具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
请参照图1,本集约式智能马桶包括便盆1、水箱15、第一电加热装置23(见图5)、水泵8、用于洁身的喷头5、以及控制装置(未图示),所述便盆1具有盆腔2和环状盆缘4,所述环状盆缘4内设有冲水水道3,所述水箱15包括箱体16和箱盖14。所述喷头5包括基杆和套接在基杆内且可伸缩的喷杆,所述环状盆缘4的内侧壁上、靠近所述水箱15的一侧开设有第一孔6,所述水箱15内安装有隔板10将水箱15分隔成相互连通的温水室9和冷水室17,所述温水室9的底部开设有第二孔20’,所述第一电加热装置安置在所述温水室9内, 所述喷头5通过所述第一孔6安装在所述环状盆缘4的内侧,一管道21安置在所述冲水水道3内且贯穿所述第二孔20’、将所述水泵8的出水口和所述喷头5连通,所述水泵8的进水口与所述温水室9连通,所述控制装置与所述水泵8及所述第一电加热装置电连接、用于调节水温以及控制所述水泵向喷头5泵水。
其工作原理如下:温水室9内的水用于在排便后通过喷头5冲洗阴部,实现洁身功能。通过第一电加热装置将温水室9内的水加热到设定的温度,该温度可以通过所述控制装置的控制面板设定。冷水箱17内的水用于冲洗便盆。在排便后,按下洁身键,水泵8启动,将温水室9内的水通过管道21泵至喷头5,在水压作用下,喷头5的喷杆从基杆前端伸出,使喷水口外露,水经喷水口喷向阴部(如图1中带箭头的虚线所示),对阴部冲洗,实现洁身,水泵8停止后,喷头5的喷杆复位,回缩至基杆内。洁身后,控制冲水阀门18开启,冷水室17内的水进入冲水水道3,经冲水水道3底壁的出水孔喷向盆腔2壁(如图1中带箭头的点划线所示),将盆腔2内的污物经盆腔2底部的排污通道22冲走(如图1中实线箭头所示)。
其中,冲水阀门18可以手动控制,具体的,按压箱盖14上的按压部13,推动冲水阀门18的推杆12向下运动,将冲水阀门18开启,冲水后,推杆12延时自动复位关闭冲水阀门18。这种手动控制机构是马桶现有的控制机构。其不足之处在于,用户需要两次控制,即先控制洁身,然后再控制冲水。
为了方便使用,下面进一步提供了冲水自动控制机构11、用于在洁身后自动冲水。这样,在排便后,只需一次控制即可。
图2、图3中示出了一种具体的冲水自动控制机构11,图4示出了其电路。请参照图2,该冲水自动控制机构11包括:安装在冲水阀 门的推杆12上的控制部115;设置在所述控制部115的一侧的、用于与所述控制部115配合推动所述推杆12向下运动的控制凸轮114;驱动所述控制凸轮114转动的减速电机113;以及设置在所述控制凸轮114的一侧的、用于在所述控制凸轮旋转一周后输出信号控制所述减速电机停止的第一开关112;所述减速电机与所述控制装置电连接、用于在所述水泵启动或停止后控制所述减速电机启动。
其中,减速电机113、第一开关112通过支架111固定在水箱的箱盖14下方。控制凸轮114为偏心轮。优选地,在冲水阀门的推杆12上设置有螺纹,所述控制部115与所述推杆12通过所述螺纹连接、并通过螺母116固定在所述推杆12上。这样,可以方便地调节控制部115在推杆12上的位置,使该冲水自动控制机构能够精准地开启冲水阀门。
该冲水自动控制机构11的工作原理如下:正常状态如图2所示,此时,控制凸轮114的高点触压第一开关112,第一开关112断开,减速电机113停止。排便后,按下洁身键,控制装置一方面控制水泵启动通过喷头向阴部喷水,控制装置另一方面控制减速电机113启动,驱动控制凸轮114缓慢转动,当水泵停止一段时间(通常可设定为数秒或数十秒)后,控制凸轮114的高点正好转动至下方,在该转动过程中,控制凸轮114与控制部115配合,将冲水阀门的推杆12推至下端(如图3所示),将冲水阀门开启,此后,控制凸轮114继续转动,当其高点返回到上方后,触压第一开关112,使第一开关112断开,减速电机113停止;在冲水阀门开启后,冷水室内的水进入便盆,从而实现了自动对便盆冲洗。冲洗后推杆12延时复位将冲水阀门关闭。
当采用上述冲水自动控制机构11后,洁身后会自动冲洗一次便 盆。然而,在有些情况下,会有多次冲洗便盆的需求,为了满足该需要,参照图4,进一步设置了一个第二开关117,该第二开关117与第一开关112并联,图中118为减速电机的供电电源。每按压一次第二开关117后,可以将减速电机的供电回路接通,可以使控制凸轮再次转动一周,对便盆再冲洗一次。
图5中示出了另一种冲水自动控制机构的结构。如图5所示,该冲水自动控制机构11包括:安装在冲水阀门的推杆12上的控制部115;设置在所述控制部115的一侧的、用于与所述控制部115配合推动所述推杆12向下运动的控制凸轮114;驱动所述控制凸轮114转动的减速电机113;以及设置在所述控制凸轮114的一侧的、用于在所述控制凸轮旋转一周后输出信号控制所述减速电机停止的第一开关112;所述减速电机与所述控制装置电连接、用于在所述水泵启动或停止后控制所述减速电机启动。减速电机113、第一开关112通过支架111固定在水箱的箱盖14下方。其中,控制凸轮114包括转盘1141、滚轮1143,转盘1141固定在减速电机113的轴上,转盘1141上靠近边缘处设置有与减速电机113的轴相平行的轴1142,滚轮1143安装在轴1142上可转动,滚轮1143的轮缘突出至转盘1141的边沿外侧。
