本发明具体涉及一种自润滑刀头及剃须刀。
背景技术
剃须刀在使用时,需要适当绷紧面部皮肤,在使用时可以适当的抹上润滑液以防止剃须刀损伤皮肤或减少阻力,而现有的手动剃须刀推出来自带润滑条的剃须刀,可以直接利用润滑条来减少皮肤阻力,减少摩擦力,避免皮肤敏感,而现有的自动剃须刀,如旋转式剃须刀,其结构包括刀网、内刀片、电动机和壳体;刀网也即固定的外刀片,上面设有许多孔眼,胡须可以伸入孔中。电动机靠电能驱动,带动内刀片动作,利用内刀片和刀网之间的剪切作用,将伸入孔眼中的胡须切断,以达到剃须的目的。电动剃须刀的刀网一般设置为圆环状,刀网的端面一般为平面或外凸的圆弧面;端面为平面的剃须刀刀网,刀网端面与人的面部皮肤贴合度较差,且该剃须刀刀网的外边缘很难做到圆滑状,因此其刀网在人面部皮肤上移动剃须时,有割皮肤的感觉,也即剃须舒适度较差。而且刀网直接与人面部皮肤接触,在长时间的运行下,其会因为摩擦发热,从而导致皮肤敏感或者受损,影响使用感。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种自润滑刀头及剃须刀。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种自润滑刀头,其包括刀头,所述刀头设有至少一个刀网及旋转设置于刀网内侧的内刃,所述刀头表面与人脸皮肤接触的位置设有自润滑单元。
所述刀网为环形,且刀网周向阵列设有若干切削口。
所述刀网中心设有自润滑单元。
所述刀网中心或周向设有定位孔,所述自润滑单元的底部对应设有与其相适配的定位件。
所述刀网为环形,其具有内刀网及外刀网,且内刀网与外刀网之间形成间隙,所述间隙内设有自润滑单元。
所述自润滑单元位于所述刀网的外侧。
所述刀头位于刀网的外侧设有环形槽,所述自润滑单元嵌设于所述环形槽内。
所述自润滑单元为多个,且间隔设置在刀网的外侧。
所述自润滑单元为环状、圆形或不规则形状,且等距或不等距周向分布在刀网的外侧。
所述自润滑单元为芦荟润滑单元。
一种采用上述自润滑刀头的剃须刀,其包括剃须刀本体,所述剃须刀本体一端设有可拆卸的上述自润滑刀头,且所述剃须刀本体可带动所述自润滑刀头的内刃转动。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果:通过在刀头与人脸接触的部位设置自润滑单元,利用其遇水分泌润滑液,可以有效减少摩擦,剃须更舒适,避免皮肤敏感。

如图所示,一种自润滑刀头2,其包括刀头,所述刀头设有至少一个刀网222及旋转设置于刀网内侧的内刃223,即利用内刃与刀网的相对旋转,将伸入刀网内侧的胡须切断,所述刀头表面与人脸皮肤接触的位置设有自润滑单元3。
该自润滑单元由芦荟制成或者采用可自分泌润滑液的材料制成,其主要利用遇水分泌润滑液的原理,有效减少摩擦,剃须更舒适,避免皮肤敏感。
而刀头一般包括刀架21及设置在刀架上的至少一个刀组22,该刀组一般可浮动设置在刀架21上,且被刀架固定支撑,同时刀组一般具有刀网222及设置在刀网内部的内刃223,该刀网通过刀网架221固定设置在刀架21上,而内刃223则可以由动刀架224限制,也可以采用其他方式被弹接于刀网内部,同时该内刃可在驱动机构的带动下相对刀网转动,进而与刀网上的切削口配合实现切削的动作。
所述刀网222为环形,且刀网周向阵列设有若干切削口,刀网中心设置一安装面,所述安装面上设有自润滑单元。该自润滑单元为圆形,且安装在刀网上的自润滑单元的表面与刀网表面齐平或略微高于刀网表面设置。
所述刀网中心或周向设有定位孔,所述自润滑单元的底部对应设有与其相适配的定位件,利用相卡或嵌设的方式将自润滑单元固定设置在刀网上,在使用时,该自润滑单元可以直接与人脸皮肤接触,并在使用时分泌润滑液。
所述刀网为环形,其具有内刀网及外刀网,且内刀网与外刀网之间形成间隙,所述间隙内设有自润滑单元。其中内刀网与外刀网一体成型,且该间隙由内刀网及外刀网之间的连接部形成,而该间隙的宽度与自润滑单元的宽度相适配,自润滑单元嵌设于该间隙内,实现固定。
所述自润滑单元位于所述刀网的外侧。
所述刀头位于刀网的外侧设有环形槽,所述自润滑单元嵌设于所述环形槽内。
该自润滑单元3为环状,嵌设于一体成型与刀架上的环形槽内,其沿刀网的中心周向分布。

同时自润滑单元可以按照上述方式同时设置多个位置,根据需求选择自润滑单元的位置,可以是单一设置可以是多个位置组合设置。
而且设置刀网上的自润滑单元也可以是一个或者多个,如采用多个阵列设置在刀网中心,或者间隔设置在内外刀网的间隙内,同时该内外刀网可以不具有凹陷的连接部,即两个刀网之间为平面,在该平面设置环形槽或多个呈圆周设置的孔,将自润滑单元设置在凹槽内或孔内。
而设置在刀网外侧的自润滑单元,可以是与刀网外侧的刀架一体注塑设置,也可以分体地嵌置固定在环形槽内,同理间隔设置的自润滑单元也可以是与刀架一体注塑设置或者采用分体的嵌设于槽内。
整个刀架可以设计成自润滑单元,同时也可以是将刀网架设置成自润滑单元,直接由芦荟材质制成。
实施例1如图5所示,所述刀架上设有一自润滑单元,该自润滑单元呈环状,围绕刀网设置。
实施例2如图6所示,所述刀网中心及内外刀网之间均设置自润滑单元,同时刀网周围的刀架表面也设置自润滑单元,且刀架表面的自润滑单元覆盖整个刀架表面。
实施例3如图7所示,所述刀网中心及内外刀网之间均设置自润滑单元,同时刀网周围的刀架表面也设置自润滑单元,而设置在刀架表面的自润滑单元为多个,且相互之间独立设置,且一般置于刀架的四端,保证各个方向均有自润滑单元。
实施例4如图8所示,所述刀网中心及内外刀网之间均设置自润滑单元,同时刀网周围的刀架表面也设置自润滑单元,而设置在刀架表面的自润滑单元为多个,且每个自润滑单元均为圆形,且以刀网中心为中心,周向等距分布。
本发明还提供了一种采用上述自润滑刀头的剃须刀,其包括剃须刀本体1,所述剃须刀本体一端设有可拆卸的上述自润滑刀头2,且所述剃须刀本体可带动所述自润滑刀头的内刃转动。
