REIVINDICAÇÃO CLAIM

Disposição construtiva para abertura de embalagens cartonadas cujas paredes são formadas por pelo menos uma camada interna (20) de polimero, uma camada intermediária (30) de aluminio, uma camada estrutural (40) de papel cartonado e pelo menos uma camada externa de polimero, sendo a embalagem cartonada (10) provida de uma parece superior (11) que incorpora, junto à região mediana de uma de suas arestas ou junto a um dos vértices formados por duas arestas, um bocal vertedor (60, 70) que compreende um flange anelar (61, 71) hermeticamente fixado nas camadas estrutural (40) e na camada externa (50) de polimero, em torno de uma abertura (A) provida em referidas camadas, uma tampa (63, 73) associada ao bocal vertedor (60, 70) e um lacre (64, 74) rompivel definido por respectivas porções sobrepostas da camada intermediária (30) e da camada interna (20) e que apresentam o mesmo contorno da abertura (A) da embalagem cartonada (10) , sendo a disposição construtiva caracterizada pelo fato de a parede superior (11) da embalagem cartonada (10) ser provida de um bocal aerador (60a, 70a) , com construção igual ou semelhante ao do bocal vertedor (60, 70) , sendo que o bocal vertedor (60, 70) e o bocal aerador (60a, 70a) são respectivamente posicionados, de modo excêntrico, próximo a vértices diagonalmente opostos da parede ou próximo às bordas frontal e posterior da referida parede superior (11) , sendo os bocais vertedor (60, 70) e aerador (60a, 70a) distanciados entre si. 1.
