另一种实现方式中,伸出部241可以通过在安装腔23的侧壁面上冲压出向安装腔23内延伸的伸出部241的方式成型。
在一种实现方式中,伸出部241的各个棱边为无圆角设计。
在一种实现方式中,伸出部241采用新型极限钝、锉、挤工艺,实现伸出部241棱边无圆角的设计。
可以理解的是,伸出部241朝安装腔23内延伸的宽度T上限以满足固定件1的能够安装到安装腔23中的条件,同时,延伸的宽度T下限应以满足固定件1和伸出部241的扣合可靠性为依据。
图6b为图6a所示的喇叭网的卡接结构处于卡接状态的结构示意图。一并结合图6a和图6b,在一些实施例中,卡接结构25可以是一个与安装腔23的侧壁面相连接的金属片,金属片具有可以向安装腔23内弯折的可折弯部分。如图6a所示,卡接结构25处于第一状态时,金属片呈直立状态。如图6b所示,卡接结构25处于第二状态时,沿指向安装腔23的方向,金属片的可折弯部分向内弯折,以使固定件被金属片扣住。
图7为本申请实施例提供的一种音响模组的装配示意图。如图7所示,将固定件安装到如图6a和图6b所示的喇叭网的过程如下:
S100,使喇叭网2保持安装腔23朝上的姿态,同时,确认卡接结构25的金属片的可折弯部分处于直立状态。
S200,使固定件1保持凸起件11朝上的姿态,将固定件1斜插入喇叭网2的安装腔23中,使固定件1的第三端面12的边缘位于镶嵌槽24内,
S300,将固定件1自然落下,使固定件1的第三端面12全部进入安装腔23中。
S400,沿指向安装腔23内的方向,将卡接结构25的金属片的可折弯部分进行弯折,使金属片的可折弯部分与固定件1的第三端面12接触,进而将固定件1卡在安装腔23中。
通过执行S100-S400的步骤,固定件1和喇叭网2被固定在一起。
在一些实施例中,伸出部241可以如图6a所示的仅设置一个,也可以如图6b所示的设置3个,还可以根据喇叭网的尺寸设置多个。与伸出部241相对设置的卡接结构25的数目可以和伸出部241的数目相同,也可以少于伸出部241的数目。
在一些实施例中,伸出部241可以和卡接结构25间错设置。
本实施例提供的音响模组,通过设置相对的伸出部241和卡接结构25,将固定件1卡在喇叭网2的安装腔23中,从而保证固定件1和喇叭网2连接的可靠性。
图8为本申请实施例提供的一种音响模组的剖面图。如图8所示,在一些实施例中,音响模组中除了包括固定件1和喇叭网2,还包括第一粘接胶层3和网布4。如图8所示的音响模组安装过程如下:
S10,将网布4浸润水性胶。
S20,将浸润水性胶后的网布4粘贴到喇叭网2的安装腔23内,且网布4粘贴在声孔27上,以形成第一组件。
S30,将第一粘接胶层3黏贴在固定件1的第四端面13上,且保证第一粘接胶层3在第四端面13内,不超出第四端面13的边缘。
在一种实现方式中,第一粘接胶层3与第四端面13的边缘之间应保证最小距离。
在一种实现方式中,第一粘接胶层3可以由多个粘接胶块组成。
在执行S10-S30步骤后,执行上述S100-S400的步骤,以完成音响模组安装。由于第一粘接胶层3和网布4设置在固定件1和喇叭网2之间,第一粘接胶层3和网布4也被固定在安装腔23中。
图9为本申请实施例提供的另一种固定件的结构示意图。图10为本申请实施例提 供的一种固定件和喇叭网装配后的结构示意图。一并结合图9和图10,在一些实施例中,固定件1的第三端面12的边缘开设有朝第四端面13凹陷的第一卡槽15和第二卡槽16。
当固定件1安装到喇叭网2的安装腔23后,第一卡槽15与伸出部241相对设置,且位于在伸出部241靠近第二端面22的一侧;第二卡槽16与卡接结构25相对设置,且位于卡接结构25靠近第二端面22的一侧。
图11为本申请实施例提供的一种音响模组的局部剖面图。如图11所示,在一些实施例中,由于固定件1的第三端面12上设置有第一卡槽15和第二卡槽16,当固定件1和喇叭网2装配后,固定件1与伸出部241接触的表面为第一卡槽15的第一表面151。其中,第一表面151在第三端面12和第四端面13之间。