总之,图5所示实施例与图2所示实施例的区别在于控制凸轮114的结构不同,图2中的控制凸轮114为一个偏心轮,而图5中的控制凸轮114是由转盘1141和滚轮1143复合构成的。两种冲水自动控制机构的工作原理是一样的,这里不再赘述。
应当指出,上述虽然示出了冲水自动控制机构11的两种实施方式。但是本发明还可以通过其它方式,来实现洁身后自动冲洗便盆。例如,可以将冲水阀门采用电磁阀,并加装延时器,当水泵停止后延 时一定时间,控制装置控制电磁阀开启,向便盆内冲水。
参照图6,在典型实施例中,第一电加热装置23通过箍24安装在隔板10上,水泵8也通过箍24安装在隔板10上,这样一方面可将水泵8和第一电加热装置23固定在水箱内,另一方面,将水泵8、第一电加热装置23和隔板10组合在一起,方便安装。应当指出,可以将水泵8、第一电加热装置23安装在热水室的其它部位,也可以直接将它们放置在热水室内。此外,水泵也可以不安置在热水室中,而是安置在控制装置中,将其通过水管与热水室连通即可。还应当指出,上述在水箱内安装隔板10,将水箱分隔成温水室和冷水室,这样只需加热洁身用的水,因而可以节省电能,但是隔板并不是本发明创造必不可少的部件,也可以省略上述隔板10,第一电加装置将整个水箱中的水全部加热。
对于控制装置的安置位置,没有特别要求。可以安装在水箱的外侧部、水箱的顶部等位置,也可以将其安置在水箱的箱盖内、将控制面板安置在箱盖的外表面。这些安装位置,在使用时需要转身来控制。为了更加方便控制,进一步配置了遥控器,即所述控制装置包括主机和遥控器,这样用户使用遥控器,不需转身即可控制。
进一步,第一电加热装置集成有离水断电电路,当第一电加热装置周围没有水时,会自动切断电源,从而可以避免第一电加热装置干烧、将第一电加热装置损坏。
请参照图7,在典型实施例中,所述喷头5的末端设置有用于与所述第一孔配合、固定所述喷头的弹性卡接机构,所述弹性卡接机构包括:环绕在所述喷头5周围的、间隔设置的若干弓形弹片57;以及与所述弓形弹片57的一端相对、且相隔一定间隔56的环形阻挡部55;所述弓形弹片57的接近所述环形阻挡部55的一端(图7中为左端) 悬空、另一端(图7中为右端)与喷头壁固定。安装时,将喷头5的末端对准便盆的盆缘上的所述第一孔,向内推,弓形弹片57受第一孔的孔壁的挤压后变形,使喷头5的末端经所述第一孔进入便盆的盆缘内,此时,弓形弹片57复位而拱起,将第一孔的孔沿卡嵌在弓形弹片57和环形阻挡部55之间的间隔56中,从而将喷头5固定在便盆的盆缘。可见,这种弹性卡接机构,使得喷头5在便盆盆缘的安装非常方便。
进一步参照图7至图9,喷头5具有基杆54和套设于该基杆内的可伸缩的喷杆52。喷水口51设置在喷杆52前端的侧壁,喷杆52的前端是封闭的。在基杆51的前端设置在固定环53,在该固定环53和喷杆52之间设置有弹簧58。如图8所示,正常状态,弹簧58的弹力使喷杆52位于基杆54内。如图9所示,当水泵将水加压后送至喷头时,水压克服弹簧58的弹力,使喷杆52从基杆前端伸出,喷水口51外露,水从喷水口喷出,水流方向如图9的箭头所示。
进一步参照图1,在管道21上套设有弹性胶套20,所述管道21通过所述弹性胶套20与所述第二孔20’密封。这样使得装配更加方便。胶套20优选一端大另一端小的锥台形胶套。应当指出,也可以通过在管道和第二孔之间填充玻璃胶或树脂等实现密封。
作为一种更佳的实施例,所述集约式智能马桶进一步还包括环形座垫,所述环形座垫的底部安置有用于加热所述环形座垫的第二电加热装置,所述环状盆缘4的上侧壁上、靠近所述水箱15的一侧开设有第三孔7,所述水箱15的底部开设有第四孔19,一电缆安置在所述冲水水道中、贯穿所述第三孔与所述第二电加热装置电连接、且贯穿所述第四孔与所述控制装置电连接。这样可以加热马桶的座垫,使人们在寒冷的季节使用更舒适。
本发明集约式智能马桶可以在现有马桶基础上方便地改造而成,不需要改变马桶结构,而且结构简单,改装方便。下面提供一种用于构造集约式智能马桶的洁身装置组件。所述洁身装置组件包括:喷头5,其具有基杆和套接在基杆内且可伸缩的喷杆;用于向所述喷头5泵水的水泵8;用于将水箱分隔形成温水室和冷水室的隔板10;用于加热所述温水室的水的第一电加热装置23;以及用于调节水温以及控制所述水泵向喷头泵水的控制装置。
