Description

一种自动控制水位的浴缸龙头 技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动控制水位设备,尤其是一种智能水龙头及其控制系统,涉及水暧卫浴相关技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,浴缸越来越普及。打开龙头放水后,因为放水需要时间较久,人一般不会守着等水放满,水满后容易忘记去关水龙头,而导致水资源浪费和烧热水的能源浪费,因此使浴缸的使用率低,甚至成为摆设。本发明提供了一种巧妙合理的自动控制方法。水放到预定的水位线后会自动关闭一个按压式阀门,停止放水,同时发出报警声音提醒。可以节约水资源及节约烧热水的能源。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种自动控制水位的方法,打开混水阀门、按下报警器开关,再按下按压式阀门后出水,此时通过手动调节混水阀门调好水温,开始放水,当水放到预定水位线后,按压式阀门自动关闭,停止放水,此时按钮中的蜂鸣器自动持续发出报警提示声音,直到手动关闭报警器电源开关。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种自动控制水位的水龙头设备,设备包括水龙头主体、冷热水进水管,混水阀门、按压式阀门与自封释放机构,文丘里效应管、气管,出水管,带报警器的按钮。气管的安置位置有两个,一个在水龙头主体下方处,安装在浴缸下方,为隐蔽安装,气管另一头打孔安装到浴缸默认水位线;:一个在水龙头主体中部,为明装,明装的可通过调节气管的位置任意控制水位。水位到达气管处时,水把气管堵住后,按压阀门会弹起,水流停止。同时只能使用一个气孔,另一个需密封。
当使用者开始放水时,冷热水从水龙头主体下方的软管进去到达混水阀门,打开混水阀门、按下报警器电源开关,再按下按压式阀门后出水,此时通过混水阀手动调节水温开始放水,按压式阀门与自封释放机构中的自封机构和按压式阀门为一体联动,按下按钮把按压式阀门打开,水流通过,弹簧被压缩,同时钢球被按到凹槽位置,因锥形栓的作用,钢球被挤出与凹槽结合,形成锁定状态,水流从按压阀门流出,水流经过小孔后变大,产生文丘里效应,出水口边上的小 孔产生负压吸气,该气孔与皮碗内部气孔相通,通过气管连接,同时该气管与水龙头下方的气孔及水龙头主体中部的气孔相通,水龙头主体中部的气孔和水龙头下方的气孔有一个为密封,另一个小孔通过气管连接安装在预定水位位置,水没有放满时,因气管与大气相通,皮碗内不会出现负压,锥形栓也不会动作,当水放到预定水位时,因气管被水堵住,吸气口会从皮碗内吸气,使皮碗内产生负压,锥形栓与皮碗联动向下运动,锥形栓向下运动后,钢球会向内收缩,解除锁定,因弹簧弹力,按压式阀门门回位关闭,水流停止,以达到自动停水的目的。
按压式阀门上的按钮集成有报警器,该按钮上安装有两个电源开关,一个为弹跳式,按下为打开,打开时与按钮侧面齐平;一个为微型触动式,弹起为接通,两电压开关与按钮内的电池及蜂鸣器串连,微型触动开关为按下断开。按下按压阀门前,须先打开安装在按钮侧边上的弹跳式电源开关,蜂鸣器通电发出声音,但因为按下后,上述按钮侧面的微型触动开关被水龙头主体边缘压下而断开,蜂鸣器响下即停,当水位到达气管安装位置时,按压式阀门弹起后,上述按钮被弹起,触动开关被释放,再次接通电源,蜂鸣器持续响起报警音,提醒使用人水满了。直到使用人手动关闭弹跳式电源开关,断开蜂鸣器电源,停止报警。
做为优选,使用者如不愿或者不方便在浴缸上打孔安装气管,可以把气管的一头通过螺纹安装在水龙头主体中部处,把水龙头主体下方的气孔密封,气管为可任意弯曲定型的不锈钢空心波纹管,手动控制调节气管另一头的位置到浴缸合适位置,当水位到达气管位置,水把气管封堵后,按压式阀门会弹起,从而关闭水流,达到自动控制水位的目的。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明为一种商用的终端设备,自动控制水位,不用人工值守,优选做为浴缸使用,设备可以选择打孔安装固定的最佳水位线(美观),或者选择明装,手动调节气管控制水位线(方便);水放到预定水位线后自动关闭水龙头,具有自动化、人性化的特点。水放满后自动停止,机械结构控制,可靠性高,没有市电接入安全性也更高,水满自停,同时报警提醒。可以节约因为忘记关水龙头而浪费的水资源及热水能源。同时很大程度上提高了使用者的使用感受。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
