本实施例可以通过控制室外机风扇2的转速改变离心力,进而改变喷头41在导向杆43上的位置,实现对空调室外换热器多个位置的清洗。
在另一个实施例中,在室外机风扇2停机,需要对空调室外机进行清洗的情况下,控制清洗装置启动,并控制滑块45沿导向杆43的长度方向移动,改变喷头41的位置,改变室外换热器的清洗位置;也可以根据实际需求控制储水箱1转动带动喷水组件转动,改变室外换热器的清洗位置。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,空调室外换热器的清洗装置还包括加热装置,加热装置设于高压水管的进口与储水箱1之间,能够对进入高压水管内的水进行加热,以使喷头41喷出的加热后的水,避免在对室外换热器清洗的过程中影响室外换热器的换热效果。
在一个实施例中,空调器处于制热模式下,在对空调室外换热器进行清洗时,根据储水箱1内的温度控制加热装置启动,对进入高压水管内的水进行加热,提高喷头41喷出的水的温度,进而提高室外换热器的换热效果。
在另一个实施例中,空调器处于制冷模式下,在对空调室外换热器进行清洗时,控制加热装置关闭,冷水能够降低室外换热器的温度,进而提高室外换热器的换热效果。
本实施例通过在高压水管的进口与储水箱1之间设置加热装置,根据空调器的运行模式以及储水箱1内的温度控制加热装置的启动,能够在对 室外换热器清洗的同时有效改变室外换热器的温度,有效提高室外换热器的换热效果。
本实施例还提供一种空调室外机,包括上述任一实施例中的空调室外换热器的清洗装置,还包括空调室外换热器和室外机风扇2,空调室外换热器的清洗装置与室外机风扇2连接,且朝向空调室外换热器设置,用于向空调室外换热器喷水。
本实施例中的空调室外换热器的清洗装置包括储水箱和喷水组件,储水箱通过电磁离合器与室外机风扇的转轴连接,且喷水组件朝向空调器室外换热器的方向设置;在空调器停机的情况下,需要对空调室外换热器进行清洗,直接控制清洗装置启动,并根据需要控制储水箱1转动带动喷水组件对空调室外换热器的多个位置进行清洗;空调器运行室外机风扇2转动,且需要对室外换热器清洗的情况下,控制电磁离合器通电实现清洗装置与室外机风扇的连接,室外机风扇能够带动储水箱1以及喷水组件转动,且因为室外机风扇的转速不同,离心力不同,能够改变喷水组件上喷头的位置,实现对室外换热器多个位置的清洗。
本实施例还提供一种空调室外换热器的清洗方法,包括:步骤100,获取空调室外换热器上的灰尘浓度;步骤200,在灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度的情况下,控制清洗装置启动,清洗装置为上述任一实施例中的空调室外换热器的清洗装置。
参考图3,步骤100,通过灰尘检测装置检测空调室外换热器上的灰尘浓度,了解空调室外换热器的脏污程度;进一步地,步骤200,在获取到灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度的情况下,此时室外换热器比较脏,控制清洗装置启动,对空调室外换热器进行清洗,避免因灰尘影响室外换热器的换热效果;其中清洗装置为上述任一实施例中的空调室外换热器的清洗装置。
在上述实施例的基础上,在灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度的情况下,控制清洗装置启动,包括:获取空调器的运行模式,并获取储水箱内的温度;在制热模式下,控制清洗装置与室外机风扇电连接,以使室外机风扇带动清洗装置转动;在温度小于预设温度的情况下,控制加热装置启动;在制冷模式下,控制清洗装置与室外机风扇电连接,以使室外机风扇带动清洗 装置转动,控制加热装置关闭。
空调器的运行模式不同,为了实现清洗空调室外换热器的同时不影响室外换热器的换热效果,本实施获取空调器的运行模式以及清洗装置中储水箱的温度;根据空调器的运行模式和储水箱内水的温度,控制清洗装置的运行。
在一个实施例中,在室外换热器的当前灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度,空调器在制热模式运行的情况下,控制清洗装置与室外机风扇电连接,室外机风扇转动的同时能够带动清洗装置转动,进而对多个空调室外换热器的多个位置进行清洗,扩大清洗面积;进一步地,在储水箱内的温度大于等于预设温度的情况下,此时储水箱内水的温度高,在清洗室外换热器的过程中对室外换热器的换热效果影响小,能够直接将储水箱内的水经喷头喷出对室外换热器进行清洗;在储水箱内水的温度小于预设温度的情况下,此时储水箱内水的温度低,直接经喷头喷出对室外换热器进行清洗将影响室外换热器的换热效果,本实施例控制加热装置启动,以使加热后的水进入高压水管,经喷头喷出对室外换热器清洗,同时也能够提高室外换热器的温度,进而提高空调室外换热器的换热效果。
在另一个实施例中,在室外换热器的当前灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度,空调器在制冷模式运行的情况下,控制清洗装置与室外机风扇电连接,室外机风扇转动的同时能够带动清洗装置转动,进而对多个空调室外换热器的多个位置进行清洗,扩大清洗面积;进一步地,在储水箱内水的温度小于预设温度的情况下,此时储水箱内水的温度低,在对室外换热器清洗的过程中,能够降低室外换热器的温度,提高室外换热器的换热效果。
本实施例在空调室外换热器的当前灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度,且空调器在运行的情况下,控制清洗装置与室外机风扇连接,以使室外机风扇转动的同时能够带动清洗装置转动,进而对多个空调室外换热器的多个位置进行清洗,扩大清洗面积;进一步地,根据储水箱内水的温度与预设温度的关系,控制加热装置的启动与关闭,在对室外换热器清洗的过程中,能够有效提高或降低室外换热器的温度,提高室外换热器的换热效果。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,空调室外换热器的清洗方法还包括:控制室外机风扇以多个转速循环转动。
本实施在空调器运行的情况下,对室外换热器进行喷水清洗,室外机风扇的转速不同,离心力不同,喷头在导向杆上的位置是不同的,进而改变了喷头对室外换热器的清洗位置。
在一个实施例中,在空调器运行的情况下,对空调室外换热器清洗,控制室外机风扇的转速以第一转速运行第一预设时长,以第二转速运行第二预设时长,以第三转速运行第三预设时长,以第一转速运行第一预设时长,其中第一转速小于第二转速,第二转速小于第三转速,如此循环,在空调器运行的过程中控制室外机风扇的转速,以改变喷头在导向杆上的位置,进而对室外换热器的多个位置进行清洗,这种控制方法,不影响空调的运行,也能够对空调室外换热器进行清洗。