进一步,所述洁身装置组件还包括冲水自动控制机构11、用于在洁身后自动冲水,所述冲水自动控制机构11包括:用于安装在冲水阀门的推杆上的控制部115;支架111;安装在所述支架上的减速电机113;安装在所述减速电机的轴上的、用于与所述控制部配合推动所述推杆向下运动的控制凸轮114;以及安装在所述支架上的、用于在所述控制凸轮旋转一周后输出信号控制所述减速电机停止的第一开关112。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种集约式智能马桶,包括便盆、水箱、第一电加热装置、水泵、用于洁身的喷头、以及控制装置,所述便盆具有盆腔和环状盆缘,所述环状盆缘内设有冲水水道,所述喷头包括基杆和套接在基杆内且可伸缩的喷杆,其特征在于,所述环状盆缘的内侧壁上、靠近所述水箱的一侧开设有第一孔,所述水箱的底部开设有第二孔,所述第一电加热装置安置在所述水箱内,所述喷头通过所述第一孔安装在所述环状盆缘的内侧,一管道安置在所述冲水水道内且贯穿所述第二孔、将所述水泵的出水口和所述喷头连通,所述水泵的进水口与所述水箱连通,所述控制装置与所述水泵及所述第一电加热装置电连接、用于调节水温以及控制所述水泵向喷头泵水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的集约式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述水箱内安装有隔板将水箱分隔成相互连通的温水室和冷水室,所述第一电加热装置安置在所述温水室内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的集约式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述集约式智能马桶还包括冲水自动控制机构、用于在洁身后自动冲水。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的集约式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述冲水自动控制机构包括:
    安装在冲水阀门的推杆上的控制部;
    设置在所述控制部的一侧的、用于与所述控制部配合推动所述推杆向下运动的控制凸轮;
    驱动所述控制凸轮转动的减速电机;以及
    设置在所述控制凸轮的一侧的、用于在所述控制凸轮旋转一周后输出信号控制所述减速电机停止的第一开关;
    所述减速电机与所述控制装置电连接、用于在所述水泵启动或停 止后控制所述减速电机启动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的集约式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述推杆上设置有螺纹,所述控制部与所述推杆通过所述螺纹连接、并通过螺母固定在所述推杆上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的集约式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述喷头的末端设置有用于与所述第一孔配合、固定所述喷头的弹性卡接机构,所述弹性卡接机构包括:
    环绕在所述喷头周围的、间隔设置的若干弓形弹片;以及
    与所述弓形弹片的一端相对、且相隔一定间隔的环形阻挡部;
    所述弓形弹片的接近所述环形阻挡部的一端悬空、另一端与喷头壁固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的集约式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述管道上套设有弹性胶套,所述管道通过所述弹性胶套与所述第二孔密封。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的集约式智能马桶,其特征在于,
    所述控制装置包括主机和遥控器;和/或
    所述第一电加热装置集成有离水断电电路。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的集约式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述集约式智能马桶还包括环形座垫,所述环形座垫的底部安置有用于加热所述环形座垫的第二电加热装置,所述环状盆缘的上侧壁上、靠近所述水箱的一侧开设有第三孔,所述水箱的底部开设有第四孔,一电缆安置在所述冲水水道中、贯穿所述第三孔与所述第二电加热装置电连接、且贯穿所述第四孔与所述控制装置电连接。
  10. 一种用于构造集约式智能马桶的洁身装置组件,其特征在于,所述洁身装置组件包括:
    喷头,其具有基杆和套接在基杆内且可伸缩的喷杆;
    用于向所述喷头泵水的水泵;
    用于将水箱分隔形成温水室和冷水室的隔板;
    用于加热所述温水室的水的第一电加热装置;以及
    用于调节水温以及控制所述水泵向喷头泵水的控制装置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于构造集约式智能马桶的洁身装置组件,其特征在于,所述洁身装置组件还包括冲水自动控制机构、用于在洁身后自动冲水,所述冲水自动控制机构包括:
    用于安装在冲水阀门的推杆上的控制部;
    支架;
    安装在所述支架上的减速电机;
    安装在所述减速电机的轴上的、用于与所述控制部配合推动所述推杆向下运动的控制凸轮;以及
    安装在所述支架上的、用于在所述控制凸轮旋转一周后输出信号控制所述减速电机停止的第一开关。