如图一所示,一种自动水龙头设备,包括1.龙头出水管,2.龙头主体,3.按压式阀门与自封释放机构,4.混水阀门,5.进水软管2根,冷水和热水,6.气管,7.气管安装口,8.水管安装口,9.气管明装时安装螺丝口。使用者打开混水阀门(图一4)、按下按压式阀门(图一3)后出水,此时通过手动调节混水阀门调好水温,开始放水。当水放到预定水位线后,即水把气管安装口(图一7)处堵住时,按压式阀门自动关闭,停止放水,按钮中的蜂鸣器自动持续发出提示声音,直到手动关闭声音开关。
为了实现按压式阀门自动关闭,本发明采用的按压式阀门与自封释放放机构工作方式及原理如下,按压式阀门与自封释放机构中的自封机构和按压式阀门为一体联动(图三所示),按下按钮把按压式阀门打开,此时弹簧(图三4)被压缩蓄能,同时钢球(图三5)被按到凹槽(图三6)位置,因锥形栓(图三7)的作用,钢球被挤出与凹槽结合,形成锁定状态,水流从按压阀门流出,水流经过小孔后变大,产生文丘里效应,出水口边上的小孔(图二4)产生负压吸气,该气孔与皮碗(图二6)内部气孔(图三9)相通,通过气管连接,同时该 气管与水龙头下方的气孔及水龙头主体中部的气孔相通(如图二所示),水龙头主体中部的气孔(图一9和图二5为同一处)和水龙头下方的气孔(图二7)有一个为密封,另一个气孔通过气管连接安装在预定水位位置,水没有放满时,因气管与大气相通,皮碗内被吸走的空气会从气管安装口(图一7)得到补充,不会出现负压,锥形栓也不会动作,当水放到预定水位时,及水位到大家气管安装口处时,因气管被水堵住,吸气口会从皮碗内吸气,使皮碗内产生负压,锥形栓与皮碗联动向下运动,锥形栓向下运动后,钢球会因弹簧弹力向内收缩,解除锁定,因弹簧弹力,按压式阀门回位关闭,水流停止,以达到自动停水的目的。
为了控制预定水位,本发明的气管安装位置有两个,一个在水龙头主体下方图二7处,安装在浴缸下方,为隐蔽安装,气管另一头打孔安装到浴缸预定水位线上(达到预定水位后,水能淹没气管安装口);:一个在水龙头主体中部图一9处和图二5处(图一9和图二5为同一处),为明装,明装的可通过调节气管的位置任意控制水位。气管安装口的位置为预定水位线,当水满到达气管处,水把气管堵住后,按压阀门会弹起,水流停止。注意同时只能使用一个气孔,另一个需密封。
为了实现水满后持续报警,本发明是通过如下过程实现的:按压式阀门上的按钮(图一3)集成报警器。该按钮安装有两个电源开关,一个为弹跳弹式(图三11),按下为打开,打开时与按钮侧面齐平;一个为微型触动式(图三10),弹起为接通,两电源开关与所述按钮内的电池(图三13)及蜂鸣器(图三12)通过电线串连,微型触动开关为按下断开。按下按压式阀门(图一3)前,须先打开安装在按钮(图三1)侧边上的弹跳式电源开关,蜂鸣器通电发出声音,但因为按下后,上述按钮侧面的触动开关被龙头主体(图一2)边缘压下而断开,蜂鸣器响下即停,当水位到达气管安装位置时,按压式阀门弹起后,上述按钮被弹起,触动开关释放而再次接通电源,蜂鸣器持续响起报警音,提醒使用人水满了。直到使用人手动关闭弹跳式电源开关,断开蜂鸣器电源,停止报警。

  1. 一种自动控制浴缸水位的水龙头设备,设备包括水龙头主体、冷热水进水管,混水阀、按压式阀门与自封释放机构,文丘里效应管、气管,出水管、双电源开关控制的报警器;
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动控制水位设备,其特征在于:冷热水从龙头下方进去到达混水阀门,打开混水阀门后水流到达按压式阀门,水流由小孔变大到出水口处时,气管处是负压,产生吸气,水位上升到安装在浴缸气管安装口时,气管被水封堵住,按压式阀门与自封释放机构中的自封机构释放按压阀门,停止出水;
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动控设备,其特征在于:按压式阀门与自封释放机构中的自封机构和按压式阀门一体联动,按下按压式阀门,阀门打开,水流通过,弹簧被压缩,同时钢球被压到龙头主体的凹槽,因椎形栓的作用,钢球被挤出与凹槽结合,椎形栓与皮碗联动以控制钢珠挤出、收缩,从而控制按压阀门打开和关闭;