可见,相对于如图8所示的直接将第三端面12和第四端面13之间的结构设置在伸出部241中,如图11所示的,将第一表面151和第四端面13之间的结构设置在伸出部241中时,如图11所示的镶嵌槽24沿z方向上的高度较小。这样,在保证固定件1和喇叭网2之间连接的可靠性的前提下,可以最大限度地减小音响模组的厚度。
在一种实现方式中,固定件1的第三端面12与喇叭网2的第一端面21位于同一平面上。当第一端面21抵接在显示设备的壳体上时,固定件1的第三端面12也位于同一平面,从电子设备外观看,可以看到与电子设备抵接的喇叭网,对于固定件的结构不可见,从而提升该显示设备的外形美观度。
图12为本申请实施例提供的又一种喇叭网的结构示意图。如图12所示,卡接结构25还可以是具有弹性的的按压式卡扣7。在喇叭网的侧壁上开一个与伸出部241相对的凹槽26,将按压式卡扣7设置在凹槽26中,通过将固定件以按压的方式压入喇叭网2中后时,按压式卡扣7的第一端71弹到固定件的上方,以完成喇叭网和固定件的固定。
下面对喇叭网2和固定件1之间的其他固定连接方式进行详细说明。
图13a为本申请实施例提供的另一种音响模组的局部剖面图。如图13a所示,在一些实施例中,喇叭网2的厚度较大,且喇叭网2上的声孔间距较大,为了保证喇叭网2和固定件1之间的连接可靠性,固定件1和喇叭网2之间通过螺纹连接件6连接在一起。
如图13a所示,在一种实现方式中,音响模组包括固定件1、喇叭网2、第一粘接胶层3和网布4,螺纹连接件6穿过固定件1上设置的安装孔,再穿过网布4对应的通孔,拧到喇叭网2上的螺纹孔28上。
以及,图13b为图13a所示的音响模组的结构示意图。如图13b所示,沿y方向(y方向为音响模组的长边方向)的正方向上,第一粘接胶层3的边缘与喇叭网2的内侧壁之间的距离为第一距离L,螺纹连接件6与喇叭网2的内侧壁之间的距离为第二距离M,其中,L大于M。网布4的边缘与喇叭网2的内侧壁之间的距离为第三距离N,其中,M大于N。固定件1的侧壁和喇叭网2的内侧壁之间有间隙8,间隙8沿y方向的宽度为第四距离P,其中,N大于P。这样,越靠近喇叭网2的内侧壁,各部件之间的空隙就越多,有利于音响模组各组件的装配,还可以减小各部件加工精度的要求,有利于降低成本。
图13c为图13a所示的音响模组中喇叭网的局部示意图。如图13c所示,在一种实现方式中,喇叭网2上的螺纹孔设置在阵列排布的四个声孔所在区域的中心位置。
图14a为本申请实施例提供的又一种音响模组的局部剖面图。如图14a所示,固定件1的侧壁和喇叭网2的内侧壁之间有间隙8,在间隙8中点胶,胶可以是AB胶,也可以是水性胶。
在另一种实现方式中,在喇叭网2的内侧壁和固定件1的外侧壁之间设置第二粘接胶层,第二粘接胶层为双面胶结构,第二粘接胶层用于使得喇叭网2和固定件1固定连接。图14b为本申请实施例提供的另一种音响模组的局部剖面图。如图14b所示,固定件1的第三端面12的边缘开设有朝第四端面13凹陷的溢胶槽17,用于容纳在间隙8中溢出的胶。溢胶槽17可以是如图14b所示的立方形的阶梯槽,也可以是如图14c所示的呈圆弧型。
如图14a和图14b所示的音响模组通过将固定件1的侧壁和喇叭网2的外侧壁以胶粘的方式固定在一起,有效地利用了因生产工艺产生的间隙8这一结构,在保证连接的可靠性的同时,还能使音响模组的结构简单,外观紧凑大气,适合批量生产,有利于降低产品的成本。
另外,在产品的侧壁上点胶,不会影响喇叭网的声孔工作,能够保证声学特征的要求。
本申请实施例提供一种固定件和显示设备的壳体的连接方式,下面结合附图进行说明。
图15a为本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备的拆分示意图。如图15a所示,显示设备包括固定件1和喇叭网2,固定件1用于和喇叭网2固定连接,并且和显示设备固定连接。从而,将喇叭网2固定在显示设备上。沿显示设备的正向方向,固定件1设置在喇叭网2的后面。这样,在固定件1固定在显示设备上之后,从显示设备的正向看去,可以看到喇叭网2的第二端面22,且不会看到固定件1。
