Abstract
The present invention relates to a dust-inhibiting, binding, caking, wetting, biodegradable, long-lasting composition, for reducing suspended dust on dirt roads, said composition comprising two components, wherein the component (1) is made up of: 50-70% w/w acrylic polymer, 5-15% w/w ground seaweed extract, 5-15% w/w sodium lignosulphonate, 5-15% w/w liquid ionic surfactant, 2-5% w/w sodium lauryl sulphate, 5-15% w/w calcium chloride; and the component (2) is made up of: 55-75% w/w sodium lignosulphonate, 16-20% w/w cellulose carboxymethyl and 0-20% w/w calcium chloride, wherein said components are mixed in different ratios depending on the type of soil to be treated. The present invention also relates to a production method.
