所述调节部521由最上层的档位槽21滑入调节槽22并且移动到调节槽22的顶端时,此时调节部521穿过横向槽31抵住横向槽31的顶边。当调节部521沿调节槽22向下移动时,调节部521就由横向槽31滑入纵向槽32内从而处于锁定状态。调节部521移动到调节槽22底端后再向上移动时,调节部521就由纵向槽32滑入横向槽31从而处于解锁状态。
为了使得调节部521处于锁定状态或解锁状态时保持稳定,所述支撑架1上设有两个上下延伸的齿条23;所述滑动板3的左右两侧具有分别和对应齿条23啮合的弹性连接部,所述弹性连接部可产生弹性变形,使得滑动板3可沿支撑架1上下移动。因此,所述调节部521抵住横向槽31的顶边向上移动时,滑动板3才可被带动向上移动,所述调节部521抵住纵向槽32的底边向下移动时,滑动板3才可被带动向下移动,其余情况下,滑动板3通过其弹性连接部和齿条23相啮合无法上下移动,从而可以确保调节部521处于锁定状态、解锁状态时,分别稳定地保持在纵向槽32、横向槽31内。
进一步地,所述滑动板3的顶边或底边开设有槽口333,所述弹性连接部包括滑动板3由槽口333到侧边的限定部分331、以及至少一个由限定部分331的侧边向外凸出形成的卡嵌结构332,所述卡嵌结构332卡入所述齿条23的齿隙。通过在滑动板3开设槽口333,所述弹性连接部的根部和滑动板3一体连接,其本体由根部向外延伸而出,使得弹性连接部可以在左右方向上弯曲变形,所述卡嵌结构332可以从齿条23的齿隙中脱出后再卡入上方或下方的齿隙,从而使得滑动板3可以沿齿条23上下滑动。
再进一步地,所述支撑架1的正面上设有固定板2,固定板2通过紧固件固定在支撑架1上,所述调节槽22、档位槽21、齿条23均形成在固定板2上,使得以上功能结构在结构布局上更为合理,避免影响椅背架4和支撑架1的滑动连接关系,另外通过将调节槽22、档位槽21、齿条23这些功能结构集成在固定板2上,也使得整体结构更为紧凑。
为了使得支撑架1和椅背架4的滑动连接更为紧凑,减少两者之间的间隙,所述椅背架4上设有前后贯通的通孔41,所述升降调节件52转动连接在椅背架4的正面,所述调节部521由升降调节件52向后延伸形成,所述升降调节件52和调节部521为一体结构,调节部521穿过通孔、横向槽31或纵向槽32并插设在调节槽22或档位槽21。
关于所述升降调节件52和椅背架4的转动连接关系,所述椅背架4的正面具有向前延伸形成的柱体42;所述升降调节件52具有套环结构522,套环结构522可转动套接在柱体42上。更为具体地,所述套环结构522形成在升降调节件52的顶端,所述调节部521形成在升降调节件52下部的背面。
所述椅背架4的正面具有包围住所述升降调节件52的围栏结构43,所述围栏结构43的上部包裹住套环结构522,下部在左右方向上具有一定的宽度,允许所述升降调节件52的左右摆动动作。所述弹性复位件51的两端分别支撑在升降调节件52和围栏结构43的内壁上,从而可以对升降调节件52提供稳定的弹力支撑。
再进一步地,为了避免所述弹性复位件51的脱落,也为了确保弹性复位件51能够始终作用在升降调节件52相同的部位,进而能够稳定地驱使升降调节件52复位,所述弹性调节件上具有凸出部523,所述凸出部523呈柱状结构,所述弹性复位件51设置为复位弹簧,其一端套接在凸出部523上。
另外,所述椅背架4正面设有盖板44,所述盖板44固定连接在围栏结构43上,从而和围栏结构43形成了一容纳升降调节件52和弹性复位件51的密闭空间,起到保护两者的作用。
另外,为了使得椅背架4的上下滑动更为稳定,避免出现左右方向上的偏斜,从而造成上下移动时椅背架4被卡住,所述支撑架1具有两个左右对称的纵向支架,在整体结构上支撑架1呈现为分叉式结构,所述椅背架4具有两个可沿纵向支架上下滑动的纵梁,两个纵向支架上均设有调节槽22和档位槽21,两个纵梁上均设有升降调节件52,左右对称的整体结构布置,使得升降动作更为稳定可靠。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种椅背升降机构,包括支撑架、可沿支撑架上下移动的椅背架;其特征在于,所述支撑架上设有上下延伸的调节槽,调节槽的一侧边连接有多个向调节槽的外侧延伸而出并且向下倾斜的档位槽;所述椅背架转动连接有可左右摆动的升降调节件,升降调节件具有插设在调节槽或档位槽的调节部;所述椅背升降架设有弹性复位件,用于驱使调节部由调节槽滑入档位槽;所述升降调节件设有锁定结构,在调节部由调节槽的顶端向下滑动、由调节槽的底端向上滑动时,锁定结构分别用于将调节部锁定使其无法左右摆动、将调节部解锁允许其左右摆动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的椅背升降机构,其特征在于,所述锁定结构包括可沿支撑架上下移动的滑动板,滑动板上具有横向槽和纵向槽;所述横向槽允许调节部穿过并且左右摆动,使得调节部处于解锁状态;所述纵向槽连接在横向槽的底边,所述调节部由横向槽滑入纵向槽时,所述纵向槽可卡住调节部使其无法左右摆动,使得调节部处于锁定状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的椅背升降机构,其特征在于,所述支撑架上设有两个上下延伸的齿条;所述滑动板的左右两侧具有分别和对应齿条啮合的弹性连接部,所述弹性连接部可产生弹性变形,使得滑动板可沿支撑架上下移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的椅背升降机构,其特征在于,所述滑动板的顶边或底边开设有槽口;所述弹性连接部包括滑动板由槽口到侧边的限定部分、以及至少一个由限定部分的侧边向外凸出形成的卡嵌结构,所述卡嵌结构卡入所述齿条的齿隙。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的椅背升降机构,其特征在于,所述支撑架上固定连接有固定板,所述调节槽、档位槽、齿条均形成在固定板上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的椅背升降机构,其特征在于,所述椅背架上设有前后贯通的通孔;所述升降调节件转动连接在椅背架的正面,所述调节部由升降调节件向后延伸形成,调节部穿过通孔、横向槽或纵向槽并插设在调节槽或档位槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的椅背升降机构,其特征在于,所述椅背架的正面具有向前延伸形成的柱体;所述升降调节件具有套环结构,套环结构可转动套接在柱体上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的椅背升降机构,其特征在于,所述椅背架的正面具有包围住所述升降调节件的围栏结构;所述弹性复位件的两端分别支撑在升降调节件和围栏结构的内壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的椅背升降机构,其特征在于,所述弹性调节件上具有凸出部,所述弹性复位件的一端套接在凸出部上。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的椅背升降机构,其特征在于,所述支撑架具有两个左右对称的纵向支架,所述椅背架具有两个可沿纵向支架上下滑动的纵梁;两个纵向支架上均设有调节槽和档位槽,两个纵梁上均设有升降调节件。