图15b为图15a所示的一种显示设备的后视图。一并结合图15a和图15b,显示设备还包括螺丝5。以及,固定件1包括凸起件11。以显示设备的正向方向为基准,凸起件11设置在固定件1的背面。凸起件11上设置有通孔。以使螺丝5穿过凸起件11上的通孔,与壳体20上的螺丝孔固定连接。
以及,如图15a所示,在一种实现方式中,沿显示设备的正向方向,喇叭网2和固定件1之间可以设置第一粘接胶层3,还可以在喇叭网2和第一粘接胶层3之间设置网布4。
为了使音响模组和显示设备安装到一起后,在结构上能够更加紧凑,在一种实现方式中,将喇叭网2的第二端面22的边缘做成半径小于0.4mm的圆角。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种音响模组,用于安装在电子设备中,其特征在于,包括:
    喇叭网,所述喇叭网包括相对的第一端面和第二端面,所述第一端面开设有朝所述第二端面凹陷的安装腔,所述第二端面开设有与所述安装腔相连通的多个声孔,所述第一端面用于抵接在所述电子设备的壳体上;
    固定件,固定在所述安装腔内,所述固定件用于固定在所述电子设备上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音响模组,其特征在于,所述固定件具有相对的第三端面和第四端面,所述第三端面靠近所述第一端面,所述第四端面靠近所述第二端面;所述第四端面上开设有朝所述第三端面凹陷的容纳槽;所述音响模组还包括:
    第一粘接胶层,所述第一粘接胶层设置在所述容纳槽中,以固定连接所述喇叭网和所述固定件。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的音响模组,其特征在于,还包括:
    网布,位于所述安装腔内,且覆盖在所述多个声孔上。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的音响模组,其特征在于,所述安装腔的侧壁面形成有朝所述安装腔内延伸的伸出部,以使得所述安装腔的侧壁面形成有镶嵌槽,所述固定件的边缘设置在所述镶嵌槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的音响模组,其特征在于,所述固定件上开设有第一卡槽,所述伸出部设置在所述第一卡槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的音响模组,其特征在于,所述音响模组还包括:
    卡接结构,所述卡接结构用于将所述固定件的边缘卡接在所述喇叭网上,且所述卡接结构和所述伸出部设置在所述固定件相对的两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的音响模组,其特征在于,所述卡接结构包括弹性卡扣,所述弹性卡扣的一端与所述喇叭网的外缘固定连接,另一端能够折弯并抵接在所述固定件上。
  8. 根据权利要求6-7任一项所述的音响模组,其特征在于,所述固定件上开设有第二卡槽,所述弹性卡扣的另一端设置在所述第二卡槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的音响模组,其特征在于,所述喇叭网的内侧壁和所述固定件的外侧壁之间通过第二粘接胶层固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的音响模组,其特征在于,所述喇叭网的所述第二端面上的棱边设置有圆角。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    壳体;
    上述权利要求1-10任一项所述的音响模组,所述喇叭网的所述第一端面抵接在所述壳体上,所述固定件与所述壳体固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备为显示设备;
    所述显示设备包括显示屏,所述显示屏固定在所述壳体内;
    所述音响模组设置在所述壳体的下端。
