Description
PACKAGING BASE STRAIGHTENING SYSTEM
FIELD OF INVENTION
The invention relates to a bottom straightening system that straightens the base of packages produced in continuous systems.
STATE OF THE ART
Most of the packaging, especially the packaging of seeds and similar products, is produced from film-shaped material. The film material mentioned is fed into a cylindrical mold, and a tubular packaging structure is obtained by joining the edges of the film on this mold. Then, hot jaw structures come into contact with this obtained structure, closing one end, and then product filling is provided.
In this process, the structure continues to move, and finally, the hot jaws again press the top of the filled area to ensure that the packaging becomes final. The bottom and top parts of the package are shaped as a planar extension as the hot jaws contact the film horizontally.
A similar application can be seen in application with publication number US5551206A.
As the said package takes its final form and leaves the packaging machine, the extension at the bottom of the package formed by the hot jaws is still hot, so when the outlet area touches the floor, the shape of the said extension is distorted. Although these deteriorations create problems during the transportation of the product, the biggest disadvantage arises during the placement of the packaging on the shelves. The defective form of the lower extension prevents the package from standing upright when the package is placed on the shelf.
Manufacturers demand that their products stay on the shelves in an orderly and in-line but this is not possible with deformed packaging.
As a result, all the problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the related field.
AIM OF THE INVENTION
The present invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned problems and to make a technical innovation in the related field.
The main purpose of the invention is to reveal the structure of the packaging base correction system, which provides the straightening of the extensions formed during the sealing of the package.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to realize all the above-mentioned objectives and which will emerge from the detailed description below, the present invention is a packaging bottom straightening device for packaging systems. Accordingly, the present invention includes a primary straighten mechanism having a transitional body arranged in the form of a shell into which the package will fall, and containing at least an opening, and a horizontal actuating element that provides horizontal movement and a vertical actuating element that provides vertical movement, and a trimmer plate to contact the bottom of the package with the simultaneous movement provided by the horizontal and vertical actuating element; and a secondary straighten mechanism connected to the turntable and the periphery of the turntable, which is connected to a rotation actuating element, allowing it to rotate according to the axis to which it is attached, and positioned so that it falls into the package passing through the primary straighten mechanism, and having a top plate positioned in the packaging boxes in the form of a shell and with an open bottom so that the bottom of the turntable is contacted by the packaging bases, and a vibration actuating element that will vibrate top plate in question at least in the vertical direction.
Thus, with the simultaneous movement provided by the horizontal and vertical actuating elements in the primary straightening mechanism, the vertical extension on the base is corrected while the package is falling, and the extension is fixed by the vibration provided by the secondary straightening element before it is opened again.
A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a cover of transition body mentioned and a actuating element to open and close said cover.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, said corrector plate is connected to the horizontal actuating element and said vertical actuating element is connected to
the horizontal actuating element so that it moves the horizontal actuating element in the vertical direction.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said corrector plate is provided in a planar form.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the said corrector plate is provided as two extensions parallel to each other.
A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a lower tray placed under the upper tray and connecting rods connecting the lower tray to allow the said upper tray to move partially.
Another preferred embodiment of the invention includes an opening on the said upper table surface that allows the package to come out of the packaging box. Thus, the straightened packaging is automatically discharged from the packaging boxes on the rotating table.
A preferred embodiment of the invention includes a slide under the said opening. Thus, the evacuated package can be easily transferred to a conveyor or similar carrier.
In order to realize all the objectives mentioned above and which will emerge from the detailed description below, the present invention is a packaging system having a cylindrical collar tube through which the film material will be fed, and a hot sealer, which seals the films fed into said pipe with a planar impact, and a packing bottom straightening assembly whose passage channel is positioned so that the package sealed by said heat sealer falls, and suitable any of the embodiments that will emerge from claims 1 -8 or in the detailed explanation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed explanation, the packaging base straighten system, which is the subject of the invention, is explained with examples that will not create any limiting effect so that the subject can be better understood.
The subject of the invention relates to a bottom correction system that straightens the bottoms of the packages produced in continuous systems and a packaging system (1 ) having this system.
Referring to Figure 1 ; packaging system (1 ) forms packaging (A) from film material (M). The film material (M) can be fed into the packaging system (1 ) from an internal or external film feeding device (not shown in the figures). The packaging system (1 ) includes a collar tube. (Y). The collar tube (Y) is in the form of a cylindrical pipe. Said film material (M) is fed in such a way as to wrap the said collar tube and takes a tubular form accordingly. Also, a hot knife can be positioned here, which glues the edges of the film material in question together.
A heat sealer (SM) is positioned on the flow direction of the film material (M). Preferably, the hot sealer (SM) comprises two hot jaws which move linearly towards each other. The film material (M) passes between the jaws. The upper part of the
package (A) is formed by the first jaw impact, and the lower part of the package (A) is formed by the secondary jaw impact, but the sealing parts of the packaging (A) formed by these impacts are formed as a vertical extension with respect to the rest of the package.
The package (A) consisting of the sealed film material (M) falls into the primary straightening mechanism.
Referring to Figure 2; said primary correction mechanism (10) includes a main plate (15) to enable it to be connected to the packaging system. Two connecting shafts (16) perpendicular to the said main plate (15) surface are fixed to the plate. The connection plate (14) is connected to the other end of the mentioned connection shafts (16). Said connection plate (14) is provided in planar form and a plate opening (141 ) is provided on its surface.
A prismatic transition body (11 ) is preferably connected to the slot-shaped fissure provided on the front surface of the said connection plate (14).
