为了可以无极多角度进行调整,作为另一种优选,所述的水平导轨槽上均布有多个定位卡槽。水平定位轴位于不同的定位卡槽时,顶罩处于不同的角度。
作为优选,在定位轴上可以套接有挂钩杆,挂钩杆前端的挂钩套接在定位轴上,通过挂钩杆推动或者拉动定位轴沿水平导轨槽运动。挂钩杆前端的挂钩钩在定位轴上,通过操作挂钩杆,来带动水平定位轴在水平导轨槽内运动,确定水平定位轴的位置,从而完成对顶罩位置的调整。
作为优选,在定位轴上铰接有一个推杆,用于推动或拉动定位轴沿水平导轨槽运动。
作为优选,燃烧器包括至少一圈出火孔,也可以有2圈或者3圈。
作为优选,支撑管为分段结构,支撑管由多个空心管连接而成,相邻两个空心管之间设有密封圈。
作为优选,相邻的空心管通过螺纹连接,或者相邻空心管通过卡扣连接。
柔性罩壳方便折叠,可以缩小整个伞形取暖器的包装体积,同时支撑管也是分段的,顶罩也是由多个顶罩板拼接的,这样可以大大减小包装体积,降低运输成本,提高经济效益。同时在顶罩上安装反射面调整结构,让顶罩的反射面的角度或者反射面的方向有所变化,从而满足不同角度的使用者需求。
因此,本发明的伞形取暖器具备下述优点:将顶罩分为多个顶罩板,将支撑管分为多个支管,并且将罩壳做成柔性罩壳,这样,可以大大降低包装体积,从而降低运输成本,提高经济效益。同时在顶罩上安装有反射面调整结构,能让顶罩的反射面根据使用者的需求进行调整角度和范围,提高产品的灵活性。

实施方式
   下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例
如图1和2和3所示, 一种伞形取暖器,包括由上至下依次布置的顶罩1,燃烧器2,燃烧器2带有燃烧器开关3,支撑管4,底座框架,底座框架外套有罩壳5,底座框架下方为底座6。
底座6为圆形,底座6与底座框架焊接,底座框架是由三根支架杆8构成,三根支架杆8的其中两根位于同一直径上,三根支架杆8形成一个等腰三角形,支架杆8的一端焊接在底座6上,支架杆8的另一端焊接在固定片上,固定片固定在支撑管上,燃气罐从相邻两个支架杆之间放入到底座上。在底座框架上安装有一个上盖7,固定片固定在上盖7的底面。在底座框架外套上罩壳5,罩壳5由上盖7往下将燃气罐和底座框架遮住,罩壳5是由尼龙布制成。在罩壳的中心缝制有一个金属的上固定圈9,上固定圈套接在支撑管4上,在上固定圈9下方安装有一个压缩弹簧10,压缩弹簧10的一端抵接在上固定圈9上,压缩弹簧10的另一端抵接在底座上,底座中心设有凸柱11,压缩弹簧端10部套接在凸柱11上定位。罩壳呈圆柱状,罩壳的下端缝制有一个下固定圈13,下固定圈13为环形的金属圈。在底座的下底面安装有磁铁12,磁铁12将下固定圈吸附在底座6上,同时,压缩弹簧10的弹力将上固定圈9向上顶,从而将尼龙布制成的柔性罩壳展平撑开。
如图4和5所示,支撑管4为中空管,支撑管4的上端连接有燃烧器2,燃烧器有2-3排出火孔。在燃烧器2的上方安装有相互平行的两个调整板14,调整板14呈直角梯形状。两个调整板14构成调整支架。在调整板14的上水平边上开设有水平导轨槽18,在调整板的倾斜边上开设有倾斜导轨槽17,倾斜导轨槽17的起始端与水平导轨槽18位于同一直线上。水平导轨槽18和倾斜导轨槽17不连通。在水平导轨槽18的起始端开始有一个下凹的定位卡槽19。
如图6所示,在调整支架上方安装有顶罩1,顶罩是由多个等大的扇形豆纹板21拼接而成。相邻豆纹板21之间通过长条的连接件20连接,连接件20的横截面呈“工”字形,连接件的两侧开设有卡槽,豆纹板插接在卡槽内,然后通过螺钉固定在连接件上。
在顶罩1的下方安装有两个相互平行的挡板24,两个挡板24之间固定有两个相互平行的定位轴,定位轴的端部穿过调整板上的导轨槽后通过螺母固定。两个定位轴一个位于水平导轨槽内,称为水平定位轴16;另外一个位于倾斜导轨槽内,称为倾斜定位轴15。
当水平定位轴16位于水平导轨槽18的定位卡槽19内时,倾斜定位轴15位于倾斜定位槽17的起始端,从而保证顶罩处于水平状态。
当水平定位轴移动到水平导轨槽的末端时,倾斜定位轴沿着倾斜定位槽向下滑动,顶罩倾斜。由于水平导轨槽和倾斜导轨槽不连通,因此在水平定位轴运动为水平导轨槽末端时,因为顶罩重力的原因,水平定位轴不会反向向起始端滑动,从而让顶罩形成倾斜的形态。
当然,对顶罩进行调整时,可以通过一个带有挂钩的挂钩杆带动,挂钩杆将挂钩挂在水平定位轴上,然后拉动或者推动水平定位轴在水平导轨内运动,从而实现对顶罩角度的调整。
实施例
如图7所示,与实施例1不同的是,在调整板上的水平导轨槽18,水平导轨槽18上均布有多个定位卡槽19,水平定位轴16位于不同的定位卡槽19时,顶罩倾斜的角度不同,从而实现顶罩不同角度的调整。
实施例
如图8所示,与实施例1和2不同的是,支撑管是由多个空心管22构成,相邻空心管之间套接有密封圈23,相邻空心管通过螺纹连接。
实施例
如图9所示,与实施例1和2不同的是,在水平定位轴上通过铰接件25铰接有一个推杆26,用于推动或拉动定位轴16沿水平导轨槽运动。

