Description

一种音箱
本申请要求于2022年03月25日提交中国专利局、申请号为CN202220684626.9、实用新型名称为“一种音箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及音频播放设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种音箱。
背景技术
现在市面上一些音箱为了提升低频音效和降低风管气流引发的气流声,会选择在音箱上增加振膜做成无源辅射音箱的结构,振膜是依靠音箱上的扬声器振动的空气压力推动后从而振动发声。
在重量较轻的音箱上,由于振膜的振动与扬声器振动不一致,且振膜和扬声器的位置设置不合理,容易引起明显的音箱共振。特别是一些应用于显示类产品的低音音箱,需要配合到整机结构把音箱尺寸做得很薄,此时更容易引起音箱共振,为了解决这些问题一般只有降低扬声器的功率或是增加配重以减少音箱振动,但是这样会导致音效变差或增加成本,无法达到最优的状态。
实用新型内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种音箱,以解决相关技术中的缺点与不足。
本申请的一种音箱,包括:
箱体以及设置于所述箱体上的扬声器和2N组被动振动组件,N为正整数;
所述扬声器安装于所述箱体的上箱壁上,2N组所述被动振动组件均匀分布于所述扬声器的左右侧,每组所述被动振动组件均包括上下对应的第一被动振动单元和第二被动振动单元,其中,所述第一被动振动单元安装于所述箱体的上箱壁上,所述第二被动振动单元安装于所述箱体的下箱壁上。
相对于相关技术,本申请技术方案通过将被动振动组件均匀设置在扬声器的两侧,被动振动组件分布均匀,可以使得音箱整体结构较为平衡,且每组被动振动组件的第一被动振动单元和第二被动振动单元分别设置于上箱壁和下箱壁,第一被动振动单元和第二被动振动单元相互对应,两者在上下振动时可以抵消掉相互的推力(拉力),从而最大限度地减弱了 扬声器和被动振动组件3的振动能量传递至箱体,有效地削弱了箱体的共振现象,且如此设置的被动振动组件还可以增强声音辐射,提高音箱的低音音质。本申请实施例所述音箱的制造成本低、振动小、音质良好。
在一实施例中,所述扬声器位于所述上箱壁的中心处。
在一实施例中,2N组所述被动振动组件以所述扬声器为中心呈左右对称分布设置。

