本申请要求在2022年03月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为202210285175.6、发明名称为“新型智能移动查房车系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请属于医用查房车技术领域,具体涉及一种新型智能移动查房车系统。
背景技术
查房是医疗工作中最主要和最常用的方法之一,是保证医疗质量和培养医务人员的重要环节,各级医务人员应自觉参加,严肃对待,故而在往往需要使用多功能移动查房车。现有技术中的5G移动查房车在使用时,显示器的面向角度不可根据使用需要调节,且显示器的高度固定无法调节,进而大大影响使用便捷性,不适用于不同使用人群。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种新型智能移动查房车系统。
为了实现上述功能,本申请采取的技术方案如下:新型智能移动查房车系统,包括移动轮、升降组件、外壳、旋转限位组件、旋转板和显示屏,所述移动轮对称设于外壳下,所述升降组件设于外壳内壁底面上,所述旋转限位组件设于外壳顶部,所述旋转板设于旋转限位组件顶部且设于升降组件顶部,所述显示屏设于旋转板顶部;所述旋转限位组价包括伸缩杆、滑轨、固定框、滑轮和固定板,所述伸缩杆对称设于外壳顶部,所述固定框设于旋转板下,所述固定板设于伸缩杆顶部,所述滑轨对称设于固定框顶部,所述滑轮对称设于固定板下且滑动套接于滑轨上,控制旋转板转动,同时固定框旋转,滑轨在滑轮下滑动,实现显示屏朝向调整。
可选地,所述升降组件包括第二齿轮、固定管、驱动电机、传动杆、第一齿轮和升降螺杆,所述固定管设于外壳内壁底面上,所述升降螺杆一端移动设于固定管内,所述升降螺杆另一端旋转设于旋转板下,所述第二齿轮转动设于固定管顶部,所述第二齿轮内啮合套接于升降螺杆外侧,所述驱动电机设于外壳内壁底面上,所述传动杆设于驱动电机顶部,所述第一齿轮设于 传动杆上且啮合连接于第二齿轮,驱动电机通过传动杆带动第一齿轮旋转,第一齿轮带动第二齿轮旋转,第二齿轮控制升降螺杆旋转,同时升降螺杆升降运动,升降螺杆控制旋转板升降,旋转板在显示屏重量、自身重量和滑轮滑轨之间摩擦力作用下,不会随着升降螺杆旋转,实现显示屏高度调节。
可选地,所述升降螺杆顶部转动套接设有衔接套环,所述衔接套环设于旋转板下。
可选地,所述滑轮顶部套接设有加强板,所述加强板设于固定板下。
可选地,所述固定框内壁侧面下端设有肋板,所述肋板设于旋转板下。
本申请采取上述结构取得有益效果如下:本申请提供的一种新型智能移动查房车系统操作简单,机构紧凑,设计合理,控制旋转板转动,同时固定框旋转,滑轨在滑轮下滑动,实现显示屏朝向调整,同时驱动电机通过传动杆带动第一齿轮旋转,第一齿轮带动第二齿轮旋转,第二齿轮控制升降螺杆旋转,同时升降螺杆升降运动,升降螺杆控制旋转板升降,实现显示屏高度调节,大大提高医护人员使用便捷性。

如图1和图2所示,本申请一实施例提出的一种新型智能移动查房车系统,包括移动轮1、升降组件2、外壳3、旋转限位组件4、旋转板5和显示屏6,移动轮1对称设于外壳3下,升降组件2设于外壳3内壁底面上,旋转限位组件4设于外壳3顶部,旋转板5设于旋转限位组件4顶部且设于升降组件2顶部,显示屏6设于旋转板5顶部;旋转限位组价包括伸缩杆7、滑轨8、固定框9、滑轮10和固定板11,伸缩杆7对称设于外壳3顶部,固定框9设于旋转板5下,固定板11设于伸缩杆7顶部,滑轨8对称设于固定框9顶部,滑轮10对称设于固定板11下且滑动套接于滑轨8上,控制旋转板5转动,同时固定框9旋转,滑轨8在滑轮10下滑动,实现显示屏6朝向调整。
如图1所示,收剩升降组件2包括第二齿轮12、固定管13、驱动电机14、传动杆15、第一齿轮16和升降螺杆17,固定管13设于外壳3内壁底面上,升降螺杆17一端移动设于固定管13内,升降螺杆17另一端旋转设于旋转板5下,第二齿轮12转动设于固定管13顶部,第二齿轮12内啮合套接于升降螺杆17外侧,驱动电机14设于外壳3内壁底面上,传动杆15设于驱动电机14顶部,第一齿轮16设于传动杆15上且啮合连接于第二齿轮12,驱动电机14通过传动杆15带动第一齿轮16旋转,第一齿轮16带动第二齿轮12旋转,第二齿轮12控制升降螺杆17旋转,同时升降螺杆17升降运动,升降螺杆17控制旋转板5升降,旋转板5在显示屏6重量、自身重量和滑轮10滑轨8之间摩擦力作用下,不会随着升降螺杆17旋转,实现显示屏6高度调节。
如图1所示,升降螺杆17顶部转动套接设有衔接套环18,衔接套环18设于旋转板5下。
如图2所示,滑轮10顶部套接设有加强板19,加强板19设于固定板11下。
如图2所示,固定框9内壁侧面下端设有肋板20,肋板20设于旋转板5下。
具体使用时,控制旋转板5转动,同时固定框9旋转,滑轨8在滑轮10下滑动,实现显示屏6朝向调整,同时驱动电机14通过传动杆15带动第一齿轮16旋转,第一齿轮16带动第二齿轮12旋转,第二齿轮12控制升降螺杆17旋转,同时升降螺杆17升降运动,升降螺杆17控制旋转板5升降,实现显示屏6高度调节。

  1. 一种新型智能移动查房车系统,其特征在于:包括移动轮、升降组件、外壳、旋转限位组件、旋转板和显示屏,所述移动轮对称设于外壳下,所述升降组件设于外壳内壁底面上,所述旋转限位组件设于外壳顶部,所述旋转板设于旋转限位组件顶部且设于升降组件顶部,所述显示屏设于旋转板顶部;所述旋转限位组价包括伸缩杆、滑轨、固定框、滑轮和固定板,所述伸缩杆对称设于外壳顶部,所述固定框设于旋转板下,所述固定板设于伸缩杆顶部,所述滑轨对称设于固定框顶部,所述滑轮对称设于固定板下且滑动套接于滑轨上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型智能移动查房车系统,其特征在于:所述升降组件包括第二齿轮、固定管、驱动电机、传动杆、第一齿轮和升降螺杆,所述固定管设于外壳内壁底面上,所述升降螺杆一端移动设于固定管内,所述升降螺杆另一端旋转设于旋转板下,所述第二齿轮转动设于固定管顶部,所述第二齿轮内啮合套接于升降螺杆外侧,所述驱动电机设于外壳内壁底面上,所述传动杆设于驱动电机顶部,所述第一齿轮设于传动杆上且啮合连接于第二齿轮。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型智能移动查房车系统,其特征在于:所述升降螺杆顶部转动套接设有衔接套环,所述衔接套环设于旋转板下。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新型智能移动查房车系统,其特征在于:所述滑轮顶部套接设有加强板,所述加强板设于固定板下。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新型智能移动查房车系统,其特征在于:所述固定框内壁侧面下端设有肋板,所述肋板设于旋转板下。