The transition body (11 ) is preferably in the form of a shell provided in a prismatic manner. Here it is possible to use cylindrical and similar geometries instead of prismatic structure. There is an opening (111 ) on the part of said transition body (11 ) facing the connection plate.
Besides, it can preferably be provided with a cover (112) on the side surface of the transition body (11 ). In this embodiment, the cover (112) is connected to the transition body (111 ) via a hinge (113).
There is a gate connector (114) on the surface of said cover (112). Said gate connector (114) is preferably connected to a actuating element (115) selected as a piston, and said actuating element (115) can open and close the cover (112) over the hinge (113) by pushing the gate connector (114). When the cover (111 ) is opened, the packaging (A) comes out of the transition body.
Said actuating element (115) is connected to one of the actuating connection (116) connecting shafts (16). Here, the actuating connection (116) is provided in the form of a profile with a circular opening at one end, the connecting shaft (16) passes through the circular opening and the actuating element (115) is connected to the other end of the profile.
Referring to Figure 2. A; The vertical actuating element (122) is connected to the connection plate (14) through the connection holes provided on it. Here, the vertical actuating element (122) is connected to the said horizontal actuating element (121 ). There is a trimmer plate (13) at the end of the primary shafts (1211 ) that the said horizontal actuating element (121 ) has. Here, the horizontal actuating element (121 ) pushes the straightener plate (13) towards the opening of the transition body (11 ) or vice versa by means of the primary shafts.
Here, the horizontal and vertical actuating elements (121 , 122) move simultaneously and move the trimmer plate (13) in a way that adapts to the speed of the package (A) moving in the vertical direction.
Alternatively, the horizontal actuating element (121 ) is connected to a fixed point, for example the main plate (15), and is connected to the vertical actuating element (122) via primary shafts (1211 ). Here, the straigtener plate (13) is connected to the vertical actuating element (122).
Said horizontal actuating element (121 ) provides a planar pushing and pulling force. Accordingly, the corrector plate (13), with which the primary shafts (1211 ) are connected, enters through the opening of the transition body (11 ) and pushes the hot extension on the bottom of the package (A) to make it parallel or approximately parallel to the base.
Here, only the horizontal movement of the straightener plate (13) is not sufficient since the package performs a falling movement. For this reason, here the vertical actuating element (122) simultaneously moves the horizontal actuating element (121 ) and indirectly the straightener plate (13) in the vertical direction. When the straightening is done, the horizontal actuating element (121 ) retracts the straightener plate (13).
Said leveling process can also be performed in the same way with the embodiment above where the alternative straightener plate (13) is connected to the vertical actuating element (122)
The straigtener plate (13) mentioned here can be connected to said horizontal and vertical actuating elements (121 , 122) via a plate connection head (131 ). In addition, the straightener plate (13) can be provided in the form of a planar plate or a fork with two parallel projections as in Figure 2.B.
Referring to Figure 1 ; The product coming out of the primary straightening mechanism (10) falls into the secondary corrective mechanism (20).
With reference to Figures 3 and 3. A; the secondary straightening mechanism (20) includes a rotation motor (R). Said rotation motor (R) is connected to a planar rotary tray (22) preferably provided circularly via a rotary tray shaft (221 ). Multi-packaging boxes (21 ) are fixed around the said turntable (22) Said packaging boxes (21 ) are preferably in the form of a shell provided in a prismatic manner. Here it is possible to use cylindrical and similar geometries instead of prismatic structure. The top and bottom of the packaging boxes (21 ) are open. With the rotation of the turntable (22) the packages (A) coming from the primary straightening mechanism (10) fall into the packaging boxes (21 ).
In the lower part of the turntable (22) there is an upper tray (23) in a preferably planar and circular form. Here, the bottom of the packages (A) falling into the packaging box (21 ) sits on the upper tray (23) in such a way that the packaging (A) does not come out of the packaging box (21 ).
A vibration actuating element (T) is connected to the upper tray (23). Said vibration actuating element is preferably a motor and is configured to impact at least said top plate (23) in a way that makes it vibrate vertically, either directly or indirectly. The vibration on the upper tray (23) ensures that the base extension of the package (A) remains in the form provided by the corrector plate (13), without allowing this deformity.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, there is also a lower tray(24) and the said lower tray(24) is placed on the floor by means of the tray stands (241 ). Said upper and lower tray (23, 24) have a double angled connection rod (26) and a rod connection (261 ) that connects said connection rods to each other. The connection rods(26) mentioned here do not completely fix the upper tray (23) and at least allow the vibration provided by the vibration actuating element (T) to partially move the upper tray. (23). The vibration actuating elements (T) mentioned here are positioned around the turntable shaft (221 ), between the lower and upper trays. (23, 24). In addition, there is a gap on the surface of the lower and upper tray (23, 24) through which the turntable shaft can pass.
While the turntable (22)in question rotates, the packages (A) inside the packaging boxes (21 ) also move. When the bottom of the package (A) has cooled sufficiently, a
tray opening (231 ) is provided on the surface of the upper table (23) for the evacuation process, especially on the route followed by the packaging boxes (21 ). When the packaging boxes (21 ) come to the tray opening (231 ), the packaging (A) is evacuated by passing through the open bottom of the packaging box (21 ) and the tray opening (231 ). Preferably, a slide (25) is positioned at the mouth of the tray opening (231 ), and the packaging (A) passing through the tray opening (231 ) can be transported to another area, for example a conveyor, by means of the said slide.
