本实用新型涉及气泡水领域,特别是一种真空气泡水瓶。
背景技术
随着时代发展,越来越多的家庭开始青睐于在家制造气泡水来进行饮用,但是存在的问题是,现有的气泡水机不具有保温功能,制备完成的气泡水温度会逐渐上升,导致气泡溶解度降低,气泡水饮用口感变差,因此制备完成后就需要及时饮用,一次性制备量不能太多。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以保持气泡水低温的真空气泡水瓶,从而可以使用户在家制备气泡水较多时,也能放心存放,口感随时间变化量较小。
本实用新型为解决问题所采用的技术方案是:一种真空气泡水瓶,包括:
瓶体,所述瓶体包括外瓶和位于外瓶内侧的内瓶,所述内瓶与外瓶边缘相连接使所述外瓶与内瓶之间形成真空层,所述瓶体顶部外周设置有与气泡水机连接的连接件;
瓶盖,所述瓶盖可拆卸盖合于瓶体上,所述瓶盖上设置有密封瓶体顶部的密封环。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述内瓶内壁设置有至 少一道环形的水位线。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述水位线呈弧面凸起于内瓶内侧以使内瓶外周形成环形的凹槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述连接件为四个挂耳,四个挂耳呈柱状均匀布置于瓶体顶部的四周。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述挂耳焊接于瓶体顶部外周。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述内瓶底面为朝外侧扩张的弧形面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述瓶体顶部设置有螺纹槽,所述瓶盖通过所述螺纹槽可拆卸安装于瓶体顶部。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述瓶盖顶部设置有排气槽,所述排气槽底部设置有与内瓶相连通的排气孔,所述排气槽内设置有排气按钮,所述排气按钮底部设置有贯穿排气孔延伸至瓶盖底部的连杆,所述连杆底部设置有沿瓶盖底部启闭所述排气孔的密封件,所述连杆与排气孔侧壁之间形成导气间隙,所述排气槽内设置有驱动排气按钮朝上移动的张紧装置。

瓶体10包括外瓶20和位于外瓶20内侧的内瓶21,所述内瓶21与外瓶20边缘相连接使所述外瓶20与内瓶21之间形成真空层22,所述瓶体10顶部外周设置有与气泡水机连接的连接件,瓶盖50可拆卸盖合于瓶体10上,从而使气泡水瓶在通过连接件安装于气泡水机上制备气泡水后,通过瓶盖50盖合密封瓶体10,由于瓶体10上真空层22的存在,使制备后的气泡水与外界较难产生热交换,从而保持低温,进而可以存放更长时间。
进一步优化,优选所述所述内瓶21内壁设置有至少一道环形的水位线23,从而方便用户直观了解内瓶21中还剩多少气泡水量。
优选所述水位线23呈弧面凸起于内瓶21内侧以使内瓶21外周形成环形的凹槽,通过这种方式,水位线23既可以让用户了解气泡水量,还同步起到了加强筋的效果,使瓶体10强度更高,更加能承受气泡水制备时产生的高压。
进一步优化,优选所述连接件为四个挂耳30,四个挂耳30呈柱状均匀布置于瓶体10顶部的四周,所述挂耳30优选通过焊接的形式设置于瓶体10上。所述连接件也可以为其他形式,例如环形卡板等方式。
进一步优化,优选所述内瓶21底面为朝外侧扩张的弧形面,从而进一步强化内瓶21的强度,使其在气泡水制备的高压环境下不易变形。
进一步优化,优选所述密封件为套设于连杆54底部外周的密封胶圈55。
进一步优化,优选所述瓶体10顶部设置有螺纹槽40,所述瓶盖50通过所述螺纹槽40可拆卸安装于瓶体10顶部。
由于气泡水制备完成后,气泡水中的二氧化碳始终会析出,因此在存放一段时间后,内瓶21中的气压其实会大于外界的气压,从而产生两个问题,一是瓶盖50较难开启,二是开启后会产生气压爆炸声,因此进一步优化,所述瓶盖50顶部设置有排气槽51,所述排气槽51底部设置有与内瓶21相连通的排气孔 52,所述排气槽51内设置有排气按钮53,所述排气按钮53底部设置有贯穿排气孔52延伸至瓶盖50底部的连杆54,所述连杆54底部设置有沿瓶盖50底部启闭所述排气孔52的密封件,所述连杆54与排气孔52侧壁之间形成导气间隙,所述排气槽51内设置有驱动排气按钮53朝上移动的张紧装置。饮用前先通过按压排气按钮53,从而将内瓶21中的二氧化碳排出,使内瓶21与外界气压平衡,使瓶盖50更容易开启,也不会产生气压爆炸声。
进一步优化,优选所述张紧装置为套设于连杆54上且两端分别与排气槽51底部和排气按钮53底部抵接的张紧弹簧56。
进一步优化,优选所述密封件为套设于连杆54底部外周的密封胶圈55。