本实施例中关于控制室外机风扇的转速以及室外机风扇以每个转速转动的时长也不做具体限定,能够对空调室外换热器的多个位置进行清洗即可。
下面对本申请提供的空调室外换热器的清洗控制装置进行描述,下文描述的空调室外换热器的清洗控制装置与上文描述的空调室外换热器的清洗方法可相互对应参照。
本实施例还提供一种空调室外换热器的清洗控制装置,该运行空调室外换热器的清洗控制装置包括:获取模块,用于获取空调室外换热器上的灰尘浓度;控制模块,用于在灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度的情况下,控制清洗装置启动,其中清洗装置为上述任一项实施例中的空调室外换热器的清洗装置。
图4是一种电子设备的结构示意图,如图4所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器(processor)410、通信接口(Communications Interface)420、存储器(memory)430和通信总线440,其中,处理器410,通信接口420,存储器430通过通信总线440完成相互间的通信。处理器410可以调用存储器430中的逻辑指令,以执行空调室外换热器的清洗方法,该方法包括:获取空调室外换热器上的灰尘浓度;在灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度的情况下,控制清洗装置启动,清洗装置为上述任一实施例中的空调室外换热器的清洗装置。
此外,上述的存储器430中的逻辑指令可以通过软件功能单元的形式 实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
另一方面,本申请还提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,计算机能够执行上述各方法所提供的空调室外换热器的清洗方法,该方法包括:获取空调室外换热器上的灰尘浓度;在灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度的情况下,控制清洗装置启动,清洗装置为上述任一实施例中的空调室外换热器的清洗装置。
又一方面,本申请还提供一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现以执行上述各提供的空调室外换热器的清洗方法,该方法包括:获取空调室外换热器上的灰尘浓度;在灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度的情况下,控制清洗装置启动,清洗装置为上述任一实施例中的空调室外换热器的清洗装置。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种空调室外换热器的清洗装置,包括:储水箱和喷水组件,所述储水箱用于与室外机风扇连接,所述储水箱具有进水口和出水口,所述进水口用于与水源连通,所述喷水组件设于所述储水箱且与所述出水口连通,所述喷水组件用于向空调室外换热器喷水,所述室外机风扇转动能够带动所述储水箱和所述喷水组件转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外换热器的清洗装置,其中,所述空调室外换热器的清洗装置还包括电磁离合器,所述储水箱通过所述电磁离合器与所述室外机风扇的转轴连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外换热器的清洗装置,其中,所述喷水组件包括喷头和高压水管,所述高压水管的进口与所述出水口连通,所述高压水管的出口与所述喷头连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调室外换热器的清洗装置,其中,所述喷水组件还包括导向杆,所述导向杆与所述储水箱连接,且所述导向杆的长度方向垂直于所述室外机风扇的转轴;所述喷头滑动连接于所述导向杆。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调室外换热器的清洗装置,其中,所述喷头、所述导向杆和所述出水口均为多个,每一所述导向杆上均设有所述喷头,所述喷头与所述出水口一一对应连通。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的空调室外换热器的清洗装置,其中,所述喷水组件还包括弹性件和滑块,所述弹性件的一端连接于所述导向杆远离所述储水箱的一端,所述弹性件的另一端连接于所述滑块;所述喷头设于所述滑块上,所述滑块滑动连接于所述导向杆,所述滑块能够带动所述喷头沿所述导向杆的长度方向移动。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的空调室外换热器的清洗装置,其中,所述高压水管包括弹簧高压水管,所述弹簧高压水管套设于所述导向杆。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的空调室外换热器的清洗装置,其中,所述空调室外换热器的清洗装置还包括加热装置,所述加热装置设于所述高压水管的进口与所述储水箱之间。
  9. 一种空调室外机,包括权利要求1至8任一项所述的空调室外换热器的清洗装置,还包括空调室外换热器和室外机风扇,所述空调室外换 热器的清洗装置与所述室外机风扇连接,且朝向所述空调室外换热器设置,用于向所述空调室外换热器喷水。
  10. 一种空调室外换热器的清洗方法,包括:
    获取空调室外换热器上的灰尘浓度;
    在所述灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度的情况下,控制清洗装置启动,所述清洗装置为如权利要求1至8任一项所述的空调室外换热器的清洗装置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的空调室外换热器的清洗方法,其中,在所述灰尘浓度大于等于预设浓度的情况下,控制清洗装置启动,包括:
    获取空调器的运行模式,并获取储水箱内的温度;
    在制热模式下,控制所述清洗装置与室外机风扇连接,以使所述室外机风扇带动所述清洗装置转动;在所述温度小于预设温度的情况下,控制加热装置启动;
    在制冷模式下,控制所述清洗装置与所述室外机风扇连接,以使所述室外机风扇带动所述清洗装置转动,控制所述加热装置关闭。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的空调室外换热器的清洗方法,还包括:控制所述室外机风扇以多个转速循环转动。
