Claims (10)
- 一种煤层远距离瓦斯含量测定方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:S1、钻孔施工到目标煤层,退钻安装密闭取芯装置送入孔底;S2、利用所述密闭取芯装置进行取芯操作并记录取芯时间t1及取芯解析时间t2,据以获取测定煤样,采集并保存所述密闭取芯装置内瓦斯解析量W21;S3、采集并保存所述测定煤样的粉碎前瓦斯解析量W22;S4、粉碎处理所述测定煤样,据以解析并保存粉碎瓦斯解析量W3;S5、以预置逻辑处理所述密闭取芯装置内瓦斯解析量W21、所述粉碎前瓦斯解析量W22及所述粉碎瓦斯解析量W3,据以测定瓦斯含量,所述步骤S5还包括:S51、获取并利用预置瓦斯解析模型处理预置取样参数,以得到煤样游离瓦斯损失量W11;S52、利用所述预置瓦斯解析模型解析所述密闭取芯装置内瓦斯解析量W21及粉碎前瓦斯解析量W22,以得到所述吸附瓦斯损失量W12;S53、根据所述煤样游离瓦斯损失量W11及所述吸附瓦斯损失量W12处理得到取样损失量W1;S54、求和处理所述密闭取芯装置内瓦斯解析量W21及所述粉碎前瓦斯解析量W22,以得到粉碎前自然解析量W2;S55、获取并处理煤样工业分析参数,以得到常压吸附瓦斯量WC;S56、处理所述取样损失量W1、所述粉碎前自然解析量W2、所述粉碎瓦斯解析量W3及所述常压吸附瓦斯量WC,以得到所述瓦斯含量。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种煤层远距离瓦斯含量测定方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中钻孔施工操作采用定向钻孔施工。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种煤层远距离瓦斯含量测定方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2还包括:S21、从所述密闭取芯装置送入孔底并开始定点密闭取样时开始计时;S22、以所述密闭取芯装置进行密闭取芯操作,记录所述取芯时间t1;S23、打开所述密闭取芯装置前,记录所述取芯解析时间t2。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种煤层远距离瓦斯含量测定方法,其特征在于,所述密闭取芯操作包括:钻进、取芯及密闭。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种煤层远距离瓦斯含量测定方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3还包括:S31、打开所述密闭取芯装置,以取出所述测定煤样;S32、对所述测定煤样采集并保存所述粉碎前瓦斯解析量W22。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种煤层远距离瓦斯含量测定方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S51还包括:S511、测试获取煤层原始瓦斯压力p,并获取孔隙率V孔;S512、以所述预置瓦斯解析模型中的下述逻辑处理所述煤层原始瓦斯压力p及孔隙率V孔,以得到所述煤样游离瓦斯损失量W11:
,其中,p0为井下大气压、T0为巷道温度、T为煤层温度、p为煤层瓦斯压力、V孔为煤层孔隙率。 - 根据权利要求1所述的一种煤层远距离瓦斯含量测定方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S52中,以所述预置瓦斯解析模型中的下述逻辑解析所述密闭取芯装置内瓦斯解析量W21及粉碎前瓦斯解析量W22,以得到所述吸附瓦斯损失量W12:

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种煤层远距离瓦斯含量测定方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S55中的所述煤样工业分析参数包括:吸附常数a、吸附常数b、灰分。
- 一种煤层远距离瓦斯含量测定系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:取芯装置送入设备,用以钻孔施工到目标煤层,退钻安装密闭取芯装置送入孔底;密闭取芯装置,用以进行取芯操作并记录取芯时间t1及取芯解析时间t2,据以获取测定煤样,采集并保存所述密闭取芯装置内瓦斯解析量W21,所述密闭取芯装置与所述取芯装置送入设备连接;粉碎前瓦斯解析设备,用以采集并保存所述测定煤样的粉碎前瓦斯解析量W22,所述粉碎前瓦斯解析设备与所述密闭取芯装置连接;粉碎解析设备,用以粉碎处理所述测定煤样,据以解析并保存粉碎瓦斯解析量W3,所述粉碎解析设备与所述粉碎前瓦斯解析设备连接;瓦斯含量测定设备,以预置逻辑处理所述密闭取芯装置内瓦斯解析量W21、所述粉碎前瓦斯解析量W22及所述粉碎瓦斯解析量W3,据以测定瓦斯含量,所述瓦斯含量测定设备与所述粉碎解析设备连接,所述瓦斯含量测定设备还包括:游离瓦斯损失处理单元,用以获取并处理预置取样参数,以得到煤样游离瓦斯损失量W11;吸附瓦斯损失量单元,用以解析所述密闭取芯装置内瓦斯解析量W21及粉碎前瓦斯解析量W22,以得到所述吸附瓦斯损失量W12;取样损失量处理单元,用以根据所述煤样游离瓦斯损失量W11及所述吸附瓦斯损失量W12处理得到取样损失量W1,所述取样损失量处理单元与所述游离瓦斯损失处理单元及所述吸附瓦斯损失量单元连接;粉碎前自然解析单元,用以求和处理所述密闭取芯装置内瓦斯解析量W21及所述粉碎前瓦斯解析量W22,以得到粉碎前自然解析量W2;常压吸附瓦斯处理单元,用以获取并处理煤样工业分析参数,以得到常压吸附瓦斯量WC;粉碎瓦斯处理单元,用以处理所述取样损失量W1、所述粉碎前自然解析量W2、所述粉碎瓦斯解析量W3及所述常压吸附瓦斯量WC,以得到所述瓦斯含量,所述粉碎瓦斯处理单元与所述取样损失量处理单元、所述粉碎前自然解析单元、所述粉碎解析设备及所述常压吸附瓦斯处理单元分别连接。