Claims (19)

  1.  一种伞形取暖器,其特征在于:
    包括底座部件、支撑管和燃烧器部件;
    其中,底座部件包括一个用于放置燃气罐的底座;
    底座部件还包括一个底座框架,底座框架位于燃气罐外,将底座框架固定在支撑管上;
    底座部件还包括一个罩壳,罩壳位于底座框架外,用于遮挡燃气罐,罩壳为柔性的;
    其中,支撑管用于支撑燃烧器,并放置输气管道,输送管道的两端分别连接燃烧器和燃气罐;
    其中,燃烧器部件包括燃烧器,燃烧器连接有控制开关;
    燃烧器部件还包括一个顶罩,顶罩位于燃烧器上方,顶罩用于反射燃烧器的热量。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的罩壳上还安装有罩壳展平结构,罩壳展平结构用于让罩壳平整的罩在底座框架外。
  3.  根据权利要求2所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的罩壳展平结构包括上固定件,上固定件套在支撑管上,在上固定件下方设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的另一端抵接在底座上。
  4.  根据权利要求2所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的罩壳展平结构还包括下固定件,下固定件位于在罩壳的下方,下固定件为金属件,在底座下方设有磁铁,下固定件吸附在底座上将罩壳拉平。
  5.  根据权利要求2所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的下固定件为金属环,金属环穿接在罩壳的底面。
  6.  根据权利要求1所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的罩壳采用纺织材料或者塑性材料制成。 
  7.  根据权利要求1所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的顶罩为伞形,顶罩为豆纹板、波浪板或者表面成型有凹凸花纹的板材。
  8.  根据权利要求1所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的顶罩一体成型。
  9.  根据权利要求1所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的顶罩由2~9块顶罩板拼接而成,相邻顶罩板之间通过连接件连接。
  10.  根据权利要求1所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:在顶罩上还安装有一个反射面调整结构,反射面调整结构用于调整顶罩的角度,所述的发射面调整结构包括固定在燃烧器上方的调整支架,调整支架包括两个相互平行的调整板,在调整板上开设有导轨槽,所述的顶罩的下方设有定位轴,定位轴的两端位于两个调整板的导轨槽内,定位轴的长度略大于两个调整板之间的距离。
  11.  根据权利要求10所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的导轨槽包括水平导轨槽和倾斜导轨槽,水平导轨槽和倾斜导轨槽不连通,倾斜导轨槽的起始端与水平导轨槽位于同一直线上。
  12.  根据权利要求11所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的顶罩下方固定有相互平行的挡板,两个挡板之间固定有两个相互平行的定位轴,定位轴的端部穿过导轨槽固定在挡板上,其中一个定位轴位于水平导轨槽内,另外一个定位轴位于倾斜导轨槽内,位于水平导轨槽内的定位轴为水平定位轴,位于倾斜导轨槽内的定位轴为倾斜定位轴。
  13.  根据权利要求11所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的水平导轨槽的起始端设有一个定位卡槽。
  14.  根据权利要求11所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:所述的水平导轨槽上均布有多个定位卡槽。
  15.  根据权利要求10所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:在定位轴上可以套接有挂钩杆,挂钩杆前端的挂钩套接在定位轴上,通过挂钩杆推动或者拉动定位轴沿水平导轨槽运动。
  16.  根据权利要求10所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:在定位轴上铰接有一个推杆,用于推动或拉动定位轴沿水平导轨槽运动。
  17.  根据权利要求1所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:燃烧器包括至少一圈出火孔。
  18.  根据权利要求1所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:支撑管为分段结构,支撑管由多个空心管连接而成,相邻两个空心管之间设有密封圈。
  19.  根据权利要求18所述的伞形取暖器,其特征在于:相邻的空心管通过螺纹连接,或者相邻空心管通过卡扣连接。