请参阅图1至图6,本申请提供一种音箱,其包括箱体1以及设置于箱体1上的扬声器2和2N组被动振动组件3,N为正整数。
其中,本实施例箱体1为可拆分的长方体状结构,其由一上箱壳11和一下箱壳12相互安装而成,上箱壳11和下箱壳12可通过螺钉连接保证连接强度,箱体1具有相对的上箱壁和下箱壁、相对的左箱壁和右箱壁、以及相对的前箱壁和后箱壁。
扬声器2安装于箱体1的上箱壁上,2N组被动振动组件3均匀分布于扬声器2的左右侧,即扬声器2的左右侧分别设置有N组被动振动组件3,且每组被动振动组件3均包括上下对应的第一被动振动单元31和第二被动振动单元32,其中,第一被动振动单元31安装于箱体1的上箱壁上,第二被动振动单元32安装于箱体1的下箱壁上。扬声器2在振动发声时,箱体1内的空气压力发生变化,从而带动第一被动振动单元31和第二被动振动单元32振动。
本申请技术方案通过将被动振动组件3均匀设置在扬声器2的两侧,被动振动组件3分布均匀,可以使得音箱整体结构较为平衡,且每组被动振动组件3的第一被动振动单元31和第二被动振动单元32分别设置于上箱壁和下箱壁,第一被动振动单元31和第二被动振动单元32相互对应,两者在上下振动时可以抵消掉相互的推力(拉力),从而最大限度地减弱了扬声器2和被动振动组件3的振动能量传递至箱体1,有效地削弱了箱体1的共振现象,且如此设置的被动振动组件3还可以增强声音辐射,提高音箱的低音音质。本申请实施例音箱的制造成本低、振动小、音质良好。
在本实施例中,N为1,即被动振动组件3设置有两组,分别位于扬声器2的左右侧,在其他一些实施例中,N也可以为其他正整数,例如2、3、4等等,只要参照上述描述来布置即可,在此不作赘述。在本实施例中,第一被动振动单元31和第二被动振动单元32均为无源辐射器,其可在扬声器2对箱体1内空气的带动下进行被动发声。如图4所示,本实施例无源辐射器包括折边301和振膜302,折边301围设于振膜302的边缘,无源辐射器通过折边301连接于音箱的箱体1。当音箱内声波与无源辐射器构成的振动系统在低频发生谐振时,无源辐射器会高效率的辐射出低频声波,从而提高整个音箱的低频响应,拓展低频范围,从而增强音箱的低音效果。
为了使得音箱整体结构更为平衡,进一步地减少音箱在发声时的振动,在一实施例中,如图5所示,扬声器2位于上箱壁的中心处,从而使其背面的压力能均匀分布到音箱的各个位置。在一实施例中,2N组被动振动组件3以扬声器2为中心呈左右对称分布设置,以使扬声器2在工作时能够同时带动被动振动组件3进行振动,从而起到更好地减振效果,更高效地削弱了箱体1的共振现象。在一实施例中,每组被动振动组件3的第一被动振动单元31和第二被动振动单元32的规格相同,且呈上下对称设置,从而使第一被动振动单元31和第二被动振动单元32在上下振动时可以彻底抵消掉相互的推力(拉力),进一步削弱了箱体1的共振现象,同时也方便安装和拆卸维修,能够简化组装步骤和降低维修难度和成本。另外,上箱壁与下箱壁相互平行,也可以起到更好地减振效果。
在一实施例中,上箱壁上安装第一被动振动单元31的位置呈凹陷设置,下箱壁上安装第二被动振动单元32的位置呈凹陷设置,从而避免被动振动单元在安装后凸出于箱体1,提高了美观性。
如图6所示,在本实施例中,扬声器2包括盆架21、U铁22、磁体、华司24、鼓纸25、弹波26以及音圈27。
盆架21形成一容置腔,盆架21起到安装基座的作用,U铁22、磁体、华司24、音圈27、鼓纸25以及弹波26均安装于盆架21内。
其中,U铁22连接于盆架21的底部中心处。磁体包括主磁231和副磁232,主磁231、华司24和副磁232依次从下至上叠放于U铁22内。U铁22、磁体和华司24共同形成一个磁路,磁体提供的磁力可以导入U铁22的中孔以提供磁力,盆架21底部中心处设有一连接孔211,U铁22穿过连接孔211后通过胶水与盆架21粘合。
音圈27设于容置腔内;音圈27下端套设主磁231、华司24和副磁232的外周,并位于U铁22内。由此,音圈27可以位于磁路中,当音圈27通电时,便可产生振动,从而切割磁场线。盆架21侧壁向内凹陷以在容置腔内部形成一弹波26安装部212,弹波26固定设置于容置腔内,弹波26的外周通过胶水固定于弹波26安装部212上,弹波26的中心孔穿过音圈27,并与音圈27的外周通过胶水贴合固定。鼓纸25盖设于盆架21上,音圈27的上端与鼓纸25通过胶水相互固定。
当音圈27通电后时,音圈27切割磁场线,沿磁体和华司24的外周上下往复运动(振动),从而推动鼓纸25振动,发出声音。弹波26在振动过程中支撑音圈27作上下线性振动。

    箱体以及设置于所述箱体上的扬声器和2N组被动振动组件,N为正整数;
    所述扬声器安装于所述箱体的上箱壁上,2N组所述被动振动组件均匀分布于所述扬声器的左右侧,每组所述被动振动组件均包括上下对应的第一被动振动单元和第二被动振动单元,其中,所述第一被动振动单元安装于所述箱体的上箱壁上,所述第二被动振动单元安装于所述箱体的下箱壁上。

    所述扬声器位于所述上箱壁的中心处。
