目前,注塑成型的盖体一般有单色、双色或三色注塑,其中双色或三色注塑的盖体都只是层叠符合的注塑结构,盖体上并没有设置任何由此双色注塑形成的防伪图形或标识,未能充分利用双色注塑的特点,应当对此进行改进和利用。

本实用新型的目的是:提供一种具有双色注塑防伪结构的防伪盖。
一种防伪盖,包括第一色塑料注塑的外壳、第二色塑料注塑的内壳和第三色塑料注塑的内圈,所述外壳的外侧表面上设置有第二色塑料或双色塑料、多色塑料注塑的标识部,所述标识部嵌合地注塑于所述外壳中,所述内壳注塑于所述外壳的内侧侧壁上,所述内壳上设置有连接部,所述内圈注塑于所述外壳的内侧底面上。

参考图1,示例性的,所述标识部4位于所述外壳1的外侧侧壁,所述标识部4为所述内壳2的第二色塑料从所述外壳1的内侧侧壁穿过并延伸至所述外壳1的外侧侧壁上一次注塑成型,因此在注塑过程中高效地将内壳2和标识部4同时注塑完成,既缩短工时,又能降低生产成本,标识部4还具有双色塑料或多色塑料注塑时,可在内壳2一次注塑的工艺上再于标识部4的外侧表面以其它色塑料注塑成型。
参考图1,示例性的,所述标识部4位于所述外壳1的外侧顶面,所述标识部4从所述外壳1的内侧底面穿过并延伸至所述外壳1的外侧顶面,外壳1的外侧顶面上的标识部4与外壳1的外侧壁面的标识部4均能在内壳2通过第二色注塑时同时在外壳1内侧进行加工,能够非常高效地实现注塑工序。
参考图1或2,示例性的,所述外壳1于外侧侧壁上设置有防滑凸起11,通过防滑凸起11能够提升外壳1表面的握持摩擦力,从而更方便操作,防滑凸起11可优选设置为数个平行并绕外壳1中心轴旋转分布的凸条。
参考图2,示例性的,所述连接部21为所述内壳2于表面上凸起的螺纹,所述连接部21即为防伪盖的内螺纹,方便通过螺纹连接的方式盖合到匹配的箱体或瓶体上进行应用,同时配合内圈3的密封性也很好。
参考图1和2,示例性的,所述外壳1、所述内壳2和所述标识部4为硬胶,所述内圈3为软胶,因此防伪盖通过外壳1、内壳2和标识部4构成坚固的受力结构,配合内圈3进行抵接密封,耐用性和密封性非常好。
参考图1和2,示例性的,所述外壳1、所述内壳2和所述标识部4为PP或ABS,所述内圈3为塑硅,优选地外壳1、内壳2和标识部4可同时选用PP或ABS这两种硬胶材质来配合内圈3的塑硅软胶材质进行三色注塑,确保防伪盖的使用性能同时又耐用。

  1. 一种防伪盖,其特征在于:包括第一色塑料注塑的外壳、第二色塑料注塑的内壳和第三色塑料注塑的内圈,所述外壳的外侧表面上设置有第二色塑料或双色塑料、多色塑料注塑的标识部,所述标识部嵌合地注塑于所述外壳中,所述内壳注塑于所述外壳的内侧侧壁上,所述内壳上设置有连接部,所述内圈注塑于所述外壳的内侧底面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防伪盖,其特征在于:所述标识部位于所述外壳的外侧侧壁,所述标识部为所述内壳的第二色塑料从所述外壳的内侧侧壁穿过并延伸至所述外壳的外侧侧壁上一次注塑成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防伪盖,其特征在于:所述标识部位于所述外壳的外侧顶面,所述标识部从所述外壳的内侧底面穿过并延伸至所述外壳的外侧顶面。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种防伪盖,其特征在于:所述外壳于外侧侧壁上设置有防滑凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种防伪盖,其特征在于:所述连接部为所述内壳于表面上凸起的螺纹。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种防伪盖,其特征在于:所述外壳、所述内壳和所述标识部为硬胶,所述内圈为软胶。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种防伪盖,其特征在于:所述外壳、所述内壳和所述标识部为PP或ABS,所述内圈为塑硅。
